I love to read reviews, and prior to coming to Mia Aesthetics Las Vegas some of the reviews had me questioning my decision. I follow the clinic and Dr Towle on social media, seeing his results and expertise pushed me to go through . I had pre op Nov 7, 2022 same day as my surgery. Everyone is professional and welcoming . Front staff to back staff: finance, anesthesiologist, massage therapist, nurses, absolutely Everyone was sweet and professional. Dr Towle answered all my questions, and made me feel taken care of. I am almost 4 days post op and already loving my results. I have my last massage tomorrow morning along with my last post op appointment with Dr Towle and I can't wait!

Everyone was very nice always gave me answers, communicated well and always answered calls and messages. Loved my massage therapist she was a doll very caring. Nick the Anesthesiologist was very personable and made me feel safe he was a perk, others could be more like him. Dr Towle exuded confidence in his craft which made me comfortable. I am already pleased with results and look forward to end result. A very busy place , I’m glad I choose Mia,

First time at Mia Aesthetics. Came to my preop on 8/31 having surgery tomorrow 9/1/22. So far I haven’t had any issues. Everyone I have spoken with have been very nice and have always answered my questions. I’m super excited for tomorrow I will give another update after. I definitely recommend Mia Aesthetic to everyone.

The staff I talked to before my procedure was really professional and made me feel comfortable. Being at the facility the staff was professional but the day of my surgery I felt really rushed when I finally got called to the back. I made it to my appointment at 5AM and waited for about 10 minutes for someone to get here and let me in. I waited to be called back for about an hour and was rushed to get undressed the doctor came in marked me for my breast augmentation as she was asking me what size I had in mind didn't let me try anything on as examples. She pretty much picked the size for me which I am not too happy about. I heard she was a really good doctor Dr. Wright. I am a little disappointed as this was my first experience. The anesthesiologist was the best he took more time explaining things and was very patient.

Dr. Towle was awesome. I am two months post-op. The only improvements I have are for one the organization needs to work on transparency. I was told when I signed up for my procedure that I would get a 500-dollar discount. Later when I spoke with one of the coordinators he told me the only way I would receive the discount was if I paid cash or money order 🤨. Also, scheduling should be better. I thought there should be better bedside manner. I didn't see much of the Doctor I have had past procedures and the Doctor's were more present. But the price of the surgery probably explains the lack of bedside manner. Overall I would say my experience was good.

I had a great experience with the state at Mia Vegas. Everything flowed very well. Communication between all departments was great and my consultant Nelly took great care of me. Answered all my questions and was very prompt when I needed her. I received a bbl from dr. Towle which i was not pleased with my results but unfortunately i did not reach out within my windows for a revision. I will be going back for my breast augmentation, hoping i like my results this time around.
