Dr. Alexander performed a breast augmentation for me in 2008. I absolutely loved my results then and continued to be incredibly happy over the years even after having a child I always received complements. After 14 years with saline implants I wanted to switch to silicone and go a little larger since I lost natural breast tissue after having a child. I had decided to move to the east coast and before I left Las Vegas I was determined to have Dr. Alexander perform the implant exchange and enlargement I was looking for. It was without hesitation I knew there is no other plastic surgeon I would rather go to than Dr. Alexander because of my initial results, the utmost professionalism and genuine care that he provides. I am so thankful that I was able to get my surgery scheduled with him prior to moving. I once again was reminded how caring he is through every step of the process and my results are everything I was hoping for. I absolutely love the way my implants look and the enhancements that were made were carefully and thoughtfully planned out to reach my desired outcome. I am very thankful for Dr. Alexander and all of his wonderful staff.

With many options for breast augmentation in Vegas, I did my research to find the best surgeon for me! I have wanted to fix a poor breast reduction from 20 years ago that resulted in large scarring and unattractive breasts. After putting it off for many years, I finally decided that enough was enough and worth dealing with the recovery time. Dr Alexander was my choice because he provides his patients with natural results and breasts that complement their body type. If you want HUGE, oversized implants, he might not be the right doctor for you--and that's okay! Dr Alexander makes you feel like he is your best friend that you have known forever. His bedside manner is incredible; it really set him apart from other doctors in the field. Plus, his nurse Joanne is amazing as well! Dr. Alexander telephoned both my husband and I to follow-up once I got home from surgery. I now have breasts that I love, rather than ones that I hated and referred to as "chopped up." After six weeks, my incision scars are practically invisible and they've settled nicely into place. Thanks to Dr. Alexander, I couldn't be more pleased with the results of my surgery! NO PHOTOS :)

From beginning to end, I have no complaints!!! Hannah and Madison are always on track with the many questions that I had, the home nurse they provided was more than I expected, they provided financial options, scheduling was always flexible and Dr. Alexander really has genuine bedside manners and very caring towards me as a patient! 5 stars is not enough for Dr. Alexander and his staff! I have trusted Dr. Alexander for a few procedures and have never been disappointed. From the moment you walk into the beautifully appointed office, you feel like a member of the family. The staff is warm and caring and always makes me feel right at home. Dr. Alexander is very honest in his assessments, which I certainly appreciate. He will stay in the room for as long as I have questions and explain everything thoroughly. I have never felt like I was just a number and have learned a lot from him along the way! Dr. Alexander is truly a joy and honestly one of the very best, if not THE best, that Las Vegas has to offer. Dr. Alexander is a one of a kind. I knew as I was looking at photos on his website that he was worth the drive. We made my appointments into mini-vacations in Vegas (and that was a lovely idea!) Dr. Alexander is very warm and really listens to you. He is also very concerned with your health and safety and I knew I was in good hands. For me my healing has been a long process, but he let me know what to expect (and what the end result would be if I followed his instructions...) His staff is also top-notch! I had the pleasure of having appointments mostly with Joanne, who made me feel very comfortable and cared-for. I would like to share my gratitude for Dr. Alexander and his team, but a simple thank you does not seem like enough. After having two children, I could never seem to see myself as a priority. For that, my body and self esteem suffered. Fast forward several years and about extra 40lbs, I decided it was time to give diet and exercise a try. Dr. Alexander's office met my needs in every way. My primary concern was finding a doctor that took into account my total health when making recommendations. I was interested in having a tummy tuck to eliminate damaged excess skin after weight loss and bouts of ascites. I have two ongoing medical conditions (one internal and one physical) that needed to be taken into consideration with any surgical recommendations. Because of my specific needs and how important my health is, I was not certain that plastic surgery would be an option for me. I set up appointments with several doctors; however, the only doctor and office that I was comfortable with was Dr. Alexander. He sat beside me again explaining on paper his procedure and exactly what he was doing. All I can say is wow. It went like a breeze and I went home with absolutely no pain. He followed up the next day and he cares how you feel. I was in no pain and still am not 4 weeks out. The procedure was awesome. I might add he did a little more and put my ear pierce in that was taken out of my upper ear without even thinking about it. The procedure was so smooth and my new implants look amazing. He is terrific. Such a sweet caring staff and his whole team Edith, Lindsey, Jamie, Kayla Nina and of course dr Alexander’s wife Anita are sweet professional and ready to assist in anything you need and very knowledgeable. I commented that I would need more surgery just so I could come and visit. That says a lot for dr Alexander and his team. Thank you guys , I can hardly wait until my restricted 6 weeks are over to really enjoy my new girls. Exceptional. I am HUGE on customer service and boy oh boy does the medical and administrative staff at Dr Alexander’s have it. Oh my gosh, Madison, Joanne, literally everyone is so fantastically friendly, professional, and caring. I absolutely love my results! I went to Dr. Alexander after consulting with two other surgeons regarding replacing my 23 year old saline implants. Once I met Dr. Alexander I immediately felt confident that he was the doctor for me. His warmth, knowledge and calmness exceeded all of my expectations. I went from 400 and 450cc's to 600cc's and from saline to silicone gel implants. I can't believe the difference between the two. The silicone look and feel like the real thing. I also had a mini lift which I wasn't sure I was going to do until three days before surgery but I'm glad I did. Dr. Alexander had me come back to his office the Friday before my surgery which was that Monday. He said that I did have sagging but that I was in between where I could have a lift or not. After talking with him he felt like a mini lift was the way to go even though I was nervous about the pain and scarring. The pain after surgery was very minimal and the scarring will fade within a year. My first BA was approximately 23 years ago with Dr. Stephen Gordon and there is absolutely no comparison. Nina and Lindsey always answered any questions I may have had. Dr. Alexander and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and warm and treat you like you're family. I was considering lower eyelid surgery for the past few years. I researched several plastics surgeons. Needless to say without a doubt I made the right choice. Dr. Alexander and his staff are most incredible. They make everything so easy that any hesitation or nervousness you may have going into this ordeal is completely gone. Dr. Alexander spends plenty of time with you. He will answer any questions and he takes the time to get to know you. I felt totally relaxed going into surgery. Dr. Alexander even called me at home the weekend before surgery to go over any last minute questions I may have. I saw him at the surgical center before the surgery as well as after. I was happy the surgery was done at a surgical center. Seven Hills was the best. The reception area and all the nurses bent over backwards. So for those who are curious, the surgery took a smidge over an hour. I would say my surgery started anywhere between 7:30 and 8:00 am and I was home by 11:30. Fortunately for me, I didn’t have any pain what so ever. If you pay attention and do everything Dr Alexander and his staff say, the recovery will be very easy. The downside....if u are a gym rat, you can’t go for 4 weeks. If this is the only obstacle from looking great and being happy, it’s certainly worth it! The bottom line....Dr. Alexander is the man!

From beginning to end, he has always answered every question that Ive had and always made sure that I understood everything every step of the way. First off, I didn’t have a primary care doctor established and they called around to find a doctor that could do my pre-clearance. When that doctor cancelled on me the morning of the appointment, they found me another physician only 14 days before my surgery date. I was nervous but they got it done and I was so thankful to each and everyone of them. Secondly, I got a personal call from Dr. Alexander and my anesthesiologist the night before surgery. What an amazingly human touch!? As they know, their patients are already feeling anxiety the night before the surgery. Finally, and this is how I knew I made the right decision, the nurse that prepped me for my IV and gown the morning of surgery, told me and reassured me that she had breast augmentation a few years prior from none other than Dr. Alexander and this was the best decision she has ever made. I couldn’t believe it and was so taken aback in that moment that I just busted out crying. They were happy tears. One last thing that both my husband and I appreciated was that Dr. Alexander requested images of my desired result and considering my husband is in the videography/editing field he was able to Photoshop images that represented what I was wanting to achieve. Dr. Alexander not only complimented my husband on the work but he had these up in the surgery room for reference and even though I’m only 3 weeks post-op I can tell they look even better than the photo. I can’t begin to express my gratitude to these people. It’s hard to not get emotional when writing this as I feel like the best version of myself. I am 43 years old and had upper and lower eye lid removal with dr Alexander I have to say I wa soooo nervious to get it done. I was freaking out! This was my fourth procedure at this office but one was more than 10 years ago. In the last couple of years I have had a braw lift, liposuction on one area and most recently a facelift. I have been very happy with my results each time. I couldn’t recommend dr. Alexander more!! My experience was very pleasant from the moment I met him and his staff. They made me feel welcomed and showed how much they care and want to help. Dr. Alexander is knowledgeable, patient and does an amazing job. I had a breast reduction and lift and this is a life changing surgery! I have always had trouble with my back and shoulders due to the size of my breasts and this was one of the main reasons for me to have the surgery. I am 3 months post op now. My recovery has been smooth and I’m thrilled with the results. I feel lighter, happier and even younger because my breasts look like when I was 17:) The surgery helped me to get rid of the pain and gain self confidence, healthy posture. Now I can wear any clothes I want and be super happy with what I see in the mirror because going from double D (and after breastfeeding) to C is a big deal! Honestly I can’t tell enough good things about dr. Alexander. He is a real artist!
