I adore CLEARANCE signs especially those that greet you upon entering the store. It’s only August but some of the deals here would make fabulous Christmas gifts. The store is easily navigated, free of clutter, the aisles are organized, and clean. For anyone that needs to use the ladies room you will immediately smell the cleanliness and the use of disinfectant. Take a look at the photo and you’ll see on the chair the products that are left there that are obviously used many times throughout the day. This is a very nice store. THANK YOU to management and their team for making a visit here a very pleasant experience.

They have a wide selection of acrylic paints however some of it was not stocked up to par with other stores so I could get most of my colors there for my woman but they had not as much as I had hoped. I'm sure if I go in there at a later date it will be fully stocked I hope. The cashier was kind and nice and I appreciate the customer service they provided.

This Michael's on 202 really has to step up their game in terms of stock. Everytime i go in which is pretty frequently they are frequently low or out of stock in popular items. I have started ordering on amazon because i know stock will be there. You also have to spend a lot of money to actually get rewards, and the rewards are $5-$10 vouchers. I'm just not a huge fan anymore. Until they get their stock issues under control.

If you live in, or are familiar with North Wilmington you know that when it comes to craft stores Michaels is pretty much it. It's unfortunate. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to stock, maybe just a supply chain thing. The store itself, and it's staff has recently felt very unwelcoming.

This location was great....The parking lot had accessible parking. The shelves weren't stocked much but... The bathroom was clean and the lines were not long despite everyone shopping for decoration for the upcoming holiday.

Great experience shopping at Michael's Brandywine, DE today! Their sale price displayed on the beads was confusing! Of course I got more items thinking that all the displayed items bear the sale price! But they were not! I ended up paying more than what I anticipated! I asked the store manager and showed her where I got the items from and why I thought those have a sale price! The store manager politely returned all my beads and repurchased them with the sale price! What an empowerment to the store manager! I saved a lot on my purchases with the refund! Thanks to Rebecca, I think her name is! You are awesome!

I ordered for curbside pickup, and every time I called (following the directions in the email) they would pick up and hang up. They wouldn’t even put me on hold. So when an employee finally brought another order out, I tried to tell her what was happening and she just said “you gotta call” & turned and walked away. She was SO FREAKING RUDE. I honestly wanted to give one star, but my other experiences at this store (besides long lines) haven’t been poor. I can’t imagine the stress of COVID-19, but I’m pretty sure now more than ever you should have better customer service.

Ran into Michaels to grab an item I saw online on their website. It was in store, so excellent. I asked a store associate the location and she pointed me in the right direction. It was late close to closing time but I didn't feel rushed or glared at for coming in.

Michaels typically has all the craft supplies I need. I come here quite often for things ranging from beads to glitter, cardstock to wooden boxes. They always have decent stock and gave some pretty good sales. If you're into crafts or just making one thing, this store is for you.

The cashier, named Cindy, was extremely friendly to me, and made me feel welcomed. I intended to use the rest of my gift cards, but with all the coupons (3) I was able to use, I still had 2 left! I ended up with a total of 12 dollars, which originally was 19. I saved Seven dollars, mostly because of the coupon I got from the cashier. 10/10, the best Michaels store I've ever been to!

As always the staff here are excellent. When I have craft ideas they always help me pull it together. I walk out of there feeling confident in my ability to pull my project off. I had to run to other one in Newark shortly after to get additional supplies and the experience was the worst. Thank you for hiring quality people that love what they do. I want to compliment Marie, the Assistant Manager at the Brandywine Parkway store. It was a busy time when I came to shop. I inquired about items related to Scrapbooks. She was exceptional answering my three questions and professional handling an offensive request from the male Manager. The male Manager told her to help with the checkout customers because of the long line even though she was helping me. I was angry he directed her to stop helping me. If you don’t take care of the customers in the store there won’t be any customers in the checkout line. He handled that moment badly. His people skills are poor and reflect negatively on that store. Good sale going on now, friendly staff at checkout but couldn't find any employee to help after looking up and down every aisle. Eventually had to wait at checkout just to ask where to find an item, they gave me 3 possible aisles to check instead of actually helping me.

The shelves can be in disarray at times, but it is never bad enough that you can't locate your item eventually. That being said, I tend to come around the holidays when people are probably tearing the shelves apart. The staff is really nice and helpful, and are always able to offer suggestions

I 'hate' going there because I love to browse and get new ideas or see new projects. It takes me hours to get through the whole store because I dont wanna miss anything & PLEASE somebody keep me outta the 2 aisles of beads. I cant get enough beautiful beads!! :-D Cashiers are always nice but the floor staff is spread too thin.

Michael's has a little bit of everything. I love this place! Employees are always nice and courteous. They should get bigger shopping carts, though. I would have bought a lot more if the cart was bigger, and I dropped several items on the way to my vehicle, which wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't monsooning outside. I felt like a giant pushing that tiny little cart around. I really would like to know why they think those little carts are reasonable for adults to shop with.

Well stocked. Clean. Unfortunately like many Michael's stores they are understaffed causing lines at checkout. Which is only made worse because as they are always very helpful, that sort of good service makes lines last longer. It's a terrible balancing act. Hopefully the fix is rightfully to employ more people. And not to hinder the positive service.

Well organized aisles, clearly labeled, easy to navigate. Even though Thanksgiving was a few days past, and Christmas was in full swing, there were no major blockages to have to move around, and shelves were quite neat. Check out took a little longer than normal. However, taking into accout the time of year, acceptable. Checkout clerk was efficient and friendly. Great shopping experiance!

Great craft store... but could use some organizing. You have to go around the entire store to find some things. Need more employees. No one ever around to ask a question except at cashiers. On several occasions had no one at consumer service desk for returns. Very bothersome.

Store is OK, aisles are tight compared to my regular Michael's store. Can barely fit two people going opposite directions, but not two carts at once. Pre-COVID it would be less of a deal, but the world today makes that important to me. They didn't have what I looking for, but had every other thing directly related to what I wanted.

It's like taking your kids to the park but it's your significant other. Lol! I'm KIDDING! I turn the fiance loose in here and she's always pleased with her finds. It stays pretty busy, probably with everyone having time for crafting or hobbies what with the pandemic and all... it's well lit and vast with things for several niches. The staff is kind and helpful as well. Chances are if this is your thing, this'll be your place.

Perfect location for this store. You can go to Lowe's for the large items and then stop right over to Michael's for there detailed parts. This is a very large Michael's. It has Estes tickets and models for boys and men alike. It also carries the typical Michael's goods as there others but you're going to find more here. Custom freaking, sir brushes, posters and just shoot anything to decorate a house or make the decorations yourself.

After walking around the store several times, I finally found a cashier who directed me to the section I was looking for. I was trying to buy ribbons. After I got to the cashier, I couldn't buy the ribbons because she said the 40% off sign was not for the ribbons I picked up. However, several 40% off signs were posted in the section where most of ribbons shown were not eligible for the 40% off discount. It was very misleading. The store is very pricey. The store supplies a good variety of items for craft. Beware of misleading signs.

Michaels have some very creative items in stock. Everytime I visit this store, I feel like I wish I was naturally artistic. Make sure you clip a 50% coupon or sign up online or download their app before you go shopping at these stores so your final bill will be cheaper👍 …

Michael's Craft Store has just about anything and everything from beading to artistry. Yearns galore! Unfortunately, I did want a glass doll cover for a specialty hand crafted doll and they do not carry those. Dissspointed since they cater to most things crafty. Also, a frame shop in back which can be pricey but well done.

If you are a crafter this Michaels is convenient in that they have everything they need under one roof but they can be a bit on the expensive side. If you are frugal like me than it is worth it to take the time to go to a few different shops to save some money. For instance, Dollar Tree and Walmart both have lots of crafting supplies at a significant discount.

Few registers open. Barely anyone on the floor. Have to wait in long lines to ask a simple question like where something is located. Custom Framing is a major rip-off. 70% off means higher than a custom framing shop, trust me on this one. Coupon usage varies by store! I was even told that by an employee!

My wife and i went to your Wilm.DE store for some fake flowers and ribbon for my daughters up coming bridal shower. We couldn't find a certain ribbon that my daughters had bought earlier in the week.We got Sandie (Michaels employee ) involved, and before you know it she was calling other stores , to try and find us that certain ribbon.She looked one more time in the back of the store and found us 4 rolls. Ryleigh & Lailah are starting their 5th and 6th grade years at what Ryleigh is proud to say a 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 School. The school enriched with Academics, Art, and Dance.
