Booked a piercing at Lucky 7 tattoo with Mr Cat on Saturday one of the busiest days of the week got to my appointment 15 minutes early they brought me right in and I choose the jewelry I liked & Mr Cat explained the process from start to finish. Mr Cat was super easy to talk to & very delightful he walked me through every step of the piercing process including the aftercare instructions both verbatim, and also via email as well .Not to mention the staff was warm and welcoming . Probably one of the best decision I've ever made was to choose Lucky 7 Tattoo for my Nipple Piercings.......

I had a really great piercing session on with Mr Cat! Like any good piercer should we discussed what I wanted and gave his suggestion that would best fit what I wanted and my anatomy. He was super comforting and talked to me throughout. He did lots of check ins to make sure I was doing well since I got multiple piercing done. Love that Lucky 7 has walk-ins and will be going back!

I saw Cat to re-pierce my nose after the hole closed up. The other shop I had gone to was a pain to try and track down the piercer to help me, but the minute I called Lucky 7 Cat was like, “Come on in and I’ll take care of you.” This guy is super personable and takes the time to make sure you’re happy with the final outcome. Everyone at the shop is very friendly and you can tell they take the extra time to make sure everything is properly sanitized and ready to go. His jewelry options were also really nice. The first time I got my nose pierced I went home with some cheap looking nose jewelry and couldn’t wait to swap it out. But of course the healing time is 3+ months so I was getting impatient. But with the jewelry Cat used right off the bat, it was such great quality that I never even needed to swap it out. Having a nice ring from the beginning helped it heal better because I wasn’t trying to play around with it. If you are looking to get a piercing definitely go pay Cat a visit.

I recently visited Lucky 7 tattoo studio in West Hartford and was very pleased with the service that I was provided. This is my first piercing outside of earlobes that I had gotten when I was younger, and I was very nervous and naïve to the process of nose piercings. Mr. Cat made me feel very comfortable, he explained every detail of the process thoroughly and was overall professional and friendly. Before the piercing started he attempted to calm me by having me deep breath and once the piercing started and I started to scream he remained calm and encouraging with me and continued to have me deep breathe until the process was complete. My nose piercing is about four days old at this point and it looks absolutely amazing! There were other people in the shop being tattooed at the time, and they all seemed to be enjoying their experience and to be happy with the services that were being provided to them. I would recommend Lucky 7 to anyone looking to get a piercing or tattoo.

Best place ever!! Had a piercing done at Black Diamond and it rejected because it was done incorrectly. Mr. Cat noticed it as I was getting a touch up done by the tattoo artist I always see now Rafael. He offered to fix it for me and told me exactly where it went wrong the first two times and was very professional about it. He was honest about how he felt about drawing and placement so that I got the best tattoo possible, and is flexible when it comes to working on your budget. And the feel of the shop is warm and inviting. They're all super welcoming, and from top to bottom the shop is super clean. Me and my best friend went to Black Diamond and they tried charging us $60 minimum for a piercing and was rude when I tried to ask about other prices . When we went to Lucky 7 our piercer was so nice and understanding, the price was way less understandable and affordable. After a week i came back to ask a few questions and now my piercing is looking good and feeling better than ever . I highly recommend their team, I am coming back.

At first, I was nervous of how the tattoo would be executed, but at the end I was not disappointed one bit. I got the first part of an awesome tattoo by Rafael (Rafi). It’s a 7-8 hour project so I asked him to divide it into two sessions a month apart. I can’t take any more 8-12 hour sessions. Paying the deposit via Venmo was a breeze. I scheduled a brief appointment with Rafi a few days prior to the actual start date of the project. He saw the design (a screenshot from a movie) and later spent hours researching the original statue. It’s the Scarface statue of “The World is Yours” that I wanted tattooed on my right inside leg. It covers that whole part of the leg. It’s 10”x 4”. The attention to detail, the knowledge and artistry that Rafi possesses is hard to express in words. We are only half way there and I can tell this will be the best tattoo I have -among more than a dozen. It was a relaxing, cool (literally nice & cold on a very hot day) session that lasted from 2-8pm. I will post an update with the finished product in a few weeks. Needless to say: I will follow this artist anywhere. I’m from Puerto Rico, moved here and it took me 15 years to find a tattoo artist of true caliber! Finally! I have to commend Lucky7 shop for having such a talented artist and all-around great guy working in their studio. Treat him well! ;)

I have my nose piercings and my Medusa done by Mr. Cat, he’s a great piercer and nice to be around. No matter how many I get I’m always nervous but he does a great job and always cracks jokes which takes my mind off the needle. He’s my go to !
