This place has great prices, the staff are courteous and to include they can make you laugh when your flight was delayed. This facility is locked and secure. I would inquire for there services again and would highly recommend them if you need to park your vehicle for a few days while you fly.

Awesome experience!! Easy reservations. Fast pick up, we were at the airport in less than 15 mins from the time we arrived! Helped us load and unload our bags! We actually drove back in and called them and told them we would be there in 30 mins and they had our car up front, ready to go for us!! Awesome service!! No complaints!!

I've used the company many times. I always book online, and I've never had a problem. They seem to know we're all in a hurry and they do a great of getting all the luggage in the van and getting us to the airport quickly. Pickup has been just as easy. They are a great group of guys: courteous and quick. They are cheaper than onsite parking and way more convenient than the maze that is the BHM parking deck.

If you park your car at the Birmingham Airport and hike your luggage up and down the stairs or in the elevator instead of using Alabama Airport parking, I don't understand why. You pay more to park at the airport. At Alabama Parking the staff is super friendly, your car has 24 hour surveillance, and they drop you off and pick you up right at the front door of the airport. After I land, I give them a call and then they usually pick me up within 3 to 4 minutes. When I get back to their lot, my car is waiting with either the AC running in the summer or the heat running in the winter. They also offer car wash services and other items for your car while you are away. Did I mention how friendly the staff is? :-) They really are that nice. If you have never tried their service, just try it once and I am pretty sure you will never park your own car at the airport again.

I lost my ID and the owner of this company used extra time To send me my ID in the mail, saved me from having to get a replacement!!! I would recommend this parking lot I feel the owner will go over and beyond for any Customer. he treated me with respect without knowing who I was and that’s the kinda person to be around !!

I can't recommend this service enough - such a great experience and really makes traveling through BHM such a breeze! Why would you pay for more expensive on site parking at the airport and lug your suitcase through a large parking lot when you can reserve a cheaper spot, pull up, drop your keys off, hop in a van with your baggage, and be delivered within five minutes to the terminal without breaking a sweat in the summer heat. Return is MUCH easier than anticipated by calling after baggage claim- Justin arrived within five minutes and was extremely friendly. Upon arrival to the parking lot Justin had my car turned on with the A/C cranked up to avoid starting a hot car, such a nice touch. I will continue to use Alabama Airport Parking in the future and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it for everyone else. You're seriously missing out if you're not using this service. Tip - book online and sometimes discount codes are sent out to save extra money which just adds to the savings compared to terminal parking.
