Today was my first time shopping at Trader Joe's & I'll definitely be returning. Emily helped check me out & she was not only personable, but also knowledgeable! She also went above & beyond to 'celebrate' my first time shopping at Trader Joe's 💐🌼🌷 I liked the cleanliness of the store & the selection of products but the thing that really stood out to me was the friendliness & overall happiness of the employees. Something I really, really value in a company.

Our favorite time of year to shop at Trader Joe's. Ran in to pick up the Blue Cheese Roasted Pecan Dip. It's the best, & have no idea why it's just seasonal now. Grabbed crackers, dips, & a reasonably priced bottle of wine. Found the added bonus of a chocolate advent calendar. As always, the staff was friendly & engaging, a consistent attribute regardless of the Trader Joe's city/state.

If you haven't been to a Trader Joe's then you've been missing out on one of the previously best kept secrets in grocery shopping. It's a great grocery store with good products and fair prices. The staff are also top notch, super helpful. It's not a major grocery store so they don't carry everything. Think small, select, quality items.

Great store and service. Watermelon sliced fruit in container is terrible. Don't buy it. I tried it 3 different times and they cut up bad watermelons. No juicy, nice crunchy chunks. It's a shame. Go to Smith's or Albertsons where they do it right. Trader Joe's needs to take action on their sliced fruit. They stay at 5 stars because of their great products and excellent service.

Do you like food? Cheesus, meats, vegs, condiments, alcohols, coffees, etc etc?! Well this is the place for you! This is one of the smaller original TJ's in town but you'll get all your grocery shopping needs filled here. There is plenty of parking. The staff is super friendly. It's a wholesome, feel good feeling leaving this TJ's.

This location makes it easy for Hawaii shoppers buying omiyage. Look for the special signs on the shelves to tell you it is a Hawaii favorite. They even have a top 10 list (from a former Kauai boy employee) printed out to help you if you're a newbie to the store. Best deal is the $1 greeting cards.

I love this place. If I could do all my shopping here I would. The workers are unnaturally happen to be there and the tasting station makes my day. The kids live searching for Flash and getting treats. Great produce and a nice range of kosher products including meat. Just a shame that they don’t have the Israeli Pastures of Eden feta cheese anymore.

The number one reason why I go to Trader Joe's is the Corn Chile salsa, Cowboy Caviar, and their chunky salsa. I used to go to the Trader Joe's on Decatur and Sahara and unfortunately, the place moved out. I had to go to this location to stock up on my favorite salsas. It's a very clean location and the staff are very cordial. I will come back again when I run out of my chips and salsa.

My nana bought an interesting variety of frozen foods here. We thought a nice look around would be fun. I bought a couple of things I knew we liked. The tea tree shampoo is a family favorite. I stocked up on it. My mum has skin problems that are helped with tea tree oil. I found some hand soap for her to try. I was hoping to find an extract to add to lotion, but they didn't have any. We'll be going back soon for another browse.

Everything is in the store--you have only to ask. No two TJ stores that I've ever been to have the same organization--just ask where to find the beets, the chocolate covered almonds or the canned mackerel, etc--its all there. Goofy how one store put the organic butter Four feet apart from the regular butter! Great produce, great meats, great Frozen food section, stuff for people who hate to cook, fixings for those who like to cook from scratch (except baking yeast!), great everything. Too many snack foods, though, if that's a bad thing. DON'T buy the organic popcorn kernels--really terrible. A first ever for TJs: closure of one store in Vegas: location issues? Declining sales? Love TJ's.

Trader Joe's aka TJ'S, is the best. The employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't know they will at least someone who does know instead of the lame answer of "I don't know." Some of the snacks you find they have is brought to you from lands around the world which is really cool when you think about it. You can be eating snacks from places like Korea, Belgium, and Australia just to name a few. The better half and I give this TJ'S two thumbs up.

Went to this trader Joe's at 6:00 p.m. on a Friday night. It was relatively busy but staff was still cordial shelves were stocked well. And no crazy entire shelves of missing items like at larger grocery stores nowadays! Imagine a full grocery store packed into the square footage of your local 7-Eleven. But only clean, well maintained, and a grocery store clerk that doesn't look like their probation officer gave them a choice to be a 7-Eleven clerk or serve 5 to 10.

Cheap while being balanced with being a high quality natural food source? Ya, it’s real. No catch. The location and selection of this Trader Joe’s is on point. It’s smack dab by San Moritz apartment and just a tiny hop off the highway. Prices are outstanding, and seem to be just the same as the other Trader Joe’s I’ve been too, back in Colorado, which is surprising for Vegas. They have classic “two buck chuck” wine bottles for $2.99. In general, if you want organic foods, awesome exotic spices and toppings with an ingredient list of like two items, then Trader Joe’s is your place. Great way to get healthy... and one of the only places where getting healthy is actually cheaper than normal grocery shopping. Not sure it’s some kind of sorcery empowers that, but I love it haha. #naturalfood #traderjoes

Love shopping here. I don't usually use absolutes but . . . truly always positive energy from staff as you enter the store walk through the aisles and go through check out. The experience is way different from other specialty grocery stores. Without fail every person at check out asks if I found everything I need and how my day has gone. Usually two people per check out to make the lines go quickly. A few months ago a staff member noticed I had picked up a pizza and came down the aisle after me to mention adding a crunchy pepper seasoning. The products are unique and reasonably priced. Social distancing and mask requirements have been observed by guests and staff during my visits over the past few months. No business is perfect but, as I have shopped at other stores in this category on multiple occasions, none of the other stores have come close to providing this type of experience. I think I may just start shopping here exclusively (when I am not running into the regular grocery store for basic items).

This store was so much fun. They have a great selection of all types of food from Organic to Kosher meals. The employees are very helpful and polite. When you first walk in you are offered a clean sterile shopping cart along with hand sanitizer, plastic gloves, and a mask. Which is very helpful when making a quick unplanned stop. This is definitely a store I will be regularly visiting.

Always good for quality food and fast service. The parking lot is safe. But I wish they would up the security a bit more. I get bothered in the parking lot every-time. A little history on the fun design of trader joes. Joe Coulombe developed the idea of the Trader Joe's South Seas motif while on vacation in the Caribbean. The Tiki culture craze was still going strong in the United States in the 1960s, so in a direct nod to the fad, the Trader Joe's name itself was a spoof on Trader Vic's, the famous tiki-themed restaurant that had opened its first location in the Beverly Hilton in 1955. Trader Vic's in Beverly Hills was notoriously expensive to eat at, but Trader Joe's in Pasadena would provide an irreverent and less expensive offering of food and drink.

I feel like I’ve already posted a review about Trader Joe’s somewhere, but anyway here goes: I love Trader Joe’s. It is a unique market that sells unique fare. There are many delicious items sold here that are staples in our house and that cannot be found elsewhere. I don’t know how I would get through my diet without their Greek salad. (I really wish they would sell the dressing separately!) but besides the food that I love , I like the personal, warm and friendly environment, and the fact that they are always striving to reduce their carbon footprint. There are many healthy vegetarian and vegan options, as well as meat-and-potatoes types of offerings. What stands out most about the inventory is their incredible eclectic and affordable wine selection, and the vast repertoire of choices to indulge the sweet tooth. It can be dangerous that way. Where else can you buy meringue cookies in vanilla or chocolate? I happen to love Indian food. In fact it’s my very favorite cuisine on earth. TJs stocks a number of Indian entrees and side dishes; I don’t have to drive to Spring Mountain and Jones anymore to get paratha! (Light flaky delicious flatbread cooked in a skillet in minutes) To top it all off, the staff is delightful: Always upbeat, always willing to help. Always available! When you’re inside Vons, or Smith, Albertsons, or any other large chain-type of grocery, and you can’t find something, or reach something, can you ever find an employee to help? It’s pretty rare. The gang at Trader Joe’s is always happy to help, including checking in back if an item is out of stock on the shelves. More often than not, they check-out person chats you up as they ring you up. Finally the prices are generally budget-friendly. They have occasional price increases like any retail business, but it seems like they try to keep their prices under control , and in most cases, succeed, in comparison to other markets. One of the best things about our new house is that we are only 5 minutes from the West Washington store – – my favorite location! Last but not least they have the best by far selection and prices of beautiful fresh flowers in the city and I challenge anybody to prove otherwise. The beautifully-arranged bouquets cost triple at Albertsons or Smiths, where the flowers are not as beautiful, colorful, fresh or expertly-arranged. If anyone reading this is in the market to buy flowers for anyone including him/herself, look no further than Trader Joe’s. Trust me on this!

I love TJs anyways but the people who work at this specific location are so so nice and helpful! I don't know how they know where everything in the store is, but if I can't find some niche item they always lead me right to it. I was greeted upon entry and there were sanitizing stations outside. Wasn't too crowded around 2pm and all the employees were wearing masks. Had a lovely (and FUNNY!) conversation with Vanessa at checkout who really made my shopping trip enjoyable (not something you can say when you're doing your grocery shopping!). Love them. The people are great, the products well thought out and well made. Some of the prepared meals are way too high on sodium for my taste, but that's the usual. The veggies are always in good condition, and they have the basics. The meats are good, their dairy products are also good, although I've had mixed results with the cheeses. They tend to go moldy much more quickly than I expect. All the rest is good, though. I rely on them for a large portion of my food shopping.

Always love my local TJ's. Unfortunately, this wasnt a pleasure trip. I had to return some ciabatta rolls which had green fuzz on them the morning after I bought them, before they were even opened. In spite of the fact that I didnt have the receipt, they took care of me, no questions asked. The clerk looked at the green stuff all over the unopened rolls and gave me my money back. It was so nice, for once, not to be argued with, or grilled, or demeaned while trying to get my money back like sometimes happens at places. I was in and out in three minutes flat. Thank you Trader Joe's, for backing up your merchandise with a good policy and good staff.

I Love the staff!! Not only are they super friendly, they are very considerate and quick to serve. Yes, they have food too! Good selection of uncommon items, that are hard to find elsewhere. Shopping at Trader Joe's, there is a consistent quality. The fresh cut up mangos disappointing, not ripe, not sweet. The pound plus dark chocolate bars for USD 4.99 is a great deal. Their frozen steak and ale pies are very good provided you can heat them up and have the pie crusts come out crispy instead of soggy.

I went today for a few items and there was very little wait around 3:30 pm on a Saturday. We normally only buy items we cannot find elsewhere here like the yummy meatless meatballs and the Benne wafer cookies. Today, I stopped in for Spinach/red leaf mix, salad dressing (the organic balsamic fig is delicious!), and pumpkin spice cookies. Everyone who works there is very helpful and friendly. Although this store is out of the way unless I am on Summerlin Parkway, it is well worth the stop.

There is no problem with parking spots (compared to other Trader Joe's branches), however, keep in mind that the area is heavy in traffic especially when you want to use the Anne Rd.

I stopped by here for a few items last Friday in the early afternoon. It was absolutely bananas. Still found an employee who helped me in the frozen foods. My cashier was INCREDIBLE. She was working so far and trying to move so fast. I actually told her to pause and catch her breath. I could see all the cashiers were just hustling with the lines. This is a hard time and I want you to know how appreciated you are. I cannot find a name on my receipt. I see "A Hind" down near the item total. Don't know if that helps you find her. Regardless, all your staff are fabulous and deserve a RAISE.

Teader Joe's is one of the best grocery shops. I thought of seeing the manager and ask help. Managers name is Bob. Bob was super great. He helped me contact my husband in his celphone so he can call my daughter to let her know that I needed to be picked up. Also, there was this super great employee whose name is mimi. She was assigned to work outside the store tending to the carts, scooters, etc and making sure that people wear masks. She was friendly and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. The coolest story. I had a hundred dollar bill and was hoping to not go over and let the lovely cashier know. Forgot her name. My son keeps me rather distracted. She laughed in amazement when the total amount was $100.62. She insisted I did not go get the change. Another kind lady working walked up to hear the story and said we should have a boquet. How can you hate on a Trader Joe's? While this location is extremely convenient, it feels crazy crowded most of the time. The layout is odd; the isles are narrow; and the selection is not as diverse as other locations. This said, I go all the time. The employees are awesome as are the majority of the patrons. I've witnessed acts of kindness, but have also stumbled across some odd eggs. Parking is needlessly competitive; there are scores of empty space within 20 yards of the entrance at all times.

I stopped there this morning and when I was getting ready to check out the clerk who's line I was in (a thin, older man) was very rude to me, directly to me and in front of me to the customer he was helping. Thankfully, another employee offered to check me out instead. He was so great it saved my experience. I am a regular customer at this store and this was the first time service has been anything other than 5 stars. I love this store!

I had a crabby senior who looked like he wanted to be elswhere instead of bagging my groceries, maybe a bad morning. We all experience those, sometime or other. I smiled, started small talk, he just was indifferent to being around people. Their prices were still great. They had their regular items, however, some items I'd specially make out of the way shopping trips because they're now 15 miles away from where I live, are no longer there. Like edeme nuggets which I'd by 5-7 bags, they're great for a quick pick me up, a few other items too, are no longer around. I see they have new vegie like tacos..I'll see if my flavor buds will rejoice because i found something else to take the place of some other items no longer there and if not then 30 miles can be spent elswhere where I can have decent treatment, and items that I know will not take off after I've been enticed.

Right now they have key lime pie available and if you can eat and enjoy it responsibly then go grab one. I’m dying to try their buttercream ice cream—I’ll update ya’ll later on that! UPDATE: the ice cream is good but not near as fabulous as the key lime pie. I didn’t have more than a scoop I could tell right away I’m going back to the pie for my guilty pleasure!

During holiday I visited the new store, very crowded maneuvering store looking for my old favorites & found only 3 items to checkout. Friendly Cashier asked if I found everything I was looking for. Thought it just chatter, laughed it off saying no. He called over an Associate to go find/fetch on the spot 4 items (2 sold out), directing customers to other Cashiers. I was a tad embarrassed, but totally impressed by TJ's customer service! Always loved TJ's, yes they're worth the drive to Washington Ave.😍

My favorite grocery store in town! Within walking distance from my home. Staff is fun, friendly and always make me feel welcome. 🧡 Close to other stores in the shopping center (UPS, Bead Haven, Supercuts, and Lowe's across the street). My go-to Trader Joe's since I've been in Las Vegas (8 years). The store is small and the number of items small (especially compared to the new Centennial TJs) but it is homey and well-run with pleasant and helpful employees (in contrast to the mannequins standing behind the counter at the Summa Drive TJs in Downtown Summerlin. Edit: I've come back after the coronavirus pandemic has been going for about 5-6 months. This store has been badly hit as a result of a) the pandemic and b) the opening of its new neighbor Winco which has siphoned all its business away. When the pandemic scare was at its height, about May, this store handled it terribly with nasty employees shouting at customers to "stay back". This and Winco have rendered this store a has-been. I said in my original reivew TJ's Washington was my go-to store. Well, no longer. TJ's Centennial is far superior, so is Downtown Summerlin. Too bad those two are farther away but I'll do the driving to avoid this place.

Enjoyed the sample of the day. Fig with cheese with cofee. Haven't been to Trader Joe's in a bit. Things I like here are the olive oil it's the real deal( there was a study on this and Trader Joe and Costco were tested and they passed while some other brand olive oils were just vegetable oil based) so i prefer the olive oil here. pasta .99 from Italy. Love their bread, potstickers (ate these since a kid) like the boxed cookies. Vodka pasta sauce is really Good. Like the stir fry veggies in the frozen section. Love the Belgium chocolate bar $4.99 . I ended buying most of my items here. I went to albertsons for my meat. The quality at Trader Joe's definetly shows in their products. Also I went in the line with a Mexican manager guy was super nice and helpful.

Ever since I left whole paycheck shopping experience I use the savings to shop at TJ's and other chain grocery store to get what I need. This TJ has different vibe that suits me anytime of day no matter when I come it's the same. Store is immaculate no sticky produce floor or items left out of their designated assign aisle. What's unique about their set-up is slant island and endcap display. Reason why it's set up that way is for your cart to maneuver in able to see a never ending like display. Endcap are usually bright color items usually 75% brightness on color chart. Workers are helpful and will assist elders to their vehicle. Sample station is clean gloves are worn. Sometimes a manager special depending on which location you shop that particular item may not be in sale. Use fearless flyer booklet mark down things you need and do your round.
