redXtensionsofmeJust paid $10 for a sandwich with a single slice of deli roast beef on it. Last time I got fries I just threw them in the trash because they were literally trash. The shrimp poboy is still killer though. These must be new owners operating under the same name. The old beat up store was the absolute king of amazing and affordable poboys, probably my favorite in the whole city. Bring back the former ratchet glory of the old Orange store! You were the best!
Isaac BelongaThis business is easily located from a moving vehicle. It is in an area that once boasted of very good sandwich and quick snack merchants and they are holding up the tradition. Very fresh ingredients coupled with swift service and reasonable prices make it a good choice.
charlie pThis is by far the top 3 sandwiches in all of the metro area. Their bread is not poboy but. Vietnamese bread that is as good if not better than poboy. Their prices are very reasonable too. I am a native New Orleanian and don’t let the looks and location fool you. THIS IS TOP SHELF SANDWICHES!!!

Olivia SamplesWell this place doesn't look like much the food is bomb! The owner hooked us up with tons of shrimp and fish for our po boys. It was quick. Couldn't ask for anything more. They even have a cold EBT menu.
Christina Sensei BarréI've been coming to The Orange Store since I was a freshman at MCD#35 and it's always been awesome. Auntie/Mommie always ran the showing the kitchen and she was the best. The new owners are totally different to say the least. Kitchen is extremely slow and attention to detail is definitely lacking. Good thing the original recipes came with the place.
DeeDee HumphreyBest Po Boys in Town. French Bread is Not soft in the outside. When you bite into a po boy from the Orange Store, the crispiness of that bread, l8ke no other. Crispy on the outside soft on the inside.
