I've used Asheville Premier Transportation to arrange transportation for one of my patients coming from a rural area outside of NC. Not only was APT always available to drive that far, they were punctual, professional, and reliable. APT is a fantastic alternative to Uber/Lyft, especially if transportation is needed to service a remote/rural area and when timing is crucial. Thank you, Asheville Premier team!

They helped me out for a wedding. We had three large groups and then the bride and groom and they took care of everything. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. At the end of the wedding they helped load the back of the car and they were such a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with them again soon.

Asheville Premiere Transportation was absolutely wonderful last weekend when my friends and I spent Labor Day in Asheville. We were worked with them to customize an amazing brewery tour to all of our favorite spots and they suggested new ones that we loved too. We had a group of 5 which made it difficult to get from our remote spot in the mountains to all around Asheville, but they made it work! The car was really clean, comfortable, and came with water to hydrate in between spots. We had excellent drivers that were absolutely wonderful. 5 stars all around. Dana also deserves a special shout out! She was extremely understanding and helpful— I 100% recommend Asheville Premiere Transportation for anyone in the area and I’m excited to use them again next time I’m there!

I booked a van through Dana at Asheville Premier Transportation and it was truly the highlight of our group weekend trip! Our driver, Josh was literally amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a blast during our transportation time between winery stops. The owner, Dana did so much to help us prepare for the weekend, and even went as far as calling the wineries we wanted to visit and booking our reservations for us! I am so grateful my girls and I found her for this trip. I HIGHLY recommend booking through them if you are looking for a clean, top notch, professional experience. They made planning this day so easy and fun and our group is STILL talking about the memories we made. Thank you Dana for your incredible work, and for giving us memories we will cherish forever. 10/10 you have to book them if you’re traveling to Asheville!

We have used Asheville Premier Transportation on several occasions to transport our daughter to and from different airports to and from boarding school. Our experience with the transport company has been great! They have been very professional and there is continuous communication with Dana throughout the process. Excellent service, we would recommend Dana and Asheville Premier Transportation for all your transportation needs. Joe Capel was an excellent chauffeur. Dana was so accommodating and made our wedding celebration more enjoyable. As mother of the bride, I never had to worry about a thing but enjoying my family. Had such a great experience with APT! Dana was so helpful and accommodating to our last minute needs over a wkend away in the mountains. There were 9 of us total and we got everywhere we needed to go and promptly. The drivers Rolfi and Josh were very kind, courteous and professional! I would use them again if traveling back to Ashville and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of transportation. :)

My experience has been very very good with Asheville Premier Transportation. Driver is always on time both leaving and returning (even at the odd and often very early hours I travel), and is always quite pleasant to be in the car with. The rates are reasonable-Dana is always quite prompt in returning queries regarding her availability. It is a comfort knowing there is a very reliable car service to call on for transport to the airport inAsheville.

Used service twice and professional and on-time both times. Highly recommend. Dana, who I usually confirm the trip with, is very responsive and professional. She might not always be available, but she'll return calls. I tend to book trips a week or two out so I am usually in no rush to reach her. Would recommend doing the same. Booking last minute might be tough.

I was driving to a conference in Cullowhee and realized my GPS wasn't abla to locate the site. I called Asheville Premier for directions (since they are a transportation service listed for the site). Dana was so sweet! She took the time to find the directions for me, snap shot them to my phone, and waited to see if I needed anything else. She was extremely helpful! If they treat strangers with this much care I can bet their quality of service to their customers would be fantastic!

Extremely reliable, friendly, competent and WONDERFUL to do business with! I was very reluctant to have my 11 year old daughter travel alone with a car service but after meeting Dana, I was completely comfortable and knew that she would be safe and cared for. We used the service many times for all members of the family and found them to extraordinarily reliable. On one occasion I needed a very early morning pick up for my daughter with just a few hours notice. Dana jumped in to action to make it happen. She brought my daughter to the airport many times and waited at the airport until the plan took off. My daughter always enjoyed her time in the car with Dana. I give Asheville Premier Transportation 5 MIllion star!!!

The finest car service I've ever used. Prompt, reliable, courteous, reasonable, very accommodating. I needed to get from Charlotte airport to Asheville, and then back a couple of days later. The ride was less expensive than a flight, and very relaxing, very comfortable. Getting from NYC to Asheville is not a simple matter, but this service made it so, and made it very pleasant. I will use them regularly. Just wish they were based in NYC, so I could use them all the time.

When I learned that one of my best friends from CA wanted to visit me on her first trip to Asheville I was beyond excited having not seen her for over 12 years. As I began helping her plan her trip reality set in. This is my most generous and also most "particular" friend. That"s exactly how I described her to Dana when I inquired about arranging transportation from the airport to her hotel. She and I are senior citizens and she would be traveling alone. I was unable to pick her up due to the late arrival of her flight along with my poor night vision rendering me unable to drive. The thing I remember the most is that Dana did not hesitate. She said I have just the driver for her and she gave me his name. I wanted her trip to be perfect and Dana's confidence in her team helped me to relax about this important decision. My friend had nothing but high praise for this part of her trip and I heard her driver's name mentioned on numerous occasions. It was almost comical. I am not naming the driver because days later, we decided to use Asheville Premier Transportation again and had a different driver who was excellent as well. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to take her to the airport for her return trip but able to relax knowing that my friend was in great hands. I can't thank you Guys enough...U R all rock stars in my book! I know who to call now.

At the very last minute when plans fell thru i needed to find DD transportation for NYE for me and 13 other ppl. I called every car service in Asheville. Premier was the only place that truly cared about my predicament. The girl offered me a 14 person van for a lower price than ANYONE ELSE ESP. ON NYE!! Our driver (shawn) was prompt professional funny & patient w our wild group lol he was supposed to come and pick us up at 2 a.m. but we were ready to leave early so we called him and he was on his way right then.
