I frequent this store a few times a week...it's my nearest market. Clean store, most of the employees are kind and welcoming....but a couple of them are rude. I wish everyone would wear name tags so I can be more specific about my complaint. It is expensive...which is not unlike other co ops.. but considering the surrounding community and it being our only REAL market, pricing ahould be more thoughtful.

This great little grocery market is serving the north Minneapolis community. It's impressive that food selection is very diverse for satisfying a lot of needs for the community. They offer off-name brands and items that are offered from Cub Foods, Whole Foods and exclusively local CO-OPs. These various Minneapolis grocers are definitely providing various food stocking this market. The average price is relatively the same if I went to those stores. I read comments from people complaining pricing is reasonable to expensive and I hope this illuminates why there is such a pricing issue. The fact of the matter is if the market is receiving a discount from the Minneapolis grocery community offering their goods, it not passed on to the consumer. I saw a couple of empty shelves but I suppose they are waiting to be restocked by their grocer partner. I recognize some of the staff from North Minneapolis working at this store, and that is great. The staff is generally friendly and fairly happy. I do not expect the Whole Foods staff, I expect the North Minneapolis community that I love and they delivered.

The prices may be a bit higher than other chain stores, I'm willing to pay for the convenience and the atmosphere, it feels more like a mom-and-pop shop and the employees are very friendly.

Whoever does stocking over ordered Cilantro it was already going bad and was slimy. Looked through at least 40 bunches to find one that was acceptable to use for fajitas.

Love coming here. It's small scale with a lesser selection, but the employees make me want to come everyday. Everyone is so friendly, very eager to help and I have yet to be taken care of by someone who wasn't smiling... I'll spend extra for a good cause and a smile!

Find North Market just behind Webber Library alongside Victory Memorial Drive in North Minneapolis. In the summertime, we go to the library, grocery store, and unsurpassed Webber Pool all in one trip.

This grocery store is fantastic! It is clean, and has plenty of fresh foods. It is also wonderful that they offer community health and fitness opportunities! I hesitate not giving the North Market a five star review. The only reason I gave a four star review is that there are some issues with product selection. I attribute this to the smaller size of the store, and the fact that it is so new. That said, the staff is wonderful and they are very receptive to product suggestions! And they are constantly adding products and adjusting prices. This store is a great asset to North Minneapolis and the whole Northwest Metro area!

Very nice community market. It is not huge, so don’t expect everything to be stocked. They do have most things a person would need and they are not a huge sea of cars in the parking lot and it is easy to get in and out. The prices are in-line with Cub. Decent produce, meats and small deli. Friendly staff. A great benefit to the community it serves.

They are so nice here! They go out of their way to help me find what I need. They have great produce and the fried chicken is out of this world. I heard a woman who works in the deli uses her own recipes for items and makes them from scratch.

Great store! It's a fully equipped grocer. They have all your usual nonperishables, plus a decent-sized dairy section, fresh produce, fresh meat, and deli items including hot food. Because it is smaller than your typical chain supermarket, the selection isn't as broad, but you can still get pretty much anything you need here. And the store is really pleasant to be in! It's bright and spacious, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It is so nice to have this store on our neighborhood.

I'm very pleased to see a grocery market back in the neighborhood I grew up in. Very clean and organized. Prices are fair, deli fried chicken is very very good, the best deli chicken of all the grocery stores but a little expensive. But the taste is worth the few extra cents. I live in Brooklyn Park and when I want fried chicken I will take the drive which is worth it.

The prices are higher than other stores. Being located in North Minneapolis I don't know why they think there is value in this. My only hope is they pay their employees a livable wage and that is reflected in their prices. If that is not the case, I struggle with this place. It's great you are offering a some basics to a community that isn't always doing well. It's not great I can drive to a richer neighborhood and pay less for the same product. Once again, if you pay your employees well all is forgiven and you are creating more good than harm.

I recently moved to the area and went here to pick up a few things. The store is nice and clean. However, the selection is mediocre and the prices are significantly higher than a grocery store. The best way to sum it up is a grocery store with convenience store prices. For myself, I typically don't notice when prices are higher because I will pay for convenience, but North Market offers little convenience over the Cub Foods down the street. I will say that the items that were on sale were priced quite well. 1lb Peace coffee was $9.99 (normally $12.99-$13.99 elseware) when I was shopping there, however, I didn't need coffee.

Great store for those last minute items or quick shopping needs. Very convenient and needed for those of us who don't like corner store shopping for eggs and milk. Not a store I would do a full grocery shop at, but keep in mind I don't think it was meant for that. Overall decent for my needs and hopefully yours!

Great selection, has everything most people have on their shopping list. Store is very well organized and set up. Prices are slightly higher than Cub, expect to pay about 10 cents more per item on average. If you can afford it, I would say it's worth paying a tiny bit extra for the better shopping experience.

It's great having a store so close to home, especially if I need something quick or on the way home from work. It's clean and modern, and has a pretty good selection for a smaller grocery store. The employees are fantastic, they're helpful and friendly.

A young market still finding it's feet. Great location, so happy to have a grocery in our part of North Minneapolis. Plenty of parking. Great prices and selection. They have a wellness center and a beautiful community room, plus a deli. Shop for the specials. If I would ask for one thing, it would be for a local bakery to step up and offer their fresh baked items here. Overall, very pleased. Service was a bit prefunctory, but I have been told that it typically comes with smiles and a greeting, so maybe I caught them at a bad time. Very beautiful store and a great addition to the neighborhood.

Beautiful brand new space. Just the right amount of selection. The cashiers seem a bit overwhelmed cause they are new, so it may take some time for the staff to get their bearings. The price did not come up nor was listed for an item, so they sold it to me for less than I know its worth. I'll definitely do my shopping here rather than deal with the struggle of an Aldi trip.

Nice little grocery store. Have most of the basic items and their fried chicken from the deli is really good. Way better then kfc, Popeyes or other fast food chicken. Nice staff and would recommend it over going to Walmart in brooklyn center.

I love shopping@ North Market. Amanda the cashier is SOOOO welcoming and such a sweetheart. North Market is the only grocery store I shop. I'm there at least 3 to 4 times a week, especially having growing kids they always want something from there♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

So glad this is in the neighborhood. I am normally a co-op shopper since I am a member/owner of one, but this has some overlap in some product areas, even gets artisan bread from my co-op delivered! OTOH, it has some very local unique products too, and a few more of the things regular supermarkets have. It's also more than a grocery store, I often see some kind of exercise class going on when I stop in and I believe they are doing other things to promote community health.

The place is brand spanking new so its still bright and clean inside, well stocked small grocery store and friendly staff. Most of the items are well over priced compared to Walmart or Target for this neighborhood, but if you need a few things to get you through a couple of days until you can hit a larger store this is your place.

Shopped there for the first time tonight and it a glorious place! The aisles have local street names, more products are made locally than I could have expected, customer service is magical, a robust workout class was occuring in the room just off the side, a focus on health based programming was evident and asthetically everything was gorgeous. Interacting with this location brightened my skin, cleaned my house, and bestowed spiritual enlightenment. No stairs so it's all accessible. 30/10 was I even living before I stopped here?

I spend a lot of time and money at this place. It's convenient, clean and the staff is fantastic. They are friendly, well trained and seen to enjoy helping you. My only complaint is that you'll often have to go somewhere else to find a few things on your list. The inventory isn't huge and they often sell out of things they do have.

Bright. Beautiful.Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. North Memorial has a clinic on site! In the large community room there are all kinds of low or no cost classes including M-F exercise classes. They could have more groceries but then they'd be perfect.

I have my daughter's graduation party in their community room and they were very nice to us they allowed us to really have a great time and they were very helpful and setting up and taking things down the price for the room is great they ask for a donation between 10 and $50 an hour and if you can't give that they just asked for a small amount of something I like that that's a nice Market for the community their prices are a little high but it's a small grocery store to be expected but they got some nice prices on some things thank you North Market
