Been to this Shoprite many times over the past a few years. It's definitely a great place to shop for food and groceries. Their parking lot is pretty big and never had an issue when it came to parking or finding a spot. Sometimes they have no cashiers open and only the self checkout open, which becomes a little annoying. But overall, it's been a great place for shopping.

This supermarket is my favorite and I travel out of my way to come here. The prices are always good, especially their sales. The staff is amazing. The store is always clean, the older gentleman in the produce staff is a gem. The cashiers are fast and kind. All of the managers go above and beyond to help even when I ask for specific products to be made available they do so or help with a coupon. Kevin is the manager that has been the most helpful as we usually come at night. You all are a great team, thanks again!

This is an awesome store! There is ALWAYS a team member on the floor to assistance, the store is ALWAYS clean and stocked! And the best part, there is ALWAYS more registers open which keeps the lines short and moving. Always a great experience. Thank you.

I have been shopping at this location for over 10 years; even when I lived in the Bronx! I would NEVER mind the drive because I knew it was worth it! The supermarket is really big and I always find what I need. The staff is friendly and work hard to keep it neat and clean even on really busy days.

I’ve been a ShopRite shopper for decades and I was thrilled when they opened up a huge store on Central Avenue in Scarsdale. This evening I went shopping and was very impressed by their extreme cleanliness and concern about making sure that every customer was masked ! Their staff was focused on maintaining social distancing and was also very courteous to the few customers inside the store. Over the last few years as many of supermarket chains have gone out of business, I would have thought that ShopRite would have expanded their selection of produce to include Japanese yams and other more tasty potatoes, however as one of the guys who worked in the produce section said to me, “ hey this is ShopRite, not one of those specialty supermarkets”! I still think that ShopRite has many items that most people need, but I’d love to see them carry more produce that people can easily buy at Whole Foods and H Mart.

Fully stocked. Great prices. Still no lysol. They have a lot of products from some company called wish. Wipes, disinfectant spray and hand sanitizer.

Really huge supermarket. Almost all their sections were extensive produce, meat, cheese. Bakery, prepared food, freezer....etc...What's nice to know is that they have sheet cakes that you can decorate (like bj's cakes) and they also have different flavors. We went on a Sunday afternoon- not a good idea - the lines were insane. If possible either go on the express line or do the self check out they have more than 2 staff members to help if needed.

HORRIBLE new guy in the seafood dept. over the last few months which ruins my overall shopping experience. Regardless of the zip code, I get that it's ShopRite and not a high-end supermarket. I'm not expecting white glove VIP treatment, just respect and service like any reasonable human being! It's just that THIS guy is nasty and unpleasant for no reason and they must have transferred him from the White Plains store where we first crossed paths. He wasn't around on my last visit, so maybe management finally got the message. We will see next week... I don't want him to lose his job, but something has to change. Otherwise I really like the convenience and finding everything I need here.

It is every so often I come to this shop rite to shop. Once in a while when I'm In the area I would stop buy and pick up a few this. There isn't a shoprite near me. I like this one because it's big. The prices are always right compared to stop and shop. Next Time I'll take the time to do a full shop here.

Shop Rite is always the place to go they have extraordinary prices most the time and always have deals. Shop rite take care they're customers when you spend $400.00 usd after you shop there like free Turkey or ham. They just need to have more workers there. God Bless

I really enjoy shopping at ShopRite-Scarsdale. There's a wide variety of groceries, fresh meats & baked good are a plus. However, some of their produce needs a breath of freshness. Sometimes, it's alright and other times it's a day or two late. Produce department, there are some of us that really love fruits and vegetables. Please, keep it fresh as possible. Thanks

I actually really like this ShopRite, so much so that I travel an extra 10 minutes to get to it. Every other supermarket around Yonkers is terrible, including the ghetto Tuckahoe ShopRite. The meat section is fantastic, the place is clean and the produce is fresh. No flies in the roll cupboard, like I've seen at Acme. The only knock is that today, there were shopping carts blocking every open parking space and none at the front door.

This is the best supermarket I have ever shopped in to date. I haven't been to other locations, but at least this one in Scarsdale is excellent. The store is huge and the staff is courteous and helpful. The prepared food section is the best. And there are always good deals and fresh food.

Google pricing has increased in almost every supermarket I have been to I still found the prices of ShopRite less than many other markets in the area. The store is clean and well kept .There are.many people on.staff all are helpful. On my last trip yesterday I have found that the prices have not dropped as expected but they seem to be still most expensive than many other stores I have tried.

It's in a strip mall, that's always crowded. The store itself is a decent size but the aisles, especially in the front and back of the store, are always tight. Has all of your basic departments but also has a hot food/buffet type food bar, Asian bar and Mexican area that sells freshly made quesadillas and tacos. Always seems to be well staffed. Many self check out counters.

I’m at shoprite right now it’s 12:38 on 10/29/21 register 13 Mani is so great! She’s so kind and you can tell she cares about the quality of your day/ time at shoprite. I come here all the time all the way from Manhattan and I’ve never wanted to give a review until today. Also I’ve never had a problem at this grocery store, good vegan option and you can ask them to buy new products! Anywho, thanks Mani you’ve made my day !

Decent selection and mostly reasonable prices. The produce section is nice. The rest of the store is a bit cramped due to narrow aisles, but they have added traffic flow direction which helps. I find it best to go early before work on a weekday to avoid crowds or long lines.

I really like this ShopRite. Sure, it can get insanely crowded. But, they always have what I need at the best price (typically). I do wish customer service was a little better. But again, that's to be expected somewhat at a budget grocery store. Overall, a great experience as long as you time your trip right and avoid their busiest times because otherwise, there will be a gigantic check out line.

This store is great but avoid the Deli at all costs. The management fails terribly at providing adequate counter coverage to service the stream of customers-- *they* are directly responsible for typical up to 30-minute wait times. A&S Deli has superior products and 1000% better service.

Went in for special offer, didn't have the exact things I wanted for the offer in stock. Also wanted shoprite 30 pack of eggs, they didn't have any. But I have to say the lines to pay were well organized, self check out as well as waiting for cashiers.

First time here. It was a very nice supermarket overall and kinda pricey. And the items I was looking for (non-sale items) where in short supply. And it was a tad bit of messy display area. I was impressed with the types of selections available (in general). Ladies bathroom was a NO NO. Dirty and no coat hooks for purse orc coat. No paper towels and weak hand dryer. Needs more maintenance. But, it was sufficient enough. I did shop in the early Friday evening so take this with grain of salt.

MSTA and take advantage of some great everyday prices. Free parking and plenty of cashiers to get you out faster than most. Friendly staff keep the store clean and welcoming.

Love this location...fresh produce....clean...wide aisles. They usually have sales... usually crowded on the weekends but the service is good. The staff is courteous and try to get you through as quickly as possible. I like the great selection of cheeses.

Shoprite was crazy busy mid-morning when I was there. Shoppers were in a frenzy and the single line to check out stretched all through the dairy and frozen departments. Everyone was looking for one or more of the many items on sale they needed. Though at least there were enough cashiers that the long line moved pretty fast. Still this store always has the best selection, but the longest line.

In addition to a clean, neat and well stocked supermarket the staff are helpful and professional. A few days ago I mistakenly left my purse in a cart in the parking lot. Within 15 minutes I received a phone call from a manager that it was found. When I returned to claim my purse it had been secured and all contents were just as I left it. I will continue to shop at this location and also recommend others to do so.

It has a large selection of foods with decent prices and good sales. The layout, however, is obnoxious. The building is built into a mountain and they didn't quite level everything during construction, the entrance and first 1/4 of the store several feet higher than the rest of it. It makes the store very cramped and hard to navigate. The plaza is also very popular, meaning it's usually pretty crowded, so it's definitely not a "get in, get out" kind of place.

The store is clean and organized. The people stocking the shelves are easy to speak with and helpful. Prices are OK. The parking lot is not secure. External security cameras are pointed only at the store front. Someone severely scratched the side of my car while parking or pulling out and drove off while we shopped. The police had nothing to go on so we could only file a report to give to the insurance company.

That was my first time.in that one since it's close to my job I decided to stop it and get a few things....it was extremely crowded....and I guess everyone is panicking over this new deadly virus....because the shelves were almost empty (clorox...alchohol....cleaning products with bleach....smh. but a great store lots of things otherwise 🤷‍♀️

I love this place. I live in Yonkers and there is a ShopRite just down the street but I really rather drive 10 miles or more because this store is much better and bigger than the store near me. The food at this ShopRite to me is much fresher and a better quality for your money. Some people say all the ShopRite is the same but no it is not. This ShopRite is much better in every way. The store is always crowded. The isles are always obstructed with stocking of the shelves. Never enough cashiers. Other than that they have a wide selection of items. Pleasant lighting and a very friendly staff. Just be prepared to wait and deal with customers who can't drive their carts....

This shopper is okay. My only two problems are the parking is a nightmare on weekends. And believe it or not there are some digital coupons that they don't offer in the store. The staff is friendly and I like the fact that they have a lot of self-checkout registers which moves the line way quicker than standing online for a human cashier this is my go-to store for shopping in Westchester

I am not a fan of Shoprite. It is very large and crowded. I will say that they do have good produce. Since I do not eat meat, I can't say anything about their meat selection. I do go there for a small shopping trip. This way I can use the express line and get out of the store quickly. Also, the parking lot is often so crowded, I have to park far from the store. In bad weather this is a problem.

This is a great all-around store. They have mind boggling selections of almost everything you can want for that special dinner or regular everyday shopping. Their healthy products and options are also commendable. Special mention goes to their Produce, Deli, and Meat departments. With regard to shelf and frozen groceries, they have a wide variety of multi-etnic ingredients and products to satisfy both the adventurous diner and ambitious gourmet chef. The store is clean, organized, and staff is friendly and helpful . I gave 4 stars for one reason only: there were several marked down fresh produce items that were well passed prime evidenced by yellowing, wilting, and even worse, excess moisture. I would rather see fresh produce donated to the needy before it gets to this point, especially in this zipcode.

I was here today a my experience was fast and efficient. The store is amazing. It goes on forever. This Shoprite has everything you want and then some. It also has great prepared foods just in case you don't wanna cook. There's always a manager on the floor and the staff knows exactly where things are in each aisle. It's larger than a football field. The Deli is especially good and there is a great grill to have food cooked right there, then sit down and eat in the cafe and watch TV. I must warn you that when it's real busy it takes forever to get out of there because the check out lines are very long. Also the shopping carts are generally all over the parking lot and take a long time to get back to where they're supposed to be. Other than that, Shoprite of Scarsdale is a great supermarket experience.

This was not the best shopping experience. When you walk in you are in the produce area deli etc, but have to walk through a cafe eating area to get to the rest of the store, down a ramp navigating people, carts, and people restocking. Then when you go to check out, the lines are against the aisles so you have to navigate all the way around the store down to self check out... or regular if you were insane. Not the easiest set up.

I like the old-fashioned feel of the place. They have a lot of international grocery items and fresh vegetables too which I found useful since my family usually prepares asian meals and is trying to eat healthy. They also have a deli and seating area for those who wish to dine there. They have a good selection of pastries as well. I would definitely shop there again.

Decent supermarket. I will be shopping here more often. My only gripe is other fellow customers. It's as if you people forget your manners at the door. No one excuses themselves, they stare with a blank look expecting people to just move without knowing you're even trying to get by. Rudeness in all shapes colors and sizes. You people really need to check yourselves once in a while.

Love the fact that this store is always fully stocked... do not like the way they pack the cold cuts in cheap plastic bags... everything gets squashed in the bags and becomes mushy before you get home. Only other problem I have with this market is the fact that it always takes an hour to get out of there on the lines... They should have every register open at all times it shouldn't be an hour so they could keep it down to a minimum of 45 registers open the market is way too big to have only 4 registers open at any given time.

The store's huge! I love the two hot food bars -one Asian style, one western style. Also there's a sushi bar, and a salad bar. You can get your food and sit down at the tables and eat there. Love the convenience.

One of the best supermarkets there is. It's HUGE!!!! ANYTHING YOU WANT, it's in this supermarket.. They have this international foods isle. It's just a wonderful store. Good selection, mostly friendly staff. Deli Department leaves something to be desired. Go there on a Friday night, people are cleaning deli slicers, doing things to get ready to close, while behind the deli counter. Not acknowledging customers while they wait. Friday should be a night when the staff is full, people want to get their cold cuts for the weekend and having a bare bones staff on a Friday night, with some of the workers working slow, isnt beneficial to anyone. They just don't seem to care or it's a matter of the store scheduling staff, only directing the deli how many workers to have on a Friday night.

I know a lot of shoppers on the weekend especially before a holiday and you want to get things moving at the checkout counter but yelling like the person is on the other side of the mountain seems too impolite. There is a walkie-talkie in front of the line. I heard number of a counter that is open being called but somehow the manager didn't use it. I see ladies in red holding the other walkie-talkie. Maybe they were changing shift. Shoppers are anxious and stress but a little kindness or a smile would make a difference.

I like shopping in Scarsdale it is where I work and when I get a break I like going to different stores trying different kinds of foods and ShopRite offers quite a nice variety along with a buffet. The store is nice and the staff is very friendly. I walked out with a lovely chicken dish for lunch

This is my favorite Supermarket! I will drive just to buy a loaf of bread and a gallon of milk. Love the freshness of the seafood selection. The only problem is.... you are sure to buy way more things than whats on your list.

I usually go to Shoprite in New Rochelle, but since I had to go to another store on Central Ave. I decided to go to this one nearby. I've shopped here before, so I basically know where items are located. This one's larger than the other store, so you get more exercise walking around. All of the items on my list were available, I didn't have to wait on a long line which is unusual and my shopping experience was great!

I came to this ShopRite instead of the one on Tuckahoe Ave. BEST EXPERIENCE! Maybe it was the time but in the ShopRite on Tuckahoe, all of the cashiers are always chatting with each other and hardly paying attention to the customer. Most of the things are not stocked and most of the employees will actually say out loud when they are tired of working or annoyed. This ShopRite was a completely opposite experience. The cashier was completely focused on me and helped me with everything. Everything was stocked and organized. Thank you for the great experience!

Store is so big. That comes with pros and cons. Pro- they're often better priced for the same item as other stores in the area due to the fact that they can order in greater volume. Con- don't always stock things in the same place meaning you have to walk back and forth and all around the store before finding it. For example, I'm vegan, and always purchase the Better Burger which should be housed next to the other "natural/healthy food items" in the front of the store. They are usually in the frozen meat section next to the Bubba Burgers instead. That's just one small example. Even when you ask where something is you're often given the wrong information from people who work there. If you're just going for standard items and you buy the same thing every week and you know where to go for them I guess it's not an issue.

I do most of my shopping at shop rite supermarket and some shopping at pathmark, I have one complaint about shoprite their Purdue chicken smells very bad and some have past due date on them, every time I try to buy Perdue chicken it has a very bad odor and blue and black discoloration, I have complaint to the managers few times with no avail and the workers at the meat department in the past year or so but the problem still persists. I instead will buy another brand elsewhere.
