The place and the team are amazing and professional. The team is knowledgeable, kind, and patient when it comes to the piercing process. They value their client’s time and experience. Austin did my piercings and he is a god send. He made sure I was safe, comfortable, and explained everything he was doing to me as he was doing my piercings. They welcome suggestions and if you are not satisfied with something, they will fix it right away. As a client, I can tell the staff enjoy what they do!!! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who wants a piercing done in a professional and safe manner. They also use real diamonds when it comes to piercings!!

I can’t say enough good things about Infinite. I’ve gotten 5 piercings here and each time I’ve had an incredible experience. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The piercers are fantastic - informative, extremely professional, and overall just super kind. All of my piercings have healed beautifully and while I’m sure part of that is on me, I also attribute it to their advice on aftercare, regular follow up appointments, and the cleanliness of the studio. I always recommend this place to folks looking to get pierced.

I had such a fantastic experience with Infinite Body Piercing! From start to finish, it was super easy and positive. Scheduling an appointment on their website was simple, and the reminders were helpful too. When I actually arrived on-site, every single team member was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The wait was minimal, and honestly the space is beautiful so I wouldn't have minded waiting longer. They have some really unique jewelry on display from artists that I had a lot of funning browsing. Ursula was my (septum) piercer and she was an absolute gem. It was my first time in a while getting a piercing, so I was a bit nervous. She was very personable and calm, so I felt immediately at ease. She also made sure to thoroughly explain every part of the process, from cleaning to piercing - there were no surprises, which was a relief. She was clear about aftercare and went over things that are normal and things to look out for. I would love to return to her for future services! Payment was also super easy, and it was even more affordable than I was expecting. Cash for tip is encouraged, but they do accept it other ways as well. I would absolutely recommend Infinite to folks who are beginners, experts, and everyone in between. I felt comfortable the entire time, and they did an absolutely fabulous job!

Had a set of piercings done the other day by Austin. He was very professional and made things super comfortable for me. He explained everything as he went and made sure things went smoothly and quickly. The shop it self is also very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Prices are also very fair for the quality of jewelry and the professionalism of the staff. I'd definitely recommend Infinite Body for all of your piercing or body jewelry needs!

Everyone I’ve encountered here has been so friendly and accommodating. I recently needed a nostril retainer and was serviced quickly via walk in on a Monday evening. I came all the way from north Jersey. Zach was awesome. He was funny and made me feel comfortable. I didn’t felt anything as he swapped the jewelry. When I came back to have my post put back in, I decided to buy something new. Everything was beautiful, but I found a winner. Maddie helped me narrow down my options on which piece matched my skin tone. Amelia was also wonderful. She put my post back in with ease and made me feel great about my new selection. I didn’t feel a thing and felt like a million bucks with my new jewelry. I can’t say enough about how nice everyone was and accommodating me so quickly me as a walk-in.(twice). The jewelry change is FREE! I only paid for my jewelry and a respectful tip. Highly recommend this location. Philly Philly.

I came to Infinite Body Piercing on two separate occasions and both trips were amazing! Appointments are required for piercings or more complex appointments if you need extra assistance with picking out jewelry, asking questions, etc. Walk-ins are accepted for simple jewelry changes or to browse their selection. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming and their jewelry selection is stunning. Pixie did a jewelry change on me and did a piercing for a friend. She’s thorough, great educator on piercing aftercare, and a sweet human being all the way around. On a separate occasion, John did a tragus piercing for me and he was also awesome! He’s funny and made the piercing process seamless and painless. They have a great rewards system where after the fourth piercing, the fifth piercing is free (price of jewelry isn’t included in this). Although definitely on the pricier end, I think the prices are justified with the piercers, jewelry selection, and customer service. I’ll definitely be back for all piercing needs or jewelry changes.

I had an amazing experience here!! I got my nose pierced here a couple days by Austin, and have had absolutely no issues with the piercing so far. Austin was amazing during the session, and even told me some very funny stories that had me laughing to help distract from the pain. He made me very comfortable by giving me a step by step of what he was doing while he was piercing my nose, and even helped guide my breathing to keep me calm and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend this place.

I stopped in for a walk-in jewelry removal and had a great experience with Austin! He was super friendly, professional, and fast. I had a labret post I hadn't been able to unscrew for about 4 years and he removed it within like 30 seconds, and didn't charge me anything. Other local piercing shops charge $30+ for jewelry removal and you have to make an appointment. I was super happy with the service I received from Austin as well as the rest of the staff at the front desk. Thank you!

Cannot recommend this place enough. I have gone twice so far to get my earlobes pierced and then my eyebrow and lip. I was pierced by Pixie both times, and they were incredibly accommodating, super personable, unmistakably stylish, and exhaustingly knowledgeable. I didn't know much of anything about piercings, and Pixie explained everything that they were doing and meticulously made sure that my piercing matched the contours of my face and my own taste and preferences. 10/10 will be coming back to get more piercings done!

Went here for the first time today. Space is very clean and they have an amazing selection of jewelry to choose from. Counter staff was very friendly and helpful. Jordyn did a great job on my third lobe piercing and was very helpful with finding the perfect size for my stretched lobe piercings which I have not had jewelry in for quite some time. Even splurged on some new earrings for my second lobe piercings. Will definitely be back!

My go-to piercing spot, staff is ALWAYS super nice. First came to this place in 2019 for an Industrial (which is now long gone) and a nose piercing which have healed nicely and I recently just got a second nostril piercing by Jordyn who was super sweet and I would trust her for any piercing (as well as most of the staff.) I did have an issue with said Industrial when a piercer (I am unsure if he's still staffed there anymore) has given a too-short of a barbell however, the rest of the staff/management tried to accommodate me as best as possible! They're always booked up for a reason! Thank you guys for all that you do!

Got my septum pierced by Zach in Philly. He was amazing, his thorough explanation took longer than the piercing itself. I was definitely in shock because it all happened so fast but it was relatively painless. No surprises. Zach really took his time to explain everything and answer your questions before poking you. He also prefaced that if I wasn't happy with the way it healed at all that I could come back and see him. Just that little bit of compassion really surprised me. The shop was packed when I checked in. Great for them, not so great for me because I'm an anxious lil bb. Everyone was friendly and professional though so no qualms there. I get all the hype now and why they're booked up so far in advance. No regrets. If I ever get more piercings, I'll def return. They accept card and then I chose to tip in cash.

Kookie is a wonderful piercer, I can't recommend her enough!! I'm beyond happy with all the pokes I've gotten, and her expert technique and calm, gentle bedside manner really made each piercing experience feel as comfortable as possible :) I appreciate that my anatomy was checked for suitability each time - I was informed that one of the piercings I originally came in for (a christina) wouldn't be as safely suited, so I was able to substitute for other piercings my anatomy could work with, which I absolutely love! (including a triangle and albertina) The front desk staff is also fantastic, and have always been very helpful and personable. I look forward to each appointment, and plan to finish all my piercings at Infinite :)

I had a great experience getting my rook and 3rd lobe pierced in November (1st photo) at the Baltimore location. My piercer, Heather, was really great with providing follow up aftercare advice when my rook was a bit angry. I also ordered a little Queztalli kite tail charm (2nd photo, 3rd piercing) online and it shipped very fast!

This has by far been the best piercing place I've been to. Staff are beyond helpful and amazing, prices are great, jewelry is high quality. When you go, ask for Austin! The have the most extensive stock of multitude gauges, shapes, lengths, sizes, etc that I have been able to find. Great service, knowledgeable technicians and nice environment. I got my tragus pierced here years ago and always go back every couple of years to replace or upgrade the earring. I do wish they could do a better job of clarifying what type of jewelry is for ear piercings vs. nose piercings. I’ve made the mistake of buying a nose piercing thinking it was for ears and had to return it.

This is my second time here and second time meeting with Pixie! She was great and puts you at ease detailing the process and prepping you for what to expect. The staff moves like a well oiled machine and the staff made it clear that they like to stay on schedule; that said, I did not feel rushed at all to make my jewelry selection either. I had John Logger and he was amazing! From start to finish John was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and skillful. He is very calm and helpful throughout the whole process. He answers all of your questions and walks you step by step through the process. I was a bit nervous nervous but after the first five seconds of meeting and talking to John I felt immediately at ease. The studio itself is very clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The jewelry to choose from is beautiful! Some pieces can be expensive but depending on your price you can absolutely find something in your budget. I think the pricing is absolutely appropriate. You get an excellent piercer, QUALITY jewelry (which is so important), and clean facility. It doesn't just stop at the initial piercing appt. They like for you to come back so they can check on the healing process (No charge and no appointment needed!!) and size down your gauge as needed. They provide you with a booklet that lays out step by step after care and FAQs. They really take the time to ensure that all of your needs are met. I also in the past had a piercing done by a different studio and went to them for advice and help and they were amazing during that experience too. If you are considering getting a piercing done i 100000% recommend infinite piercing and John himself. Some studios will charge less.....PSA been there, done that and I regret it!! Thankfully like I said infinite was there to save the day but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING OR PLANNING ON A PIERCING- INFINITE SHOULD BE YOUR #1 CHOICE!!!

I travel around 45 minutes from out of state specifically for this piercing shop whenever I get a new piercing, need a piercing reopened, or want to buy new hardware. The entire facility is sterile and all the piercers are experts in their art. I especially appreciate that all the hardware is implant-grade titanium. I've been able to have an MRI done and still keep my piercings in (check with your doctor before you do this)! They are very transparent about pricing, and they'll reopen/stretch piercings for free. The piercing services and jewelry are not cheap, but the professionalism and quality are worth it.

They also had a really great selection of jewelry for all price ranges. Amelia was my piercer and I can’t say enough good things about my experience with her. She made me feel really comfortable and at ease. (I don’t have a ton of piercings - just ears and previously a septum, so I was nervous!) I felt like she really took the time to make sure the piercings I wanted would work and look exactly how I wanted. I will most definitely be back here and will be sure to ask for her specifically. A great piercing by Pixie who has lots of experience. Went to another shop a couple of years ago for nipple piercings that were poorly done and after researching quality shops, came across Infinite to re-pierce and correctly place. Shop was clean and bright. Pixie took lots of time to listen and prep as I was particular about placement and size. She thoroughly marked, validated placement with me, and perfectly placed 6ga bars exactly as I wanted them. She answered all my questions, offered great instructions, and we discussed follow-up and future work. Highly recommend this place and Pixie for a quality and safe piercing.

Infinite has been THE go-to for body piercing in the area for ages and still is. They never disappoint, even during the pandemic, even when crazy-busy. If you are getting pierced you 100% owe it to yourself to have it done here. Everyone is so nice, and so sweet, and so knowledgeable. The counter people are amazing. The piercers are amazing. Got my nose pierced at their Baltimore location ( It was a great experience as well!), but as I do live in PA I’ve been helped through the whole healing process by the stuff from the Philly studio and am still amazed at how professional, precise and kind everyone has been. This has become my new and favorite place to get a piercing! The staff were awesome and welcoming! The jewelry they had on display and for sale were beautiful at the shop. Very nice and clean atmosphere! Pixie was Phenomenal! So sweet and kind! and she did my Industrial piercing with ease! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her for all you piercing needs!! I legitimately love this place! It's beautiful, clean and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I originally scheduled my appointment for a nostril piercing but while waiting in the lobby I had a split second decision to get my genitals pierced (Lorum) and I wasn't sure how they would deal with me changing my mind. The piercer was actually excited to do it and even asked if another one of the piercers would watch in. Typically in a situation so... exposed...you might say no, but everyone was so chill and nice that I felt comfortable enough to say yes. They gave me all the information I needed for aftercare and talked to me about options on gaging my Lorum if I wanted too in the future. My piercing healed perfectly and I get compliments on it all the time with my partners. 10/10 would recommend this place!

I got three piercings done by guest piercer Jerry and really enjoyed the experience! I set up my appointment quickly and easily using their online system. I called prior to my appointment with a few questions which were answered promptly by the staff. Upon arriving I checked in and had my temperature taken and then was able to ask a few more specific questions to my piercer. We discussed my eligibility based on my anatomy and selected the jewelry before getting started. During the process he explained everything he was doing, which I greatly appreciated. He was very experienced and also took time to build a personal connection and make me feel safe and comfortable. He pierced quickly and efficiently and involved me in the entire process. His warm, open personality really made it a great experience. This is the only place I’ll be getting pierced from now on.

Went here to get my tragus piercing changed. The lady at the front was very patient with me since it took me a while to decide on what I wanted. The lady who actually changed my piercing was very kind as well. I think her name was Karli. She also pierced my sisters ears above her rook. Very patient and explained what she was going to do before she did it and answered any questions we had. The people at the front were nice but it was a Tuesday so probably less people for them to deal with. Tip: if they don't have the jewelry you are looking for they can order it for you.

Quality/cleanliness is what I come for. But two times I’ve been here it is *a little* over the top as far as needing to copy your ID every time & you have to fill out paperwork every time even if you’re a previous client?? The jewelry is overpriced (quality, but too pricey for me personally.) And all the people I’ve interacted with here are on the pretentious side. It makes me not want to return. At my latest visit, I was talking about finding the right size jewelry for my nose since I have a “professional” job now. I’m tired. I just got off work. I didn’t mean anything by it. I simply meant a desk job/admin office etc. The person behind the desk in a very offended snide voice said “oh I have a professional job too.” Yeah you do. I get it. I didn’t mean it that way and I didn’t need that comment after a long day.

I just wanted to say I highly recommend this place! I had called beforehand as I had gotten a recent navel piercing at another shop and unfortunately the jewelry did not suit my anatomy. Both the jeweler and the piercer had extensive knowledge no matter what questions or concerns I had. Everything was absolutely sterile, organized and relaxed. I do not remember the name of the person who inserted my new floating navel piece, but they were awesome!! Extremely educated and professional. I could not recommend this shop more : )

When I was looking for a place in Philly to get pierced, people always recommended Infinite - and for good reason. I got my lobes and septum pierced here and had a great experience. The place is extremely clean and is very safe RE: Covid procedures. My piercer was very nice and clearly experienced - I barely felt a thing for any of the piercings and they healed nicely. I am continually impressed with the staff at Infinite Body Piercing! When I was searching for a shop to do my first piercings, I was extremely focused on finding a reputable shop that had experienced professionals. I was less worried about whether the cost was reasonable or the personality of the piercer. Having been a customer of Infinite for >1 yr. now, I can thankfully say I found all those qualities at Infinite. My initial consult was with Pixie and they were extremely professional and personable. They answered all my questions and concerns and walked me through the process, which I greatly appreciate in any profession. The actual piercing was also quick and skillfully done. The piercings have healed well and the placement is perfect. Likewise, I recently met Zach F. to check in and downsize and he was similarly professional, personable, and skillful. Last, but not least, every single staff member I've met has also been really nice and professional. I love this place - only spot in Philly that I get pierced. Very clean, nice jewelery selection, front of house staff is very sweet and pleasant to interact with, piercers are all very knowledgeable. I also appreciate that their intake forms include a spot for preferred name and pronouns! Pandemic procedure is also nice, you need to make an appointment and the store only ever has maybe 2 customers inside at a time, everyone's masked and they disinfect thoroughly between customers (of course disinfecting the piercing rooms is normal procedure, pandemic aside). Now that Philly is opened up again I'm not sure how infinite's policy has changed, so you should call before going.

I love this place and it's where I get most of my piercings. During COVID you do have to make an appointment for anything and everything. They don't do any piercings below the mask - not sure when that's changing. I love how they are so careful to sterilize both the needles and the jewelry. They also give you guidance on how to keep your piercing clean and how to make sure it heals well. It's a bit more pricey than a tatoo shop, but 100% worth it.

I love this place ! Been here a few time before but never brought anything or got pierced. Staff was always very friendly but today really impressed me ! I got my philtrum pierced last Monday by some not to creditable location and the bar and stud were too small and I was feeling so much tightness and pressure. I got my ears pierced over 8 years ago overseas, and the experience did not go well. I have very large earlobes and the studs I was given were too small. Long story short, my ears got infected and I took the studs out. Fast forward to early 2015. I went to Infinite to try my luck again, and they couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. The gentleman who pierced my ears saw that they were large and got longer press-fit earrings for them, and gave me detailed instructions for aftercare. The procedure was clean, sanitary, and quick. I was very pleased. I recently lost the end of one of my earrings and ordered a new one from their website. Stephanie emailed me to make sure that I only needed the end and not a post as well, and then shipped the part to me quickly. It arrived within a few days along with a hand-written note stating that it had been bent for me (standard for those types of earrings). I can't say enough nice things about these guys! They are so helpful and make you feel very comfortable and relaxed during the piercing process. I highly recommend them!

I went to Infinite at the end of July 2020 for new ear piercings (2 lobes, 1 cartilage). Although I was a little nervous about getting my ears pierced in the middle of a pandemic, I needn't have been worried at all - Infinite is currently limiting all services to scheduled appointments only and the store is very clean with barriers set up at the service counter. Pixie explained what placements would work well based on my ear anatomy, and they did a great job coaching me through breathing during the piercing process, which was very quick and almost painless. All the staff members that I interacted with while in the store were wonderfully kind people, and I can't recommend them enough. Recently I also ordered some new press fit jewelry for my old piercings through Infinite. Although they do not advertise this on their website, they pre-adjust the press-fit ends before shipping, which hopefully eliminates the need for you to do that adjustment on your own - a huge bonus.

This was my very first time visiting the place. I'd called ahead and spoke with Charles, who gave me the breakdown of what they do, including ear piercing. My friend and I went there, found it was busy, brightly lit, and clean (relatively speaking). We immediately felt at ease (even though one of the female staff members seemed to have a Resting B*tch Face, the others compensated for that). Charles was very nice and detailed. After talking with him and filling out the paperwork, I was ready. However it turned out that when answering my questions over the phone earlier, Charles neglected to mention that the wait times for ear piercing on a Saturday evening can be in the 90-minute to 2-hour range! 😥 So, my friend and I explored South Street a while, then went back to Infinite. Within 15 minutes I was taken to the back for the piercing and re-piercing. We were impressed by the piercer's professional-yet-cool-bro attitude, his medical gloves, the professional licenses hanging on the wall, and the general quasi-clinical setting that was very artsy without being grungy or unhygienic. I left a tip, and I'll be back in 8 weeks for the follow-up.

She is very professional and understanding and explained the next steps extremely well for my sister to understand. We were called in by Zach who welcomed us with positivity and a smile. He cracked a few jokes to make my sister at ease. He was excellent in explaining to her what to expect and how to take care of her nose piercing. Not only was he was excellent at taking care of her, but was also compassionate and patient when she started to squint and move around during the piercing. The piercing came out perfect and my sisters smile hasn’t left since. I will always recommend Infinite for anyone’s piercings especially those who are also sensitive and need extra care. Fabulous piercing shop! Traveled to Philly for my birthday November 2019 and stopped by this shop for a nose piercing and to have all my ear jewelry upgraded, and had a wonderful experience. Had nose piercing, which I've always loved but just got around to having the nerve to 'just do it!'. Superb service! And Dustin, my attendant was outstanding. Love U Dustin, you're the greatest! Unlike another shop where I attempted to get my piercing (NW Philly, is much closer to where I live), I received 'the look', snickers (I am a 55 yo plus woman) and felt I was being talking down to. I felt quite uncomfortable and out of place. When the piercer shouted, asking what I was there for and he indicated there was a 2 hour wait, I bolted with the intentions of never returning. At Infinite Piercing, the staff was very accommodating and I felt very comfortable. And it also helped seeing another mature woman walk in for service, and the staff and general atmosphere was just as accommodating to her as well. Thank you Infinite Piercing, I will be returning in a couple of months to treat myself to new jewelry for Christmas.

Great place with very professional staff. I got my nostril pierced and my piercer had to give it a second try to get the angle right. (I don't blame him or doubt his skills at all, I have a very tiny nose which made things difficult, and he was still a great piercer.) Instead of just ignoring the bad angle and being like "great looks good!" and sending me away with a bad piercing, he was honest with me and took the time to try again to give me the best result possible. It was a busy Saturday afternoon and he still took the time to make things right. I really appreciated that and didn't mind at all that he had to try a second time. Highly recommend!!

First impression was not a good one I left disappointed I couldn’t get nose piercing I wanted. I arrived 7 Min after they stopped piercing. I drove a distance to get there and girl at counter (Kristie) was not real friendly and suggested I go to another shop that stayed open later or come back Sunday. Based on the reviews I wanted to try this place for my first piercing but now I am not sure if I plan to return ( paid $20 parking for nothing). Ok, I did return to Infinite to get my nose pierced Saturday morning when they first opened at 11 am. They redeemed themselves and staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t wait long. Anna was good and explained the process took her time to make sure where I wanted my piercing. If I get another piercing I would return to Infinite. It helped they gave me 20% off jewelry for the inconvenience the first time.

This rating has NOTHING to do with the piercers. Zach is absolutely amazing and is one of the best piercers that you’ll ever find. Charles, who works at the counter, on the other hand isn’t as pleasant. My special order request, that would take 16 weeks to receive, was misplaced or lost. Now, 12 weeks later he’s stating if they don’t find the receipt or I can’t produce it (which I was never provided a receipt) or bank statements with the payment, I will have to pay for a new piece. He was also very rude, I was keeping an even tone and pointing out how ridiculous he sounded by asking me to repay for a paid piece and he was overly dramatic about the conversation. He seemed to want to start a fight about this, which to me was very unprofessional. I have changed my review but will not take the original posting down. The counter manager Jessica is very understanding and personable. It’s apparent that she cares about her customers and is passionate about her job.

I came in for my scheduled appointment and was in and out within 30 minutes, but my cousins both came in for walk-ins so we spent almost four hours at this spot. (It was Labor Day weekend so if we weren't spending four hours waiting at this line, we would've been spending four hours on some other line.) The guy who pierced us was supper friendly, made helpful suggestions, and gave us thoughtful warnings. You could tell that he really cared about his work. He recommended that we come back in a few weeks time, and even made recommendations for other trusted locations since some of us were from out of town. I was really impressed that the studio maintains a client database with detailed information of the type of jewelry you get pierced with. When we're ready to switch out our jewelry (nipple, VCH, septum) we won't have to guess what kind/size jewelry we have in, we can just call up the place and ask. The place was pretty expensive, but 10/10 would recommend this studio to anyone.

My daughter has mild autism and some pretty strong sensory integration issues (lighting, smell, sound, new environments, and people can all be bigger stressors for her). So when she told me she wanted to get her ears pierced, I was worried. We wanted to take her to a piercer because the piercing guns at mall shops just aren't safe. Even with her excitement about getting earrings and some prep work, the process was slow and difficult. ...but everyone at IBP was incredibly gracious and helpful. For a place that's only been doing child piercings for a few months, I was astonished at how ready they were to be welcoming to a 9 year old. Our piercer Anna was gentle and slow, willing to do the same steps over and over as my daughter needed to process the experience. I really feel like she learned a valuable lesson about being in control of what happens to her body. I was deeply moved by the fact that Anna even made her feel ok with the idea that maybe we just do one today and try again another time. We were lucky that they had the flexibility to give us extra time, which we sorely needed. It was truly a wonderful experience and I hope that Anna knows how much it meant to us.

It was crooked and the piercer wouldnt let me walk out with it as such. I was very disappointed but they didnt charge me and had me come back in a week to get it redone. I did and it went great. I got my philtrum pierced here. And would like to say that if you look really closely it's not perfectly centered. It did heal very well and followed what they told me on how to take care of it. My piercer was very cool and had let my boyfriend in to hold my hand. I was a little nervous. It was very quick but the one thing I do no like about this place is that, the people who work at the register area give off a smug vibe like they're better than everyone. They're not that friendly an have not gone back just because of that vibe. I prefer Warrior because the people there are very helpful, friendly and inviting. They always offer to help you and inform you well and what you want to know without sounding like know-it-alls. I've bought my jewelry at Warrior and will get any future piercings by them.

I've been pierced at Infinite by a well-known guest piercer and by John. Both were super rad. Counter staff were polite and knowledgeable both times, despite the store being VERY busy for the guest piercer and pretty busy the day I got pierced by John; didn't have an issue with them at all. John was a total sweetheart - personable, professional, explained everything, answered all my questions and concerns, told me when to email him with pictures to see if the swelling has gone down enough to switch to new and shorter jewelry. They also have jewelry in a wide variety of sizes, which is awesome - too many places act as though bodies are assembly-line-made and pierce with only one or two sizes available. What's more - their piercers (John, at least) know how to evaluate anatomy and determine the best placing or piercing - I've seen some one or two star reviews talking about how a piercer refused to do a piercing and cited anatomical concerns. Folks, that's GOOD. That shows your piercer cares about your piercing, your time and money, and their work, and doesn't want to stick you with a painful or likely-to-reject piercing. Though Infinite is about an hour and some change away from me, I now refuse to get pierced anywhere else.

Had to immediately post this review because I just had the best experience here. I got two chest dermals done a couple of months ago by someone who didn't actually work at this shop, but was helping to fill in, and I was pretty disappointed with the results. I went back in a few days later and met John Logger, who took out one of the dermals (they weren't aligned properly), and gave me aftercare instructions, and he also gave me a card for a free re-do of the anchor piercing. I went in today to get it done, and he spent a good 20-30minutes with me just to make sure that the spot where the new dermal would go would be placed perfectly and where I wanted it - he was so professional, patient, kind, and just charming in general! We had a lot of laughs, and he's just an awesome all around person/piercer. SO IN LOVE WITH THE RESULTS OF THE PIERCING. I wouldn't even trust another piercer again since I've had bad experiences prior LOL. Very thankful for John!! Ask for him!!

Let me start by saying I'm scared of getting shots at the doctor. Not an avid piercer, it's safe to say I was a little nervous. I walked in on a Thursday night at 7pm and was promptly greeted by a quiet but pleasant counter worker. I filled out my paperwork, picked my jewelry, and requested to be pierced by Kellan. I waited no longer than 15 minutes before being taken back to the room. Kellan was super friendly and personable, which only made me more comfortable. He thoroughly explained the whole process and discussed proper care and maintenance. I was in the door, pierced, and on my way in under an hour. 11/10 EXPERIENCE! Everyone was SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. I went in to have my nostril repierced (had it pierced before but it got a bump next to it and never really healed, even after a year, so I took it out about six years ago). I spoke with a really kind person who walked me through the different types of jewelery and had me fill out some paperwork. They were VERY kind and answered all my questions! I went at a popular time (Saturday around noon) so after finishing all my paperwork I sat down and waited for about 20 minutes (which is pretty quick for a popular piercing salon!). Then, my piercer, Anna, walked me back to the room. She answered any questions I had, and walked me through how to care for my piercing. Anna then cleaned my nostril (inside and out), and then analyzed the nostril by feeling around it (to make sure there wasn't too much scar tissue and all from my previous piercing). Then she put two dots on my nose and asked which placement I liked more / if I wanted it somewhere else. After picking, she had me lay down and walked me through the procedure. I really appreciated her telling me what she's doing and what is going to happen because I was a bit anxious and my previous piercer didn't really say, and it hurt a lot. But with Anna, she told me everything, and was so gentle. I don't know if it's because I took Tylenol before coming in to get pierced, or what, but when Anna pierced me it DIDN'T HURT AT ALL. It was so so so quick, and getting vaccines or blood tests hurt more than this. All I felt was the SLIGHTEST pinch, and that was truly it. The last time I had my nostril pierced (at another salon, in England), it hurt quite a bit (I remember saying "ouch ouch ouch" as the lady pierced me) so I was absolutely shocked that this didn't even hurt *at all*. Anyway, Anna told me to come back in a month to make sure everything is going okay and I'm healing properly. I am absolutely so happy with my piercing. I had the best possible experience everrrr, I swear. I don't think I want any more piercings but if I did, this is where I would go. Thank you everyone at infinite body piercings for a great experience! Both the sales associate at the start who helped me pick which stud I wanted and Anna who pierced me were so so so nice!

I had my daith pierced this evening. I have my four piercings on each side of my ear in the lobe. I’ve been wanting this piercing for a while now and finally built up the courage to get it. The ladies at the front were very helpful and nice. The wait time was about 30 minuets which wasn’t bad. My piercer Zach was very informative and did the best he could to relax me. Although nothing could have prepared me for the pain. On a scale of 1-10 it was an 11. I was told my ear was smaller and it was harder to pierce my daith. But still, I can’t believe I did it. There was a lot of blood as well. As far as the myth of giving migraine sufferers some relief, I can’t really speak on that yet. I wish I had known how much it was actually going to hurt before hand. Minus the pain, everything was wonderful and I will definitely be returning to get less painful piercings.

I walked in, probably pale as a ghost from fear, to get my belly button pierced. As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me, asked me what I was there for, and immediately took me back for a consultation. After they determined that the piercing would be ok on my body, they took me to fill out paper work, and then to the back room to get pierced. Kalli, the woman who did the piercing, was really great. She calmed me down, talked me through what was going to happen, how it would feel, and that it would be ok. The piece was in my belly button before I even knew it was happening. I did not feel a lot of pain, and she was great with explaining to me everything that was happening. I would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about getting a piercing done :)

When I went into the shop, it was pretty crowded but I went up to the counter and was helped soon after. I told them what I wanted and signed the papers and everything. Then I waited for my name to be called and once it was called, Eduardo took me (and my sister) to a room towards the back. Everything was going smoothly until I asked my sister to give me her hand to hold just before he pierced me and he took this as me "freaking out" and said "you need to calm down". Doesn't seem like a big deal, but I was not showing any outward signs of "freaking out". Also, I asked a question and he just answered very rudely. Just everything about his demeanor seemed rude and unfriendly. He was supposed to make my experience enjoyable and reassure me and I just didn't get that at all. Don't let this place "lure" you in with their whole, "I'll put a stud in for 'free' anytime" if you have a ball you need adjusted or hoop. This place told us on a NON-weekday (Thursday) that the wait would be "30-45" minutes, and we ended up waiting an hour and 15 minutes! There were people that arrived after us and still got in before us, being put in front of us! I can only imagine how horrible this is on the weekends... I would not recommend going to this place unless you want to wait a LONG time before getting in! As for the location of the store... it is on a shabby street. There were 7 bums sitting outside of the store and throughout the street. The streets smells horrible, and about 5 stores down from the parlor is a cheese steak place which has stagnant sewage/drainage water. It's pretty gross, and even worse if you want to grab a bite to eat and have to wait in line (it's usually wrapped around the building) before getting pierced! Most of the cars parked on the street are out-of-state, and the police are very meticulous with ticketing. I witnessed two out-of-stater's being ticketed after having walked away from their car for only 5 minutes! So word of advice, do NOT park on this street! You will either A. Raise the likelihood of getting a ticket, warranted, or unwarranted, and B. Likely get your car broken into. The staff themselves are young (Early, mid-twenties) and hang around the counter a lot talking among themselves. The floor is dirty and could use a good sweep! Good luck!
