I was stuck after Uber didn’t have any rides available at 4 am. I called hoping that someone would answer and luckily Watertown taxi was available at the time. If you need to get a taxi anytime, make a reservation! And expect amazing service. I’m so thankful for a clean, safe and friendly ride to the airport.

Watertown Taxi saved me when my scheduled Uber was over 30 minutes late and I was going to miss my train. They came 3 minutes after I called at 5am. The driver, Moe, was friendly, polite and his car was immaculate. Forget Uber, I will stick with Watertown Taxi!

Watertown Taxi was convenient. right on time to pick me up, and took me to the airport in the middle of rush hour with plenty of time to catch my flight. The price was competitive with Uber and Lyft, but without the hassle of wondering if they were going to come or not. A great service!

I had to get to the airport and my Uber didn’t show up so I was really bugging out. So I googled A taxi near me and Watertown Taxi came up. So I was in a panic told the guy on the phone my situation, he said don’t worry we will get you there on time. 25 minutes later I was at the airport checking in, so needless to say Fantastic service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Made a reservation for a 4:30 a.m. pick up to Logan this morning! Driver was five minutes early, very friendly, professional and an excellent driver. I will use this service again! I took an Uber FROM the airport, what a rip-off they were!

I was at the BC football game and needed to get back to Watertown. Instead of waiting for the bus or jumping trains I found watertown taxi on my iPhone. The service was quick and reliable. With a few minutes of my call, the taxi arrived and knew exactly where I was going in Watertown. Sometimes its hard to find a good cab company who knows where you are going based only on an address. The driver knew the roads very well which saved my fair from unnecessary lights and stops. I would recommend then to anyone looking for dependable service. I read that they service Newton as well so will definitely use them again next time I visit my mother in Newton Corner.

Was in watertown needing a cab to chinatown, made a call and got a cab in 3 min. Clean, drove responsibly, went great.....try to have cash! Not as credit card friendly as some of the big taxi companies........would call again in a second!

Watertown Taxi is absolutely phenomenal, and I would recommend this transportation to everyone in Boston and the surrounding areas. Moe (owner) picked me up from Boston Logan Airport and was promptly on time and easy to find. It was my first time going to Boston Logan Airport, so he provided me with clear directions on the phone where to go for pick up. He was waving and very friendly. I was picked up in a brand-new Mercedes SUV and it was super clean and spotless inside. His driving and presence made me feel very safe and secure. It is important to mention the price of Watertown Taxi Service!! There are flat rates from Boston, MA to Watertown, MA which is unbeatable, compared to Uber. Ordering an uber would have been $88.00 plus tip for one way but with Watertown Taxi, there are cheap flat rates. Additionally, after making my online reservation through their website, I received a confirmation email from Moe and he tracked my flight number the day of to ensure the pickup time I entered on my reservation initially, matched my actual arrival time. This Company offers transportation services to and from airports, but also provides local transportation to restaurants and any destination you are looking to go to. If you want a safe, clean ride in the Boston area, contact and use Watertown Taxi!!! They will exceed your expectations, just like they did for me.
