Love the new sushi bar. My fav is a spicy crunchy shrimp, last week my son came down from Duluth and they were so nice they made my fav--one for each of us. He said best ever. I've never eaten sushi before last month but after one sample I was hooked. The people in the store are so friendly & helpful especially Denise. Cathy, & DEB. And the bakery, produce & deli (LIZ)! Pharmacy fast. Effecient even tho horribly busy. Go the extra mile to get my refill even faxing and calling my MD to get refills so they're ready by time I finish shopping. Everyone, Keep it up, Rick One negative, use to have Splenda in the store brand, told "on back order " for the last 6 weeks

Their parking lot is like a maze trying to get out. The store is always clean, and I am there a few times a month. For some reason, they are always out of 1% Organic Valley milk; I mean 95% of the time, and I've been going there for four years. Google has their hours wrong and claim they are closed today (Sunday). Their website says they are open 6 a.m. to midnight every day - including Sunday. While this is a smaller format Cub store, they seem to have everything I want - except for 1% Organic Valley milk.

Seemingly opens and closes whenever they feel like. Hours of operation are constantly changed, and their employees will close early or open late by up to 1 hour.

Customer service here is a 5, the construction and organization due to it is a 4. Overall 4.5. The bakery folks are amazing. Denise in the bakery is an excellent cake decorator. She saved a last minute goodbye gathering. The cake received rave reviews for presentation and taste. Very moist and all around good flavor. I would highly recommend their bakery for needs of gathering and party baked goods - just give a quick call 24 hours or more in advance of when it's needed. Thanks again. We will definitely be back.

We live just down the road and do all of our shopping here late at night. The staff is always friendly and the store is clean. One big plus is they have a nice vegan section for my girlfriend. (And they have a large meat selection for me aswell.)

This Cub Foods location is in a hrest location. It is usually moderately busy but typically has enough checkout lanes open. The store is well stocked and the employees are busy but always very helpful. I have used order pickup many times since it started and very greatful for this service. All the employees seem consistently friendly and courteous. Thank you Cub Foods😇

Very nice location. Seems like a great place I have noticed each department dont work together as a team they just push it off to each other. The guys that are in dairy are always willing to help/ produce as well. front end is always Unaware of products and also pushes you off to go find a employee in each department versus helping you and being a team player for their store and fellow colleagues. I will unfortunately not mention any names but I think this is an area your store and team members should grow in helping each other out and not push off customers to find other employees for help. I have been to this location about 5 times there are good people and also bad ones based on my next experience I will update review and star thanks again to the kind and hard working people at this location.

The Valley West Cub has everything you need. Throughout the night you can shop while overnight employees stock shelves and they clearly are dedicated to their craft by making everything look nice. During the day the employees work just as hard to make sure the stock is kept in tip top shape.

They are in the middle of a remodel right now so it's a little torn up, but the staff are very helpful when it comes to finding things, and they have a fairly well stocked natural foods section as well. A lot of the same staff has been here for years which gives it a nice small town vibe. Restrooms are clean and the pharmacy is convenient.

Great CUB location! Very good selection of organic and fresh food here. The bakery staff is helpful and nice. The prices are quite good across most items. It's definitely worthwhile to get their reward card.... You'll save tons of money!

A good experience, except for one thing... I live near this cub, and have went there for 3 years. The place is fairly sized, and has a good collection. The employees are nice enough, and the bakery is amazing. The problem comes when you need shopping acestence. My mom is blind, and I come with her to that store, when she would usally go herself. This is because the people there hate the idea of being a shoppers assistant, and are even downright rude about it.

Cub Foods, you're alright. Pretty clean, well stocked, always open. Decent selection at Cub Liquor (not always open because...idk, why can't I get beer at 3am if I want? Laws are funny that way). Nothing special, but if you want special, well, you go to a store that specializes in liquor rather than food. Nice cashiers, although If I'm being honest with you, Cub, there's one guy I always avoid because he likes small talk too much. I just want to exchange meaningless pleasantries and get on with my day. I suppose for every introvert like me there's an opposite who enjoys that. If there's one burning, ever present question I have, it's this-- why is your hand soap and body wash on the opposite end of the store from your shampoo?

Out of all the Cubs in the Twin Cities this one has got to have the best managers specials in the meat and cold foods section. I shop at other grocery stores all the time but this cub is my favorite for a reason. I like to save money and I can't tell you all the great deals I've found here over time because honestly, I don't want to ruin the secret... oh well, now you know too.

Love this cub. I literally go here every day since I live close by. Fresh produce. Great selection and specials. Plus that cub rewards program for gas, it functions as a way t to redeem any clip out coupon too! Friendly staff as well.

Ordered online through Instacart; there was a bit if a mixup with the app so it had taken longer than expected, but the manager came out personally with my groceries to apologize, and was very courteous and respectful. Wonderful customer service, and they could not have handled the situation better.

I've come to this Cub hundreds of times. It is almost always very well provision and has what you need in stock. The associates are extremely friendly and helpful. No matter what time of night you come here, or however early in the day it is, you can almost always find it helpful staff member and get what you need.

The "neighborhood" store has unfortunately seen a bit of a decline throughout the years. The partial remodel was great & much needed. $$ are higher than other Cubs with the selection getting smaller, BUT will always continue to support area businesses!

Good store with fresh fruits and veges. Nice staff apart from this one chap by the name CHRIS K.who is very disciminative, mean and racist. He really disrespected and embarrassed me yesterday when i went for shopping. Pls management do something about that, we are all the same people only the skin color is different.

My most vivid memory of Cub Foods is from shortly after I returned to Minnesota from living in Paraguay. I needed a bar of soap. Stepping into the appropriate isle I was paralyzed by the huge selection and the fact that at minimum I had to buy a multi-pack of soap. If the US is your only experience of the world we live in, you should be aware that not everyone is so fortunate to have access to all the things the average North American takes for granted on a daily basis.
