This store seems to be super busy every time I visit, however the items are usually straight on the shelves, aisles clear of items and debris and staff on hand for any questions or assistance. The Men's section was a bit of a disaster when I arrived, but it also appeared that they may have had intentions of re-stocking the merchandise and straightening the whole area as the entire rest of the store was in good order. I intended to look for one item for a Halloween costume and amazingly I was able to find something that would work. Thanks to the Target Red Card, Target App (for a coupon) as well as accumulating some Target Circle dollars I was able to save on my purchases!

In the area for the next couple of weeks and very much appreciate having a good quality store like Target nearby. There’s plenty of parking and a Starbucks inside for a shop and refuel option. There’s also a CVS pharmacy if you need predictions filled while you shop. A small snack bar area has hot food available as well. There’s a pretty decent grocery option but they shine with the regular retail of men, women, kids clothing. Good clean location. Cheers!!!

This particular location is filled with helpful employees. The selection is typical of Target. Some of the employees remember the names of our Grandchildren who have shopped with us. Always a fine experience and the reason I do not shop at another box store.

This Target is a large location with numerous and varied departments including a large grocery area and a CVS Pharmacy. The store was clean, organized, and well lit. During my visit there was only one cashier working. There is self checkout available, but the self checkout was not conducive for larger purchases. I did not interact with any employees so I cannot attest to customer service.

The Target closest to my house does not carry very many black hair products or Tabitha Brown products so I have to drive a little farther to this one. Maybe they sell out fast. The people are much nicer too.

Pretty great neighborhood Target. It’s got all the *things* a grocery department, books, pharmacy, clothes and electronics. The store is always clean and the employees are always really nice and personable. The self checkout line employees are always in a good mood and super helpful. We also always get our flu shots here. The pharmacy staff is always nice and the shots never hurt. They really know what they’re doing.

Shopped there 20 Dec. The Christmas aisles were empty. No lights. No ornaments, no decorations. Even no candy. So much for last minute stocking stuffers of candy. I know they couldn't have sold everything, must have packed up for next year so they wouldn't have to do after Christmas sales.

Cannot rely on the app; it will tell you something is in stock when it’s not or vice versa. I placed a pick up order and one of the items that was ordered was cancelled due to being out of stock, so I went inside the store and there it was, a full row of the item I ordered that was cancelled for no reason. Restrooms are disgusting. Starbucks items are more expensive inside store.

After all the comments I've made through Target's survey. There was a lot I wasn't fond of this particular night I visited Target. The most challenging for me was the new checkout terminal system. I liked the old way, it was quicker, easier to understand, and get through in and out without questioning what is that or why can't I get this to go through. Example...there was this annoying pop up that I wasn't interested in reading because, I just wanted in and out and it was closing time. Lastly, I know there was restocking going on but, I didn't appreciate the zig zag and unsafe manor in which the items were in the main walkthrough aisle. At least Walmart lines everything is in a single file, where walk traffic goes in opposite directions both ways, and some go against traffic which is understandable.

I've had the best shopping experience whenever visiting Target. Their variety and selection is the best in addition to quality products, clothing and selection. Returns? Done with ease by receipt, or credit card. The fact they offer everything from Home office, to Personal care to shoes & electronics,food and seasonal items it's all here waiting to be discovered. Yes I love Target. Value & Selection wins for me everytime!

It was okay. Things seem to be down everywhere: inventory, customer service. Retail shopping is simply not the pleasant experience that it used to be. Stores aren’t welcoming shoppers and associates are talking to each other not relating to the customers. It’s oddly dark .

I usually don't shop at Target, but when I started seeing those yellow tags (clearance items) I started thinking twice. It's like a treasure hunt! I got some awesome deals on kitchen tools, shower curtain rings, and so much more. Not to mention, the cashier was very friendly and so patient with me as I had to price check a few items. I'll definitely be back.

Came to this store in particular to buy my new Samsung Note 7 with Target Mobile, though I still bought a few great t-shirts while I was here. Had a great experience with the staff! Some of the best I've seen (the target mobile employees are the only ones I can speak for). Got an amazing deal on my phone and also the food was pretty good, for what it is.

Very nice store, well organized, and friendly staff. I mentioned how another Target have cup holders on the karts to one of the kart attendant and Lord behold 2-3 weeks later this Target added Cupholders. Thanks for listening. Now I have a place to put my Starbucks cup while I shop even longer… nothing like a good deal and a hot Late on a cold & rainy day. Thanks Target. & inside kart attendant. All targets should have cup holders and close at midnight. That would be clutch!!!

New favorite Target store! Target is awesome in general of course, but this one always gives me an especially nice feeling. I stopped by twice in the same week, and each time I was so glad I picked this store. When I had been driving around having difficulty finding a place to exchange my Sodastream canister, Frances at the returns desk not only immediately reassured me that she could help, she even walked a new coworker through the process to help him build experience. When I needed a pair of shoes last minute, I found a pair here that was exactly what I was looking for and more! On top of all that, the aesthetics are incredible. There's an unusual reddish brown color scheme on the building instead of red. I even saw a whole flock of crows in the parking lot one morning.

During my quick grab and go for lunch at 1255p on a Wednesday afternoon. I was able to quickly find a parking spot and transit to the grocery section of the store, where I was able to find a quick snack and microwavable meal. Once I was ready to check out there was there was 5 or 6 self check out stations on and running but I choice to go to a cashier line. I believe there was at least three manned cash registers open. The cashier I worked with was very friendly and personable. She provided me with an answer regarding a candy I was looking for and assisted me in finding a new candy, when I could have just decided not to purchase the candy at all. Please be advised this review only reflects the target store not the Starbucks within the target. Only negative thing about the store is the parking lot does have a few blind spots and rows are a bit narrow and at times cars are moving a bit to fast for a parking lot so be careful and pay attention.

Only leaving a good review because the worker at Starbucks Today was the only worker and the line was really long, This girl is AMAZING! Running the register making the drinks and cleaning all while being so incredibly nice to people ( people that are not so nice too) If it were me I would be stressed to the max, but she is just doing her thing and it’s people like this who deserve to be noticed. I never write reviews like this but I hope this store recognizes how great she is. I didn’t catch her name but it’s 4:54 9/7/21. I really really appreciate this chick. Xoxo

I love this local target. This has become one of my favorite locations here in Virginia Beach. All staff members here have been so sweet and helpful. Returns and signing up for the credit card all have been a pleasant experience. I love the size and selection of their dollar section too! The Starbucks here is also very nice, clean and well run! I will definitely be back again!

This is my favorite VB target. I am always greeted by the nicest associates. Everyone seems really happy to be there. Even when lines are long they are super accommodating. Store is always super clean, put together and decorated. As silly as it sounds target is the one constant my family and I have had in 2020. I love to be able to give my kids that one little trip to this target to spark their joy again when so many other things are closed or canceled.

The staff is very helpful. I purchased a game download card for my switch but when I checked out I used the small kiosk where the use phones. I didn't realize the the recipt from that would not give the code if the reciept is sent to your phone. I came back later and an employee helped me get it all sorted. I think his name is Brian. He was awsome and super helpful and he made it a good experience.

Had some different toddler clothing than the other VB store and some cute dollar items. However the Starbucks was awful. $8 for 2 watered down hot chocolates that ended up in the trash.

Customer service! There was a young lady (Julia) that opened up a register to assist people when it was quite evident that there was an extremely large amount of customers waiting for checkout. All of the self checkout stations were occupied with a line, and all of the remaining registers with personnel working were occupied as well with a line. This outstanding young lady was moving around greeting and helping customers while assessing the business floor. Outstanding job! Well done! It is very nice as a consumer to know that a business realizes our time is a valued commodity and is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Everything you expect from Target. The store is clean and seems to be well kept. I often see clearance items or low price sections which is very nice when you don't always need high quality items for everything. Game selection is good. TV selection is very good. You can get a 55inch 4K TV for 380$. Whattttttt

What more is there to say about Target?! I love this place and especially this location! The store is typically well stocked, neat, clean and tidy! The staff is always helpful and welcoming. Can't say enough good things about Target! The ONLY downfall is that the "dollar spot" when you first walk in has now turned into "Bullseye's Playground" and isn't JUST $1...

It’s easy, convenient, and lots of deals. However, I had to wait to find out an item is out of stock when I could have picked it up at a close store. The inventory online versus in the store is inaccurate such as a calendar. Why can’t I pick a calendar? It is still convenient but can quickly become a pain.

I love this Target, you can purchase Starbucks as you walk in, and then shop. I spent my shopping experience looking for nerf guns for my 2 oldest boys. Found what I was looking for, reviewed prices for items, compared that online to the $10 more at Walmart for same toy. Walked out with another steal an original priced $44 toy for $19.99, stoked I definitely will come here more often. I love the cleanliness of this store, appropriately labeled aisles, helpfulness of the associates, & finding price scanners when items weren't where they were stocked. There is also self checkout lines, convenient and quick.

One of my favorite places to shop. Staff is always cheerful and helpful. Very clean. No stocking while customers are shopping. Great selection on most products. Prices are good. Easy parking. Rarely is there a wait in checkout. Not the best selection of fresh produce and no fresh meats. Other than that I enjoy shopping here.

They're EXTREMELY lacking in customer service. Every other Target the employees ask if you need help and assist with finding it and look to see if it's in the stockroom for you. Most of the employees at this location treat you as if it's a huge inconvenience to help you or even scan the items upc pic or they say "If it's not on the floor then we don't have it!" There are a few helpful, friendly employees but they are few at this location.

I love this Target. I always find what I'm looking for at a reasonable price. I'm delighted that I found really nice shorts on sale here. I could never find a nice fitting pair of shorts until I came here. The lines are not too long and there is someone accessible if you have any questions.

I'm a fan of Target and I ussssssed to work for a Target. From my experience as a consumer / guest in this store. . I choose this location to just return stuff because they never have lines at Guest Service. I'm always passing it on the way from work and the location is "convenient" in some aspects. This location shares a lot with Farm Fresh and is kind of hidden if you don't know where to go. One reason why I stopped going in this location is because they really do not have a lot of items like other Targets in the area. I feel as if the sales in this store is one of the lowest in the area. It's weird that this Target does not have a Starbucks, however it does make sense on WHYYYY it does not. . and that's because of the Farm Fresh next door has a Starbucks already. What sense would that make if there were two right next to each other. However, it does take away from the Target experience.

Brandon, the customer service rep that helped me with my return ran after us in the pouring rain to bring me my phone that I left on the counter. Associates are very friendly and helpful here. An associate name Katleen went above and beyond. I was looking for a specific item but unfortunately it was out of stock. Katleen made phone calls to multiple target locations to check if they have that item. It took awhile and all of them were out of stock. Great prices for almost anything you need! Clothes, groceries, bed and bath decorations, gift bags and cards, electronics, school/office supplies, pet needs, kitchen stuff, etc. Starbucks and photo place inside too. Lines can be longer during peak hours, but nothing too bad.
