Overall a nice little store. Walking into the store I was greeted by Yakira who help me find just what I was looking for and she knew her products very well. The information she gave and recommendations really made my decision easy. Also she didn’t hover over me around the store which made me feel more at ease. Yesterday was my first time going into Jack and Jill and it was instantly so comfortable to be in there and to take my time to look at everything they had. Tristian and Yakyra were so helpful with answering any questions, giving me information I hadn’t known about before and helping me look at a various selection of toys among other things. Not only were they super helpful, but the store is fun and has an amazing interior design that makes the browsing fun and comfy. Before going into Jack and Jill, I had visited a couple of stores that were so stale and honestly just made me nervous and anxious. So greatful to have found Jack and Jill. I will certainly be visiting again, among wanting to visit the other stores that they have in Florida 🤪

This post is long overdue. My girlfriend and I stopped at this location before heading to Orlando for a getaway. Jazz helped us and I felt so comfortable with her. She is very kind , patient, polite, and knowledgeable about the items in the store. She shared her own personal life as I did and told her what I was looking for. We found the item and also helped me find lingerie, as I like high waisted. She searched with me. The experience Jazz brought to the store was top notch. I would go there again even tho the Jack and Jill St. Pete location is much closer to me. It also seemed that the Tampa store had fewer number of items but even with that; I will still go up there because of Jazz. Might sound funny but I felt warm, fuzzy, and safe. Thanks Jazz!

Jazz provided excellent service. She was polite and provided detailed and educational product information. During our shopping experience there was another shopper that seemed quite suspicious. Jazz approached him directly and professionally about missing merchandise. He denied taking anything without paying for it. Smh... We were impressed how well she handled the situation calmly but assertively. After which she was able to attend to our questions and complete our sale with the same politeness from when we first entered the store. She is a great sales associate and we hope to have her again during our next visit.

Served By: Shawna I am from out of state and its been about 10 years since I stepped foot in a shop. Shawna made me feel relaxed and not anxious at all. Perfectly safe feeling and able to open up and helped me achieve what I simply needed from the shop. If I was local, I would definitely use this as my regular. A lot of inventory for the size of shop and can't complain at all about location for how easy it is to find. Plus, the staff is especially sweet and amazing that can brighten up your day.

Stopped by on May 24th and had an excellent visit! Store is clean, beautifully laid out, and honestly very cute. While I did come in with my fiancé, I'd be comfortable visiting by myself as well; the atmosphere is not at all sleazy, just fun and clearly revels in a healthy approach to s*x. Very welcoming place, Jaz was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain some of the products and made recommendations when I couldn't choose. Pretty good selection of products as well, there were even some extremely cute rave outfits (in addition to a wide selection of toys and other outfits). Very much recommend!

As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere was nice, it's not as big as other stores but that helps for a more comfortable intimate environment, and the worker there - Her name is Tina- was very helpful and educational about the stuff we were looking into to.
