What a fantastic experience. From the first phone call to schedule the appt to the moment we walked out the door I knew this was going to be our new tattoo shop. The space is clean and well kept, the staff is accommodating and friendly. This place is the complete package. Mr Mikey did an epic job with the tattoo and walking a 1st timer through what to expect and made us feel right at home. We have plans already to be back soon!

This place was great! We had Mikey as our artist and it was my daughter's first tattoo. He was so patient and helpful and made absolutely sure she was happy with everything. It was a great experience and we would definitely go back despite the 5+ hour drive in each direction! The tattoo looks perfect too! Way better than it did on paper even! A+!

I came here with a few friends for a couple of first time tattoos. I called around 11am and they were able to fit us into their schedule later that day. When we arrived, they were very helpful and welcoming. We went through a number of designs and sizes. Mickey, our tattoo artist was great. He was considerate with the fact that it was our first tattoos and was very friendly the whole time. His setup was clean and sanitary. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a first time tattoo or even someone looking for a larger tattoo.

Great atmosphere and very clean shop. Many design ideas to look at if you are not sure what you are looking for. Myself not being known for being very artistic gave Chad an idea for my military/ American themed sleeve and he took the idea from my head and made a amazing tattoo that I am always getting stopped and complimented on. The subtle touches he adds and attention to detail are what really sets his artwork apart. Jeff is an awesome artist as well and I have watched him do some awesome pieces on friends of mine. The apprentice Nate is making huge strides and when he is not busy he is always working on way to gain more skill and learning from Chad and Jeff.

Tim and Chad are amazing. I brought a completely custom, out of the box design to Tim and he worked with me to create one of the coolest tattoos I have ever seen. Outside of their skills with the tattoo machine, they are both rad guys and are great to talk to and hang with. No where else in Sioux Falls to get a tattoo.

Ink & Iron had a 5 star review, so I thought I'd give it a shot, and I am incredibly happy that I did. The atmosphere there is very cool, but also professional at the same time. The workers are great and incredibly welcoming and did a great job on my tattoo. If you are looking for a great place to get a tattoo, I would 10/10 recommend Ink & Iron.

I have many tattoos from Tim Jewell and all look great. His traditional style and use of color always results in a great tattoo that is original and well executed. I also have a portrait by Chad, and I am always getting compliments on the detail and execution. The shop is very clean, and these guys make sure that your safety is considered. I have received 2 Tattoos from Tim at Ink & Iron. I have known Tim for many years and always knew he had a talent when it came to his art. It is great seeing him grow in the field as a Tattoo Artist. I know going in, I am going to receive the best service. Also has a Laid back environment type of feel, which makes one feel more relaxed when getting inked. They like to make sure you are comfortable before even starting and making sure you are okay during the process of the tattoo. I would definitely and will get more tattoo's at Ink & Iron. One thing I really like about Ink & Iron is the artist's work on their craft by constantly sketching and even painting.

Have had numerous tattoos done by Tim. He's easy going and makes the tattoo experience as comfortable as it can get with his laid back personality and humor. Never has he tried to change my ideas, he makes suggestions that have always made them better. But even if you didn't want a change he would never try to change your mind. He is amazing at American traditional work but that's not always what I want and he's never faulted on anything!

I got my first tattoo done here when I was seventeen with parent consent. Great atmosphere, I was turned down at a tattoo shop prior where a man was very rude and basically called me an idiot for wanting a tattoo at my age at the time.. It's been 4 years and I still love my tattoo. Great place.

I have a large new school style koi fish on my leg that Chad did and it is my favorite outta all of the ones i have. There is so much more to a tattoo shop than just the artistry. Chad and Tim are amazing artists! But, where they are beyond professional with their work, they go above and beyond when they interact with those that come in their doors. I've NEVER been in a tattoo shop, let alone ANY business, that came even close to the respect, honesty and all around attention I've witnessed these guys give each and every person they talk to. I've been to shops in the Midwest that have been considered unrivaled but Ink And Iron in Sioux Falls blows them away! I have both sleeves almost done, as far as ink, and I will go nowhere else in the future. I can't say enough good things about Ink And Iron. Stop in to see for yourself and you will find that the artistry is undeniable but the human element they provide is an unbelievable frosting on a bad-ass MUFHKN cake! Congrats guys and thank you!!
