I am so happy that I chose to do this for myself and more happy that I went with Premier Liposuction. I was lucky enough to have JT and Dr Evensen both in the room for my procedure. JT is phenomenal and really listens to the results that you are looking for. I was so worried that my "mom" tummy skin would look funny post procedure and JT kept ensuring me he would do everything he could to make sure the skin retracted well. JT did not disappoint- hes the absolute best. He has the best beside manner and my procedure with him there made me feel so much better. The whole office staff is great- Isalyn was so great from consultation to recovery- she is the sweetest and really reassuring. So happy with my results and mostly so happy with JT. He's truly so calming and gives you the best results ever!

Overall I am extremely pleased with the service. The physicians are highly competent, the staff friendly, and the procedure relatively easy. Dr. Adams has great bedside manner, and happily answered all my questions. I especially value that they do not use general anesthesia. It's unnecessary, and risky. Working with physicians who appreciate this fact is stellar. I cannot give 5 stars because the are a few areas in which I feel Primer Liposuction could improve: First, communication. I'm told that their texting/phone service is on the fritz. And that's ok. But I never received any of the messages they send. It's been months, with lots of follow-up appointments; I feel this should be long enough to correct such an issue. Second: I do have a lump or two (3 months after process). I'm 5'7" tall and ~107 lbs. I had a very small stubborn "pooch" I wanted removed. Understandably, they were reluctant to remove too much fat. Erring on the side of caution seems great; so, I am uncertain as to whether this could have been avoided on someone of my build. Nevertheless, I am not sure if I'll be up for another surgery, and wearing a compression garment for another 6-8 weeks, to get rid of the lump. I am told that these lumps should flatten out, but in my estimation, this seems unlikely. I will update this review, if the lump(s) do flatten out. Third: rather than creating an incision in the traditional way, a hold punch is used. I believe this is to allow for a "port" type device for the suction wand. It's worth noting that they scars from punches are much more visible than those from traditional incisions. I have had laparoscopic surgery on a different occasion, and the incisions are completely invisible. I wish I had been aware of the incision type going in. Again, overall, I am extremely happy with the result, the service, and I feel confident that I made the right choice. I would do it all over again, in a heartbeat. I love my new stomach. I can wear clothes I only dreamed of before. With correction to the above issues (all minor), I would argue that this service is the best out there.

Totally worth my money. Dr. Evensen and his staff (especially Christian) were personable and helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Evensen told me what to expect with my 360/chin Lipo and I was not disappointed. Still in process but already seeing amazing results 8 weeks out. Have/will refer others for this service.

Dr Adams, Dr Evensen and Christian were absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked into their clinic I was greeted like family. The staff and docs walk you through each stage with smiles on their face. The procedure was easy with minimal discomfort! I was back to work with minimal downtime. I had no complications and left completely happy with my choice! I followed up after my procedure with them and they were just as happy as I was. I had a 360 done and it has been almost 2 years and I remain happy with my results. If you're thinking about it - go for it! Premier does not disappoint!!

Came in for a consultation with Dr. Adam's and he is friendly and very knowledgeable! Made me feel comfortable and safe. I like that the consultation isn't long but in that time he gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision and he didn't pressure me into anything.

One word: PHENOMENAL. Premiere is absolutely a 5-star experience, from every single personnel. My gosh… from the time I did the price estimator to my consultation and quote w/ wonderful Christian, to the time I booked my procedure, everything was so easy & just a walk in the park. I feel I got a EXCELLENT price—and Dr. JT (I call him Dr. JT, he’s a PA, but 100% operates as a physician—and I’m a physician myself so that’s saying a lot!!) he over-delivered. I was thinking possibly I wouldn’t get quite the results of my dreams, but I was wrong! FANTASTIC!!!! My Lyft ride took me on a goose chase to the wrong place & I was a full 1/2 hr late to my procedure, but thankfully Premiere still took me in. Isalyn was utmost in professionalism and kindness, she held my hand during the procedure & was just so lovely & reassuring. She stayed with me late, even when my pick-up ride was late, so she herself was getting home late to her own kids. And not once was there anything less than a sunny disposition & kind smile from this wonderful lady, not one speck of even a neutral vibe, much less a bad one—what a gem. She kept kindly & genuinely checking in on me, brought me snacks and bottled water. She is 100% the person anyone would be honored to have on their team. (And I’m in medical aesthetics in Los Angeles & have been in the field of medicine 17 yrs since graduating medical school, so, I feel, a good gage of this!) Even at the very end, Isalyn brought my bags out for me to my ride. What an absolute incredible asset to this team :-) I am overjoyed with my results & couldn’t be happier—they turned out 10x better than I even anticipated, thanks to the expertise, clinical knowledge, incredible skills, bedside manner and astute listening of JT. We chatted a lot in the OR during my procedure (you’re fully awake), it was fun :-) Could not more highly recommend him, or Premiere! If you’re on the fence, do it!!

Dr Evensen at premier liposuction was amazing when it came to doing a 360 Vaser lipo procedure. The consult was quick but thorough as we talked about all the expectations I had as well as the reality of what the outcome would be. The day of the procedure the staff was super friendly and Dr Evensen treated me just like I was family. They made sure all my needs were met before beginning and always made sure to keep me calmed, comfortable, and relaxed. A week after the procedure I went back for my follow up and I must say, the work Dr Evensen did was amazing he made my stomach back and sides look better than I could have ever expected. I was extremely happy with the results and every week of healing the results look better and better. I would recommend Dr Evensen and Premier Liposuction to anyone, man or woman looking to fix those abdominal problem areas.

Waistline? What waistline?! Awesome experience! Nothing like I thought it would be, and my waist is soooo small!! I absolutely love the docs. They are both so down to earth, and make you feel very comfortable. I don't know what I was expecting in terms of pain but I felt NOTHING! I actually was so comfortable, I fell asleep. After the procedure I drove myself home, took a nap, and picked up my kids from school, not to mention I was back at work the next day. The pain was very minimal (tylenol took care of it). Its been 6 weeks and I'm loving my results more and more everyday! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have liposuction. The prices are great, the docs are great, staff was great, atmosphere was great, just an overall great experience!

Absolutely life changing! I never even considered liposuction as an option before talking to this team. They are very helpful and extremely professional. The pre-op consultation was very informative and they were very quick to answer any questions that I may have had and even went further to explain anything that I may haven't even thought of. The procedure itself was very quick. But, they do keep you awake, so bring something warm because the operating room can be quite cold. The NOX gas was quite pleasant and helped with my anxiety. No matter how comfortable you think you are, you are going to have anxiety when the procedure starts. The doctors are calming and probably some of the cooler people in Las Vegas that I have met. The post-op can be quite uncomfortable. They say that you can go to work following the procedure but I do recommend taking a few extra days off from work. Overall, great experience!
