John is great, funny, and personable. I got my first tat and absolutely love love love it. I am going back for a nose piercing and another tat once I find a tat I like. Highly recommend this place. So glad I found it!!

After being scammed by a clown in IG, I decided to take my daughter to get her first tat here and they did not disappoint! Tori was awesome and very professional. Shop was nice and clean too. I'm looking forward to getting mine soon.

Literally just walked out the shop. They're professional, super nice, and very friendly. Positive energy there. Stephanie very welcoming at the front desk. Tommy a very cool guy to talk too. Tori did a fantastic job on my neck tattoo. Good energy from all three. Welling to do business with Tori again real soon. This place is my new home of TATS!! If Tori not around I know Tommy will do the job.

There was some slight confusion with the young man at the front desk, but the lady doing piercings cleared it all up! Everyone was polite, and talented! Patience was on point as I did ask to change the design of my tattoo a couple times. The conversation with Leon (my artist) was great! He's a great guy! I would definitely request him again and recommend friends and family. Keep up the great work!! Tatoo therapy....

Last year I came for my belly and breast. My piercer was pregnant at the time and she did a beautiful job repiercing my areas. I love the clean calm atmosphere. Very patience with their clients. See you guys soon Update: I just came to the shop 7/12/2020 and RACHAEL DID A FANTASTIC JOB! The owner and his son was great today on trying to get me in as soon as possible. Very pleased.

My old nose hoop from a different piercer had caused an infection and they were helpful! I did feel like some moments I was interrupting friends chatting vs folks working and that’s why I knocked a star. A good spot overall

I visited this location to for help with a nose piercing. Friendly, professional service and a clean location. The person who referred me has had gorgeous tattoo work done here. My only complaint is that they are inside a traditional mall which is kinda dangerous considering the COVID pandemic.

I went into Tragic Magic for a second time today. The guy who originally pierced me is no longer at the shop. So I was directed to MELISSA😍😍😍 She is awsome! Very professional payed attention to my concerns about my piercing. And corrected the issue... If I every get pierced again she will definitely be my go to. John Beal is by far the BEST tattoo artist around! The shop is perfectly cleaned, and maintained! The staff is personable, friendly, and very accommodating! They only accept cash due to rotten, thieving people that ripped them off but karma will get them! Hats off to the shop and staff!
