I have had a history of hand issues, but the latest came on pretty fast. I was able to get a referral but Dr. Williams is a very busy practice. With an appointment set for about a month away I was not sure I would be able to wait that long. I did keep checking for possible cancellations and got fortunate there was one. The office staff was great and I was able to see Dr. Williams. He was very gentle and caring during the exam, and now awaiting the testing to narrow down the full extent of the future treatment plan. Looking forward to a complete resolution.

Dr. Carl has been such a Blessing, he's a genuine Caretaker that truly goes over & above to reassure, encourage, & actively listen to his patients while simultaneously finding solutions that will alleviate their concerns. I've been a patient of Dr Williams since 2016 and he has done miracles for me. I'm a massage therapist and I suffer with arthritis in my hands and deterioration in my joints. He's not only cured my problems he continues to aid in the healing of my hands while I work!! I know he's a great doctor, very gentle, kind and attentive. He listens contently to your concerns and explains what is going on and what needs to be done to alleviate the problem. But I'm afraid my left ring finger will never be the same again. He did a tendon release or something, and now I have to have another surgery because I can't straighten out my finger all the way. I know it has nothing to do with his expertise, it's just my surgery didn't heal right. He is a very sweet and caring doctor!

The staff was very friendly and kind! I never had to wait longer than 5-10 min when waiting to be seen. I only met Dr Williams once when my surgery took place and he was very professional and explained the operation in a way I could understand it. I worked with Dr. Krantz mostly in the office and he was patient and understanding with my my needs. I also happened to faint during a removal of my pin, and Dr kranz was super helpful with ensuring I was alright. With the help of Dr. Krantz this made the recovery a lot easier, and helped me to recover as quick as possible. Overall the office is very professional with quick and reliable service.
