This lunds byerly's in Nordeast Minneapolis is a good one. They have a Rico Hot bar and salad bar. The sushi is rico also. They used to have a great poke bowl bar but they do not have it any more. Great place to grab a bite to eat. They also have a nice place to sit down and eat. Nice to see that the indoor seating is finally back after being closed for so long due to the pandemic. There is free parking in the ramp on the Fourth street side of the block. Have eaten here many times. Bon Appétit 🍏

I heard that had really good Wild Rice Soup so I literally just went here to get the soup. I got a pre made bowl of it and checked out what else they had. The soup was homestyle, really creamy and you could taste the slight crunch of the wild rice. Really good to try if you’re in Minneapolis!

It's Lunds & Byerlys NE... some of the finest meats & cheese you can find in a near by local grocery store... happy midsized in Between sentyrz and cub foods size footprint. Parking is great they have a ramp with an upper deck 2nd floor. Also located within the place Is an extremely convenient pharmacy and drug store. I implore others to take advantage of the hot deli or heat and serve packs pre-made for a quick bite.

I went here yesterday and despite its location this is a really nice store! Getting in and out of the parking ramp can be a bit of a pain at certain times of the day and the entrance and exits are backwards which is weird. The only other parking is street parking with meters; so annoying. Oh and they charge you for a freaking plastic bag, which I think is RIDICULOUS (I live in Eagan and we get to have free bags like how it should be) so that's irritating.

Join their BYERLY'S members and save lots. Get the most bang for my buck here. Never disappoints me. Also very clean and my reciet shows a higher savings percent than most stores. Plus they check their expiration dates more than any other store.

This place is great but kinda stressful- it's not their fault- it's just in a busy area. The parking garage can be a very stressful place. My only complaint is that the toiletries are in a separate store, so you have to make two purchases. I've also never been to an L&B's that doesn't allow carts in the self checkout. We had a couple of things, but they were heavy, and got scolded for bringing a cart into the self checkout.

I live a few blocks away so this store is my go-to for produce and last minute supplies. Small store but I've never really had an issue finding what I need in the 3 years I've been here. The prices are on the high end but the produce quality is exceptional and the place is always clean and staff is friendly. Ike at the cheese counter is an absolute gem for all of your cheese needs. We will buy meat occasionally when on sale and have always been impressed by the quality. I also use the pharmacy here and have been impressed by the staff there, who always take time to talk to me about new medications, although the pharmacy store itself is filled with a whole lot of overpriced woo products (essential oils, organic supplements, etc) in addition to regular pharmacy supplies. However the convenience and consistency of the store alongside the great staff make this a great location.

I like that it's open until late, in case of emergency grocery needs like milk for the kiddo. I like that it's clean, employees are friendly, and the solid quality of items they offer. Not a huge fan of their checkout line (as another reviewer mentioned, it's a little awkward and unintuitive... why is it not like other typical grocery stores?). Other than that, I'm happy to come here often.

This is my neighborhood grocery store it's on the small side especially compared to the suburban locations but because of the size it's alot more friendly and one on one feeling.

I love this store. I work in the neighborhood and frequent the hot bar for lunch. I typically am more than satisfied, but last Monday it was lacking. The zoodles are my favorite veggie, but they as well as the chicken were lacking flavor, and the oddest experience was that I felt as if the staff member was giving me dirty looks as I served up my plate. It sounds silly, but I will just avoid it on Mondays from now on. None of this will deter me from eating lunch there many more times.

What a nice little grocery store this was! Getting in and out was fairly easy, the store was very organized, and the quality of the fresh items was quite good. They also offer hot and cold prepared foods, including sandwiches, Chinese, and a variety of salads. My only disappointment was that they do not offer wine or beer. Still, I'd shop the again, for sure.

For a small store, I like it. Also decent stock for the size. It doesn't (when I go) seem overly busy. There is free parking on the backside of the building and of course Caribou! Good spot surrounded by all of the other businesses.

The grocery store is a 4. Doesn't stock everything we like, but convenient location and friendly staff. I avoid the pharmacy. The prices are a bit high and one staff member is unfriendly.

Great for a quick dip in the middle or at the end of a busy day if you live in the neighborhood. Coffee shop and pharmacy in store. Somewhat limited selections, and higher than usual prices. Getting kn and out of the parking garage is an adventure but its free , so there's that. Great deli stuff

This location is within walking distance of the Marcy Holmes neighborhood, so I’ve been here quite often. Overall a little pricier than other grocery stores in the area (Cub Foods, etc), but I’ve found that the produce is always fresher and the staff is so much friendlier. Excellent gourmet cheese selection, meat counter, and salad bar, as well as a Caribou Coffee, mini flower shop and Big Bowl right in the store. Shop the weekly sales for some awesome deals! Parking in the ramp is free but sometimes tight.

I like Lunds and Byerlys, but you can only shop there when you on food stamps because otherwise right now I hardly go there only if I really need milk because the prices are outrageous but they are everywhere but at lunds and Byerlys, there product speaks for themselves.

We really enjoyed the choices for prepared foods. We had sushi, fried deli food, salad bar, pasta bar, and sandwiches from deli. Each item was very good; I particularly liked the chocolate pudding. But saying this - we paid handsomely. It was quite expensive.

There's a parking garage! Always good when you need to drop by quick and don't want to find a meter. They've got excellent deli, a caribou with seating area, and a full service pharmacy. Produce is always top notch, and they've got a shockingly good floral section. You pay a premium, but it's a real nice grocery store.

Pharmacy is gone...boohoo! But doesn't stop me from shopping for great deals. The BOGO promos are awesome. And a shout out to Ike, THE cheese man. Always ready for questions and great ideas. He's wonderful. And the staff are always available with great Customer Relations.

poor selection, bad prices, mediocre at best offerings for their build your own salad/pasta/dinner bar. They had to convert the Chinese food section to 'serve yourself' as well because previously the staff would just ignore people who came to the counter. I would never shop here if I didn't work nearby. The staff in general is friendly, that's all this place has going for it. You seriously see similar or better prices at a gas station. Shop somewhere else for the love of God. Edit: given another star for having breakfast options on their hot self serve bar. Not much to choose from but still appreciated.

I call this the "grab and go" Lunds, because half of the store is pre-made food. The parking here is a little wonky, but free, which is a bonus so close to downtown. It is a smaller store, so selection is a bit limited. The staff here are all very nice and helpful. I do like that they have a Caribou and a dry cleaners right there, lots of services in one place. There is also Chuck and Dons on site if you have pet needs, and there is a separate pharmacy which I wish was connected to the rest of the store a bit better. You don't have to go outside, but you do need to shop in each area and checkout independently of each other.

Lunds is a more expensive grocery than most. But, it is clean and the employees are actually nice. So the added price gets you something. The salad bar here is great. Great place to grab lunch.

The produce is nice and they have good specials and deals on high quality products. Free parking in the ramp! The thing I like least is the meat-centric hot bar options. I've been through other Lunds, where not practically everything has ham or bacon thrown in, or chicken stock. I actually don't go there for lunch anymore unless it's from their awesome salad bar. If I wanted a hot meal, I'd end up getting something packaged and heat it up back at work.

One of the few businesses in the neighborhood that still only uses real humans as opposed to self-checkouts. This particular store is easy to access by bike or by car and has a nice little cafe/wifi area. As with all Lunds, things cost a little more here.

Living in dinkytown, the closest "grocery store" is a target. Obviously there is a lot to be desired in that. So I decided to travel a little out of my way to the other nearest grocery, Lunds & Byerlys. I went looking for some ginger root, but the only actual root they had was in 8 oz. Containers for 6 dollars apiece. I'm sure this is not the case for the whole selection there, but as someone new to the area, but some items seemed to be priced unreasonably. I found some items in the discount section for 50% off. But when I found the half off price for mayonnaise was $5 I decided not to pick it up. I will come back for another visit to explore a little more, but I will be careful but prices.

Smaller L&B but has the things you need. Parking is free and easy, enter from 4th St. It can get full during busy times. Cheese section is great, the usually have someone who really knows their cheeses nearby always willing to listen and offer a suggestion.

Awkward design for grocery store. All the registers combined have a single line. This Lunds only offers plastic by the way. Kindof annoying when I forget to bring my reusable grocery bags. But everybody who works here is great! Really warm and always makes conversation when you're checking out. Great location as well.

The checkout process is always so slow. Also, they pack each bag as full as possible and then don't notice the bag is already breaking. They don't double bag anything, even when putting two milk containers and a juice container in the same bag. We've had bags break and multiple bags have big holes before we ever leave the store.

Best grocery store in Minneapolis. Smaller than your average Lunds/Byerlys, but the bakery and deli make up for the reduced inventory in the regular grocery area. The butcher's are experts and give good advice on any of their options.

Good grocery store BUT DRUG STORE PORTION HAS SHORTER HOURS. I swear Minneapolis likes to make it impossible to figure out when I can buy medicine etc. The drug store portion of the store is laid out separately and has different shorter hours and these hours aren’t easily available; they’re not on the website nor are they in the recorded message when you call so you have to wait to speak to an associate. For example, on Sunday the main store opens at 6am, but the drug store portion opens at 8am.

One of the better Lund's in the Twin Cities. Love the Poke bowl station which sets this Lund's apart from most others. There is parking which makes it convenient, and they have always had quality food and deals. Great spot for shopping if you live in the area and crave more quality than a Cub but for often times similar pricing

Not my favorite lunds. Seems to be always busy, aisles are especially narrow. The cheese selection is great, and the butcher counter is always helpful. They don’t have everything a normal lunds would, but there’s a caribou, dry cleaners, stand-alone pharmacy, and expansive salad bar. Good for most things, not for all.

Someone please explain to me this Lundy's ... this grocery chain confuses me. I only come for the convenience as it's next to my apartment but I much prefer Kowalski's or even Cub as at least Cub doesn't pretend to be something it's not. It's price-y compared to Cub but without the selection. The pharmacy is also very limited and disappointing. The staff is always friendly so five stars for them.

The selection is mostly organic, natural, non-gmo, ect. Great produce, large deli with hot, cold and olive bars by the pound with indoor and outdoor seating. Also a Big Bowl Asian food stand near the deli and a Starbucks towards the pharmacy.

i sauntered into byerlys on a tuesday afternoon. noticed a buy one get one (bogo) deal for baby back ribs. thought to myself “wow! great deal.” didn’t end up buying ribs. the root beer was supbar. inside of byerlys they have a lot of different things that u can buy and touch. today at byerlys, i happened to buy some of those things. for instance, i thought i was going to cut out dairy because sometimes it upsets my stomach. however. upon by entering byerlys i happened to notice a bogo (buy one get one) for gelato! what a steal! i bought one and hence got one for free. they had many flavors. i accidentally entered my nectarines wrong at the self checkout. very embarrassing. but a kind employee of the establishment noticed my distress and came to assist me with my produce. i was so embarrassed. overall good vibes.

I have went to this lunds for a few things here and there for a few months now. Although the prices are high the service is usually very good. I was in here the other night and the meat department was closed. I REALLY wanted some crab legs so i asked if there was any chance i could get some and the answer was pretty much "no" because nobody was left who was properly trained with meat. I get that.. But a man was able to be found who could help me. Everything was closed and i knew that they didnt serve from there after 9:00 but this guy (bob or rob) was kind enough to help me.. This made my night. I just wanted to let the staff of lunds know how much i appreciated the service from him. Thank you
