The location was difficult to find. It's located underground. Other than that it was very clean and easy to use. They have vending machines and bathrooms for public use. There is a bicycle service and air station. They have elevators, but I am not sure if the public has access. Bus schedules was easy to read and the attendant was friendly. Will definitely recommend Main Street Station.

The customer rep was easy going and gave me the info I needed.. I can't say the same about happy day transit... I hope happy day transit can get it together...

The drivers are usually really helpful and nice. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because with Boise being so big they should offer better bus service. I heard it has to do with funding. The only money they get is from the federal government not sure why, if it has to do with politics or what not but they should offer better service. If they want to improve ridership and routes why not send out a survey to all residents and have them fill it out. Like ask would you ride the city bus why or why not? What would help change your mind about riding the city bus? Ask for specifics like if someone lives in a certain area that doesn't have good service or no service to how would they change it. Also like if they would ride to go to work, an event, running errands, just to get an idea how improvements would be used. If ridership improved then you would make more money and be able to offer better services. Maybe try ideas for a month and see if ridership improves and if it improves enough it will pretty much pay for itself. If not at least it shows the residents that you want to improve routes which will be good for public relations. Also have a way of letting people know that you are going to implement the ideas on a trial run and keep them if they do good. It's a win -win for everyone. You can also state that taking the bus helps traffic flow with Boise growing bigger and also how it helps the environment. I ride currently because I cant afford car repairs . Just a thought hopefully someone at Valley regional transit will see this and at least take it under consideration.

Finding it odd people here are complaining about the times. They have a tracker on the website AND the moovit app shows real time updates. Learn to use technology and you're gonna catch the bus right on time, promise. Never once have I had an issue all the years I've ridden this bus from the drivers themselves but plenty of really rude passengers. But that's life and public transit.

It is nice to be able to wait for the bus inside out of the weather and it is really important to have access to a bathroom that caused several very anxious trips for me in the past when you had to wait out on the street to catch your bus it is also very nice to have access to vending machines while waiting

It would be awesome if the buses could start around 3 am, I just started working, and my shifts start early in the morning before 4am

The first couple times I tried the new website I was frustrated. Initially I went to the interactive map and fumbled around. However, on my second or third visit, I chose the county in the drop down first. This helped me get to the schedules, which was what I wanted. I think this mobile friendly version will be better for commuters on smart phones. Change :)

Great used this service. Rode a few of their buses. 5 and 2. They did great! Thank you! Sorry for the rude people you deal with. I understand it can be a huge migraine.

No escalators?! Sometimes rowdy clientele. I like riding the bus into downtown Boise. Taking the bus helps me enjoy the ride rather than deal with traffic.

Clean, convenient, better than trying to find and run down a bus on the street. The arrivals board was 4 hours behind, sending me on a goose chase for a minute, so watch that.
