Great place, highly recommend. Especially if you visit Vegas and decide on a tattoo. I went there as I've known about this shop for a few years, through a custom guitar service Wayne provides. Figured I'd pay his shop a visit and ended up getting my first tattoo. As an added bonus my wife got a couple there as well. Chris and Rando were great, and Chris offered some sage advice to me for tattoo placement. Both of them showed me some of their other work and I can say without hesitation that both are very creative. I'll be revisiting their shop in a few more months to get a custom one done. I got the dragon style tattoo, and the wife opted for Stitch, and a custom paw-print as a tribute to her pets. Great job guys, looking forward to seeing you again soon!

So I’ve gotten pierced many times but they always end up closing or just don’t heal right. Today I finally got educated how to properly take care of them. Chris did an amazing job and actually took the time to measure me and line up my nipple piercings perfectly. Koolsville gave me nipple piercings that were way too big and crooked. I also got my septum done too and I absolutely love it! I was also at the front asking about a cover up for one of my tattoos and Gabe (one of the tattooers) came right up front without asking and did a rough outline over my tat to show me it is possible to fix. Great service, genuine people, and chill atmosphere!

Best tattoo shop by far! Everyone is so nice! They take the time to really listen and get every detail correct. I went in to add to a tattoo that I got somewhere else and my whole experience was amazing! Desi is an incredible tattoo artist! I couldn't be happier, absolutely love my tattoo! This is a 2 part review. Please read both parts. Went to Diversity on South Eastern and the employees were total douchebags, very rude and annoyed with me and my wife showing up for tattoos. We left unsatisfied and I pulled up google to search for tattoo shops. That's when I found Painless Wayne's. I called first and spoke to Wayne directly and after a short drive I was at the shop and felt very welcomed by Wayne and Amber, who by the way are not douchebags at all. Now we are getting our tattoos and piercings done and are completely happy with the work and its at a great price. I will be recommending Painless Wayne's to everyone I know that wants a tattoo or piercing. If you want good work from good people, come down to Painless Wayne's Tattoos and piercings, you will have a good time and won't regret it.

I went to painless Wayne's and Dom my piercer aka the stache was very nice. Very professional, informative, very clean and does amazing piercings! I got my nipples done and I thought it was going to hurt so bad! Literally it barley hurt. No bleeding or swelling. Would definitely recommend Dom and I'm definitely going back to him for all my piercings. Also it's good to hit up the store and workers directly so they can give you their availability.

I was getting my first tattoo today and I wanted to make sure that I picked a good place to get it so I read the reviews for this place. I want to say, the bad reviews I read were very wrong!! Quick and easy tattoos, they look GREAT, the people are so fun to be around, and the prices are great. If I lived in Vegas, I'd be a regular here for sure. I got two tattoos and they both look awesome. Seriously, don't pay attention to the bad reviews, this place is great.

i got both of my eyebrows pierced by stache!! very cool guy, he was chill and had a sense of humor. i am only 17, so i had to show my school and state id, my mother had to show her id, and i needed my birth certificate because me and my mother have different last names, so, keep that in mind if you plan on going and are in a similar situation. stache was really nice, he made sure i was comfortable, and did a really good job. he even gave me his contact information in case i had any questions about aftercare. overall, a really professional shop, but they also have a sense of humor and personality. definitely recommend. will go again for future piercings!

I got my tongue pierced here & my experience was great. The customer service is really good. The shop is very clean . Wayne pierced it really quick and he was able to calm me down to the point where I wasn’t even nervous anymore. He explained rules and procedures for when I walk out the door . So I got my tongue pierced & A tattoo the night I went. I loved every moment of being there, they're chill people. Chris did my Piercing, he explained everything to me, like in detail. It was also numbed with Lidocaine. Very pleased with him. Desi did my tattoo & I am in LOVE. The detail she put into it, is amazing. The picture does absolutely no justice whatsoever to what it really looks like in person. I absolutely love her, she was was so nice and I'm so happy I waited as long as I did for her to finish. Wayne was super great!! I got my nose pierced by him and he made me feel super comfortable. He is extremely professional and takes his job VERY seriously! He explained to me in detail everything he was going to do before he did it and made sure I knew what was going to happen to my face. He had my nose cleaned and pierced and had me out the door in less than 20 minutes. I’m very happy with my experience and very happy with my piercing!! I came in on Sunday to get my tongue piercing done but Dom couldn’t do it because he was doing a tattoo (totally understand). He rescheduled my friend and I for the next day (Monday) and still gave us the discount. We came in I was totally scared because I didn’t know what to expect. Dom made me feel so comfortable during the whole thing. He made some jokes and made me laugh. He then did the piercing and then gave me the aftercare instructions. Dom was great and I highly recommend anyone to go see him.

I'm very awkward around people and there was zero judgement about that. They numb you when you get a piercing and I believe tattoos and try to make it hurt as less as possible or even no pain at all! Hence, "Painless" in the name. Lol. Everyone there was amazingly nice and I'll keep coming back everytime I need something.

A professional and charismatic piercer, what more could you want? I came as a walk-in for a septum piercing and they took care of me immediately. (It is about 45 minutes for them to sterilize tools and get the jewelry ready, but the process itself is quick and painless) Wayne knows what the heck he’s doing and he makes sure you do as well. He talks you through some details about what you’re getting and what he’s going to be doing, as well as aftercare. I came in nervous and walked out at ease with my piercing. He is extremely friendly and makes sure you’re comfortable. If you’re looking for the right place to get some work done, look no further, you have found the one.

Originally, I left this shop a poor review, but that was definitely unfair. This shop does excellent work, both piercings and tattoos. I was upset because I walked in last minute to get a tattoo and was turned away, but to be honest, a last minute tattoo is a poor choice anyway. You want time to go over your pattern and make sure that's what you really want.... You don't want to be the last minute tattoo anyway. That's the type of thing that could piss an artist off. You don't want to do that. Alsoo the artist may be tired at the end of day... Bottom line is that this place does excellent work.. Definitely worth going back.

I absolutely love my tattoo. I love everything about the experience. It was amazing. I started my sleeve with them and I will finish my sleeve with them because Wayne is absolutely incredible. He took care of me; he made sure that he did his best work with me. I absolutely would recommend him to any and everybody. My son and I visited this shop to get some work done. It was my son's first tattoo. Not only was this shop friendly, courteous and professional, they treat you like you are apart of their family. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Wayne has many years of experience in tattooing and it absolutely shows. I highly recommend this place and will be back to get more work done. The shop does appear to get busy so scheduling an appointment would be beneficial.

Me and my mom came in, staff working there were very nice and comforting. Assured us that it wouldn't hurt. For me, it did a little bit but not nearly anywhere the amount of pain I thought it would be. We both got bose piercings and he was very nice and at the same time didn't give you bs. Very straightforward but balanced with politeness. When I'm older, I'm definitely getting my tats done there.

Been tattooing for 37 years I think was what he said, in 23 countries definitely happy with what we have so far. He free-handed my arm and was patient with me and my low pain tolerance. He pierced my 15 year olds nose last night and he talked her through every thing and explained everything beyond anything I've experienced before. Just moved to Vegas from Toronto and got a tattoo by Wayne a few days ago. That guy is one hell of a genius and has a great imagination and creativity. Messaged him and got replies back within 10 minutes and sent him a picture of my arm and what I want to get done and he had an idea within 5 minutes. Tattoo came out amazing and with a great price. His shop is attractive and is a real chill place, also played the blues group in the background and I strangely fell in love with them. Highly recommend him, thanks again man!

Seriously the best place to get pierced. Wayne knows what he's doing. He was very clear on what he was doing and how I should take care of my piercing. He did such an amazing job on my septum that there was absolutely no swelling. It didn't hurt when he did it and it didn't hurt or even feel irritated afterward. Wayne and his Associates are always top notch when it comes to Tattoos and Piercings. Anyone who says otherwise is clearly delusional and karma will catch up to them eventually. The service is always very courteous and professional. Prices are affordable and very well worth it. Shop is always clean to and products are top of the line. If they dont have a design you want they will gladly work with you to create it to the best they can always. 5* honestly isnt a high enough rating for these guys but since it's the highest we can put on here it's what I give them! :) Rock on Painless!!!

I got my nipples pierced here a couple of months ago and was kinda nervous but he calmed me down and made jokes which made me comfortable. I was kinda nervous because he wasn’t using clamps he just made dots. But 2-3 months later I see nothing wrong! I plan on coming back to get a septum piercing next!

By far the best place I have been to! I went in tonight to get my tongue pierced and honestly the owner made me feel less nervous. He basically walked me through the procedure and even though it was quick, he took his time with me. It wasnt like other places where they rush you out and really dont provide after care in detail, Wayne made sure i knew what to do after and i left with all my questions answered. He sure knows what he’s doing. And his shop isn’t called Painless Wayne’s for no reason, it was quick and painless! Truly a great experience! And the environment was amazing! They don't make you pick from a flash sheet and you can pretty much get anything you want , they'll adjust the pricing to fit the size and detail, and they do Friday the 13th specials for the entire weekend , AND you can make an appt for later in the week for the same price to fit your schedule. when originally got the piercing everything was great Gabe explained how the nose piercing was going to go, but not even a month later i had to take the piercing out because i ended up getting a keloid which is a bump i usually get from fake jewelry. I will probably never go back i am greatly disappointed in it.
