I went in with some basic preconseptions on what I would find and I was pleased with what I needed up seeing. First, I suppose I knew there would be clothes but didn't expect to walk away with a very cute sundress. I knew the would have animal supplies but the variety of dog toys and training items were fantastic. I knew there would be some home improvement items but I have no idea how large of a store it would really be. I was also pleased to see a large section of food and treats.

Disappointed that we traveled 40 miles to pick up hunting pants that were advertised. Went in the sale add was to start. We were told this store did not have those pants ? Lady suggested we go across town to see if east 10th street may have them? Why didn't she call to ask their store on east side? We just came back home. On the bright side the store is very clean. Plenty of parking.

It was my first time there and it was close to closing time, so didnt really have to explore the store but it looked like they had alot to see! I was looking to buy some potting soil, which they did not have unfortunately. I ended up getting some from Bomgaars and it was a little spendy there!

My husband and I bought seeds, soil, and cow manure for my raised beds. We bought three blueberry, one red raspberry, and ten strawberry plants in tiny boxes. I don't know what we were thinking. When we went to set the plants out last night, we opened the first one to discover it contained mostly soil and a 4 inch stick with some roots. I said, "It'll be at least five years before I get a blueberry from that." Today, I drove all the way across town to return the plants. The lady asked if I could tell her why. I told her they were way too small and had more dirt than plant and showed her the one we had planted. Unfortunately, I had grabbed the wrong receipt. I had grabbed the one with the store name at the top and listed five objects sold. I drove back home and looked for another receipt only to find two receipts with no name at the top. There were a couple of small Runnings names at the bottom. I grabbed them, went to a appointment, ran errands, and went back across town again. When I took the plants in, I was asked why I was returning them. I showed the gentleman who was training a new employee. He asked someone else to stop by and seemed reluctant. When I said I had brought them in earlier and the lady was going to give me a refund if I had brought the right receipt, he said ok and canceled the call. He showed the young man the steps for completing the refund and showed him to handle the "stick" as a damaged plant. My refund was completed, and I told the new employee he was doing well, which elicited a smile and a "Thank you, Ma'am." At one point, I said it would be helpful if the receipts from the service desk had Runnings at the top instead of at the bottom, but the man didn't hear me. I went and bought a few items we discovered before and went to a register. I paid and showed him the difference between the receipt he had given me vs. the receipt from the service desk. He agreed it would be helpful to have the store name at the top. Corporate: Please put the Runnings name at the top of all the receipts. And, it would have saved me time today had the receipt listed a number that matched the tags attached to the shirts we had bought instead of a abbreviated description and size. Thank you.

I haven't had time to shop much but they had exactly what my son was looking for. (A leather belt that would allow him to change buckles.) It was a fair price and they had a decent selection to choose from. Store is clean, well lit and employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

Stopped to check their prices of Nylabones for dogs. The prices were great since they were on clearance, but selection was only one. Guess people just don't think of Campbell's with the pet stores in town so I understand. It's a good store overall though! Prices are reasonable, staff at THIS location were nice & friendly. As corny as it may sound - I love the country/farm feel as I'm a city girl & I always kinda feel like I'm entering a different world here!!

They carry a very good variety of Tekton tools, slightly marked up, bit worth it. They have a little bit of everything. Their staff also knows what they're talking about which is refreshing. No military discount. I still plan on shopping there a lot.

Went to Runnings today. To look around. I was greeted at the door. Shopped for about an hour. Several times was asked if I needed help. The staff was very helpful! I didn't need much. But they made me feel like I was important! NICE JOB! Good selection and good pricing. The store was busy but had plenty of check out people. Again the staff cared. Thanked me for shopping! I will be back!

Was curious about this place, hoping they had great stuff like fleet farm. The store is boring and lacks customer service in every way. Very uncomfortable to shop in. People follow you around and watch you. Like seriously noone looks at sunglassed that long. Y'all are obvious. Almost have to wonder about being prejudice honestly. It's not that great of a place to shop anyways, think I'll stick with fleet farm...bigger better variety, and very comfortable place to shop no matter how busy they are. Runnings could definitely take some lessons.

They always have what I go in for. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Awesome customer service. I went in at closing time not realizing they were closing and they were very nice and helped me without saying a word about it being closing time. It wasn't until I got back to the car with my purchase that I realized it was five minutes past their closing time.

My last visit at the store was great!! I picked up a pair of boots and I go there for other items throughout the year as well anything Industrial or dealing with the outdoors for tools Etc!!! the boots where on sale and the lady was very friendly answered all my questions! Took my snowblower here last winter and they did great job. So when the lawn mower's wheel was about to fall off. Off to Runnings they fixed it great in 2 days.

Went to Runnings to get some fleece lined jeans for my husband. They had quite a few styles to choose from except the ones he normally gets. Out of the styles they had, they had only a couple pair in his size 32x34. We grabbed the few they had and were thankful we got them. Seems that size is always really low or totally gone.

I purchased a wheeled trimmer at the Runnings located at 3835 S. Western Ave. Sioux Falls SD. They were not able to answer mechanical questions or assist with minor mechanical issues. They referred me to the location at 3709 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD. because that is the location that has a mechanic shop. If buying anything with a gas motor I recommend the 10th St location.

I am KOW FENCING and contract Ag fences all over SE SD! Best store around!!! Everyone is so friendly as the staff does anything and everything you need! I buy fence products from them as a fencing contractor!!! and they are the only store I have ever dealt with since I've been doing this where they lower the price to the lowest vs all competitors! Been shopping here for years and know many of the staff by at least face. They are a service orientated store which you don't get much of these days. They can help you with a lot of things that you'd be waiting in a aisle for who knows how much time before someone shows up to help you at other big box hardware stores. I still have the snowblower I bought from them assembled ready to use in 2001. I have changed the oil regularly on my own and put a carburetor kit in it. Other than those listed items and wear and tear snowblowers get ( hard plastic bushings, etc) it works great and will last many more years. I get parts for the snowblower here and also get mower parts and mower blades sharpened here as well.

This is one of the only places that I shop. They have wonderful clothes and a wide variety of dog food and treats. I can bring my dogs in with me and they are nice a friendly to them. If I need help carrying my items out to my car they will do that for me. The cashiers are wonderful and willing to help. I like how I can buy so many bags of dog food and then I can get one free after so many. You won't regret going here.
