This place is amazing. When you walk in they have sanitizer bottles everywhere if needed. They don't require to wear masks, but always encouraged. When you go in if you're waiting they have water and an extremely clean fancy shmancy bathroom. I feel like I'm in the roaring 20's. The pricing is fair. I mean it's tattoos, everyone's art is different, this the prices will ALWAYS vary, nevertheless, it is $159 per hour the store has in place if I recall correctly. Overall employment is friendly, tattoo artist for my husband was patient and flexible with pricing and the work. Adaptable are the people that work here. Got my first tattoo ever at Rabble Rouser, and I'm already planning my second! Leslie was my tattoo artist and I had a great experience with her. I came in a week prior for a walk-in consult, showed a few photos of what I wanted, and she sketched up a design. I came back a week later (with moral support from my partner haha), and she was very patient as I anxiously made decisions about size and placement. I was very comfortable throughout the process, and she maintained a lighthearted attitude which helped me be at more ease. I love my tattoo and am so glad I finally went through with it! Leslie was friendly, patient, and made the process easy. Everyone I met at Rabble Rouser were also very welcoming and made me feel at ease. Thanks again for a great first tattoo experience!

Adam is amazing! He made himself available for the three of us to get the same tattoo - and they all came out perfect and exactly alike for our special commemorative tattoo! Beautiful coloring and shading (he explained the trick to great color blending!), perfect black lines on all three of us. We came in from the recording studio and he made sure we got back in time to work with our new lovely tattoos to show off! Amazing service! It was so clean and comfortable with a really great bathroom. Paul was so accommodating to our last minute walk in request. 3 best friends from high school, 24 years of friendship, hadn't seen each other for 10 years, one moved to Canada, another moved to Colombia. I’m on vacation in LA right now and looked up a few tattoo shops and Rabble Rouser Tattoo shop stood out to me. I went in for a flash and I was lucky enough to have West do the tattoo on me! He did a Traditional America style tattoo and he did a phenomenal job! His line work was clean as all hell. His shading and he went ham on coloring (excellent work)! I would recommend West for any tattoo you want to get on you!

My experience at Rabble Rouser Tattoo was exceptional. I made it in for my appointment a little early and had a chance to talk with Alayna (Shop Owner) and she couldn't be any sweeter. My artist was Jim Parchen and he did a kick A$$ job! I absolutely love my tattoo. The shop is super clean; it is just as nice in person as in the pictures. I had a great experience with Rus here! My mom and I walked in without an appointment, and were able to get our matching tattoos that day. Rus worked with our ideas/sketch and made a beautiful design we both adore. He was so quick and professional and kind, and we are thrilled with the outcome. The tattoo itself took maybe 15 - 20 minutes each, and cost $150 + tip, which is really well priced in my experience. So happy, thank you Rus!

I came in for an impromptu walk in after a friend passed away unexpectedly this past weekend. The staff was so kind and helpful in helping me select the font and placement for my friend's initials. This is the only shop I’ve been going to for tattoos for the past 10 years. Both Alayna and Paul have done the majority of my tattoos, and they are both able to turn some random conceptual idea I propose into an absolute work of art on my skin. I highly recommend this place if you want to get a quality tattoo.

Luis was amazing! I was a walk-in and asked if he had time to do a smaller tattoo. He asked the usual few questions and got to work drawing. As I was waiting, I got to observe the wonderfully detailed and thorough cleaning procedures the artists go through to keep everything sanitary and safe. When it came time to get my tattoo, Luis was extremely friendly and charismatic and finished the work in record time. For the area, pricing is really good and overall, it was a great experience. My husband and I love this shop. It is a very clean space. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. We have had a total of six tattoos done here and have had great experiences. Jim has been a great tattoo artist. He is patient and works with you in planning the tattoo. He is upfront (and very nice) and tells you if something will work or not. Jim keeps everything sanitary. He is very detailed with his work and gives you the best work possible. Will definitely be coming back for more.

I have been to Rabble Rouser a total of four times now; two times with my daughter and twice for myself. The shop is easy to find and street parking always seems to be available. There’s a waiting area with several chairs and a bench and lots of photos to look at while your waiting. I’ve only gone to Luis House...he’s really great; really listens to what you want and will be honest if he thinks your design won’t work. He recently fixed a tattoo that another artist in another shop did of two small birds that were flying in the wrong direction. My mistake. I didn’t catch it and approved the design. Problem was it was supposed to match my daughter’s. When I removed the bandage the following day, I was deeply disappointed ... it was my first tattoo and it was less than perfect 😫. I asked Luis’ opinion about fixing it when I went with my daughter to get another tattoo from him. Thankfully, he said he could fix it, but I would need to wait until the tattoo was completely healed. Luis described to me how “completely healed” would look. I was so sorry that I didn’t have Luis do the original.

I am not one to "review" every place I visit or patronize, however, given the personal nature of a tattoo, I wanted to comment. My first tattoo and I new what I wanted. I am from Pittsburgh and went here on a recommendation from a restaurant manager. Met Jim and he was awesome. I didn't know what to expect. He took the time on a Saturday night to look at examples. He took a few examples and made his own creation. It was perfect and exactly what I was thinking. As far as talent, honestly superb. Had no idea about color and he added this and then that and it really was amazing to see. Very friendly and made it relaxing and fun. So, if you are thinking about a tattoo, I would definitely use Jim at this establishment.

I still have the bandage on from the second session but the first go round healed perfectly and I’m expecting the same again. The shop is nice and clean, everyone there is very chill. If you want a true piece of artwork displayed on your body - run, don't walk, to Rabble Rouser Tattoo! I have had two pieces done by Alayna this past year. I get compliments every single day from perfect strangers. I am in love with her work. The artistry is simply breathtaking - I have no idea how she is able to capture such detail and emotion in a tattoo. The shop itself is super clean and gorgeous. Great vibe. They always have an awesome playlist on and all of the artists are laid back and very cool. This is not your typical tattoo parlor. Even first timers should feel comfortable walking through the doors. If you want a custom design you will have to book several months in advance (if you wish to work with Alayna). It is easy to book the initial consult where she will listen carefully to your design ideas and ask you to provide reference materials. You won't see the design before your actual appointment - but based on my own experience, the final design and then the final tattoo, will be far beyond your expectations. The wait is worth it for such high quality work.

Adam broke my tattoo cherry in a kind, calm and instructive manner - made me feel at ease (even tho i have no problems with needles ...). I'm an old Japanese-American phaht and Adam's wife is Japanese and I told him about FDR's te Executive Order 9066 Japanese and Japanese-American concentration camps across America (he grew up in Nashville so had never heard of this before. go figure TN schools). I got my great grandpa's family crest (c.1919) inked on right shoulder - simple. perfect. Like he said: once you get one, you have to get another - and I'd use him again but I live in Ypsilanti, MI and I don't get to the left coast often. Peace -

There was a lot of trust involved on my part as this was my first face tattoo. While simple the tattoo came out beautifully, and I love it. Price was very fair. Got my first tattoo here (a backpiece, which was probably ambitious) and Jim was a literal godsend. He helped me find reference photos and talked me through the entire art planning process. He showed me iterations of sketches and gave suggestions for art style, sizing, etc. Extremely friendly staff, cool atmosphere, and very clean. Everyone took care to answer my millions of questions and put me at ease. Aftercare directions were clear and tattoo looks amazing already. Absolutely got what I paid for. 11/10 will go again.

My experience at Rabble Rouser was perfect. Every time I walked through the door I was greeted, even when all artists were working. First I met Alayna who kindly set me up with the first available opening with the artist she felt would be best for my piece. Jim Parchen was the artist who did my ink, and I couldn't be happier. His portfolio speaks for itself, I would recommend him 100 percent. I took all of his recommendations as far as color and detail. Dude is experienced. Got to reposition the piece as many times as I needed until I was completely satisfied, as it should be. No rush jobs here. Everything came out exactly how I wanted, and I will definitely be back for my next tattoo.

Loved my whole experience with Alayna and Rabble Rouser. Totally professional. Totally available. And so talented. Beautiful work. I think coming into meeting Alayna during the pandemic also really provided another layer of her and Rabble Rouser's philosophies. We had to respect social distancing and a bit of rescheduling with the opening and closing of Los Angeles. Once we were finally able to meet, her ideas from our virtual meetings were spot on for what I was looking for. We were then able to collaborate on fine tuning the images until we had my new piece and voila! I love it. :) Additionally, Alayna is just fantastic. Couldn't recommend her and Rabble Rouser enough! Ive gone to alayna before and adore her as a person and as an artist. I recently moved out of state, and IM STILL GOING TO ONLY HER. that says something if I'm willing to make it into a vacation just to see her and only her for all my tattoos. The place has a great atmosphere. I wanted to get an art piece from one of my favorite artist with little to no changes and to simplify it. ALAYNA was able to simplify it with little changes and still make it look extremely similar to the artists with the same feel. Honestly I'm liking the edits a bit more then the original 😮 great service, clean space, amazing people!
