Ernie did an amazing job on my tattoo! He made it very personal, and on top of that was very patient. I had finally gotten this piece finished after nearly a year, and they even called and asked to make sure I still wanted it done. He was very caring and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. Amazing job all around, 5 stars. Highly recommend!! (Photo does not do it justice, portrait looks so good!!)

We wanted memorial tattoos for my mother in law. Right away Duck assisted us in giving us our tattoos. We had a total of 4 people and 1 after another he completed them all. The process was easy, we paid a $100 deposit and came back the next day for the appointment. We love each one that we got and we know mom would be very proud of each of them. Thank you again Duck we will be back for more!

An AMAZING experience getting my first tattoo at 65! Ernie is incredible and his calming spirit made the experience pleasant! This is something I wanted to do to celebrate turning 65 and retiring from 29 years as an educator. This is the one and only place that I will go to get my tattoos. I’ve been going there for several years now because of my specific artist. Ernie does absolutely amazing work, not only his art but his attitude is beyond great. His words are inspiring and he is one of the most selfless people I know. Let me say that Ernie and his staff are phenomenal!! He was able to take my sister and I in for a walk-in on short notice. Which neeeeeeeever happens. From the very jump we could feel the positive creative vibes which continued throughout the whole visit. His establishment is held to the highest form of cleanliness and multiple sanitary measures were taken to ensure my comfort. Absolute best tattoo shop I've ever been to. After a lot of research, I called them about a consultation for a large cover up and doing a full sleeve. I got to meet with Duck Jones and gave him some very loose parameters about what I wanted, but he took it a step further and got to know me so he could design a more personalized sleeve. He called me a week later to show me what he designed, and I was absolutely blown away, could not have been more perfect. By far the most welcoming group of artists, you get the feeling that they truly care about their clients, and enjoy what they do. Only 3 sessions deep on the sleeve, but it's already the best work I have on my body. 10/10 recommend

I just recently got my third tattoo, and this by far the best tattoo parlor I had ever been in. Duck, the guy who did my tattoo, did phenomenal job, was very detailed and was pretty quick, considering how big the tattoo was. I'd highly recommend getting a tattoo here.

I went to see Skye to get microblading on my eyebrows. Skye was kind and very welcoming. Upon my arrival, she had a clean blanket for me, as it is cold in a tattoo studio. She listened to what I was wanting, answer all my questions and explained the process to me. She takes her time to make sure the angles and arch on my eyebrows were natural and beautiful. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time during the process while we chatted about life and TV shows. :) She also made sure I understood the aftercare process and encouraged me to contact her if I had any questions. THANK YOU, JESSE, FOR MY DAUGHTER'S BEAUTIFUL TATTOO!!!! Now some background, my 17-year-old daughter asked me if she could get a tattoo. My response was a hard no. Last week my mother was killed in a car accident in Mexico. My daughter asked me if she could get a tattoo in honor of her grandmother. My answer was a hard yes. Now the search began to find a tattoo artist who I could trust to alter my daughter's skin for the rest of her life. After extensive research I decided on Top Rocker Tattoo. My daughter and I walked into the shop and were greeted by tattoo artist, Jesse. Jesse's knowledge of tattoos, kindness, and professionalism were amazing. He is an artistic genius, a father, and a businessman. My daughter provided him with a description of the tattoo she wanted, and, on the spot, he started drawing. Jesse created a very beautiful design, but my daughter felt it was too large. Jesse was upfront and extremely honest when he told her that due to the fine details, he was unable to reduce the size without jeopardizing the integrity of the tattoo. Try telling that to a teenager, not an easy task. Jesse revised his artwork several times and my daughter still felt the design was too large. Instead of trying to convince her that the size was not too large and taking her hard earned money, he did the opposite. Jesse told her to go home and think it over or to think of a new idea with less detail. As we were leaving, he stated that he would continue to play around with the design to reduce the size without compromising the outcome. I knew at that point that Jesse would be the only artist that I would allow to give my daughter her first tattoo. Jesse texted a new design to my daughter within an hour after we left the shop. The artwork was extremely beautiful, and a time was scheduled for the following day. The following day Jesse gave my daughter her first tattoo. He was kind, caring, and aware of her feelings during the entire process. Her tattoo was on her upper rib cage which can be painful. The final product was extremely beautiful, and her grandmother would be proud. Jesse appears to truly care more about his clients and his passion for tattoos than he does about making money. Jesse earned my trust, respect, and future business!!! I’m sure every tattoo artist encounters a difficult or challenging request; Jesse overcame the issue and provided an incredible resolution. Thank you, Jesse!!! I have a separate review for Top Rocker Tattoo. The shop is clean with a cool atmosphere and a chill environment. Anyone would feel comfortable at this shop. The other artists, Ernie, Ryan, and Duck were very professional and kind. They all watched over to ensure my precious cargo got her dream tattoo while being safe and comfortable. I came to this shop and A’Ryan was my tattooist. This is my first ever tattoo. I had some photos of work I’d seen online, so I kind of knew what I wanted. He was professional, low key, and explained everything in advance. He worked up a custom design based on a photo I showed him and asked my approval of placement, design and shading before starting which I gave. The tattoo is a lot darker than I expected, but that’s on me (no pun intended). The cost was comparable to others of that size and detail. There is a $100 minimum. The shop is clean and has a relaxed vibe.

So the day arrives for my 1st tattoo and I admit to being anxious. I know it will hurt, can I handle it?? Ernie was so gracious and very thoughtful. Laura and A’ryan did an amazing job on my recent tattoo. I’ve had work done elsewhere but it seemed they wanted to be proud of their work. The older tattoo shop I went to in my old city just sent me on my way but I felt like this shop provided great service before, during and after my session. They even had little reminder sheets for aftercare. The shop itself is decorated in art and the owner had some amazing designs displayed at his station. Highly recommended!! I got three of my tattoos from A’Ryan and all of them are hella dope! He’s super friendly and super talented; all his customs designs are amazing. Every tattoo has healed perfectly, and he’s always taking his time to make sure it comes out nice which is great. Ernie just completed my first two tattoos. One on each forearm, the left for my girls and the right for my boys. He does beautiful work and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. From first meet-and-greet to walking out the door with my finished tattoos the experience was fun, professional and I'm completely satisfied with the final result. As a bonus, the music was from my era and was great! I'll never here "house of the rising sun" again without thinking about my afternoon in Ernie's chair. I happened by this place while shopping for groceries. I happen to be one of those people that get tattoos when the mood hits me and I always go in alone. The shop is clean and welcoming. This time I wanted to get a still I rise tattoo and Duck was my tattoo artist. He took my vision and spent time creating a Tattoo specific to me. I got my brows done for the first time through Skye's The Limit Microblading inside Top Rocker Tattoo. My eyebrows have been nearly nonexistent since I was diagnosed with a thyroid disorder, and that has been a point of some insecurity for me over the years. So when I finally decided to try microblading, I was very excited, but also very nervous. I hadn't had eyebrows in so long, would they look wildly unnatural??! Not at all! Skye was so sweet and listened to my needs, and she helped me get the most natural brow and color for my face. She worked with me through the healing process, and was always a message away for any concerns I had. I LOVE my brows, and I'm so so happy I chose Skye. She's the best! And not to mention the sweetest and easiest to talk to. If you're on the fence about getting brows: DO IT! And if you use Skye, you absolutely won't regret it!

Top Rocker is a top shop! See what I did there? The artists are at the top of their game here. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Everyone who wants to get tattoos needs to know, good tattoos aren't cheap and cheap tattoos aren't good. That being said Ernie (owner of the shop) always treats you well and gives you a fair price. I believe in telling an artist what your idea is and letting them work their magic. Ernie does that and he does not disappoint. I came in with my girlfriend, we were going to get our first tattoos. A’Ryan was super friendly the instant we entered, and immediately started working with us on figuring out what we wanted and how to best deliver it. The atmosphere was also very welcoming, clean, and comfortable. I decided to cover up a tattoo that I had gotten years ago. Hands down the best experience I have ever had in a tattoo shop. First, Ernie consulted with me on what I wanted to do. Then he not only designed a custom cover up piece into a sick sleeve, but explained everything he was doing and how it applied to my piece particularly. Before I went in for my session, Ernie also explained to me how I should specifically prepare for this session and following it to the "T", I did not bleed once during the roughly 5+ hour session. I'm in my second day of after-caring for it and it looks great and is not scabbing at all. I have already scheduled my next session two weeks away from the first session and I could not be happier. If anyone is looking to get an experience through a tattoo and not just get a tattoo, this is the best place to go. I know I will continue to go here. Thanks again Ernie for rejuvenating my love for tattoos.

Can we just take a moment and discuss COVER UPS. for two years I've been looking for an artist to get what I wanted. Most told me I would only be able to cover my tattoo with flowers. I walked in to this business and I had the expectation of them telling me I can only get flowers. I didn't know what to expect. The whole place is full of artists. I had the privilege of working with Ernie. He immediately asked what I wanted done. I asked for a colorful hummingbird... expecting a no... he looked at my tattoo, took a picture, looked at his iPad and did a drawing in his mind (he air drew it lol) and said "yeah we can do that." I was in disbelief to be honest. I booked the appointment ($100 to book). He gave me a price which was great. Today was the day. 2/15/22. I was nervous. Remember, I've been searching for 2 years with people telling me I can only do flowers and minimal color. He showed me what it would look like and I simply put my faith in him that he could do it. The vibe in there was positive, he walked me through the process, the artist in there were encouraging & friendly. The music was just right. Needless to say, the work was amazing. I just got my first ever tattoo here and let me tell you it was a great experience. I went in yesterday for a consultation, super easy - just agreed on a price and signed some paperwork and made myself an appointment for 1 o’clock this afternoon. I arrived a little early, roughly 12:45 but was quickly acknowledged and taken care of. I already picked out a design and Rick took care of the rest. He drew up the stencil, placed it and made sure I liked the placement. It was a little off but he got it fixed no problem. As he was starting, he showed me the needle still in the packaging “this is your needle.” It’s a great environment, very clean, very friendly. One of the other guys there turned up the music a little louder to help me focus on something else. Rick and I were talking while he was doing the tattoo. It was done exactly the way I wanted it, and I would definitely go back for another tattoo

RICK!!!!! Rick’s the best! He is straight up and honest, clean, and does art to perfection. Three of us came in with rough ideas for a matching tattoo at a very last minute (literally right before they closed) and he drew it up, adjusted to every request and told us when it would be too detailed for the size, going away from what we were originally looking at, and if it was too busy in certain spots, etc. without ANY rush. He made sure that we were POSITIVE about the placement and redid the stencil without any frustration, etc. I’ve been to other tattoo places where they have serious attitude about placement or changing drawings. Then artist Tommy Robertson and I have been working on a Star Wars body suite a couple years ago.... we have completed about 30% of it and i couldn't be any more happier. I can not say enough good about my experience. I called a head and asked if they could fit me in. the manager Fallon, and I hope I spelled that right said yes if I could hurry they could get me in. Scared me at first because I didn’t want a rushed tattoo. More on that later. I showed her what I wanted and told her what I had to spend. We showed it to the artist(Rick) and he said let me try and do better for what I had to spend. I sat thinking while he drew it up this is going to not be what I want. After he spent considerable time drawing it up, he shows me this drawing that was mind blowing. Rick explained to me about how he would shade it and add to it. At this point I didn’t think they could ever get it done before they closed. That made no difference. Rick stayed until it was done which was way after closing and I never felt as if he was rushing to finish it. Time didn’t seem to matter but quality certainly did. As far as the rest of the staff goes, everyone was very friendly and professional. The music that was being played was a real plus. I read the couple of bad reviews and had to laugh. I have had many tattoos and have never been treated with such first class service. This is a custom shop. Not a cut and paste. My tattoo is far beyond what I expected. This is a first class operation and the talent is second to none. Even those guys on TV. I would recommend this shop to everyone one I know. And Rick as an artist is a true artist. I had a tattoo that was done 19 years ago and as I've aged the lines ran together making it look like a home made tat. I've went to several tatto o places and no one would touch it. They were very reasonable, actually quite cheap, for the piercing that I wanted. I have migraines, and had heard that getting your daith(part of the ear) pierced can help. I believe it did. Some shops charge up to $80. They charged $10. I highly recommend this shop!!

Had an excellent time today, I got three ear piercings (a conch and two more helix) and Austen was so nice and friendly! He was careful, slow, and you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. He was joking and smiling the whole time. My mom got her tragus pierced, with really beautiful jewelry, too, and a third earlobe piercing. We both absolutely loved the experience. We had just gone to HTC to get the piercing but we left because they used low grade metal, overwarned us, and didn't use the proper jewelry types. Will definitely go to Top Rocker again! Got a tattoo here by A'ryan Rojas. It was an unconventional design and style, but I got exactly what I wanted. They don't lie about being a custom tattoo shop and being able to do any art style. IT was my first tattoo and in a sensitive spot, right leg just above the achilles. He handled it perfectly and is very light handed, so on top of great artwork, the experience overrall was above and beyond what I've seen other artists do. Made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Apart from the tattoo, I've also gotten artwork from Mr. Groove. A small Eye of Sauron custom painting (mixed media/aerosol and acrylic on canvas) and a large framed galactic sunset (mixed media/aerosol and acrylic) custom painting, both signed and dated. Excellent one-of-a-kind pieces I'm glad to have gotten my hands on.
