I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Markelov and Tatiana and the breast reduction procedure I had done with them. Let me start off by saying that I had about 5 consultations with 5 different plastic surgeons and it was an easy decision to choose Dr Markelov over everyone else. He was so easy to talk to and made me feel so at ease. From beginning to end, the whole process was easy to understand and I felt entirely comfortable and safe. Post op pain was almost non existent and I couldn't be happier with my results. Scarring was minimal and I love what I see in the mirror every day. If you are searching for a top notch plastic surgeon who will truly care about your results, Dr Markelov is without a doubt the best choice!

Dr. Markelov is amazing. He performed a carpal tunnel release on both of my hands in the same surgery. I am a tree climber so my hands are crucial to my line of work. With his state of the art equipment, and professional staff, it was an awesome experience. I felt relaxed through the whole process. Dr. Markelov was very straight forward and confident. It has been a week since my surgery and my hands feel brand new! It was definately worth the trip out to North Bend Oregon to meet Dr. Markelov and his proffesional and charismatic staff. 5 stars all the way!

Doctor Markelov is the best surgeon you can think of. I traveled from overseas to see him and very impressed with his work. I Required an emergency operation on my lower right side of my jaw. Dr. Alexy Markelov was super friendly along with his entire staff. They all made me feel safe and comfortable. My wife has had migraines since she was 12 years old. These migraines are sometimes completely debilitating- leaving her unable to work, unable to interact with our children, and unable to concentrate on her school work. Dr. Markelov was the first person to recommend Botox for migraine to her. She had tried several other treatments, without any luck. Since Dr. Markelov treated her migraines with Botox, she is herself 100% of the time. He has wonderful bedside manor and a clearly expressed concern for his patient's health. When I first saw Dr. Markelov I was sad and depressed about the way my lower lid on the left eye looked. I had previously had some cosmetic surgery and things didn't work out. That was four years ago. My lower eyelid was pulling down to the point where my eye watered all the time. I thought it was allergies but as time passed and a million tissues later I realized something was wrong as my eyelid was always red and pulled away from my eye and as I said before the continuous watering. So there I sat hoping that this Doctor could do something about my eye but unsure and nervous. Dr. Markelov was so confident and concerned for me. He took photos and informed me about what needed to be done. First he said I needed to see a ophthalmologist to see if my eye was in good shape. I did and returned to the Doctor for further directions. I was so confident in his ability and his honest appraisal of my eye situation. I was more than ready to have surgery done. Anything would be better than how I was living with this awful eyelid problem. Surgery was performed and it was then that the magic happened. My eyelid was where it was suppose to be. No more watering, not even one time!! I was amazed and so very grateful to this Doctor. I was coming out of a terrible depression that I didn't even realize I had been in. Oh I knew I felt bad about how I looked. I wore sunglasses most all the time. People would ask me what was wrong with my eye. I would make excuses for how I looked. But now I was free and so very happy!! You see I am a professional artist and one day I started to really look at a few of my paintings I had done over the four years of having a droopy lower eyelid. There is was on canvas my painful eyelid or portraits of my eye being covered up. Anger and depression in the faces of the women I painted. When I painted I filled the canvas with my pain. Doctor Markelov brought me out of all of this and now I am able to paint beauty in my portraits. I am able to look forward to many lovely painting showing hope and joy. This is the gift Doctor gave to me and I will be forever in his debt! I came to know Dr. Markolov due to a horrible car accident where my nephew sustained a significant injury to his right arm. Dr. Markolov is personable, kind, and has a great bedside manner. My nephew spent 9 days in the hospital, and had 2 surgeries while there. Both surgeries were performed by Dr.Markolov. My nephew was trapped in the car, and his right arm was mangled pretty bad. Dr. Markolov was at the hospital and he took him into surgery the following morning after he was stabilized. They were saying that he might lose his arm. Luckily for us Dr. Markolov is a skilled surgeon, and was able to repair his arm with full functionality. He is a very active 26yo man, so losing his arm would have been devastating! My nephew and myself were and are very satisfied with Dr. Markolov's work and we will definatly recommend him to anyone needing plastic surgery.

I was in a car accident 2 months ago and found I still had a piece of glass in my hand that kept stabbing me when I would hit it against something. Made an appointment at NBMC with Audrey Duke, FNP to see if they could do something to remove it. Audrey Duke referred me to Dr. Markelov on the same day and he was nice enough to squeeze me in and surgically remove the glass for me. After having that little piece of glass in there for so long already it was really nice to be able to have it removed so quickly and efficiently. My right middle finger began to stiffen up to the of not having full range of motion. Dr. Markelov and his staff were very accommodating and encouraging. With a 5 minute procedure he injected a steroid and after just a couple of days my finger and hand are as good as new. Range of motion is perfect. No pain. Miraculous!!
