This place is the best place I have found since my brothers passing to get tattoos and piercings! I have gotten multiple tattoos from Will and he does amazing and won't let you put anything that won't look good get done!!! I have also brought multiple people here to get tattoos done and they have loved it and agree with me. Everyone is so friendly and down to earth and its clean!

Staff was very kind and helpful when it came to piercing my daughter’s ears for the first time. The place smelled a bit like cigarettes and there was a dog (very cute and friendly Pomeranian) so if you have allergies, this may not be the place for you! The price was steep, $110 for both ears & jewelry, but it was close to home and I didn’t want to take her to the mall so I was fine with that!

I had my tattoo done by Will. He's done some work for me before. As always he was crazy patient while we discussed the best way to proceed. Anyway, I couldn't be more happy with his work. I will not hesistate to refer him to anyone who asks for a tattoo artist.

Relaxed atmosphere. Chris and Wolf are very friendly and attentive to the clients needs for piercings and tattoos. Been going here for awhile never had a problem with professionalism or price for what I wanted. Both members of the shop take great care and are very knowledgeable of their craft. I’ve had 4 piercings done here now. And I have no problem with the piercer or the place at all. But I am really sad to say today without going completely into detail, that one of the men there, don’t know his name, but he was very unprofessional with his son in front of me and other customers multiple times with what he was saying. And I had my daughter with me, and what he said to his son and regarding there being another “kid” there (my daughter) just really rubbed me the wrong way and made me not want to go back in the future. Other than that, it’s been great every time.

Great place, Great people, Great skills. I've gotten six piercings there from Chris and they all healed well and we're perfectly placed. I got two tattoos as well that I'm happy with. With that being said I recommend this place of Art to anyone. Also they carry some nice jewelry too!

Found Dez through an online friend and loved her from the beginning. She made me feel very at ease, and was very fair on her pricing. I get compliments all the time on the color shading, and the art work she has created for me. Also she is the most gentle artist I’ve had tattoo me, which helps when you’re doing four hour sessions. Beyond being an amazing artist, she’s an awesome person!

I have a terrible fear of needles, and if you do too this is the place to go. Chris was absolutely amazing, and I've honestly never had a better experience with a needle. Chris is awesome!Had a couple piercings in mind and didn't think about avoiding the septum because of Covid so he found a nice set for my upper ear and after that went fast, easy and looked great he agreed to do my daith as well with a pretty heart. I love it! Def coming back for more!

They are some down to earth people, with amazing work, amazing work isn't cheap. They know what they're doing and their art isnt limited, you give him something that you think can't be done he will not only get it done but do an AMAZING job, plus the people in that shop are humble, they make you feel at home right when you walk through the doors, now who can complain about an amazing place like that.

They knew what they were talking about and were able to answer all my questions. Everyone was very friendly and they always have pierce's on hand which is nice because normally theres only 1 piercer per shop. I had a good experience and would def go back. The only issue I had is my tragus piercing I just got keeps on falling out and they are very hard almost impossible to get back in on your own when you have in the type of jewelry they first pierce you with.

They are very friendly outgoing people. They did an amazing job with my gfs tattoo for her mother. They are very good with piercings. I got my Cartledge pierced and my gf got her lip pierced yeterday. They are very clean and up tight about being sterile. I would recommend if you want to get a tattoo or a piercing go to them. They do excellent work!

Went there 4 years ago for my 1st tat, a small one on side of my finger. Eric (dont kno if he still works there) told me 50/50 chance it will fade away in that area. It still is there but a little fuzzy. Eric was/is very talented and good with people. My prob is the creep that was hanging in the shop. Some bald guy with tats over 100 pc of his body. Even eyelids. That wasnt offensive. Live and let live. My prob was he did not talk or smile. Creepy for a 1st time customer. Dont kno who.he was or why he was there. While I waited he moved from the couch out front to Eric's area. Eric said he had to clean the area for me. Great ! The only thing was they both went to the back for 15 mins and no cleaning was done. RED FLAG. The guy hung around and watched, creeping me out. Didnt kno if he was cool or not. Never said a word. No explanation from Eric. Eric was cool and a great guy but the place was dirty and unprofessional. I paid the extra $30 for an enhancement and never went back. A carnival sideshow atmosphere. Just my opinion.

this last review 8 months ago is hilarious! Everyone that goes to Altered Image knows that none of the tattoo artists have holes in their ears! Its always great for immature people to make a fake profile just to make a stupid post !
