I love to buy my groceries in here. Definitely the customer service it’s way better than at La Bonita. The only problem is that there are many thieves cars. Stores closes at 11 pm.

The store is good and it has everything you need when it comes to mexican food. The checkout lines always take forever so don't plan on going in and out to fast.

I would have given this store 5 stars but the temperature in the store was WAY overheated. All of the customers that were around me were sweating bullets and complaining about the heat. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. My cashier Carole C. was so nice and professional. One of the items I purchased rang up wrong and she did everything to make sure I received my item at the reduced price which was keyed in to the computer incorrectly. She was fast, efficient and friendly at the same time. The store was very very busy but the employees were keeping it stocked rapidly while not impeding our shopping experience. Fruits and vegetables were fresh looking and clean and the meat department did NOT smell. That always turns me off when a store's meat department smells. This one did not. This was my first time shopping at this certain El Super and I was pleasantly surprised. Only because of the volume of customers and still maintaining a clean, bright fresh store. Thank you. UPDATE: (02/05/2023) The store is still EXTREMELY hot inside. Even the employees were complaining.

It's okay if you want Mexican brand soap they didn't have tide, fab, etc any name brand soaps but the laundromats right next to it that's what I really use.

I go and always get my hand made french rolls pan bolio they are always 3 for a dollar bad parts expect to stand in line for at least 20 min I have patience plus the bread is so good especially when you get them fresh out the oven yummy

*just to say. was a pleasant experience until I got to the pay bills window then it turned from good to bad quickly I needed to cash a check but she wouldn't take my ID it doesn't have a exasperation date it's a old one when they didn't put (ex date)on ID"s back in 1999 when I came to Vegas

Everyone who works here is very nice. Once my back went out on me and a staff member did all the bending to help me get my coffee creamer from a lower shelf. The cashiers will also tell you about better buys in the store and offer for someone to grab it. You bag your own groceries here. Really good cheesecake at the bakery. Cheap prices on produce and meat. I get the packaged meat usually around 3 dollars scince I don't each much. Im always surprised how much I get for the price.

Busy spot for family shoping. As we arrived parking lot was almost full. Entering the store the deal signs got my attention. Security staff are visible and monotoring making me feel safe. On the negative side the costumer checkout lines were long and only a few registers open, check out process took longer than expected; staff in general aren't costumer service oriented but given the circumstances I'd say it was an OK spot.

Nice store often having good sales on meat. I like that they will give you tge exact amount of meat that you desire. Nothing is prepackaged. Meat is good and fresh. Knowing spanish is helpfull but not required. I would recommend them over other stores in tge area.

The produce is fresher and often cheaper than the 99 cent stores. As far as not wearing gloves as Kurt mentioned, I've worked with food for years and see gloves are a false sense of security to customers. I've seen what some workers do with gloves on and rarely changing them.

They always have good meat and produce specials. The produce arent always top of the line but theyre not bad either. Its a great place if youre on a budget. It can get pretty crowded if you go at the wrong time but overall, i love this place.

One of my favorite things to buy is salsa rojas at the deli counter near the back of the store. I also buy sliced ham there and then roll it up in a tortilla and dip it in salsa. Or I put it on some little frozen burritos with sour cream.
