Best cab service in Boise, much better and more reliable than Uber. My driver picked me up at 4 in the morning, he was super kind and helped me load my bags up into the car. He even called about 5 minutes before the pick up to confirm with me. The cab itself was very spacious, clean and nice. Really good vibes, a peaceful and relaxing ride. Highly recommend!

I used a taxi. I needed to drop my car off for repairs at my mechanic shop. Boise Express Taxi had a driver at the shop early to take me home. The driver called to let me know he had arrived, and would wait for me. Such a pleasant man. Got me home, and the drive was, not only safe, but quite enjoyable. Thank you! Who knows if they are any good, they never answer their phone. Maybe they are out of business and paid for their 5 star reviews. EDIT: March 2021: After not being able to reach them the first time, I grew tired of Green Cab (who are horrible) and gave them another try. A very pleasant gentleman answered the phone, was courteous, and answered all of my questions about their service and never once made me feel as if he was in a hurry to get me off the phone. Excellent dispatch service: Check! Next, the driver called me before coming, confirming my location, the time and where to meet me. He informed me he'd be over very shortly, and was there on time! The vehicle he picked me up in was immaculate, and he was a very friendly and considerate fellow. He wore a face mask as the dispatcher said he would. He was happy to take me to several destinations with (an implied due to mask) smile, and waited patiently for me outside of each. He didn't park too far away, and was always easily accessible once I left my business. His driving was excellent, careful, but timeliness in mind. I went to 3 destinations and during the whole trip he and I had a wonderful conversation. He had to take a quick call, and ask me if I minded which was refreshing. I arrived home safely and the price was very reasonable! Awesome driving service: Check! All in all an excellent experience, NOW I know why they get 5 stars from their customers. I am a fan and a new customer for as long as I live here! I just wish I had been able to reach them the first time I wouldn't have had to deal with Green cab :( Thank you Boise Express Taxi! EDIT: November 2021 - Don't call this service if you aren't planning on spending a lot of money. They ask you where you are going before they say whether or not they can come, and if you are going for a short trip, they will say they are busy. Plus there are only 2 cabs in their fleet, so it is hit or miss. This has been the case the last 5 times I called them, so I don't call them anymore.

Awesome taxi company. I personally know the driver he is a great guy and its always him to pick me up. Ive left my wallet in his car a few times and got it back untouched. The taxi was 10 minutes early for a 3:40am pickup, which I appreciated. The car was very clean, and the ride was seamless. I was very annoyed when the driver asked me multiple times to pay in cash. When I originally made my phone call to schedule the taxi, I had asked the dispatcher if paying with a card would be ok or if I would need to get cash, and I was told a card would be ok. While the service was good, I don't like being strong armed when the fare for a 10 minute trip is already expensive. I will not use this service again.

He was very honest and friendly. He abides by the COVID protocol with hand sanitizer present and mask wearing. We highly recommend this taxi service and would definitely use him again!

So my husband and I live in Alaska and are friend who is disabled needed help to get from payette, Id to Boise, Id I would definitely recommend this cab company to others. The person who helped us out was very polite and considerate and understanding bout giving us a estimate w/o being rood aswell as allowing us to pay through money gram at Walmart since we live out of state and due to it being such a long trip. He was very communicative w letting us know the cab driver's name and number along w when the cab driver was on his way to get are friend he also thanked us for tipping the cab driver. And the cab. Aswell as letting us know that he would make sure are friend gets to his destination aswell as him being well taken care of. Boise express taxi company is great. No matter when I call them, they always answer even if it's 3 4 am. I've been very happy with this taxi so far. It'sso hard to know which taxi companies are legit nowadays. I will save you the time because I've had some bad drivers before that smell like smoke and thecar is dirty and the attitude is not so nice. I've had pretty terrible experiences with taxi cabs being late or just not showing up. I think I finally found the perfect taxi company to take care of me. What I like especially is that it's always the same driver that I'm comfortable with now. He knows whento talk and when to leave me alone. His car is so clean inside and out as well as the driver himself and how he dresses. You don't see very many taxi drivers that take care of their appearance. Some even stay the night in their cars I've noticed from the strong odor they have. Anyways I won't bore you guys anymore but this should say enough on how much I liked this guy.

Was just cut off by one of the drivers. Very unprofessional. Slowing down on an off ramp, coming up on stopped traffic and got passed then cut off, I look behind me and there was no traffic. Very easily could have safely gotten in to my lane behind me but chose a reckless maneuver. At least it didn't look like there was any passengers in the vehicle at the time. Edited: Thanks for the reply, getting through to the company and driver is all I wanted. Might have been harsh in the heat of the moment. But with our growing population in the valley, aggressive driving isn't helping anyone. We have to look out for each other or we can all pay the price. (Injury and insurance cost) thanks for a quick response.

Khasan has been the only taxi that I have called for the past five years when travelling to and from the airport. I have heard horrible stories from coworkers who missed flights because they called Uber drivers and were never picked up. That is NOT the case with Khasan. He is very reliable and has always been there when expected. I will never switch to another driver. His van is always kept clean.
