Ultare Banks

Good for a quick vape, or even a late night snack with various chips and pop. It even has a side for minor medical needs (Tylenol, Band-Aids) no nasal spray though. Good for people who are 4/20 friendly. Prices can vary depending on what you get but for the convenience of how long the store is open and how bright it gets at night is well worth a visit to this smoke shop.

The owner made for a very awesome experience through his humor and friendly demeanor. The location is super convenient for me, and they have a great selection. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is ever in NE Minneapolis/Dinkytown.

It’s some cool workers, but have some unprofessional ways. They don’t open up at 7am so dont even go there making yourself mad lbs. Go around at least 9 o clock and they never answer the phone, so ain’t no point in calling either 😂 …
