The order and pick up process is very easy. I ordered turkey bones for making broth and beef shanks. Excellent quality. The beef shanks had a lot of meat on them. I've ordered from other farms and been disappointed with tiny cuts of meat full of gristle and fat. Not here! These cuts were nicely trimmed. Well done, Pure Pasture butcher! I subtracted one star because I thought $23.00 was a bit much for a turkey breast carcass with very little meat on it.

They add a personal touch in their customer service that really shows how wonderful this family and farm is. It was getting harder finding high quality pasture raised products at the local grocery store. We then found this great farm at a local Farmer's Market, and fell in love with them and their products. Fantastic pasture raised chicken, duck and eggs (and more) that we now have delivered to our door via subscription. We're pleased. And hooked!

I just ordered from Pure Pasture Farms for the first time and I'm so impressed with the customer service. The order arrived on time and was in perfect condition. I have only tried the chicken breast thus far but it was so moist and tender. Next I'm trying the ground turkey. I expect it to be great!

Pure Pasture Farms has some great info on their website reg how their animals are raised so I won't do that here but it is why I purchase from them. Everything we've bought so far was absolutely delicious. Ordering and getting your food is easy peasy as well. The only issue I have is that I wish I had found them sooner!

Wonderful family farm. You can feel and taste the love the family has for their farm and animals in every egg. Crack one open and it is the most beautiful bright golden yolk..like sunshine. We raced to get their eggs each week at Richland Park Farmer's market and then got smart and joined their CSA.

I can't say enough good things about Pure Pasture. I eat mostly plant-based food, but haven't fully cut out meat or eggs, so it's very important to me to buy those things from an ethical, local source. I had about a dozen questions for them that I wanted to get answers to BEFORE buying anything -- do they engage in culling male chicks (no), what's the quality of life for their animals, what their butchering methods were and why, etc. They not only answered all of my questions, but they did so in detail, with patience and respect. They truly care about their processes, animals, and customers, and it meant the world to be treated so kindly. Any time I need meat or eggs, these are the people I will come to, every time, period.

Excellent chicken. I can’t get over just the difference in color from “grocery store” chicken. You can tell it’s a healthier piece of meat. Delivery is always on time. Love this place. Will never go back to grocery for chicken again!

Incredible quality with a clean conscience and a fair price. My family and I have been vegan for awhile now in protest of factory farming practices. After searching a long time for a sustainable, cruelty-free farm we found this one and have been very pleased! Meat will never be a staple in our diets again, but it is nice to know we have a local farm nearby that we can trust for special occasions.

All of the poultry and lamb has been awesome. The CSA is our favorite part and the food that we are able to create with the proteins is out of this world. We will continue buying from Melissa as long as we can.

Loved the convenience of having the product delivered to my doorstep and even though I paid for a delivery fee I was very happy to not have to trek to the farmers market. Since poultry is one of the most intensely cruel meat raised and treated like a commodity, it is important for me to not support mass market chicken if I can help it. The fact that I can now order a quality product in line with my values and not have to drive all over town for it makes me rather happy and relieved.

I have been buying eggs from Pure Pasture at the Nashville farmers market for the last 2 years, they are delicious, fresh & the cleanest - no antibiotics, no cages, the chickens roam free on grass. I know the good folks here take the best care of all their animals, which is very important to me. I highly recommend.

I have been ordering from Pure Pastures and picking up at the Richland Farmers Market for last few months. The process is really simple and the order is always correct. I highly recommend the ground turkey, any of the chicken choices and the duck. All are fresh and the taste is exactly what you would expect from farm raised animals - outstanding. I can no longer eat store meat any more, as it tastes bland compared to the meat here. Highly recommend it!

Delivered right when they said they would. Products were still frozen and look quite good. I got the Tanner crab and they are some of the largest legs and claws I have ever seen, highly recommended! The chicken was fresh and turned out to be quite tasty. 100% am ordering from here again.
