I’ve had three tattoos done at Pino Bros now, all by Arthur! I literally drove 3 hours each way for my last appointment because it’s worth it. It’s a super friendly and relaxing environment and it’s fun hearing the artists joke with each other during appointments. I love how my tattoos have turned out and they’ve all aged well (the oldest is about a year and half old at this point) despite my disrespectful lack of sunscreen. If you’re looking for American traditional tattoos or clean black and gray designs, go to Arthur!

Dave is the coolest guy, and he was so excited to show me his ideas for my tattoo which almost impossible to pick because they were all so great, he eventually came up with an amazing compromise that really exceeded my original idea. Everyone else that works there is really great and friendly, can’t recommend this place enough. Cool vibes, art, and people 11/10

I got a fantastic tattoo by Lulu back in June of this year. I was a bit nervous because it's the largest tattoo I've gotten so far, but they were great at checking in and making sure I was comfortable the whole way through. The tattoo healed perfectly, and I am still absolutely in love with it.

Love this place! Been here for every tattoo I've gotten outside of my first, and I'll continue going here for every new one. I've gotten work from the current artists Ian and Arthur there, but everyone working there is incredible, both in art and personality. I did a lot of research of Boston area tattoo places before deciding on Pino Bros and will recommend it to everyone looking to get tattoos.

I would trust Ian with my life!! I’ve been seeing him for years and he’s done probably 85-90% of my tattoo work. I love that I’m able to comfortably give him creative control over any idea I bring him and know he’s going to go above and beyond whatever I had in mind. He’s detail oriented with clean line work and has great calming energy and I always recommend him to anyone who asks for a great artist.

This was my first tattoo and I researched for months to find the right shop. I 100% made the right choice. Pino Bros was fantastic. It was comfortable and cool. Everyone seemed to actually enjoy being there. My tattoo was done by Karrie, and she did amazing work, just stunning. I’m one week into healing, my tattoo is in the peeling stage, and I’m still getting compliments about how awesome a job the artist did. I have plenty more tattoos I want to get and I won’t be going to anyone else.

Excellent artists and great people. A few years ago me and my 60+ year old Father went to get inked together. This was my 5th tattoo and my Dad's 1st ever. The skill of these guys can not be overrated. My Father was cleared by the doctor even though he was on blood thinners which could have made getting inked impossible. Not for these guys. Not only did they they pull off my Dad's ink, there was no blotting or running of the ink. My ink came out great as well. I couldn't recommend Carrie enough! Ive had two tattoos done with her, and my husband now has 1. She is a rock star tattoo artist. Besides loving her, the whole shop is awesome. Everyone who works there is kind, cool and talented. The shop is clean and the huge projected movies are a huge bonus!

I want to say this place was AMAZING. The people here were cool, I like the feel here right from the very start. Cool music playing. Very clean place, well organized. I went here for my first tattoo. I had already decided what I wanted. Went with my own artwork. Dave, explained everything he was going to do. Showed it to me and we discussed it, size, placement, everything. He then went to work. Told me we could take breaks whenever we needed. Didn't need to. This man knew his job. No bleeding, no real scabbing. No pain. Dave totally ROCK!

I wanted to get a small, sentimental tattoo that was in the handwriting of my sisters. This was my first tattoo ever. Ian made sure I was comfortable, talked me through the process, and worked with me for a while to make sure the design was exactly how I wanted it. Pino Bros Ink has been so supportive, warm and welcoming as I work to assemble a collection of beautiful Star Wars artwork on my arm. My visit yesterday marked my 4th visit with them, and each time I am there getting a tattoo, they put on a Star Wars movie to enhance the experience. I could not speak any higher of this crew and the setting they work to build. A MASSIVE thank you to everyone at Pino and I already have my next appointment booked for July! You are truly amazing people that accept each customers individuality and vision! I got tattooed by Lulu and it was an amazing experience! We spent a lot time getting the details of my tattoo just right, and she was open to all the ideas we worked out. It felt very collaborative and I did not feel guilty or awkward with asking to change things! Lulu was also so friendly and kind and very respectful of my body. Not to mention she is an amazing artist and I am absolutely obsessed with my tattoo! The shop itself was spotless and the employees were professional, friendly, and respectful. It was not an intimidating space, even though the first floor was a single open space with clear partitions separating each artist's space (lower level had separate rooms with doors). They did have solid, taller partitions for a more private experience, too. Everyone was wearing masks and were actively cleaning the areas. From a health and safety standpoint, I did not feel uncomfortable at any time. Overall, it was fantastic and I will definitely be going back for another tattoo!

I'm not usually one to write a review but this was such a good place I stumbled on, I wanted to share!! I was in town for vacation and contacted Pino Bros Ink to get a tattoo while in town. I didn't expect to get in for a session but I did! I'm so glad I did. Because of COVID, the process is different than normal which made it even more enjoyable. Jon did my tattoo and did an amazing job! He took the time to make sure the design was exactly what I wanted. The shop was beautiful, comfortable and had such a good vibe. Jon and Ian were very friendly and I enjoyed my time there! If I were a local, this would be my spot! It was one of my favorite parts of my vacation and one of the best tattoo experiences I have had! Definitely pick this place!!

I would highly recommend Pino Bros especially for a first time tattoo! My experience was incredible from booking the appointment to actually getting the tattoo. They take COVID regulations seriously which made me feel extremely safe. Holly who checked me in was awesome and really friendly. Ian made me feel at ease throughout my appointment, and I love the finished product! Will definitely be back for number 2!

I've had a couple of tattoos from Ian Adams at Pino Brothers and have been very happy with the results. You can work with him through email on a design and a price, come in, and have him knock it out. He's a great artist and a great person in general; the conversation is just as good as the tattoo. The shop is also spotless and very well organized. These folks really earn your business.

I cannot give enough praise to this studio. I specifically looked for an artist to do my half sleeve, a very detailed black and gray. Ben knocked it out in two sessions and I couldn't be happier with the result. My whole experience has been incredible! The staff here is awesome, the artists are so professional and still so laid back and easy to get along with. I took my fiance, sister, and brother in law here to get tattoos together and Ian and John made it a very special experience for us. My brother in law was extremely nervous about the experience of his first tattoo... until it actually happened. Now he's raving about how great it looks and what a tremendous job they did. He even said he'd fly back up from Houston just to come here again. Pretty high praise! Guys, thank you for being amazing. This is the only place anyone needs to go for tattoos.

My experience was amazing!!! I would highly recommend this place. The tattoo artist I had was John and he's very patient and knowledgeable/educated. He truly cared to make sure I was going to be satisfied with the tattoo I'll be getting. I always get compliments on the detail of my tattoo. Also, the place itself is clean and spacious. There was a movie playing, while I was getting my tattoo, which is awesome, because it helped me to be entertained.

After reading up on tattoo shops in Boston, Pino Bros came up highly rated. I browsed their Instagram an found a few styles I liked. I went in as a walk-in and was lucky enough that Ian was finishing up and could take me next. The process was quick and Ian spent some time going over a piece of flash I was interested in. He sat down and sketched out a few ideas and we worked on sizing and placement preferences. The whole process was extremely professional, standard high level of cleanliness and sterilization followed. The crew at the shop are a great group. I am extremely satisfied with my tattoo and will be returning for another in the future. A huge plus is the screen and a giant catalog of movies.

My brother and I had an appointment 8/13/20 with Arthur. The overall experience, even with the COVID 19 restrictions, was excellent. The shop was clean and staff very friendly and professional. After our tattoos, during checkout, I (somewhat embarrassingly) fainted. The shop responded quickly and incredibly; purchasing me a cold water from next door, keeping me safe and comfortable, gave me candy to help my blood sugar, and were very reassuring. I cannot speak more highly of a tattoo shop! I will absolutely be returning and recommending Pino Bros to anyone!

Got a tattoo by Ian Adams yesterday! Great experience. He drew it up for me before I got there (based on an email consultation) and it was exactly what I wanted. He was professional and listened to what and where I wanted it. The whole process was great! I love it! Highly recommend this place. I work in healthcare and they were very sanitary and followed appropriate guidelines for COVID-19. A+++ :)

My husband and I were visiting from Chicago and were looking for a great shop to get our customary travel tattoos. (We get one every time we travel to a new place together). We read a lot of great reviews about Pino Bros and decided to check it out. We walked in on a Friday so they were busy but they made us feel comfortable during our wait. The shop had a great atmosphere and the artists were welcoming and friendly. Ben P was our artist and he went above and beyond for us both. There was an unforeseen circumstance that occurred but Ben and the others were incredibly professional in dealing with the situation. We had a blast hanging out and getting to know Ben and would 10/10 recommend him to anyone looking for beautiful work by a really cool dude. Keep up that Aussie accent Ben!

I went here for a piercing and had a great experience. The shop is extremely clean, the staff is friendly and the piercer, Aaron is super professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended! (Just make sure to call ahead and ask what hours Aaron is in, I initially came in on Friday at 7pm and he had already left for the day)

Markus is a very talent artist. He has recently completely my Batman sleeve and I couldn't be happier. It's very detailed and looks amazing. The shading and use of contrast makes everything pop. I'm going back in a few months to cover my right arm.

Pino has the best artists - Ben Pease and Kurt Brown are by far the best I've seen from here to NYC. The place is always clean, always playing cool movies and music, and the guys are just always fun to be around.

Artists here are top notch. Definitely make an appointment if you need a consultation. The new facility is fantastic and the owners are going above and beyond to make your session enjoyable. Two huge projection screens, loads of TV monitors - all sync'd up so that you can see the show/movie from any seat while you get your ink.
