Customer Service was busy but staff handled volume well. I purchased 4 tires online even when I provided all information for vehicle I still received wrong part. Customer Service representative was very friendly and prompt I received refund and was very pleased with customer service attentiveness.

This is definitely one of the smallest Walmart's I've seen that isn't just the grocery. Not a lot of selections and the store wasn't kept up clean wise. Bathrooms definitely need attention! Customer service was good, our cashier was friendly.

Thank goodness this Walmart was not that busy. We were able to get in and get out very quickly found what we needed need a little bit of cleaning. Customer service was OK they need to pay a little bit more attention to some of their customers but overall it was ok.

this Walmart is good, except that it doesn’t have groceries in it. The staff are really nice and things are relatively clean considering other Walmarts, but I expected some fresh groceries at least. There is a frozen section though.

This particular location is usually crowded, no matter when you go. Long lines and few registers are opened. There is no self check out. Why?? Food shelves are okay in finding items, but checking out you must be patient. Picked up online groceries for the first time two weeks ago, it was disorder. No clear signage directing you where to park. The pickup area has absolutely no signage whatsoever. Delicer drivers are just sitting in their veicles around a door with no indication that this is a pickup spot. When you do find the area to park as a customer, the wait was long. One young lady handled all the customers picking up groceries and drivers delivering groceries. She was overwhelmed. She told me that others were on a lunchbreak. You need two people at all times handling that job. Besides that, I was missing a grocery item when I got home and called customer service for a refund. I was disappointed. My suggestion is to double and triple check all customers' items for accuracy before pickup. It defeats the purpose of using the service. And finally, provide clear and large signage of where to park to pick up items. No one should have to drive all over the parking lot determining where to park. Walmart, you know better than this. Get this together.

I like this location. I can get my nails done, by take home lunch from subway and shop till I drop. Lol plenty of parking. They hired new people don't know where nothing is. I can find most of what I want , my regular stuff I always get. This is my go to store.

Like many Wal-Mart's, this location is hit or miss regarding whether they will actually have the things I need in stock. Many of the employees at this store are lacking in common courtesy & etiquette. A few are downright rude. It seemed like no matter when I visit this store half of the Isles are blocked with huge palettes. And the check-out lines are almost always ridiculously long. But even when the lines aren't long the people between the check-out lanes and the exit feel the need to further delay everyone while they pretend to scrutinize your receipt. I mean, if they just stood there staring at me while I went through the check out line, watching the cashier ring up everything in my basket and watching me pay, why do they insist on stripping me to look at my receipt?! The people at other stores have the sense not to stop the customers that they JUST SAW get checked out!

Visiting local Walmart auto care center the staff was very helpful and provided me all the information I needed to get my tires installed and plus supervisor Dee and Amadu were very professional about taking care of the customer base on my observation I’d like to take my business there without a doubt.

I would give this store 5 stores but the manager to employee communication is bad. I go in needing to get some money orders so one of the associates directed me to the " Walmart " ATM , which took $300 out my account without dispensing any cash; so a Manger walks pass and I inform him what happened & he's like "that's why I always tell people to use the bank atm" so I tell him why doesn't his associates doesn't do the same he could only tell me " idk " IF you ever go into this Walmart to get cash out the ATM just use the bank ATM ( bank atm charges at $3 fee

I like this walmart it's just always over crowed and I had to switch my pharmacy out of there because of that reason and the guy in the electronics was also a jack a**.... but the other one helped me out when I was there just a few days ago in an emergency and got me in and out so I do thank him for that ... that's why I did atleast give 3 stars and not 2

On a Saturday morning even though very full, we got to pay in very short line or none at all. However, many items were missing. During weekdays, you can find almost everything is in stock. Rest rooms pretty clean.

I feel they are always stocking at this location. Regardless of this, they do have a nice variety of items and depending on the time of day, the line moves quickly. Even with the long lines things move pretty fast. Sometimes carts aren't available so you have to look for one in the parking lot. Staff are not overly friendly but not rude.

It's a good walmart to shop at and the security are good and pretty nice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because they don't stack their carts on time so sometimes you have to go to the parking lot and get one yourself

It was crowed and the line at the checkpoint was very long but I did get what I wanted with a great service from an old lady that showed us to where what we wanted to buy was and answered all our questions with a smile on her face the whole time; really a great service. Will be going there more often for sure

They have a friendly helpful staff. And had everything we were looking for are gift to are son for his birthday. Happy to say he loved all his new fishing gear he got. The plus was that we didn't have to spend a lot of money or time do to the staff helping find the best items to stay in are buget. Very Busy Location. Lots of parking but very busy. In my opinion it needs to be more associates visible, there seems to be no one around when you need something. The Order Online female associate was very rude to me. I ordered online but my order was taking too long to be ready so I went to the store to ask can I shop my own items and bring them to the associate and she take care of the transaction from there. The lady ignored me at first then said oh I'm trying to pack orders and barely answered my question then walked off. My items were on the shelf at the time but later when I got home my whole order was canceled and it took 3 days to get my money back on my card. I will Never do online ordering at that location anymore

Never before have i been approached by so many helpful staff who heard us talking about items we needed. They gave directions on where to go in the store to get these items. This happened twice in succession with some of the African staff members. Would definitely go back to this location!

Arrived at Wal-mart superstore. Expected to find product on shelf. The product was unavailable. The product description on Google maps implied that my product would be found at that superstore. Vendors should coordinate inventory with Google maps description better to avoid customer run around and give customer a satisfactory experience.

Nice location with ample parking space. On Sundays, too crowded and you have to wait a couple of minutes extra to check out. However, the self check out has multiple counters, you just need to use a card at self check out, no cash. Staff is very friendly and the return policy is supper easy.

Check out clerk was rude and not very helpful. The sitting room was closed so I was unable to try on clothes. And for some reason I could not find the greeting cards. On the good side they were some clerks that were very helpful.

This Walmart is pretty decent. I basically found everything I wanted. And this time there weren't any mice running across the the floor. And you should try to keep the birds out of the store. But like I said I found just about everything I wanted so I was most definitely pleased with that and even though I'm terribly afraid of mice I will come back to the store.

This Walmart may be the dingiest Walmart I've ever been to but I was able to find what I needed at good prices. The parking lot and store itself was very crowded and it was hard to find a shopping cart (and this Walmart needs to have smaller carts since they're almost as wide as the isles themselves.) The staff was a mixture. Some were friendly but the cashier i went to was rude and stayed silent as if I was supposed to know what to do. There were multiple checkout aisles available so I give them props for that despite it being so crowded and everyone buying in bulks.

Curbside was quick ans helpful. The listed (Google) phone number for the store has some issues but pick up should be available from 8 am to 9pm (per general Walmart customer service). And when you arrive curbside has a number listed for you to call that differs from the store (they must know abt the phone issue and have taken steps to help alleviate that frustration at least for curbside).

I can usually find what I need. Came here to get to get oil. They did not have the brand I wanted, but I found another brand. It can be very crowded here and somewhat cluttered. The prices are very competitive, and you can leave in a happy state. If you have a small number of items, the self-serve checkout can work well.

I haven't been in this Store (Capital Plaza MD) in about 2 years due to Not Only Pandemic but the Store was a mess and help was hardly available. Today I saw renovations that were Extremely Pleasant and the Store and Shelves were Clean and Super Neat. Now about the Help I Needed: It was very thin and non-chalant. I had to ask Worker#1 about an Item that I was looking for and She told me where I could find it. Then when I asked again, the Worker#1 then told me to see another Worker#2. I would've never known that one of the two people in the next aisle was an Employee who I observed Chatting with someone she knew till Worker#1 called out to the Worker#2 to state I needed help. I even told the Worker#2 that I thought she was shopping with the Customer as I observed her within the last 2 aisles. I say this to state maybe some Staff need to know how much Customer Service is essential and expected for Customers. When I asked Worker#2 for the location of Construction Paper she asked "What Is That!! LOL. I replied you work in this area and you don't know What is Construction Paper? She had to be told from her "friend" and Worker#1 What I was referring to. 😄🤦‍♀️😯As you can imagine I was in the Crafts and School Supplies Department. That kind of dampered by analysis of how my Store experience went this morning. However I was pleased with the Store Appearance and Cleanliness and the Cashier who assisted me was very professional.

I stop by this Walmart taking my sister home. I was shopping for 1 thing. They had what I needed. It was a wonderful experience. The cashier was a kOol young guy from the South side of DC. We had a nice conversation. I admire the the fact that he travel so far to work and have a job. I live in DC and shop at the Walmart by my house on Riggs Rd. He was very nice, polite and professional. The store wasn't that crowed and I didn't stand to long in a line. I will be stopping by there more often when ever I am in the neighood.

So I placed an order for tires; but I never received my confirmation email once it arrived to the store. I even called with no answer so I went to the store in person just to find out my order had arrived day's prior. I applaud the gentlemen that helped me an took the time to go an look to see if my order was there for me. The next day I went an picked my order thanks too a nice young lady that seen me standing at the pickup desk after other employees just walked by me. For those that did help me they gave outstanding customer service. If this was the case with every experience, I would definitely recommend going to this location but unfortunately it is too far an few in between associate's working here.

Came in an hour before closing time. Very nice selection. The store floorplan is very well laid out and items were easy to find. Store was clean and the floor was taped off with arrows for social distancing. The staff was very helpful. The closing manager at the cashwrap was a bit unprofessional and proceeded to gossip about customers while trying to close out her area. Definitely needs to be addressed by upper management. Overall the store was very nice to shop in as this is not my home store, this location has a larger assortment and I will visit again.

Customer service could do better. Specially where they have the jewelry , perfume and such. It once took them over a hour(literally) to come service a bunch of people lined up to buy jewelry. I would have left like a few who did but I had my niece with me to buy her a pair of earrings she saw a couple of days prior but I couldn't afford to get then. Also, the perfume station is often closed in the middle of the day for reasons such as "the associate scheduled for the shift didn't come in" or "the person who has the keys is off today". The managers should work with their team to ensure customers don't get inconvenienced from things of this nature. Perhaps cross train associates in different department so they can be able to fill in for different departments. Other than those the store is always clean and organized with a good presence of employees on the floor in the rest of the departments. And the self service kiosks are a God sent and enables to get a remarkably faster check out.

It was very hard to find anyone working in the few departments that I showed any interest. Many of the shelves were bare, and I wanted to know if certain items would soon be available for purchase. It could be a little cleaner in there, but I figured maintenance was done after closing...I finally spoke to a young lady about a hair care product that I was looking for, but she wasn't able to assist me. Her vacant eyes suggested that she wished to be elsewhere, and had no interest in what I was asking. In other words, there was just so much of her to go around, and that wasn't her only department Matters worsened because there weren't many lines opened either!! My daughter and I concluded that this location was going through a bit of a rough patch, probably due to the pandemic. We may revisit sometime soon.

I see there trying at this Wal-Mart, unfortunately when it comes to delivery they miss the mark for me. Either you get subpar customer service or they lose your items. This morning took the cake for me. It seems walmart has DOOR Dash to delivery and the drivers don't follow instructions or lose your items. Either they won't leave items at your door or have complaints that there not to come to your do for delivery. This has happen 4 times for me . So beware if you ask for delivery at this store .

This location is stocked way nicer and more organized than my home store in Laurel. This location is super busy so it's a bit of trade off to wait longer to check out. Hopefully renovations with more self checkout and registers is in the works to help speed things up.

Third visit ever, I was looking for a full-service deli only. They did not have one. A huge outpost of Malt cereal caught my eye, I purchased two large bags at $3 each. This store is mammoth. I walked the race track only. The men's underwear counter reminded me I wanted men's athletic Tee shirts. They didn't have any sizes. The self-checkouts made my purchase quick.

The staff at the Walmart in Landover hills, MD were very professional and friendly from the minute I walked in the door to the time I left. The door greeter kindly greeted me and pointed me in the direction I wanted to go - the electronics department. When I got to the electronics department, there were two gentlemen, one kindly helped me find what I was looking for, and the other checked my stuff out with ease and a big smile. And as I left, I thanked the same door greeter for her help and left very satisfied with my overall experience. I also want to point out that their inventory was up-to-date as the amount in stock online for my purchase was the same amount in store 👌. I will definitely be returning. I know this is an especially difficult time due to the pandemic and I really appreciate those who go to work everyday to service the needs of not only their own families, but others - a big thank you!!!!

Don't do store pick up, no one will be there to help you. Besides that, there always seems to be an insufficient amount of cashiers. Even if the self checkout line wraps through the clothing aisles, it's typically faster. Besides that, it has many things but no full grocery.

They had everything I was looking for in the store, with the exception of one item. Some of the shelves at this store are empty. That is a little scary. But some of the shelves (not the same ones each time), are usually empty whenever I go. The usual nonsense with the customers. Jumping in front of line in front of people and talking smack. Remind me to not go to this Walmart near the 1st of the month. The customers are so rude. It is always the same experience.

This walmart is not as clean as other locations I visited. There were no carts for customer usage when I arrived and I looked prior to my departure the case was the same. I had assumed that by that time, they should have had an employee collect and provide them for customers. Especially given the large number of elderly and handicapped guests I saw during my time there. It was challenging to find a team member to help when needed. The lines were extremely long at all registers. They have added a self check out area but the lines are still long. I did appreciate that there were staff members standing in the back of the lines checking out people with a small amount of items. I am not sure how they route people to utilize this option. I would suggest some sort of booth so customers are aware. I think management should look into the elements to improve this location.

The store itself isn't bad but had some pretty hoodtastical run-ins with people in the parking lot, stains on some of the clothes on display, and one of the self check out scanners declines your card 7-8 times before accepting...I hate to say it but just a lot of problems you wouldn't see in a different neighborhood.

Pickup center is in the very back with limited signage. Ordered a tire and when I got there the auto center was closed. No notice on the Google page.tire was what I ordered if a bit scuffed. The Walmart staff were courteous. The sign in counter machine at the pickup place wasn't working well.

I had ordered some electronics for store pick up but failed to notice the pick up timings on my email and showed up 30 mins before closing. Customer Service said they cannot help. I went to electronics so I could just buy another piece and cancel the online order. But the product price came up high and the guy at the register wouldn’t match the online price! He just went back to chatting with a girl associate and left me standing! Then an associate came to buy something and the electronics register associate promptly came back and processed his order! I said “are you ignoring me? I am standing right here and you are busy chatting and ringing up other customers?!”. He says the price difference is too high and I don’t know how to override. I said if you don’t know how to do something then you call your manager! He reluctantly calls and then pages the manager. Then he tells me “I have paged. It may take up to 15 minutes for the manager to respond and goes back to his den fiddling through some stuff and telling his associate “5 more minutes to go home “. Fortunately the manager showed up and she was a professional lady and asked me to walk with her to online pickup, asked an associate to help me pick up my order. So I thought I finally didn’t have a wasted trip. I go to the front door and Joyce a lady who should frankly be at a old age home stops me. She says it’s past online pick up time, how did you get it?! I explained to her that the store Mgr helipad me and she just needs to look at the online sticker on the box that is slapped on it when the pick up is done. She wouldn’t listen! She started asking around to several associates on what she should do. Couple of them said, if he has the pick up slip on the box then he should be good. She didn’t care and finally sent a guy back to the Mgr to confirm she could allow me to leave. So after 10 minutes at the door she got confirmation from the Mgr. If it wasn’t for the manager, I would have given 1 star for all the nonsense we need to go through to shop here. They just have hired a lot of idiots who harass the customers and make your experience as painful as possible! Hope they can throw out the trash and employee some folks who care about customers.

The store was absolutely packed from front to back, this was on July 3. I placed an online order for store pickup. Went in to the Customer Pick Up area at the rear of the store where you sign in electronically. Had my name called about 3-4 minutes after sign in. Associate brought out my item and explained to me that the sticker on the box was my receipt to leave store. Good service and experience.

Associate Yolanda @7:15 pm on Friday Oct 11 lied and said she saw me not scan an item at checkouts, but when loss prevention and I went through my bags together, there wasn't anything that was not on the receipt, everything had been paid for. Please remind Yolanda that lying is not tolerated in Walmart culture.

In typical Walmart fashion, there are good deals. But they don't have as many options in items and most of the staff treat you like that irritating neighbor from down the street. They try to avoid you,, ignore you until you make eye contact and get in their face, they never have the answer to your concern, and they act like you're taking up their time. If you just want to get what you need and make no contact, it's all good.

I'm not much of a Walmart shopper and this was my first time coming here didn't even know it existed but the store is huge that is a good thing it allowed for distancing and it didn't look junky and crowded. The areas I was in were pretty well stocked. Awesome craft area. Has a food court area that has an Auntie Anne's pretzels. Issue I made an assumption that the pickup for an online order was with customers service and stood in the long line waiting my turn when I finally made it to the front and I was told it's in the back of store. I had checked my email prior and it had no special instructions. I even looked for a sign when I came in but nothing made me think to look up for the sign which I did see when I was walking to the back after the fact. Fortunately their was no wait back there. But a clear sign in the customer service area would be a good idea not everyone is aware that this is how Walmart does it putting signs in the ceiling. Speaking of the customer service I had an opportunity to observe that while in line. Maybe it had been a long day and a couple of them where tired and getting off soon. I overheard 2 customers being chastised when I got close enough to hear.

Great prices, but I think the home department could really use some organizing. Its been more than twice something is on the shelf that says one price, but when you are at checkout, it comes out a different price, usually higher. I get that people move things around, but having to go back to get the right item and price after waiting long time on the checkout line is really inconvenient. I think its better off just putting prices on the items themselves, because the whole thing is abit frustrating. I notice this specifically in the home department (kitchen, furniture, decor, etc...).

Given the limitations of the pandemic, I'm a bit surprised they let so many people into the store at once. If they have their register lines full, and I mean no clerk is waiting for someone to ring up, why let in so many people that there's a 75 minute to wait to checkout? I ordered through the app and went straight to pickup and then straight out. No waiting and the Pickup department was nice and quick. So here's what I'd do... People can check in once they arrive at the store, so have them order through the app, park and check in. Then when you have pulled their order, have them drive around to the back of the store where it's loaded into their car and off they go! No lines, no dip in sales because we are told when to come get the order, and not nearly the same exposure for the employees. This current way is jet waiting for COVID to appear and be broadcast to everyone in line.

Since the start of the pandemic this store has done an ah-Mazing job keeping its aisles straight and maintained. My only concern... the limited amount of stock. There was a lot of items we wanted/needed missing. In one section, the freezer section, it was just bare! I would recommend going to this Walmart for convenience, but beware... you may or may not get what you want.

It has been at least 2 years since I visited this Walmart. I stopped going because store was never stocked and didn't have a good selection. Well the store has improved it's cleaner, well stocked and has a good selection of items. Went during the week after work, it was crowded because people were doing school shopping but lines were moving well. Still lacking in fresh produce compared to the suburban Walmarts.

I had to run in for just 2 things and just got a cast off 1 week ago, so I have a significant limp. I parked near the automotive entrance which was exactly where I needed to shop. So, with COVID protocols in place the cashier said I couldn't exit the way I came in, BUT when I explained my situation she showed empathy and allowed me to exit. No person was in danger of exposure and I hold that employee in high regard for her kindness!

So hobestly I've lived in this area since 06 and really haven't had a bad experience. Bc it the only Retail Store in the area it has large, and I mean large crowds. I don't think that have enough space from the cashier that lines sometimes it could flow into the clothes by the sitting room causing chaos because lines intertwine. I shop here often while I must only give 3 stars because one of the older managers (Antonia I believe) had my husband and I waiting at customer service for over 20 minutes over a gift card purchase before finally arriving with attitude towards the cashier. They really need to learn how to do some traffic control at the registers. The lines are always wrapped around the women's soft lines department in the front of the store creating chaos to shop and checkout. Why is there no plan of action when they see these very long lines forming. Why is there no plan of action to jump on the register and bring down the lines.

Fairly large Super Walmart. Lots of parking. Fast and easy checkout. On the downside, no hello's or how may I help you. I walked to electronics register to ask a question . There were 5 employees standing there. NOT ONE GREETED ME! 3 walked away and the cashier said nothing. I gave the superviser (?) THE "LOOK" and he finally acknowledged me. Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for.

It is always dark, busy and too congested every time I go down that aisle.

This Walmart tends to be well stocked, but some of the sections are smaller than normal (less selection). The folks who work here are friendly and helpful. My biggest gripe is the parking lot, its chaos. On one occasion I purchased a perishable item that was already bad.

They are better than they were a year ago. This is the only place I can find Dove lotion. Do the dove lotion variety isn't as large as it was before. That's a problem. They should swap out their carts to the ones that need a quarter for you to use them, so people will stop leaving the cars all over the place a bump at the people's cars and cause damage. Aldi does it. It's a good idea.

I went to this location to pick up a patron when I did rideshare. After my car was hit twice I cancelled the ride and was verbally insulted by the patron as well as a security guard. I purchased a printer online and was told it would be brought out to my car, but had to go inside and to customer service and a pick up center to get my printer that someone had already opened........thanks

The men's department was not clean. There were clothes all over the floor and the shells were not stocked. A lot of things I was looking for was not on the racks, ie. No one has restocked the shelves. The cashier at number 6 was not to friendly, she was ok but then in her rushing to MOVE the line along her dropped my change all over the place and hardly made a heart felt I'm Sorry. The over all expense was a 3 star but I gave a 4 star because I did see that this store is fairly clean and I just downloaded the Walmart app and I like it. Keep on doing you Walmart.

This time we had to do multiple things at Walmart such as doing an online purchase return at store witch went perfect, got the money back. And then I had to pick up an online order in store, witch was really quick and smooth, and then we end up spending over $100 in store purchase but the checkout lines were a little long. Then we went to a Subway in the store with kids, but the Sprite was literall trash, it tasted like carbonated water! With no flavor🤮🤮!! Over all it was good experience.
