Excellent Service and very clean. Took my 11 year old son to get his ears pierced and a piercer at another Club Tattoo didn't do minors so we were referred to the Tempe location, to Pat. He was AMAZING. My son was nervous but he made him super comfortable, it hardly hurt at all, he was kind and calm and I have only positive things to say. Kasey helped up with paperwork and made everything easy breezy and simple and was so kind. Great experience. Would 100% recommend.

Pat was amazing! First time piercing my nose! Took my baby sister to get piercings together. He was so sweet and explained everything. He made our experience the best and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for the both of us. The woman at the front desk was also so friendly and was very helpful. The most incredible piercing experience. I got my double lobe piercings making it the first piercing experience that I will really remember. My friend and I walked in without and appointment and were immediately helped out. They took care of us so quickly and the girls at the reception desk were incredibly welcoming and great at explaining everything to expect from payment, earring type, and wait time. The wait was minimal and when it came to it, Pat welcomed us in so graciously. He is such an incredible piercer, starting out the appointment by explaining breathing exercises to calm you down and then went on to explain the science behind the aftercare of piercings. He is incredibly sociable and easy to talk to, 10/10 would recommend this place.

When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Pat. He was incredibly nice but was leaving for the day so he directed me to Plaid who did my helix and conch piercings. He did a great job and was super quick. My piercings are already healing nicely. I had walked in on a whim so I was a little nervous but Casey was joking around with me while taking my payment and she was hilarious. Love the people who work here, it’s always a good experience!

There are piercers and then there are piercers. Pat with his 27 years of experience is truly a step above most in the industry. As someone who is experienced in being pierced, Pat provided the total package. Great to consult with on jewelry changes, listened to my vision of an atypical placement on an industrial piercing and executed it perfectly. He provides guidance, has gentle hand, a calming spirit, is diligent about placement and even walks you through breathing techniques(yes this is important) to provide the best piercing experience possible. I look forward to continue to work with him in the future. The office staff was also outstanding. Pat has exclusively earned my business and that is not easy to do. If you are reading this review looking for a piercer, please do not let just anyone poke holes in your body. The pricing and jewelry selection will not disappoint.

This was my first time at club (due to personal recommendation) & I am so happy I stopped in!! Pat did two piercings for me, a labret & a septum, & I could immediately tell how knowledgeable he was about his craft!! The entire staff was super friendly, & Pat made me feel super comfortable & calm throughout the entire process. I have a good amount of piercings (17 to be exact) & this was one of my favorite experiences getting pierced so far. My partner and I went in today as walk-ins and I believe I found my new favorite place for piercings. The inside looks so professional and clean and everyone was helpful. The two people at the front desk were awesome (Mace, and I believe Sienna? I feel bad I didn’t get a name). And Patrick who had done our piercings was literally magic; smoothest, most fun piercing experience I’ve had. Answered all of our questions with enthusiasm and gave us some sound direction for aftercare. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back!

Couldn't of gone to a better place to get my first tattoo. Kasey was super helpful, helping me understand more about the process and booking an appointment and Julian was an amazing artist; extremely fun to talk with and made sure that he did everything to the best of his abilities. He made sure to check that every line was perfect and nothing was missing or not fully done. He even went over some ideas he had before starting the tattoo, but was still willing to listen to what all I had to say and encorporate those into the final design.

They were able to take out large party and get our tattoos fairly quickly. Leon was really great at taking feedback and adjusting tattoo as needed. Noelle was really great at ensuring our party was taken care of and we had a great experience. My only delta was my arm was not shaved and wrapping quickly started to lift which should last 1-2 days. Overall happy with my work and experience. Would recommend to a friend.

Pat and Kasey are awesome! I went in a bit nervous as I was about to get my second piercing ever, but their friendly personalities put me at ease. Pat walked me through some breathing techniques before he pierced me which helped immensely; the piercing didn’t hurt at all. I scheduled an appointment for an Ashley (lip) piercing online and it was super easy once I arrived. Halle was super nice and got me set up with the paperwork asap. Once I was done w. that Pat came over to help me pick out the jewelry and approx 5 mins later I was getting my lip pierced. They were both super helpful and friendly! Pat really knows what he is doing and is super knowledgeable and educating. Pat had previously done my septum and it was also such a great experience! 10/10 will return again!!! 100% recommend!!!!

Where do I start with this incredible shop. First off, the cleanliness and vibe of the shop right when you enter was top notch. Kasey greeted us and was beyond welcoming and polite. Immediately me and my best friend were comfortable and excited to be there. Our artist Ender came to meet us and got the info of what we wanted and went to work on getting us set up immediately. Talk about a knowledgeable artist. Ender was professional and personable while making us laugh and feel even more comfortable then we already were. I got a rook piercing and the experience was regrettable. This was my first piercing besides lobes and both my piercer and the counter lady were very rude. It is not a friendly environment. The piercer seemed irritated for some reason, and quite condescending. The pain was terrible but I can’t rlly blame that on the facility. Reasonably priced. Had I known they were going to be so rude I would’ve gone to a different place 😕

My 6 year old daughter got her ears pierced here today, and it was a great experience all the way around. We were actually referred here by another shop (Ranger Tattoo) because their piercer didn’t not do ear piercings on younger kiddos. When I called to schedule, I spoke to Kasey who was great and very helpful. She explained the process, what we would need to bring, and helped walk me through scheduling online. She happen to be there during our appointment and helped us get checked in and was just as sweet in person as she was over the phone. Plaid was the one who did the piercing and he was fantastic. He took his time to make sure the spots were even before piercing, explained each step to my daughter, and told her during and after how good of a job she was doing. The experience could not have gone any better. We were incredibly pleased with our entire experience here!

OH MY GOSH!!!!....... okay first things first, Kasey (the receptionist) not only answered ALL my questions accurately but signed us in quickly and she knew everything there was to know about all the piercing and prices they offered. She honestly didn't make me feel like a "customer" but a friend and it made my nervousness of getting a piercing so much more fun. Next the prices for the piercing was actually fair, due to the fact that Pat's (the piercer) knowledge AND expertise about piercings made it easier for me to understand the process of piercing and what to expect, so I had absolutely no issues paying the price. This is my favorite place to get pierced and to buy my jewelry. I got a tragus piercing by Pat and he was absolutely phenomenal at what he does. You can tell it's more than just a job to him. I went to Club Tattoo on January 6th for a tongue piercing! I could not put into words how genuine and amazing the experience was. I’d been to this establishment before and was, of course, impressed. But the piercer who I had this time, Pat, is genuinely the nicest person I have ever met in my life and I mean that wholeheartedly. I know how cheesy that sounds but he made my experience 1,000 times better. Club Tattoo Tempe is an extremely professional and clean place! I couldn’t recommend it enough to people looking to get pierced there!!!!! Each person is so kind from the piercers down to the receptionist (who’s name I can’t remember at the moment I’m so sorry.) I wish I could give it 10 stars.

i got my septum done by pat and he was incredible. i am absolutely horrible with needles and get panic attacks before getting shots. despite grant, i really wanted to get a septum and he was a godsend. it was so quick and easy. he clearly knew what he was doing and i didn’t shed a single tear. when i was lightheaded after, he made sure i was alright and gave me a glucose tab. plus the piercing looks amazing. i would 100% recommend. also, the price is totally reasonable.

I can't even begin to describe what an awesome experience I had at Club Tattoo. I'm a trucker from Maryland drove all the way here for an original Linkin Park tattoo. Everything from the phone calls and emails coordinating the appointment to arriving in a clean, comfortable and inviting atmosphere. However what I was most blown away by was my artist, Kenzi Wood. He was very professional, friendly, fast, and just done right fun to be around. Gave me one of the best experiences I've ever had in any type of place of business. I got two cartilage piercings here on Halloween, along with my friends who got second lone piercings and a nose piercing respectively. They’ve all healed up super nicely and the whole experience was great! I will say it was a bit tough on a college student budget but it was in no means overpriced for the service we got. Everything was super sanitary and we were able to pick out our jewelry and everything. The studs go in through the back and the jewel screws into the front. When I previously got my ears pierced (a few years ago in a different state) the gem just pushed into the shaft of the stud, but these ones screw in. This makes them pretty much impossible to have fall out, but also makes them really difficult to put back in by yourself. Overall a great experience and I have had no trouble with infection or discomfort. Definitely invest in the saline spray though, it’s actually a game changer.

I had an absolutely great experience at Club Tattoo in Tempe. On a whim, I decided to get my nostril pierced after thinking about it on and off for more than ten years. The staff was courteous and nothing but professional. I arrived early for my appointment, and I was seen a little bit later than my scheduled time. The studio was clean, comfortably air conditioned, and their music selection was great. I could have hung out there all day if they let me! I was given a coupon for a futile visit for the "inconvenience", however I was not bothered by the wait time at all. Pat Tidwell did my piercing and I cannot say enough nice things about him. He made me feel so at ease, he told me precisely what to do to alleviate any anxiety in the back of my mind. I'm really disappointed, I went in for 3 piercings, lobes and cartilage. Within 24 hours one fell out, luckily, I did not lose the gold part of the overpriced specialized jewelry (I spent $500!!). The piercer spent so much time telling me the jewelry was made more secure with the screw-on tops! I had not done anything for it to fall out, was so careful and followed all instructions. The piercing was closed within 1 hour. I called and was treated with much disrespect, told a manager would call back and they never did. Then called again, the receptionist was much nicer but again I was told a manager would call. Never did. But the receptionist called instead to tell me they would repierce for free and give me 10% off on the post which was lost. This is not customer service. The jewelry they provided either did not do its job, or the piercer did not properly tighten it, and now I have to pay 90% of the cost AGAIN!? I can either go elsewhere and pay everything or go back to Club Tatoo and spend money again on bad jewelry. Either way, it's a bad deal. I'm really bummed, and the fact that the manager made no effort is a big sign. This may be great for tattoos, and piercings with basic jewelry but if you want a high end look and quality jewelry, with good customer service, this is not the place for you. Update: it's been 1 year and my piercings have been infected nonstop. I went back and they told me it was the jewelry, and the fact that I slept on it. I can't do anything about either, no choice on the jewelry and I sleep like all humans. My skin can't breathe with the jewelry, it's too tight. I ended up removing the jewelry, I was so relieved!!! Put in gold hoops and things are so much better. It was terribly hard to get them out, I had to use pliers! I still haven't been able to get my closed piercing redone because I have to go when the same piercer is there. They told me when I was there in person, after I called to get it redone and they said to come in anytime! Well not true... it has to be when the original piercer is there. Listen, I've had a lot of piercings and a few tattoos, this place has been the worse of all! Bad products, bad customer service.

I got my helix pierced by Pat, and it went great! It healed very well with no infection, and I am not known to be the most meticulous at cleaning piercings to begin with. Swelling and pain went completely down within a week, and now a month later it feels totally healed. Pat was very kind, professional, and efficient, and the desk staff were great, as well. There was a backup and they were running a bit behind, and they offered me a coupon to apologize for the delay. Prices were lower than I expected, too. Popped in after work for a walk in today to get my nostril redone, after a previous shop didn’t do so well with making it line up with the piercing in my other nostril, and ended up with the industrial I’d always wanted as well. Had a walk in piercing done with Pat. I was very impressed with his professionalism and charisma. He seemed to know I was a bit nervous given the location of the piercing, and before I could even express any concerns, he walked me through his past experience, processes, and suggestions. He has been doing piercings for a long time. I definitely felt at ease and any questions or worries I had were addressed before I could ask them. During the piercing, he was very clear and calming with what he was doing and what to expect. After, I got a bit flushed and had to lay down. I never felt rushed, and he had a cup of water waiting for me. He gave me clear directions on how to care for it, and got me excited to come back for jewelry change in the future. I was also able to buy some saline solution for cleaning from their shop, which was nice. I would definitely suggest Pat as a professional, very experienced, and calming piercer. He does a large variety of different piercings, which you may not see on their site. If you are curious if they will do your piercing like I was, call them or walk in! :)

This is a gorgeous shop, and the staff is amazing. I went in to get my septum done, and after a nerve-wracking experience at one shop I was super nervous. They helped me pick my jewelry and the staff was super friendly. Going in to get pierced, the room was brightly lit and almost like a nurses office. By far, one of the nicest places I’ve seen. The guy opened with a joke (which side are we doing?) and it really lightened the mood. He was super chill and made sure to put a few dots to line up the piercing. It looks lovely, and i love that they put the smaller ring in too. Healing hasn’t been a problem at all thus far, and he gave me a handy little card on the way out with healing time and everything (3 months till I can start shopping for jewelry!) Not only are they extremely professional, all of their work is fantastic. Totally not what I expected from a seeming hole-in-the-wall! 10/10

We initially went to the country club location and they were fully booked so we couldn't get a walk in piercing. They did however refer us to the tempe location on rural and university tho along with a coupon which was super nice. The rural and university location is a little rough on the outside but super super nice and clean on the inside. My piercer was Plaid and he was really awesome and super informative down to the fact that the piercing I though was called a double orbital is actually a double conch. I was super appreciative of that cause I felt kind if silly calling it the wrong thing. I'm really thankful he clarified. It was very clean and the artists all wore masks. There was also a lot of interactive technology to use to help create your own perfect tattoo design without the assistance of an artist. The computer technology was very intuitive and easy to use and you can see a real life idea of what your design will look like once applied. The only downside is, that it can be pricey and there is a sizable down payment you must make in an advance and might have to wait a week or more until your artist is available for you. If you are looking for something simple or to get a tattoo that day, Club Tattoo might not be for you. But the wait is well worth it.

She took a lot of time making sure both sides were as symmetrical as possible and made sure I was happy with my placement. I came into Club Tattoo on December 13th with intention to have my Septum Pierced. Here I was greeted by the front staff, and signed in, taking care of payment and legalities. I was then greeted by the Piercer, Jonny, who asked about what type of jewelry I would like, metals preferred, and listened to my concerns about sizing. Within a few minutes, he had picked out the perfect size, even taking care to form the ring and take my measurements precisely. I was very impressed with the overall professionalism and cleanliness of the parlor, even more so, when I was brought back into the room to have my piercing done. I was then informed that it may take a few minutes as Jonny was sterilizing the tools, instruments, and piercing- while doing so, cleaned inside and around my nose, advising me that he would walk me through the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring, which did help me relax, I felt as though I was definitely in good hands. I was a little nervous, but Jonny made me feel welcome and comfortable at all times. Once the tools and piercing were fully sanitized, I was laid back, guided through the process, and before I knew it- it was done! Virtually no pain whatsoever, and it was done so quickly- on top of that, I was also provided some non-latex gloves to use, so that I can clean my septum safely, (I am allergic to Latex so this was a nice gesture) as well as guidance on aftercare. Overall, I am very impressed with Jonny, and the staff at Club Tattoo. I genuinely enjoyed my experience and am happy by the professionalism that everyone maintained. Definitely will go back to see Jonny for Jewelry, once my Septum fully heals. (As of today, my Piercing has been solid, I have had no pain, and no swelling!) A+ Experience, would definitely recommend Club Tattoo, and highly recommend Jonny if you’re seeking a Piercing!

Went in l about a week ago for a piercing. The modern and welcoming waiting area had enough to look at and keep me busy while waiting for Nick, the piercer, to get set up to pierce my septum. I was expecting to be in a world of pain. I’ve heard that the actual piercing is like getting punched in the face, but to my surprise, I barely felt it! Don’t bargain shop when it comes to your body. This place may be a little pricey, but I found it to be worth every penny.

I went in for a consultation with Amelia to get a tattoo to show the love I have for my son and babywearing. All I had was a picture of us that I loved and another picture of a random tattoo of the style I wanted mine to be in. Amelia was great, she sat down with me, explained the style (American traditional) I wanted and the colors that are generally used with that style all while my little man was wrapped to my back sleeping. She never batted an eye or made me feel uncomfortable at all. I showed her where I wanted the tattoo and roughly the size I wanted. When I finally went in to get my tat she wasn't feeling well but she was very professional. I looked at her sketch of my tat and explained I wanted it to be bigger than she had originally drawn so she went back and redid the piece to my perfection. Even though she wasn't feeling well she took her time and did an outstanding job on my half sleeve. It took her 4 hours just for the tat, not including the redraw and I love it. I highly recommend Amelia.

I wanted to say that Natasha is the best! She is my tattoo artist and she recently made the move to Club Tattoo where she belongs! She is very caring and patient and you can tell she loves what she does. She did my brother's memorial tattoo for me and it is perfect! I just told her an idea of what I wanted and she drew it out for me. I say patient because the first drawing she spent hours on and it looked awesome but just wasn't exactly what I wanted so she actually started all over again to make it perfect for me 💓 She was very gentle with the way she tattooed, I expected more pain! Lol. She did such a great job with the small details of my tat, very intricate and not many people can those small details off that I have seen. I will be getting more work from her done soon and highly reccomend Natasha and Club Tattoo to anyone!

My boyfriend and I went in as a walk in tonight and were greeted immediately by Vinnie who also ended up being our artist. Everyone there was awesome and the vibes throughout the shop were awesome. Vinnie was an amazing artist as we are more than pleased with the outcome of our tattoos. Straight lines and perfect circles, he was quick with his work but there is no doubt that he took special care of every detail from the placement of the stencil to the final touches before wrapping it up. 6 stars!! went with a couple friends to get piercings last night. jonny and the rest of the staff made the whole process have a therapeutic feel to it. the quality of service here is as good as it’ll get in the valley. jonny was heavily experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. he calmed the nerves of my friends who went into the shop skeptical. we had such a good time, i even considered getting a tattoo just to hang around awhile longer. needless to say, i’ll be recommending this shop (especially jonny) to everyone and anyone looking to get tattoos or piercings in the area.

This review has been a long time coming. I went here about a year ago to get a quote on my collar bone and with birds and stars to blend into my stars on my shoulder and back. The scheduling went great. I stopped in and talked to them about what I wanted, and they were very helpful. My tattoo artist was, I believe, Rosaland Daniels. The appointment was set to be done in two days of me first going to the salon. I was required to make a deposit (which is totally normal). When I went into the parlor the day of the tattoo, everything was all set and ready. Rosaland's schedule was empty, and she only had me on her book that day (she was about to go on vacation). So, she was able to spend a lot of time helping me design what I wanted. Now, when it came to the tattooing, she was very gentle and focused. My friend came back with me and watched it being done. The artist and I were making jokes and just having a nice time. The artist was very easy to talk too, and it was a lovely experience. The tattoo was done and healed beautifully. I absolute love it!!! I recommend them to all of my friends at college. If you want the job done correctly GO HERE!

Went to Xavier, got a appointment two days in advance but his portfolio was impressive. He did my mom and me back to back, both personalized and they were improved significantly. I spent a solid 5 hours with him and he's very easy to talk to, and he helped me through a very painful tattoo (rib tattoo so it had nothing to do with him)

Rosaland Daniels has been tattooing me for 2 years now and she's always amazing. Her work, her demeanor everything. From pieces I've brought her to put on me, custom work, old touch ups, and a beautiful custom cover-up. She's my artist and will be as long as possible. The sales reps that manage the store and work the counter are among the friendliest I've ever met in almost 20 years of collecting ink. The rest of the crew, Emily, Brian, Cj, Jake, and Kenzi are rad and all super friendly. I love this shop and everyone that works there. Friendly, professional, super clean... There are some great shops and artists in the Valley and this should be your first stop.

So the first place I went to originally denied me because they thought my bridge piercing was "impulsive" even though I have been looking into the bridge piercing for 10+ years and mentioned that to their staff... I decided to look into club tattoo's tempe location and I was so thrilled how I was able to research their piercers on their website and be able to come in an hour before closing after my original shop denied me (I had made an appointment in advanced) and Aubri, the girl up front was more than happy to have their piercer Emily assist me. The piercer made sure I was happy and confident with my piercing before making the decision which I thought was AMAZING! Overall I had a great and comfortable experience. I would highly recommend coming to club tattoo's tempe location! Expect me to be a returning customer!
