Part of a Stay and Cruise package from Best Western Conference Center. We normally like to park at the port so that parking and leaving from the cruise are in our control (we have a 9 hour drive to get to Baltimore). We decided to take advantage of the package at the Best Western. Apart from some confusion at the hotel with shuttle times (it's a free for all), even though cruise passengers have a specific boarding time. KD Elite did manage to get us to port for our 11am check-in. It was unusual that there were around 100 people staying at the hotel for the same cruise. Upon return, there were several KD Elite shuttles and a bus and finding them was easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It did take a little longer than we wanted to wait to fill the bus before they left port but only about 30 minutes. We will certainly consider using this service again for future cruises.

We have used KD Elite for our cruise transportation on two occasions so far. Their service has been top notch from taking us to the ship, and also back to the hotel after our cruise. They are very easy to find after debarkation, making the return trip very easy. All of the employees have been great, with a special shout out to Olga for taking care of us last minute! Using them means not having to worry about that step of our trip, and we are scheduled with them once again on our upcoming vacation.

We are very frequent cruises and stay in Baltimore the night before cruising. We have transportation arranged with KD and they are amazing. They are always right on time. they leave the hotel when they are supposed to and when we walk off the ship a van is waiting for us to take us back to our hotel. The staff and drivers are very friendly and courteous. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I highly recommend you use them for any of their services.

Used KD Elite between 1/4/19 - 1/12/19 as part of the stay and cruise Best Western Plus package. I found hem to be professional, courteous, and easy to deal with. They were at the hotel when they were supposed to be with a desk set up in the lobby for registration confirmation on the day of departure from the hotel. Their drivers and luggage handlers were courteous and professional. On the day of arrival (1/12/19) they were waiting for us when we arrived at the Port of Baltimore with a smile and a welcome home. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We used KD elite transportation for our Wedding to transport our guests from the hotel to the reception and back in their large shuttle bus. We also used a sprinter to transport the Bridal Party and then go back for overflow guests. It was a bit of a complicated schedule but KD elite made it all work seamlessly and were fantastic to work and communicate with. I received text updates with when shuttles where arriving where, the drivers were fantastic and polite and the vehicles were clean and very nice! Very pleased! Thank you KD Elite!

My wife and I have used KD Elite Transportation a number of times when transferring from the Baltimore Best Western Hotel to the cruise ship terminal. Each time we have found their service to be very prompt and professional (especially considering the amount of luggage being transported by a van full of cruise travellers). As this service was included in our hotel "Park & Cruise" package, I cannot comment on its price or value, but we would recommend this service to anyone taking a cruise in Baltimore in the future (if such things will exist in the future).

Used KD Elite for our transfer to and from the cruise terminal last September. They had a table set up at the hotel and were ready with all our questions. Picked us up in a beautiful vehicle and the driver pointed out exactly where they'd meet us post cruise. We exited the terminal and they had someone right at the door with a sign and clipboard and ushered us to the can. Everything was so organized! Will use them anytime we need someone! A+A+

It was so nice to be transported to and from the cruise line terminal by KD Elite Transportation. They were efficient and very friendly. Even though our cruise ship arrived in port much earlier than expected, KD Elite transportation was there and took us back to the hotel within minutes. January of 2020 was the second time I used Elite transportation from the hotel to the cruise ship and back to the hotel. They were great! The staff was friendly and organized. Both in getting us there on time, and to the best spot, but picking us up where is was easy. I walk with a cane, so having people that do the job right is very important to me. We used KD Elite for shuttle between BWI downtown Baltimore hotel and cruise port. KD sent confirmation text day before allowing me to modify shuttle time due to port time changes. On debarkation day from the ship, KD was just outside the terminal building with several vans waiting for people to return to hotel. Our time in van waiting for others was minimal. Overall, we were able to stay ahead of our travel plans because of the timely service from KD Elite. The vehicle was a clean newer large Mercedes Van. We would use KD Elite again for shuttle service. The hotel we stayed at used KD Elite to take us to the cruise port. Even though our ship came in late and there was so much confusion, I thought they did an amazing job. They had a table set up and were very organized, had several new vehicles running back and forth so everyone at the hotel could get to the port quickly. The best was when we saw the huge line to get into port. The driver drove right up to the front and got us in immediately, knew exactly where to go to drop off our luggage at the very front. So many others were being dropped off so much farther away. I plan on going back out on the Pride again next year and will use the same hotel and KD Elite again!

Have taken shuttles many times in Florida this is the only time in Baltimore we used KD they were at the hotel we stayed at. They were the BEST shuttle service I have ever used. Clean vans friendly service there when we got back from cruise easy to find (it is a smaller port). Wish they would open a branch in ft lauderdale.

Pickup and delivery to the Baltimore Cruise Terminal from our Best Western Hotel where we stayed the night before the cruise and parked our car for the duration of the cruise for free was done on a big, modern bus. The driver loaded and unloaded our baggage and all we had to do was sit back and relax! Will definitely use KD Elite for our next cruise!

we have used KD ELite for several trips to and from BWI ,, dependable, cars are spotless and they are always there waiting to whisk us to our destination, easily as affordable as UBER or any of the others. I used them with confidence This is an edit to my review of 11 months ago, if possible KD Elite is even better now than ever. The communication at every step is so helpful We travel to BWI and then to the Inner Harbor, our drive always meets us within minutes of us getting our bags. The vehicles are so clean and comfortable, our drivers are so polite. If I could I would give this company a million stars and then some. Thank you KD Elite, I just wish you were available in the other cities that we fly into.

We had an awesome experience with this service in May when I had a hip replacement at Johns Hopkins. Alex and all his staff were great and were very helpful assisting me and other patients into and out of their van. We were there a total of nine days and they picked us up at the hotel and took us to Bayview and back each day. They were very friendly and always on time or early. KD ELITE IS FABULOUS. We used them for three transfers of 14 people and lots of luggage. They were on time, courteous, comfortable and clean vehicles and reconfirmed each transfer the day before and alerted when driver was on his way and when he was on site. We stay pre cruise at Best Western O'Donnell st. mostly because they use KD Elite to transport to and from the Port. They're always easy to use, and it's a great feeling when you get off of the ship and there waiting for you is the shiny black KD transport!

My husband and I booked the Niagara Falls tour 6/13 - 6/16 with KD Elite Transportation and it turned out to be the trip of a lifetime for us. All of the staff I encountered was very pleasant and easy to work with. The accommodations were excellent. We stayed at the Hilton DoubleTree Fallsview Hotel. We were on the 16th floor so there was a spectacular view of the Falls and the fireworks on Friday and Saturday night. The magnificence of the falls was breathtaking, our in-depth tour of the Falls and surrounding areas was great and our tour guides were very informative. The hotel was conveniently located near the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill activities and eateries. I want to give a special thanks to our driver Alex, he was absolutely wonderful, kind, considerate and a great driver. The tour was well put together and I we simply had a great time. . Used 3 years in a row to get to and from Best Western to Carnival Cruise Terminal. They give you documentation right away and are always on time for drop-off and pickup. Air-conditioned Mercedes Van is icing on the cake.

Extremely good service. We used them to go from best western to the harbor in Baltimore. Their shuttle bus was stuck in traffic so we were taken in one of their personal vehicles which was above and beyond to start with. I lost my phone in the car and the driver came back to the harbor to give it to me. Just awesome
