Rochester Cafe

I took my staff up to Burlington for a day of sailing and hired Burlington Van & Shuttle Service to get us there and back. We could not have asked for more professional, polite, kind or attentive service. Ted arrived early to pick us up, was helpful loading bags, had an Aux cord all ready for us to play music and was genuinely nice to be around. He drove professionally and the ride was more than comfortable. He dropped us off exactly where we needed to be and was ready to pick us up exactly when we needed to be picked up; we were a little behind schedule and he waited patiently while we wrapped things up at the dock and made our way up to the van. He was able to stop for a quick detour bathroom break when we were on the way back. Everything about our trip with Ted and Burlington Van & Shuttle Service was perfect. Thank you Ted!

He was punctual for each ride we requested, the van was spacious and clean, and he even made a special stop for us to pick up our takeout order on our way to our sailboat ride! I hired Burlington van and shuttle for my bachelorette party last week. The company was simply excellent! Our driver was Ted. He was very prompt and courteous and made suggestions for our experience that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. When I asked about covid he assured me that he had been vaccinated and wore a mask as did everyone in our van. The van was meticulously clean. We happen to go from Pittsfield to the Burlington port for a cruise. The weather was very sunny so it was hot in the van at first. But Ted was willing to turn on the air conditioner. And the air conditioner cool things down immediately. Everything was perfect. I have the highest praise for this service and we'll be using them again. Thank you ted!

Ted is Awesome!! VIP SERVICE EXCELLENCE !! He picked my group up at the Airport at 4pm on a Saturday & was at our complete service for basically 24 hours .. Ted took complete care of all of us. Shuttled us to Restaurants - bars - grocery store - hotel Stored our musical equipment in the van all evening & then back to the airport at 4:30am on Sunday. It was a marathon party evening! 24 hours of fun in Burlington VT. Ted really had no advance warning that it was going to be such a long evening! Like a true professional & a complete gentleman he took care of all of us with a smile & a handshake! I would highly recommend Ted for all your transportation needs!
