I had used Greetabl once before and was very pleased. Customizing the box is easy and fun and the gift selections are neat, just would recommend more options for men. My latest "Secret Santa" order was, I believe, lost in transit somewhere as i ordered before the Thanksgiving holiday. 3 weeks went by and a few emails between myself and Customer Care were resolved with a reship (but only because I mentioned I would file a claim) and with different gifts. Given the experience I may try Greetabl once again, just not around the busy holidays.

Sending a Greetabl is the perfect way to cheer your friends up or tell them you love and miss them. I have friends all over the country, and this is the easiest (and cutest) way to send them some love. On top of all of that, their customer service is phenomenal. I truly can't say enough good things about this site!! This is a picture of the most recent Greetabl I sent my roommate from my Disney College Program. I haven't seen her in over a year. I really love this product. However, I gave it four stars instead of five stars because after I placed my order I went right back in where it said “edit your order details” to change the shipping address to my parents address. It accepted my change and saved it. Unfortunately, the product came to my house instead of my parents house. It was their anniversary gift so it was disappointing that the element of surprise was lost. They did get back to me after I sent an email with my issue and gave me a $20 credit. So customer service was excellent.

I thought this was a gorgeous little idea of a gift/greeting. I loved being able to personalize with photos that can be removed from the box and reused. I found the gift options slightly pricey but I did not receive or see the items so maybe they were nicer than I thought. Three and half weeks from the time I ordered to the time it arrived. Shipping updates stopped for a week or so. Possibly more an issue with the shipping company than Greetabl. I tried using again after years of not using greetabl and my experience was the same. 8.00 of shipping and the thing still arrived much later than expected. I could've picked out my own gift in person, forgotten about it for a week, shipped it last minute and it still would have arrived earlier than this. It hadn't even shipped by the date I expected it in my friends hand. Which makes actually making an occasion rather difficult.

I received a Greetabl for my birthday this year and was so surprised when I opened it! I had never heard of the company before or seen a gift quite like this, but it was so cute and personalized with photos, a sweet message and some birthday cake caramels inside! When I wasn't going to see my best friend on his birthday this year I knew this would be a perfect gift to send. I was able to personalize it and Greetabl took care of the rest (printing, assembling, packaging and shipping). The only downside was the website said it would take 1-2 days to create then another 3-5 days to ship so I ordered a good six days ahead so it would get there on time. Turns out they were much quicker than expected so the Greetabl arrived in 3 days. It ended up being an early birthday gift, but I guess that's better than being late! I would certainly recommend this gift for anyone, for many occasions. Enjoy!

The fine print on the package that described the ingredient was too small to read online. We do not drink or “eat” alcohol, therefore, my husband can’t eat them.
