My first experience with being tattooed was with Kevin at Skin Deep Tribal Tattoo. Prior to meeting Kevin, I had visited several shops and spoke with several artists and still was unsure if I trusted any of them to be my first artist. However, Kevin instantly made me feel comfortable and confident working with him and I immediately built a bond and trust in him. Kevin is honest, confident in his work but humble, knowledgeable and funny! It started with just the words, to the flag and then the eagle! Kevin’s work is clean and I always get compliments from others. I would recommend anyone to Kevin, especially first timers!

Kevin is an absolutely amazing artist! I've had him do three different pieces now. Every time it's the same process - the one he insists on to maximize the quality of the tattoo and make sure you get exactly what you want and what you'll be happy with. Your first step is to go in and tell him what you have in mind - have a general idea, but don't be too specific. He makes it a team effort to develop a custom piece that's what you've been looking for only even better than you thought it would look. After you figure it out, he draws something up and you guys continue to work together to perfect it. This may put some people off, but Kevin is a true artist. That collaboration between your vision and his expertise (he knows what your tattoo will look like even before he puts it on your body!) produces some of the best skin art around. He's patient, always chill, and super-upbeat all the time. I won't let anyone else tattoo my pieces. The piece I attached a photo of was a cover-up. It started off as just that ring in the middle. He cleaned it up and then added the tree and runes. The amazing part is that he did most of the tattoo freehand!! Never go anywhere else!

Kevin is the best at what he does I have a number of tattoos from different shops and I wouldn't go back to any of them Kevin's shop is very clean and professional I have gotten five tattoos from him with the last one being a cover up done last Thursday he did such a great job that you can't even see what was covered up I wouldn't recommend any other place
