My grandparents came to the US from Poland in the 1920s. Visiting Ron's Market Eastern European Meat & Deli reminded me of my trips to a Chicago market just like this one back in the 1960s. I loved the exotic offerings then and appreciate them even more now. Shopping in this market was a trip down memory lane. The narrow aisles bursting with offerings in languages I can't read. The tempting wide variety of exotic cheeses. So many varieties of olives. And the chops. It reminded me of our trips to the Chicago Stockyards, may they rest in peace. My grandmother has been gone 50 years, so many of the offerings in the market are now foreign to me. I can tell there are traditional Russian sweets. I am going to buy the jelly just to take home the Kachina-like doll they reside in. The family that owns the store makes fresh bread, dips, kabobs and ethnic dishes that I am clueless about. But the crowd at the store knew exactly what they wanted. So what do you put hawthorn in, exactly? There are tables outside so you can tuck in if you can't wait until you get home. I think it's fun that the owners put up enticing photos of their exotic offerings on the windows outside the store. How could you not be curious? The Las Vegas Strip creates the illusion of being somewhere else. Ron's does the same. Mange!

My wife and I try to come here at least once a month, if not more! We love it! It reminds me of my childhood when I was in Russia. All the stuff I grew up loving I have found here! If I could I would give this place 10 stars! Staff is amazing and kind. Love them all!

Straight five stars. The store is clean and organized and the items are fresh. Great sturgeon! Ron’s Staff is friendly. I wish they have loose leaf green teas such as jasmine tea and more halal meat and other halal products but, in general, I am very grateful for discovering this store in my neighborhood.

Don't know much about Eastern European food but this good size (few thousand square foot) store appears to have lots of groceries and staples from that region, maybe even including middle eastern as well. Meat, cheese, veggies, canned goods, spices etc. Good neighborhood store.

I love this place. You can get there pretty much every traditional Russian food. If you ever were curious how black bread tastes like, or wanted to try the best apple pie, sunflowers without salt and amazing dumplings which you boil, this place will carry all that for you😍 …

Nice local market . They sell a lot of organic produce. They have a variety of fresh meat available I shop here often . They do deliver. Food is absolutely delicious and large portions. Yes it does take about 30 minutes till you get your food but than again you gotta remember that this is not a fast food joint.

Massive score at Ron's Market!!! Everything Russian you could ever want in this 1 store. Even got to practice some of my Russian with the very sweet staff. We got some CCCP ice cream, chocolate bars, chocolates, dried fruits, fresh Kiev salami, homemade baklava, tea, sugar lollies, and the green kind of crab apples. My husband is so happy and loved getting to reminisce about his childhood in Russia. One day soon we will be approved to travel there and I can't wait to see the beauty that country has to offer. Till then Ron's will be our 1 stop shop forever. Ura!!!

A good atmosphere, kind workers. Shelves were stocked full. Husband is Eastern European, and he was like a kid in a candy store. Shelves were packed with a great selection of goods. We got our pelmini, kvas, and nepolean tort!

Update review 1/7/18- after my last review 4 months ago. I decided to give it another try. Yes the food does take a while but the food comes out fresh and delicious. Since I couldn’t help the last of this place. My boyfriend and I come here probably twice or once a week. ____________________________________________ So food is amazing since it is made fresh.. But it takes forever! Yes this is my third time here with my boyfriend and we waited forever for our food the second time yet we came back the third time because it is really good but this time we actually timed it and it took about 30 minutes for our food. I say call ahead and wait 30 mins to pick it up or eat it there.

My grandpa was Polish so I had many Eastern European dishes as a kid. When I saw Ron’s Market I just had to check it out and I’m so glad I did. I don’t know what 90% of the products say but when it shows a pic of a chocolate wafer you can figure it out. Haha. They have the BEST chocolate from I don’t even know where but it’s better than American chocolate which is too sweet. Anyway, every time I go there I try different things. Last time was instant coffee which I found to be soooo good. I just love exploring this cute little store that’s 5 minutes from my house ! Minus 1 star because sometimes the staff is not so friendly but then who is these days.

Great staff...great choices...very personalized atmosphere. Chicken LULA is homemade quality. Deli salads are like a mother's home recipe. Staff is welcoming and warm, like family. Prices are reasonable all around. Love Ron's market! I'm a regular! (Can you tell???)

I like this place, but... It hasn't maintained initial level of quality. I first visited in 2017 and absolutely loved this market and food quality. Now, in 2020/2021... I won't buy their takeout any longer. Something's changed and I've tried it twice after telling myself I wouldn't. The flavor is not what it used to be. The luleh kabob is misshapen now and not the size I was accustomed to. Their marinated meats ready to BBQ? Again, I've bought them twice after telling myself not to. Won't do it again. The meat must be cooked the same day or it will go bad. Even if cooked on the same day, some has the smell/taste of going bad. The last time, the smell made me not even cook it--I threw it away the same evening I brought it home. I still visit once in awhile for the non-perishables. I won't buy their roe/caviar because I don't need to be escorted for that. But, hey, who knows what they've had to deal with in the past? The last time I was there, I didn't buy any marinated meat but did see meat sitting out ready to be processed with no butcher around. Maybe that's why the meat spoils so fast? Anyhow, seeing that reminded me that I threw out all of it the last time. 3 stars because I still visit once in awhile and I like the market generally. I haven't been recently and I miss how it was a couple years ago.

I buy homemade meals from them. They always have good variety. Valentina (chef) cooks so well! Hopefully she won’t ever leave Ron’s market and we all continue to buy food from them. With my hectic schedule and desire to eat homemade food, this is the place to go. I had bad experience with Max Market (spoiled food) and Jones Market (also expired product that they didn’t want to refund). Been going to Ron’s after Jones Market closed and haven’t been disappointed yet. Love this place and people that work there. I hope owners take a good care of them. Because they are fantastic people. Always friendly and helpful!

Hmmm... it's actually 3,5 stars. I visited this place because of my friends recommendations and it seems ok, big store, big assortment of food products, but service quality tends to low. Only guy at a salad bar was nice, friendly and easy to talk. Other staff looks like "Welcome back to Russia in the 90s". Also food wasn't completely spoiled but close to. Salads are ok, seem fresh, but taste more like mayo smoothies - 70% mayo and 30% of other ingredients. Sanitary quality for me isn't for a 5 star. It's clean, but not exactly.

They offer a variety of cheese and bacon, with great taste and good price. With the same kind cheese, their prices are cheaper than Smith's. I also find nice jams, breads and desserts here. Everything smells fresh and the food make you feel our meals deserve freshness :) the staff at the bacon and cheese stand are very helpful.

Outstanding food and warm friendly customer service. So happy I stumbled on this place. I ordered the beef kabob plate ($9.99). It was scrumptious! The rice was well cooked and almost buttery, which nicely complemented the grilled veggies and spiced meats. The combination of flavors is one that makes it difficult to not shove it all in your face! Seating is limited. You may not want to come here if you aren't okay with eating in your car... because this food is difficult to not eat immediately. They have an extensive selection of European food products. I'm so excited to have found this gem. The breads, sweets, spices, cheeses, even some of the fruit and veggies here can't be found at your local Smiths/Albertsons. Definitely will be back!

A great variety of eastern European food. Fresh meats, bakery, deli, produce, cooked to order meals, groceries.... all in one store. I love this place! One set back... its the only one in Vegas. Regardless, I would make the long ride from Henderson any time.

My favorite eastern European deli in Vegas. Pirozhki are always fresh and the olives they carry are the best. I started showing my local friends the food, now they drive across town just for olives. The Armenian bread is the best in Vegas, it makes supermarket bread look like kids toy. I come here regularly, love this store.

Freshly baked breads, delicious cakes, and high quality deli meats and cheeses is why I come here once a week at least. There are some pre-packaged cheeses and meats in the refrigerated section or you can go to the very large counter which has a big variety where they slice it fresh for you. I get the pick salami, Hungarian bacons, veal bologna, and farmers cheese often. There is a section for fresh vegetables. And whole aisles of pickles, pastas, and candies. Good dried porcini mushrooms and other goods which are special to Eastern Europeans. Unique sodas and wines and beers. The pricing for these products is very fair and they do a good job of stocking their items, I was saved by this local store a few months ago when the coronavirus had everything sold out at the big chain grocery stores. There is a fresh meat counter with plenty of lamb and pre-seasoned meat for kebabs along with prepared foods for takeout, the guy at the counter is very nice.

I found Ron's Market on yelp while looking for a good bite. I order meals for delivery and can say the attention to detail in their service is impeccable. Their delivery time is always on point, ranging anywhere from 20 - 40 minutes, for myself. They also informed me that they deliver anywhere within in the Las Vegas community. Now, onward to the food. The (chicken/beef) Lula Kabob are tasty, yet they provide a hefty portion so you will not be full after. All in all, Ron's Market has it all and I implore you to give them a try.

It’s extremely tiny and packed. You can’t even go through any of the isles. Also not very nice if you don’t speak the language lol everyone’s looking at you weird and rude. went in looking for lady fingers and Marscapone and found it though so that’s a plus.

just order a #4 or #5 (chicken or beef) and thank me later. It's a full plate of hummus / pita / rice / skewer of your meat choice. It also has this crazy looking "salad" that I personally never eat but it's a cooked full tomato & full pepper thing so you know the place is legit.

Excellent market for meat as well as middle eastern and European products. Try the chekufte it is ground meat you can eat raw! Try the Tukas mayonnaise, you will wonder why this is not in every store. Also prices are better than supermarket.
