I had a great experience with my breast augmentation at Dr. Richards office. The Docs, nurses and all of the staff were amazing and kind. I traveled from out of state so my first day in the office was my surgery day and everyone made me feel very comfortable. Thee most amazing experience I’ve had. He did such a great job with my breast implants and they look and feel so natural! I told him what I wanted and he delivered! There was no consultation fee and he has plenty financing options for his amazing prices. All of his staff are friendly, funny and full of joy. I go for botox injections. They have a great staff, but apparently it is hit or miss with the person doing the injecting. First time I had an awesome outcome. She asked me questions on how I would like to look, she took her time. Second time with a new person, my face was uneven. I attempted to tell her how I wanted to look and she just started injecting. I knew it was not coming to come out right. 2 weeks later I had to go back in and have it fixed. I recommend Brandi.

I had the best experience with Dr. Richards and his staff with my breast augmentation! I am currently 1 week post op and feel amazing. My breasts already look so great too! I’ve known since middle school that I would some day have a BA as I was not blessed with big breasts. This was definitely not a decision I took lightly and researched for YEARS. I had a few consultations with other providers prior to Dr Richards. One was even with a very sought out surgeon from Utah which I waited a year for because of how popular he is. That Dr told me I needed a lollipop lift, internal bra, lipo to cleavage lines, and he would only go up to 400cc. On top of all that I was quoted $20K! I didn’t feel right about it so I kept searching. That’s when I found Dr. Richards and am SO HAPPY I did. I was so impressed with all of his work and reviews. I initially did a phone consult with Dr. Richards and he agreed no lift was needed. I knew immediately I wanted him to be my surgeon after our call. My surgery was on November 2nd and everything went amazing! Everything happened so fast which I am so thankful for because waiting makes me feel very anxious. Being able to get in and out of there quick was a huge relief. Even my husband was shocked how fast the nurse called to tell him I was in recovery. I’ve read a few reviews of people saying they felt rushed or “like a number” rather than a patient but I didn’t feel like that at all! I even had time the day of surgery to choose my implant size. Keep in mind this office does many surgeries daily. You need to do your research/ask questions prior to so you aren’t feeling rushed on surgery day making decisions. I was obviously most anxious about being put under but the anesthesiologist and nurses made me feel so comfortable. It was the easiest process! I was out so quick and into recovery which I think I only spent about 30 mins in before we left to our hotel. First 12 hours after was the worst for me. Not so much pain wise but more just uncomfortable and tight. As soon as the bandage was taken off post op day 1 I felt immediate relief. I would say pain level never got over a 3 out of 10. I’ve had 2 C-sections in the past and the pain is not even comparable. I would have this surgery again in a heartbeat with Dr. Richards! I can’t wait to see my healed results but I already know they will look amazing based off how they look now! If you are on the fence or looking for a provider choose him ladies!!! You won’t regret it!! My only regret is not finding Dr. Richards sooner and waisting my time seeing a “tik tok” famous Dr. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and how great the staff was to me. CJ was such a big part of my recovery for my last 2 procedures 🥰 She was so gentle, thorough, knowledgeable, comforting and simply a beautiful caring sweet person. I am so blessed I was able to have several treatments with her before I had to travel back home! She used the ultrasonic therapy to help with healing and prevention of some scar tissue and the red light therapy to slim and tighten up a couple areas that needed just a lil more attention 🥰 I’m so thankful for the therapies she offers, it made a huge difference in my recovery and to fine tune my look!!

WOW! Where do I even start? I’m 6 days post op from getting a tummy tuck/muscle repair and my results are absolutely AMAZING!! Just stunning! I can’t speak highly enough of about Dr. Bryson Richards, Misty, Cj, Paul (iv treatments) and the very comforting & kind anesthesiologist, along with all of the attentive nurses. My experience by far was better than anything I have ever expected. From day one Misty answered all of my questions, even the simple/silly ones. She did not make me feel like a bother. Cj texted me daily, and still does, to see how I am feeling. I am doing post op ultrasound healing treatments which I strongly recommend with Cj. I believe these treatments are a must as I feel like I am not that swollen. Also, the pain is by far less than how others have described their pain levels after a tummy tuck without treatments and with other plastic surgeons. The doctors and nurses were so kind and made this experience very comforting! The office is lovely and extremely clean…ocd clean lol. Everyone at the office made me feel at such ease. It took some time to get a consultation with Dr. Richards, but it was 100% worth the wait. Now I can see why so many individuals would want to go to him. I was born and raised in LV and I’ve had several friends and many acquaintances who have gotten plastic surgery done through the years. There are so many plastic surgeons here in LV that you need to be very selective and careful on who you choose. I have heard of some horror stories. Literally for 10 plus years I’ve researched and have had consultations with at least 6-9 doctors. I’ve followed Dr. Richard’s work and have pretty much stalked his reviews and their Instagram. I most certainly did my research. I narrowed it down to 3 doctors, and 3 only, that I would ever even consider here or elsewhere. I’m in my 50’s and my pain tolerance as of late is low and was worried about being more mature going into a surgery as I have had some health issues. However, once I scheduled the consultation and surgery, I never looked back or wondered if I chose the right surgeon. I knew I did. Even if I were out of state, I would travel here for him. Dr. Richards is a professional, top notch, confident, and seems to be a classy family man. Without a doubt knew I made the right decision, especially after meeting him and his superb team and staff. I’m extremely pleased with my treatments with Cj. I very much look forward to them as I do feel much better afterwards, but I also love spending time with her. Like I stated above, IM BEYOND ECSTATIC with my results thus far! My stomachs looks like perfection! The professionalism, kindness, warmth, and results exceeded my expectations by far. One is generally a little emotional and scared going into surgery. However, from the moment I walked into the office the day of my surgery, it was almost as if the entire staff, doctors and medical team made me feel like “family.” If you’re looking for a plastic surgeon, look no further. I received three lymphatic massages/treatments from CJ in the week following my mommy makeover (lift, implants, lipo and tummy tuck). They felt amazing and did so much for the swelling. By my one week post op appointment, I had very little swelling and only minor bruising that faded very quickly. I could also move pretty well with no help from a walker or my husband. By a week and a half post surgery I had almost no drainage from my remaining drain and still basically no swelling. I absolutely would have gotten more treatments if I lived local to the office. Aside from the treatments which were fantastic, CJ is amazing. She was always so warm and welcoming and I loved chatting with her throughout the treatments. She was so nice and really put me at ease. When I returned to the office at 7 weeks for a follow up, she saw me in the hall and immediately recognized me and asked how I was. That’s exactly the kind of person that you need after surgery and such a huge undertaking.

Overall my breast augmentation results have been really good. For the price it's a really good deal. However, I did fly in from out of state for the procedure, and would have come to an appointment beforehand if I knew how rushed I was going to be in and out of there. The whole process felt very overwhelming and that I was just a number and not a patient. I was not given almost any time to decide on sizing and so I just followed the advice of Dr. Richards regardless of being overwhelmed. The results were fine but I would have expected more attention considering it was a surgical procedure that affects me for the rest of my life. Later on I had contacted the office about continuous suture pain that I was having. I was given advice for how to alleviate the symptoms but I was still having problems with it for weeks. My 6 week follow up comes around and i am emailed about how I am doing. I thought this was also odd considering they could have at least called me. I emailed back and forth about how I was still dealing with severe sharp pain from my internal sutures. At one point, I didn't even get a response for almost a week and had to reach out again They told me to reach out to the surgeon so I did. I received a total of two replies regardless of how many times I tried to reach out and explaining how I had already received and followed the previous instructions. He repeated them back to me and I never heard from him again regardless of the pain I've been dealing with. I am in the medical field, so I understand being busy. But ignoring pleas for assistance when in pain seems like a shady and ignorant business practice.

This is my second revision surgery. I wasn't happy with my first two results with previous surgeons. They promised a result close to what I wanted and didn't deliver. I paid twice as much as he charges now to each surgeon and they were very popular in Beverly Hills so I thought it was just my body and what I wanted wasn't achievable. It's been a week since surgery and already the best results I've had. Tell him exactly what your goals are and he will make it happen. I can't wait to see how they'll look when they drop and fluff. He charges less than other surgeons, but don't think that means anyone is better. Having his own accredited surgery center on site allows him to charge less. It was my first time here for Dysport. I was referred by a coworker because I had been going somewhere else but wasn’t happy with my last results. I walked in and the waiting room was beautiful. The receptionist was friendly. My appointment was on time and Brandi came in. I wasn’t sure if I wanted botox or Dysport. She explained everything. I was impressed on how knowledgeable and friendly she was. The consultation was very thorough. She was very gentle with the injections. They were kind and reassuring. Prior to the procedure they were quick to get back to you either email or by phone. It was my first time receiving fillers, so I wasn’t so sure how big I wanted to go, or how much volume I was trying to achieve.I tried my best to explain to her what I was looking for. She was incredibly patient and explained all of my options and she completely nailed it! I absolutely love my lips, she also did a great job on my smile lines. I also received a hydrafacial from Katie and she was just as amazing. She as well took the time to explain the procedure and explain what products would fit best for my skin type and daily routine . She was so great I brought my husband back for a facial of his own. Everyone is so kind and friendly. I most definitely would recommend everyone I know to Dr.Richards and his team, they completely earned my trust . UPDATE: So I literally just had a tummy tuck done by Dr.Richards. One day post op 7/27. Recovery hasn’t been too bad. Diane, my post op nurse made sure to go over every single detail with my husband and I at my time of my discharge from what to expect, pain management, medication, to the best possible recovery. Every single one from the initial Nurse, Dr.Richards, anesthesiologist Dr., to the recovery nurse have such amazing bedside manners. They have absolutely exceeded my expectations from the very first visit, to my consultation, to going over finances with Misty. Let me say Misty is awesome. She made sure to accommodate me as best as she could she gave my husband and I a briefing of what to expect and educated us on after care. I couldn’t be more grateful for all of their care. It has been 3 months since I had a breast lift and upper eye bleph. Unfortunately, I was one of those rare cases that required a second surgery the following night. I had a bad experience right before undergoing the second surgery ( lots of swelling) with a nurse in the operating room who was telling me it was my fault for trying to do too much. I obviously haven’t let that go as it was very upsetting in that situation and my condition. Also because I’d been doing nothing but lying around slightly elevated. I went with full profile 485 cc (the higher end of what is considered natural for my body according to their chart). Recovery was a breeze, I am so pleased. I reside in Hawai’i and came to Vegas to have a Breast Augmentation done by Dr. Richards. Dr. Richards and his staff took very great care of me, provided excellent customer service, and made my journey smooth and quick from beginning to end. My patient care coordinator was Cadia, and she too provided great customer service and answered any and all of my questions. At first I was a little bummed that I could not proceed with the cc size I wanted, but Dr. Richards explained why and we went with one size down. Although we could not proceed with the size I wanted, I was pleased to know that I went with a doctor that looked out for my best interest and went with what was safe for me vs. having a doctor proceed with what I wanted and I end up having complications down the road due to the size (if any and if possible). I am a day shy of being one week post-op and I am already happy and satisfied with my results so far. My recovery has been smooth and I cannot wait to see the final look once they’ve dropped and fluffed out. I highly recommend Dr. Richards.

I cannot recommend Dr Richards and his team highly enough. I flew in from England to have my breast implants replaced after meeting him for a consultation at his clinic earlier in the year. I was so impressed with his clinic which was immaculate, warm and welcoming. Misty answered any questions I had via email promptly leading up to the sugery and nothing was too much effort. The team were highly professional and made me feel at ease. Its been nearly two weeks since my surgery and I love my new breasts. Despite the implants being considerably larger than my original implants the new scar is half the size of my first scar. The after care was amazing and the team are so friendly. If you are considering surgery you will not be disappointed. Put it this way if I needed further procedures in the future, I would travel all the way from England.

I’ve been to Richards cosmetic med spa twice now and each time I go the experience gets better and better. My first appointment was to get lip fillers and the second appointment was for Botox. At each visit I’ve requested Trevor to be my injector. Trevor has seriously been the best at each appointment. Prior to getting my lips and Botox done I had a breast enhancement surgery but for some reason I was more nervous for the simple lip injection than my breast surgery! I meet Dr. Richards yrs ago thru my daughter, she had a Breast Aug. She had a terrible time with the anesthesia and the pain meds his office staff and he were excellent even gave me his personal # along with his lovely assistance# as well. I've never heard of a medical office care as much as they do. Nor have I ever experienced that service. I've refered quit a few people to this office no one has ever had a bad experience. That being said I decide to have a breast reduction and lift I had a complication due to my original Breast Aug. He was very honest that I may have an issue and I did. He has been so kind and sincerely feels bad that he couldn't or wished it didn't happen. He is going to do whatever he can to make me feel comfortable and promises to try to make me HAPPY with the results. I've also have had injections with him and Trevor which can I say Trevor is as competent as Dr.Richards they did exactly what I wanted which was to look natural where people aren't going to ask me if I had injections. So that being said I thought I'd share my experience with this AMAZING office. I highly recommend them. I know this is a very long review but I'm not one to do reviews but I had to give a Big 5 to this AMAZING STAFF.

I was brand new to cosmetic procedures, and chose Richards Cosmetic Surgery based on amazing reviews across all ratings platforms. I am so glad I found them, as I could not have been happier with my experience and results! The entire staff at Richards Cosmetic are stellar! From the receptionist, who was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, to the injector, who clearly knows what he's doing and treats his patients like gold. Even Dr. Richards, who I didn't meet during my appointment, provided me with outstanding customer service when I had a question after my procedure. The injections: Trevor is both incredibly personable and amazingly professional. I went in as a first timer for injections feeling a little nervous and unsure of what to get or what to expect. I had some wrinkles (that I thought were terrible) and was interested in Botox and maybe some fillers, but I didn't really know what I needed to accomplish my goals. As I'd never undergone facial injections before, I didn't feel confident in what to ask for or what I needed. Trevor was amazing for several very important reasons. He did NOT push product on me. His bedside manner was top notch. The office space and equipment were very clean. His and the entire office staff's customer service were incredible. It was clear that Trevor was not just trying to sell me products. He actually told me that I likely needed LESS than I'd expected. He told me that my wrinkles were actually much softer than I thought they were, so he offered me a Botox-like product that he told me would be less intense and "softer" than Botox, and it was cheaper too! I was also potentially interested in filling in some creases in my cheeks and plumping up my lips a little. Trevor was encouraging yet conservative with the amount of product he prescribed. I voiced that I was concerned with looking unnatural, and he was extremely receptive. He aimed to keep me looking like my natural self, enhanced. So he used one syringe of Juvederm for both my lips and my frown lines. I feel that he could easily have pushed me or even just encouraged me to use more product, but he was more concerned with my happiness and cosmetic goals than making money off a likely very easy sales target. Throughout the entire process, I was made to feel very comfortable and confident with my decisions. Trevor has a light touch, causing absolutely no bruising or pain (obviously getting pricked with needles doesn't feel great), and it was clear he is very well versed in dermal injectables. He was also very comforting when I felt nervous, and made the whole experience much more positive. I had one concern crop up after my procedure, so I called the office on a Sunday afternoon, expecting a return call when the office would open the following day on Monday. To my surprise, both Dr. Richards and Trevor responded to me in a matter of a few hours! They BOTH reached out on a Sunday evening out of regular business hours to answer my questions, address my concerns, and squeeze me in for a last minute consult about my issues. Honestly, this is next level customer service. A week and some days later, my face looks more youthful and vibrant, but still totally natural! Nobody would guess that I've gotten any work done on my wrinkles, or even in my lips because it was so well done, yet all is much improved! Trevor is a miracle worker. I can't sing enough good praises, and I'd recommend his services to anyone! So glad I decided to invest in my face, and so glad I chose Trevor and Richards Cosmetics to do it! I will absolutely be returning for any and all cosmetic needs I have.

I needed a breast lift and implant revision. I did a LOT of research before my surgery. I researched extensively online, and I went to 6 consults with doctors in Las Vegas and California. I chose Dr. Richards not only for his skill, but also for his compassion and bed-side manner. Before surgery, Dr. Richards met with me several times and kindly answered every ridiculous question I could come up with. Most importantly, he listened. He listened to exactly what I wanted and told me honestly about the results I could expect. He was compassionate and made me feel comfortable that he understood exactly what I was looking for. My surgery took longer than expected; Dr. Richards had to completely reconstruct my pockets and repair stitches a former doctor had placed. He basically re-built my chest from scratch. The results are amazing, even better than I could have expected! The lift completely reshaped my torso and made me look 5 lbs lighter. Dr. Richards's stitching is PHENOMENAL. It's been 2 weeks since surgery and my scars are flat. If someone stands back about 10 feet, my scars are invisible. I was expecting to look like Frankenstein for a year; I am honestly amazed at how fantastic my incisions look. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. Dr. Richards's staff is wonderful. Everyone is so kind and friendly. They knew me on a first name basis after my first appointment. They're always on time and never make me wait. The surgery center Dr.Richards uses is wonderful, as well. The nurses were so kind and compassionate that I sent them a gift basket after my surgery. After surgery, Dr. Richards called me the same night to check on me and gave me his cell number in case I had any problems or questions. He made me feel that he was honestly concerned about my well-being. If you're considering cosmetic surgery, you are doing a disservice to yourself if you don't schedule a consult with Dr. Richards. My friend came with me to my post-op appointment and after just a few minutes in the room with him, she knew she would go to Dr. Richards for her breast augmentation. He's a wonderful doctor, I simply can't say enough good things about him.

They were very flexible and was able to accommodate my dates since I am from out of town. Consultation went great and I decided to pay my deposit to book the surgery. Originally, I wanted the soonest surgery date and Misty, who is very sweet, was able to squeeze me onto a July appt. Unfortunately, I was not going to make it into town those dates, so I asked to postpone my surgery. Fast forward to early September, I called to reschedule, and Misty accommodated my requests. RN Diane, made me feel comfortable pre-op. She even helped me decide on the final size of my implants, and I am so happy I listened to her advice! I think she was also my post-op nurse, but I am not sure since I was still sleepy when my husband picked me up.. lol. Dr. Richards is very kind. He makes you feel comfortable and safe, especially since it was my first time having elective surgery. He gives you his personal cellphone number for any post-op concerns/questions. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Boman, talked to me before surgery, and made sure everything was going to go perfectly, (allergy questions, family history, etc). Surgery went perfectly, I am healing very nicely and I cannot wait to see the final results, when I am completely healed! From consultation, to post-op, EVERYONE made me feel comfortable every step of the way.

During my free consultation I filled out paperwork and waited 2 minutes to be called into an exam room. I changed into a robe and 2 minutes later I met with my treatment coordinator, Misty, and Dr Richards. He answered my list of questions with just the most pleasant bed-side manner that you could ever hope for in your doctor. Each time I see him he is always as caring and not rushed at all. He really listened to me and made sure I felt like he understood what my goal for my BA was. He asked me questions to assure that we were on the same page. Dr Richards took a 3D image of my body then showed me a before and after 3D image of my torso with the different sized implants I was considering. He emailed them to me so that I could mull over it at home. I would say that the sizers were still the most accurate gauge of how my BA actually ended up looking although I really appreciated the 3D images. After I spoke with Dr Richards I spent some time with Misty trying on sizers. She will give you a bra and some silicon sizers so that you can get a sense for what size you are interested in so that you can choose. I then went with Misty to her office where we discussed the details like price, surgery days that were available, she thoroughly went over the consent forms with me and went through a surgery booklet with me which I got to take home. I let her know that I was a bit undecided about the size but she really reassured me by letting me know that I can pick multiple sizes that the Doctor will have on hand on the day of my surgery so that, if I don’t decide until the last second, the one that I choose will be ready for implantation. As I awaited the pre-op appointment I thought I had decided on one size but then, of course, became not so sure as the days went by. Misty invited me to come back in for some more time spent with the sizers. I brought a bunch of different shirts to see what size looks like what in different shirt styles. Picking the implant size was certainly the most stressful aspect for me but after that second sizer visit I felt so much more confident in my decision..On the day of the surgery I was so excited. They made me feel very comfortable as they (Trevor and Diane if I remember correctly) placed my IV catheter and took my vitals. Just before surgery Dr Richards came into the room again with the 3 different implants I was considering. We spoke some and I ended up telling him to do whatever he thinks looks best as I know there are so many factors and he is the professional. I wanted good proportion and he gave it to me. I was walked into the surgical suite where I saw the anesthesiologist, Dr Bowman, who had called me the day before to say hello. He is board certified and super friendly and professional. They got me all comfortable on the surgical table and I began to feel SO peaceful and relaxed as they slowly gave me the anesthesia IV drugs. I am sure I went to sleep with a smile on my face. My breasts are looking fabulous and they are EXACTLY what I wanted. I could not be happier. I always loved my body before and was very confident in it but just had always wanted larger more “womanly” breasts. Dr Richards and his staff made that dream come true. After seeing how happy I am and how great my breasts look, I now have 3 friends who already booked their procedures and a couple more considering making a consultation appointment. Go see Dr Richards and staff! You will NOT regret it.

Dr. Richards work is phenomenal/superb! Had an implant explantation done by him December 2016, and breast lift with NO implants March 2017. I was quite nervous concerning the potential outcome as the breast after explantation was hideous looking. Flat like pancakes, full of stretch marks from the oversized saline-filled (595-600 CC McGann over the muscle) implant. Initially, wanted a breast-lift but was talked into filling the loose skin after birth of first child with the over sized implant 2004. Was never happy with that doctor who is also here in Las Vegas (both sisters had work done by him, neither were impressed either). Richards exceeded my expectations and I will stick with him for all future work. I can't stop singing his praises and know quite a few women who I will be sharing my experience with. Dr. Richards was called in on a Sunday evening to close several lacerations on my 24 month old's lip and inside of his mouth. As you can imagine, my son wasn't the most cooperative patient. Dr. Richards was fantastic through the whole procedure. When he could have treated this procedure as obnoxious and rudimentary, the time and attention given to us by Dr. Richards showed his high level of bedside manner. After putting my son, who can be very shy, at ease and helping him feel comfortable in the strange surroundings, Dr. Richards moved swiftly and skillfully in suturing my son's wounds closed. The wound has healed wonderfully and Dr. Richards has even reached out to us on multiple occasions after the procedure to follow up on my son's recovery. Expect a wait, but also know he's well worth it. Originally, when I booked my consultation 10 months out there seemed to have been a discrepancy with that date. I think the way it was communicated and dealt with by Erica who works the desk would have been my only complaint. However, it was resolved and I was still able to be seen that month.
