Neighborhood supermarket that has a great deli, a well displayed and appetizing hot food bar and well stocked fresh produce section. Can always find someone to help locate a product. When your a regular the employees get to know you.

I love shopping at food Town, but some of the cashiers 2 to be Exact can be a little problematic, some of them don't want to help you pack your bags, only if you asked them, otherwise they just stand there.when you ask them they get attitude right away. One cashier cursed me out in Spanish to another cashier. I complained to the Spanish looking floor manager about the situation he told me he would be right with me and never came back to remedy the situation. I complained to the black short floor manager and he came right over and spoke to the cashier, she was very mad.I used to go their almost every Friday and shopped and spend at least $100 or more dollars at the store. These days I really don't go there too often anymore because of the cashier giving me the eye to another cashier to alert her about my me.

Great service to the community with a lot of goods. Everyone available and the staff are supper nice. Large car park right in the center of the city with a lot of business surrounding it. You are to get all.you want within walking distance.

This is my neighborhood supermarket so I'm always there. Well stocked and even carries a lot of ethnic foods and spices, Chinese, Indian, Caribbean, Spanish, etc. Wish their produce was a little better. At times the avocados are all unripe and the lettuce/salad mixes are limp. Besides that, the supermarket is clean, accessible and has a great selection of prepared foods (hot and cold) and an awesome deli.

A line of Mexicans walking through all the aisles trying to find bamboo shoots for my girl (hearts of gold) will be an immeasurably hilarious memory for the rest of my life. In other words, the customer service is close to outstanding. The only time it isn't is when you are on the checkout line and they don't know how to say what you owe or don't understand what you're saying to them. Not over here discussing money and having confusion. That's not going to work. This is my only gripe.

Their food buffet is amazing (tasty and fresh) and fairly priced. Store is very clean and they are always well stocked and the service is friendly enough. There's always plenty of cashiers open so there is rarely any lines. I hate how their parking lot is set up though, many people think it's a one-way for some reason (its not) But it doesnt stop me from going.

So clean here. I actually prefer this market to Food Bazaar because the produce here is so fresh. The only bad thing that I must say is that the meats are pricey. HOWEVER I TRUST THEM. The staff is always willing to help. You can get metro cards, lotto tickets, money gram, money orders, and pay Bill's here as well. They have many good sales. Buy # of item for $5 or $4. Its decent I like it.

This has been my local grocery store since they opened. The store is clean and well lit. They offer affordable prices, international selections reflecting our diverse neighborhood, good quality and always fresh produce and an excellent butcher. I often shop online and have my groceries delivered or I pick up when it's convenient for me. The young lady that picks out my stuff careully selects the best looking produce and freshest cuts of meat for me. And she calls me to suggest substitutions when an item on my list is out of stock. Foodtown uses their unsold produce, deli items and meats to create a hot food and a salad bar that is a great convenience when you don't have time or just don't feel like cooking. They make fresh sushi too which is very good, affordable and beautifully packaged to go. I really like the idea that they are cutting down on food waste. Both management and staff are friendly, helpful and treat their customers well. Oh.... and be prepared for the music they play in the store, my partner and I are regularly entertained by the classic tunes and find ourselves singing while we shop, which makes our shopping trip much longer than probably neccesary but we leave with smiles and really good feels.

Always clean with a great produce selection. However their proces for some items are quite high. They also have a hot food buffet (sold by weight) for those who want to grab a quick dinner...the food is lightly seasoned with plenty of choices and a different menu every day.

Shopping here for me is a frustrating experience. The store is organized in a confusing manner, which makes it difficult to locate items. Otherwise the store is clean and checkout was quick at least during the times I was there.

I like this store. Whenever I work in the area I get lunch there. The deli section has a large variety of salads, antipasti and other salass. Hot prepared food is excellent and prices are reasonable Got some smoked bacon. The whole belly They cut it thick cut for me gladly. Thick cut so looking forward to that. The store seems to be pretty clean and well organized but overall unless you are buying specifically sale items the store is rather pricey considering the area it's in. Secondly if you don't like being watched like a hawk aisle to aisle, while you're trying to save a few dollars and stay within budget you will definitely walk out of this store and not be a returning customer as it appeared to me that basically every person that walked in is considered a shoplifter even if they're just browsing for sale prices.

Always go here for all my shopping needs, it's clean and staff is friendly. They have great sales at times. There is a deli, fresh seafood and butcher as well. There is a parking lot and plenty of other stores nearby for your shopping needs.

I don't routinely shop at this local market because I have a car, and shop in New Rochelle and/or Yonkers. I usually go to Foodtown when I need a specific item or two. I was lucky enough to find some meat on sale which I was out of, so this visit was more than worth my while.

Food Town used to be a disaster. Then I think it was about 2009 a storm ripped the roof of and it was closed for renovations. And renovate they did! I would give five stars, but the parking lot is horrible.

Food town has stepped up there game in the supermarket Buniess , especially in this 12pm lockdown town ,i reside , they did it because of the crime , but however ,The Crime factor is 24hrs ,they should make them 24 hours all nite long ,like they used to have the 24 hour ,Pathmart....
