Kohl's is a terrific place! We had to return a item that was not the right size. Plus there was a defective spot on the item. The Kohl's staff member listened to what was said and acted on it very quickly. Requesting to check to see if they had the jackets in stock. The found them and brought up a new jacket and our issue was resolved! We appreciated the staff member who had to jog up to the front of the store to give us the jacket. Due to her radio going out. Thank you so much for doing this! Way to go Kohl's staff!! 😍👍

Great selection of women's winter clothing clearance items. 80% plus 25% off can't be beat! I was also able to get extra hangers which I really appreciated! The cashier was very friendly and accommodating. The store was clean and well stocked.

Always very clean, but sometimes it's hard to find an employee to help you. I love that they have Amazon drop-offs and Pickups, and there is a $5 coupon towards your Kohl's purchase when you use those services. Fresh fashions, beautiful jewelry, fair prices. My daughter's and grand-daughter love Kohl's. On their encouragement I started shopping there and it is my go to place for kids clothes, birthday gifts and Christmas gifts. The Kohl's bucks are always a nice perk too. I do my amazon returns ( so convenient) at the Kohl's store and always recieve a $5 coupon even for that activity.

The store was in fairly good shape considering it was the last weekend to shop before school started. The shelves and racks were low on stock but again, understandable. My only true complaint is that prices are higher than expected. Even with inflation and rising costs I feel that kohl's prices are too high. Even their clearance is high compared with their competitors. Kohl's has been my go to store for clothing. I don't think it will be anymore.

I was looking for something specific and couldn't find it. A very nice employee, who had only worked there four days, asked if she could help and I accepted. We still didn't find what I was looking for, but she very kindly did everything she could to help me. I did find some other things to purchase. I was not as pleased with the cashier. She asked about applying for a Kohls credit card. I declined. In my opinion, that should have been enough. I didn't like having to give the same answer several more times. I definitely did not appreciate being accused of not liking to save money. I'm not young and vulnerable and I've had to file bankruptcy a couple of times because of credit cards. I'm trying to be financially responsible. Don't bully me!

Kohl's is one of my favorite stores. They are not typically busy, and they have a large variety of merchandise, from clothing (a good plus-size selection), to home decor, toys, linens, etc. The jewelry staff person was very helpful and personable during this visit.

They’ve got a lot of great clothes with good quality and many styles. It’s kept up well, clean, and organized. The prices are higher than I remember, but it’s been awhile since my previous visit than the most recent. It’s a good place to shop overall, but can be hard not too get lost. Friendly staff, and a clean store that’s well organized. I really like how they’ve always got plenty of help and the checkout lines move quickly. I’ve always been happy with the quality and selection of their products. Definitely recommend! They’ve got clothes for everyone, household items, home decor, shoes, and much much more!

Full disclosure: I hate shopping. Hate it. HATE IT. It's not that the store is mediocre or that I've had bad experiences there. It's just that it's there for shopping, so I'm automatically going in knowing that I'm going to have a bad time. For me, this store is an ok experience every time I go in, which means that probably it's perfectly pleasant and enjoyable for most other normal humans. So I gave it the extra star. The biggest positive I can point out is that I've been there numerous times and I've never not walked out without a purchase. Since, I only ever go there when I need something specific (see full disclosure above), I think it's saying something that I've never walked out saying, "Kohl's didn't have what I needed." Additionally, the items I buy there are always high enough quality that I have never regretted a purchase. The staff is always pleasant and efficient, which I appreciate. I was not particularly happy with their jeans selection during my last trip. Nearly everything was either skinny, or boot cut, or stretch fit. For a normal guy, who just wants normal, straight leg, relaxed fit jeans, it was like a scavenger hunt made of nightmares. But again, I might be biased...

Great sale prices, especially when you use their coupons, too! Today a lot of the aisles were crowded because they had carts of merchandise in several places, but no one was there putting the stuff out so it was just in the way. That's why I gave them a 4.

The prices are higher than they probably ought to be, but the sales they frequently have offset that, making it seem much less expensive. I had an issue this evening about things not being marked with the correct price, if any at all. I would recommend stepping up the effort on that. The item I wanted, wasn't even on the floor (not sure if it was in the back; they didn't look or offer to); just a random tag with a similarly named item.

Great customer service! Fitting rooms are closed for customer safety during Covid-19, but they honor their return policies in case clothes do not fit. Mask mandate is enforced, and good social distancing is observed! I felt comfortable shopping here for necessities right now. Thank you, Kohl's!

Discounts offerings and at the end you find out your self at the except Store almost all products says except this except that so you do not able to buy much any more. Khols has really upped their game. I love going there now. I would normally spend two to three hundred dollars but because of discounts, khols cash, and rewards, I walk away spending less than one hundred for name brand clothes. Their clearance section is orderly, store is clean, staff is friendly. The only draw back for me is plus size womens clothing isnt in great abundance here but neither is it anywhere....

I really like the Kohl's atmosphere but they're kind of expensive in my opinion. I know they have good deals once in a while but I'm not sure I'd consider them good enough to offset their typical high prices. My family and I had a great time looking at early Christmas stuff the other day. They have many beautiful and fun Christmas items. We like get some of our Christmas pajamas here every year.

It's really hard to find exactly what you are searching for, the signs/section labels are not clear or all-inclusive. So I had to wonder around the whole store to find what I needed, which was the gift/card selection. Which is in the back of the store in right corner. The staff was friendly at checkout but they were not out on the department floor able to help.

I love Kohl's, they have gotten more expensive lately and I have found several clothing items that are ripped. Always a great place for kids clothes, picture frames, shoes, make-up, ect. There clearance area doesn't mess around either! If you take the time you can find great stuff in all sizes.

Shopping was pretty much normal except one thing. I found a green bay packers Jersey on a rack with the sign saying closeout 50 - 80 % off. The jersey was tagged at $100.00 and rang up that way with no discount. I chose not to buy it at full price. It should have been discounted . I feel this is deceptive pricing tactics.

Who doesn't love Kohl's? Fashionable styles and you can usually find a good sale item. I try to never pay full price. I can usually find a nice casual button down for around $15 and a good fitting pair of pants for $30.

I shop here regularly for kid's clothes- but I have noticed a trend that makes me want to go elsewhere, despite the fact that I am saving a little money: Every other time I arrive at Kohl's they are chasing down, subduing, or calling police on shoplifters. It must be a big problem here. I rarely have seen this happen at bigger stores, like Wal-Mart, Dillon's, even the malls. It MUST be happening several times a day, every day, for me to run into this scene on my way in the door 4 times in a 2 week period! It is scary and off-putting- twice I just got right back in my car and left. I saw 2 employees tackle a guy in the parking lot after chasing him around for a minute screaming "Give me back my merchandise!" I stayed in my car and recorded this until the police arrived to rescue the guy from underneath the security that were laying on top of him. Is it really worth it to create this type of drama in front of children and customers? I tell my daughter she has to stay home with daddy when I go to Kohl's because it is too dangerous. And this is very inconvenient because it is hard to buy shoes for a child without trying them on. I decided it was safer to buy 4 pairs, take them home, try them on, then return what didn't work. So, obviously, I like shopping here, as I stated, because the prices are great. But, when I heard myself saying that, I knew I had to write a review. Kohl's needs to review how they handle these minor offences before somebody gets hurt- physically or in the sales numbers...

Came in for a fast make up item. I love Lorac, Butter London, and PUR. The entire section was a NASTY mess. The testers for the lipsticks had separated. I couldn't swatch any of them. The clearance was even worse. Lipsticks had been opened and used but still out for sale. This whole section is a unsanitary mess.

I enjoy Kohls stores in numerous different cities and areas I frequent. I will say this location is very easy to shop if you are setting out for new apparel from formal to casual to sport wear. The only department lacking for anything is probably their electronics and gadgets section. I love to scan the gadgets drones headphones etc when I visit Kohl's stores and this one didn't have but a half aisle of very limitedelectronic items to choose from.
