My wife had two procedures here and I was pleasantly surprised how warm and friendly the entire staff was. At other medical centers it is just people working in a mechanical and cold fashion with no regard to the "human" piece of medicine. At the Specialty Surgery Center, from the time of check-in to the time to leave the entire staff were incredible and friendly with my wife and me. I recommend this center to anyone needing to use its services and would go back without reservations.

I had an endoscopy scheduled yesterday at Cathedral Rock with Dr. Shill. I was nervous but from the moment I got checked in until the end when I was walked out with a member of the team it was the most awesome and reassuring experience I’ve had at any facility for a procedure! The pre-procedure nurse had me laughing and the whole crew in between from Paula, Tania, Yuli, Rihanna, Hillary, Jesusa ( I hope I spelled your name right). And the anesthesiologist who gave me the medication so I’d be asleep for the procedure. And to Dr. Shill you are awesome!! All of you made my trip for this procedure an experience I’ll remember as one of my best at a surgery center! God Bless you all! I appreciate all of you, and I hope I didn’t forget anyone.

I had surgery today here and I had a great experience. I was nervous about my surgery but the staff was so warm and friendly! They made me feel confident in their abilities and were very informative. My recovery took a bit longer than expected and my husband was informed in a timely matter that I would be staying a bit longer since I was still very drowsy. He was also given detailed information about my surgery. I can’t say enough about the staff I had. They were all lovely especially my OR nurse she was amazing! I’m so happy my doctor does his surgeries here. He is absolutely wonderful (Dr. Watson) and so is the medical staff. Definitely recommend having procedures done here. Thank you so much team at specialty surgery center you guys rock ♥️

I had to have kidney stone surgery and I was nervous! I’m so glad I ended up here for my procedure. This facility was very organized and clean. The communication with my husband as far as texts and calls throughout the hours I was there was amazing and super great. To all the staff who helped me.. (sorry I might spell some wrong) Cindy, Boni, Litq, Cary, Jess) THANK YOU ALL AGAIN. You put me at ease and took such great care of me. All so professional, patient (even though I could tell it was a bit busy) friendly, warm and kind and careful. I’d say I hope to see you again, but….. not for surgery! 🤞 All the best to you!

I felt love by the staff. Also Nurse Elizabeth made me feel very comfortable through the procedure .Yes all the nursesAnd the registration lady was very very kind to meAnd help me Even though this was my second one and third one in life. I'm always scaredBut I felt very safe and comfortable thereThank you. So if anybody going for a colonoscopy and feel scared come here because it good and safe and you feel love.

I was here last week for a breast reduction. The place was very clean and everyone was extremely nice. My friend who picked me up was impressed by the level of communication and said they called her several times for updates. While I hope I don’t have to have another surgery, I would be comfortable going here again

I went in for a procedure on 08/23/19. The receptionist, Brooke, was smiling, happy to see me, courteous, cordial and best of all...helpful. The pre-op RN, Elizabeth, was the consummate, quintessential, professional. She was pleasant, easy to talk with and answered any questions I had about what to expect. I advised her when she started the IV that historically the veins in my hands were difficult to work with. Not a problem for her. She asked me where were the areas that worked previously. I told her and she got the stick the first time. She was attentive to any needs that came up and made this part for me very pleasant. In the procedure room, Lori and Jacqui introduced themselves to me and answered any questions I had. They made this procedure feel like I was their first patient they ever had. Very kind and caring. Jalaina was my recovery room nurse. What a way to wake up from sedation to see a beautiful smiling, happy face looking at me! She is in the exact place she needs to be. She made me comfortable, warm and attentive to what I wanted. Like everyone else I had seen, she loved to be doing the job she is doing. Finally, Erica escorted me to my car and asked if there was anything else I needed. All I could think was the ENTIRE staff made this short 2hr visit one to remember. If i could give more stars i would, from the time i checked in to the time i was leaving the staff was just very accommodating, the nurse who prepared me was Nicole, what an awsome fantastic , very caring very compassionate gal , all the way around, this was my very very first procedure in life, knock on wood, colonoscopy, and the staff and my Dr, DR I, hands down, i will highly recommend this place and the staff i dealt with on Feb 21 2022😊

I was obviously passed out for a large portion of the time I spent here. The checkin staff was great, friendly professional. Fairly quick. Got back in and to a bed quickly as well. The nurses were great. Wendy and Randy were on duty. Wendy was amazing. So chipper (6:30am mind you) and of corse professional. Randy too was polite, did a great job with the IV. The doctors who I presume? Work there, weee great. Dr Saesun (sp?) was cool. Recovery seemed quick which I like, and easy access from recovery to your vehicle which is also a major plus.

I have had 5 procedures over many (4 in last few months.) The staff has been exceptional, very caring & attuned to your needs. I have 2 Drs. who use the center, & so happy that they do, because the care given is so excellent.

HAD SURGERY THERE 2 DAYS AGO AND MAN LET ME TELL YOU , THEY WHERE ALL SUPER PROFESSIONAL FUN AND CARING , AS NERVOUS AS I WAS THEY MADE MY EXPERIENCE GREAT.
