Had a great experience with Dr. Costa & his team from start to finish! I’ve been self conscious about my nose for as long as I can remember. After a consult with Dr. Costa, I knew that he was the right fit for me! He completely understood the natural look I wanted to achieve, and the ability to see the changes with the 3D technology during my consult was amazing! I was told exactly what to expect throughout the entire healing process so there were no surprises along the way. I’m so grateful to Dr. Costa and his entire staff. I’m loving my new nose! 👃🏻

Beyond impressed! Had done two years worth of research and seen two other doctors before I went to Dr Costa. Walking in they make you welcomed, warm and fuzzy. Front desk was polite. The best customer service is from Amber!! Amber is a standout star in asking why you came to the office, what you want done and reassuring your decisions. Amber followed up, allowed me to ask a million questions and even helped me find finance options. She reassured me and my nerves (I have anxiety)ab It my decision. Dr Costa was thorough. Warm, honest (I have mild scoliosis) and listened to how I felt and my concerns. I give them 5 stars and recommend them. I’ll follow up after my surgery this year even though they are 1 of the higher quotes for a mommy makeover I felt it was justified in what I was receiving in quality of care, follow up appointments, massages, etc.

I researched plastic surgeons before choosing a Dr. to do my my breast implant removal and replace and capsulectomy. After reading about Dr. Costa's license and certifications along with all the positive reviews I knew I had found my Dr. After my first visit to Dr. Costa, meeting him and his staff, I knew I had made the right choice. I was given lots of information both verbally and in written form. I was informed on what to expect and the things I needed to do to make this a good outcome. I was well taken care of from beginning to end and I have had a quick recovery and with the results I was hoping for. I have been blown away by the staff and doctor Costa at platinum plastic surgery! I was so impressed by my first surgery results and the care I received from Kim and Bailey during my after surgery massages. Andrea coordinated my surgery (and is coordinating my next one as well) and she is so kind and attentive!! Dr Costa and his staff really care about you and it shows. Highly recommend!

I got a rhinoplasty done with Dr. Costa and I have to say I’m extremely pleased with the results! This was my first and only time having any cosmetic surgery and I was anxious and nervous about the process. The office staff was very friendly and professional which was comforting and calmed my nerves. And Dr Costa addressed all my concerns about my nose and then some! I told him I wanted to still look like myself and I still do but I feel like a new and improved version of myself. I already feel so much more confident. I’m just glad I put my trust in Dr Costa’s expertise and wish I had done this sooner!

Five stars isn't enough to give Dr. Costa. I thought my previous experience with my last surgeon was good. Until I meet Dr. Costa and experienced what a truly remarkable surgeon is capable of. Having a procedure done isn't just about appearance. It's about being able to look in the mirror and love what we see. Building back confidence that might have been lost and mostly feeling good and happy with ourselves. Having the right surgeon makes a huge difference with the process and final outcome. Dr. Costa is a master surgeon in my opinion. My breast had ruptured and it was the beginning of the summer. Dr. Costa's staff was amazing. They got me scheduled immediately for a consultation. Within two weeks of my consultation my reconstructive surgery was completed. Recovery was super easy with very little pain. Unlike the last procedure where the pain was unbearable. Three months out of my procedure I am extremely happy with the results. My confidence, self-esteem and happiness is higher than its been in years. Dr. Costa's professional, kind, caring and talent for creating true beauty. Is above anything I ever expected. I can't recommend I better Dr.

From the moment I called Dr. Costas office I knew he was going to be a great fit for me. He is personable and makes you feel so comfortable. He explained the procedure that would be best for me so well. I knew I’d be in great hands. After two children and major weight loss I had outgrown my body.
