I really enjoyed shopping here. There is a major eco conscious focus, with organic products to compostable produce bags. There is a fee for using disposable paper grocery bags, which is a good way to motivate people to bring their own bags. I was able to find dairy free ice cream and dairy free whip cream. Also, was able to find some vegan marshmallows. The oat milk was a dollar cheaper here compared to Whole Foods. I'm not sure how the other prices compare, but will definitely be going back to do a deeper dive with price comparisons.

I’ve been shopping here since they first opened and I love this place. I tell everyone about it and I hope they stay in business. Everything is quality. The staff is always so kind. I don’t think I’ve ever waited in line longer than 5 minutes. The prices compared to other health food stores is less expensive or the same. For me, convenience is everything. I’m always in and out, they’re almost always stocked with the item, very rarely is something sold out. I love that I can buy my skin care there too. I truly just LOVE this place.

This is my favorite grocery store that I have found in the NY Metro area. It's such a calming experience to shop here and there are so many great options of dairy free and vegan foods. For someone who often feels like I have no interesting options, there is an abundance of choices here. There is also a good selection of dairy filled foods and meats as well. The produce section is consistently filled with fresh fruits and veggies and they also have a wide variety of bulk options and fill your own coffees and containers. It's not cheap to shop here but it's comparable to similar stores. There are bathrooms and even a place where you can drop off clothes to donate. Highly recommend!!

I always love coming here! I'm trying to cut down on my plastic foot print by purchasing bulk items and refill cleansers. I love the fact that they have a mini recycing center near the entrance and a "leave one, take one" book exchange there too. I had an issue with a refill cleanser and the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He's great! The whole staff is great! It's always a pleasure to shop here.

this has become my favorite place to shop. it's really calming. you can take your time without being jostled or you can get in and out quickly if you just want a few things. they have a great selection of high quality, organic and animal welfare certified products without too many choices that you have to agonize over like in many larger stores. it's never crowded, never a checkout line and easy parking., The produce section isn't massive, but what they have is very high quality and generally seasonal. lots of really interesting vegan options too and humanely raised meat products. I like that I don't have to read the labels on everything to tell whether it's organic or certified animal welfare.

Was suggested to go here due to always complaining of lack of vegan options at some grocery stores. Not only is there tons of vegan options, but the fact they have electric car charging stations (not as many as they do Tesla charging stations) made this an ideal trip for me to check out as my car charged up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great food selection and also pretty good craft beer selection. Definitely need to make this more of a constant spot to shop at. I went the night before Christmas Eve and was not bombarded by obnoxious shoppers. It was quite possibly one of the most calming and enjoyable food shopping experiences I've had in a long time.

THIS REVIEW will cover, how I feel about their food, staff & more! ..... I LOOOOVE mom's organic (In Dobbs Ferry NY).. Let's start by the fact that their fruits , vegetables etc are TRULY organic from local farms and you CAN TASTE the FRESHNESS of anything you get from there ... . I ALSO am someone who works with essential oils, striving to build a hair care business. Their essential oils are great as well! The staff is people of ALL walks of life (I've noticed), ALL are VERY kind, are very helpful, & and Truly take the time to assist you. There's an employee named Ed in the Wellness department, & he was on the phone with me for a good 10 Minutes, helping me with my questions on specific items-oils , to find out what they had in stock, ALSO to give me details of what I was looking for, & was EXTREMELY KIND. So I definitely recommend Mom's organic! They're awesome, from the food, to the staff, & more!

One of my absolute favorite stores to go to they have just about everything you could ever want and our moderately priced for the economically deprived time that we're in with everything so highly priced! This green supermarket has a lovely wide selection of greens Sprouts vegetables fruits and even a section of bins that have beans and grains nuts flours that they sell by the pound which I really like because it's less expensive and you can buy how much you desire. And they have really a great quality of non-GMO vegan and healthy foods up and down every single aisle that is just so much better than the generic supermarkets in the surrounding areas from every different ethnic background you could dream of! I have seen Indian cuisine Chinese Asian Mexican Southern American and it makes it really interesting to shop there because I like a variety of food and Spice. They also have a really good Beauty section and health section and beverage and home section as far as cleaning and supplies. And they do have a very small selection of good Quality Meats & chicken. Great clean store for people who care about their bodies and what they're putting in it I love shopping hair because I can count on the food that I'm purchasing and that it's carefully selected and really organic!

My favorite store ever. Many, MANY deals on normally very expensive food. Everyone who reads and watches documentaries knows that expensive food heals because the animals & people involved in production/farming/agriculture are not tortured, destroyed and abused beyond recognition. This place will save your life, literally!

MOM's is a great alternative to the mass grocery stores. They have a very nice bulk section, a ton of homeopathic remedies, organic produce and alternative stuff like rice milk and keto cereal. The main draw for us is they have soy free products which are necessary due to an allergy in the family. They also have Tesla charging units in the parking lot. Glasses, phone, battery and packaging recycling is available year round as well as a little free library.

We love this, our new local Mecca of Progressive Food-ism. With classic Jazz and kind, left-of-center employees, reasonable prices (often cheaper than comparable items elsewhere in Westchester County), and incredibly imaginative and far-flung selection of Organic goodies, exacting curation of produce, ease of parking, convenient location... this is our new favorite food store. Recycle your batteries, use BYO spice containers, refill your store-supplied water jugs, and enjoy guilt-free biodegradable produce bags. Great all around. This is how to do it, folks!

The Rainbow turned Galaxy!?

I discovered sunflowers not only have seeds but sprouted leaves you can add to your salad and sandwich and eat! Then tonight I cooked up the sausage I bought there. Free range and plumping yummy. Very minimal ingredients and tasted so fresh! Not exactly cheap but I paid about the same I do for about a half bag less than my regular grocery store. Definitely heading here again for more organic food. They also recycle. Including shoes and household batteries. I have been dropping off all these items and it makes me feel so much better than sending it directly to the landfill in my regular garbage bags.

Massive organic & healthy options to choose from! If you live a healthy lifestyle or on the journey to this one, then this is your go to! Clean and well kept store, friendly staff and great parking (the lower garage allows tall vehicles inside, more than 10 feet and Tesla charging stations. The prices are fair, esp for organic foods, they are usually outlandishly priced (thinking of Whole Foods lol), but here the prices are reasonable and somewhat affordable. I wouldn’t shop here every week but maybe like once a month! I can find better deals on chips And ice cream at the bigger chain grocery stores. It’s great to come here for those unique items that can’t find elsewhere!

The best organic produce anywhere in Westchester. MOMs is a large, very well stocked all-organic health food store as opposed to Whole Foods which is a high end supermarket selling mainly organics. All around, a calmer shopping experience than Whole Foods.

I actually look forward to grocery shopping, thanks to Mom's Organic Market! The selection of groceries is carefully studied. When other grocery stores' preoccupation seem to be, how much can I cram onto the shelves, Mom's seems to be selling products that someone with good culinary tastes actually tasted and vetted. They have many hard-to-find products and the store is clean, well organized and user-friendly. Also I like that they offer small size products, and don't push super large size products, this way I don't have to deal with never-ending left overs of tomato sauce or what not. The concept is excellent and I will keep shopping there as often as can be.

Mom's Organic Market is the best grocery store I've ever been to! Going there is a pleasure! It's easy to park, it's never crowded, and I've never had to wait in line to check out. The employees there go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. For example, as soon as you walk up to the store, they hand you a shopping cart. And if just one person is in line for check out, they call someone else to come work the register. The quality of the food is excellent! I'm especially fond of the produce which seems much fresher than other grocery stores. I also like that you can buy many items in bulk, such as nuts, beans, coffee, and some cereals. I also appreciate how environmentally conscious they are at Mom's. You can recycle items such as old glasses or shoes there and they use biodegradable plastic bags. On top of all this, the prices are pretty reasonable. I highly recommend Mom's!

Pre-packaged deli food was pretty disappointing. The vegetarian pad Thai was just plain linguini pasta with a couple chunks of vegetable and almost no discernable flavor. The other dishes we ordered were equally disappointing. Probably fine if you're just buying produce.

Unfortunately Moms is never busy when I go there and I really hope it survives. They have the best selection of organic and healthy foods that I found locally so far. They also have a good selection of vegan, gluten-free, and natural products. Their customer service is hands down the best around. It's just always a very pleasant experience to shop there.

I love this store! It's so spacious and well kept. I was happily surprised to find they carry an expansive selection of delicious cheese. You can easily bring your own containers to fill up with fresh rice, water, etc. They.have their own fresh coffee beans to grind onsite, and staff are really nice and helpful.

Pluses: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The aisles are wide and the store has an "open" feeling. Large selection of certain products such as cereal. Minuses: The prices are high. I understand that "organic" food is specially grown/prepared and certain standards must be met in order to be certified, but after having done much research there is as of yet no definitive study indicating that it's any better for your health. Clinical results matter to me in this case, not emotions. Until that happens, I'll save my money.

They have a good healthy selection of food :) i tried brands I didn't know existed and am so happy to have found them. I love that they ban bad ingredients. I love they have so many plant based items all in one place. There is someone sanitizing shopping carts at the front. The aisles are nice and wide, very covid safe. Bring your own bags and they deduct 10 cents per bag woohoo. They also have a compost bin and eyeglass recycling center right at the entrance.

So excited that Mom’s has opened a location in NY, finally was able to visit today and I am planning my return. It’s always fun to shop at Mom’s - the employees are extremely helpful and kind, the selection offered is true food (their banned ingredients list means you don’t have to read every food label) and they are truly doing good for local communities and the environment. This location has wide aisles so you can spread out and soak in the joy that is shopping at Mom’s.

The best organic market in Westchester! For eggs dairy, non dairy, Higher end items, clean foods, fresh nut butters, cashew, almond, peanut! The only thing I would say Whole Foods beats them out is their fresh meats from the butcher. Moms doesn’t have that. Besides that, it’s near perfect!

I'm a little hesitant to share how awesome this place is in case it makes it crazy busy :) But wow -- my low-waste DREAM! I brought my own jars and had no issues filling them in bulk. So much available in bulk: grains, pasta, beans, but also spices, honey, oils & vinegar, cleaning supplies, herbs (beet powder and beeswax beads for DIY makeup projects), coffee and more. BRING A PEN to write SKUs and tares. Great beer and cider selection, too. They have compost, battery collection and more in-store (there's a sign above check-out to show what they take). Produce was all organic and I LOVED that they had options like arugula NOT packaged in clamshells. Plus, the staff was downright LOVELY! Hannah and Maryann checked me out. If I had to highlight a few requests / areas for continued improvement... I'd love to see bulk sweets (chocolate chips come "bulk" but in clamshells, not in the bulk section), sugar (again, turbinado in "bulk" plastic bag, but no brown sugar option), and maple syrup (at least that comes in glass but I clearly have a sweet tooth and hoover it up). Also, would love a deli counter for cheese, tofu, etc. that can go in BYO glass or paper containers. And would love bulk lotion and powder options for laundry and dishwasher detergent, though I can get most of that at the Refill Room in Hastings. ALSO -- orange juice in glass, please! Half an aisle of glass juices and no orange. This will be my go-to grocery location moving forward. Other bonus details: - I didn't think I'd care about the wide aisles but yeah it was really nice. - ample, shaded parking -- including two free spots for EV plug-ins (2 hour max)

Great store with great deals to lay out is different from other mom stores but it it comes off as a better way of organizing the products. lots of stuff that you're not going to find at whole foods or Wegmans including their own specific brand of products. A lot easier than driving to Pennsylvania or Cherry Hill.

We love this store! Anyone who lives in the Rivertowns who is looking for a healthy grocery store that also has a large body & beauty section (truly the best I’ve ever experienced!), you will ❤️ Mom’s.They carry additional brands of products and varieties beyond Whole Foods.They are also the first store I’ve found that carries Virgil’s Natural Diet Sodas in root beer AND black cherry (cans taste better than the bottles but they carry both). They also have all flavors of Zevia diet soda. I went looking for something for lower back pain and was very happy to see that they carry Hyland Brand products and Topricin for arthritis and back pain. There is much more to say about MOM’s Organic Market...parking is easy...people friendly & helpful, easier to access than any Wh Foods location. I’m sold ✔️.

The fruit and vegetable section was good. Being the isles are so wide, shifting of isles could help to give more room for the fresh produce. Prices on other items are a bit higher than expected. And overall variety of products are low.
