I have shopped at this Cub location for approximately 10 years. It's always clean, well-stocked (given that some items are out due to COVID), and well-organized. The produce is relatively fresh, though sometimes I have found some of the produce is a bit "past its peak". The store itself is old and "dated" - they really didn't do much for the looks of the interior when Rainbow pulled out. But it is well-laid out in floor plan, and I get it that this is not an upscale Byerlys... It is rarely crowded in this Cub; This concerns me - this location was an old "Rainbow Foods" location, and has super stiff competition within .5 miles of the location - Byerly's, Aldi, Hyvee, Sams Club, Super Walmart with groceries, and now soon a new type of Amazon Foods location. To say nothing about the "baby Cub" a few miles South of here, and the other large Cub on Cliff Rd. in Eagan. How much more competition can this large store survive? I don't know. But, it is faithfully stocked, and presses on for the community. Workers at this Cub are polite and I appreciate the self-checkouts for speedy in and out, and so I give Cub a 4-star, though I worry it will soon possibly close due to the stiff competition. Time will tell!

This store is awesome! I have used their online ordering for quite awhile now. It is easy to do, I get contacted as someone is shopping the store for the items I requested and get updates and/or questions as needed. Delivery to my car is ALWAYS quick and efficient. I appreciate this service.

I live close and often shop at this store. I love the 24/7 hours. On a Very Positive Note I would like to personally recognize Diana the cashier at night for her consistent extraordinary customer service. Diana is a good example for others. 10 stars for Diana! On the other hand I commend Cub for your employment of the disadvantaged. But might I suggest there may be a better job for them than cashier. - Need to improve the quality/strength of your Paper Bags. Handles pull off easily. I know you are trying to cut costs but when a customer has to double the bags you are defeating your purpose and irritating the customers. .

I love Cub and so so very glad they aren't going to be getting pushed out by 'another grocery store' being built kuddy-corner from them (or so I had heard) anyway it's not a store!! So Cub -hopefully- stay,,, they are the only grocery store in the Yankee Doodle area (besides Aldi's) that has mostly affordable prices and the food, I think, is better than the expensive stores in the area.... Not everyone that lives in Eagan is rich so we need places like Cub that don't break our bank Kudos to Cub for being a great store all the way around

I absolutely love this grocery store because of the "drive up" option. If you order online, someone comes out to your car to put the groceries in your trunk. If they don't have an item in stock they suggest similar alternatives or refund your purchase. I've made several large orders through this system and never had an error, which is very impressive to me. Also, 2 of the 3 large orders I placed were completed far ahead of time. Never having to enter the grocery store is great value considering the fee is $2 to $4. I save an hour of time in exchange for a very low cost.

I stopped in to the store on Wednesday 6/10 around 7:30am. I saw a manager, assuming the store manager, walking around to each and every single employee saying good morning to him, and checking in with them. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE! I heard him say "how are you doing today?" and the employee said "just about 50 things to do" the manager's response was "Well I won't give you 51, what can i help with?". As I walked through the store, i saw him continue to make his rounds, and then found him facing and stocking shelves in the juice area that looked like it needed the love. From that short trip I took, I can say that the manager cared about his employees, and was out there helping. I was super impressed. Love the cub here!

There produce isn't as fresh as say aldis or hyvee. There store is a little outdated hasn't been redone in 10+ years. Doesn't have the wide selection and multiple separate food type stations like hy-vee does either. Eagan club is outdated and a little run down

I liked this grocery store, they have daily counter for picking a quick bite or regular food or even for a picnic. The essential items brand comes at lesser price than the regular brands

I'm so used to "my normal" Cub store. This seemed very large and I had some difficulty in finding everything I wanted. After finishing, there WAS a live cashier that rang up my groceries and she even bagged them for me as well!!! Very nice lady....service beyond my expectations...especially for this time of night.

A good grocery store and very convenient from my home. I wish their fruit was fresher though. All in all, a good value for the money. They do have a good variety of products. We shop there regularly

The best thing about this place is they seem to have a very good handle on stocking: they rarely run out of product. On the flip side, I went to self checkout and the attendant was talking on her cell phone while the checkout scale threw 4 errors in a row. With the proximity of Hy-Vee and Byerlys, I can't imagine they'll last long with service like that

They didn't have a lot of the things I was looking for . They either didn't stock their shelves or hadn't gotten it in yet. Having trouble finding things I normally can pick up anywhere. But after this one change from a rainbow to a cub it always has seemed dirty and just not well stocked.

Good enough store, but I couldn't find some of what I wanted and I bought Linders chocolates. ..they were old and whitish, bad flavor. I live 30 miles away, so won't return it. But very disappointed.

Great local store. The bakery is very good, good donuts and bread. Prices are typically cheaper here opposed to Byerlys, Hyvee, Aldi, etc. This location has an Amazon delivery locker in it as well.

Our visit to Minnesota we were surprised to find Cubs Foods alive and well there. When I looked around and was kind of sad that we don't still have them around here in Indianapolis. Bought a few snacks and Treats on our trip and found the prices to still be very competitive as they were when they were here.

Truth be known, I was sad to lose Rainbow at this location, but Cub has won me over! HyVee bakery is waaay too expensive, and Cub carries a few things I can't find elsewhere. Cub has the best bakery, and the meat dept. here is super. Love the many yogurt selections, and the fact that they went to a rewards card, so much easier and green than the weekly coupon booklets. All in all, if I say I'm running to the grocery store, my family knows I mean the Eagan North store. Great job! ♡♡♡

Typical Cub. What is atypical is that the deli has hours until 9 PM but is repeatedly buttoned up in plastic by 8 and you have to fight to get anything as they refuse to "dirty" their slicers again. Management should review their practices - if you don't want them to follow the hours - then don't have a deli.

This cub seriously needs some deep cleaning. Here is one picture as an example. Their bathroom was beyond disgusting. There was a sign that stated if the bathroom was bad to tell management. The sign is a bit of a joke because the grout was bad/cracking, the floor was terribly discolored, etc. It was gas station level dirty.

Beat customer service bands down, from Adrianna the cashier to Bob whom helped me put my groceries away in the heat index of 112 degrees. Would've given 5 stars but they dont have chicken wings in stock often and that's a staple for us.

Please, Please, PLEASE reserve one coffee grinder for non-flavored coffee beans. It is so disappointing to get home with a fresh bag of beans only to discover the grind has been tainted (i.e. ruined) by the previous user's Hazelnut or Amaretto or whatever sweetness they dumped in there. (Yes, I always shake the trap door thing and check for beans before I use it.)

I am going with 3 stars because the staff should offer an elevator. It was my first time to the movie theater, the steps where very painful to climb. With all the people rushing to get a set, I could not take my time to climb and climb. Two bad knees, do not equal a show at the SM of MN 😦 I will find the elevator next time for sure. …

Used to work here on Clean-Team back at the very end of High School. Most of the employees were great and nice to work with. Customers were so-so. Pushing carts and cleaning up was just okay.
