It's probably not their fault with the lack of available workers but there were often very long lines with few checkouts available, mostly self checkout but still limited. It's good to notice when you enter rather than after getting your groceries or other purchases to decide if it's worth the wait.

Generally, I am not a fan of big box stores. That being said, this little store has everything I need especially since it is connected to internet ordering! There is something about this place whether it is its size or impressive assortment that avoids the redundancy of the mega marts that attracts me. If I have to go to Walmart, this is the one! Call me a fanboy!

So grateful to have this store but, sure wish it was a SuperWalmart. I miss the extra food, deli, bakery, and produce areas. I've noticed the staff have gotten friendlier. Not sure if that's because covid is over with or because of this beautiful weather we can finally enjoy for a few months.

This is not a super Wal-Mart so the selection is a little bit limited, especially in the grocery department. But they had the pet supplies I stopped in for. And I think I bought some men's lounge pants that my college-aged kid liked. It's a good Wal-Mart for getting the basics, and because it is smaller, it doesn't take as long to find what you need.

Mediocre. I'm not sure if the music they subject you to while walking in is worse, or the fact that they have about 3 staff in the entire store. All the registers are self check out.

Not a Super Wal-Mart so smaller. No produce but they do have groceries. Clean. Nice greeters. They offer free masks in a basket that you can help yourself to. Very nice employees. If you buy propane they send an employ out with you rather than have you sit outside and wait.

Wal-Mart is Wal-Mart, you know what you're getting. At this one, there is a small garden center and you can get some groceries, but no produce. The store is right off US-1, parking is plentiful, and the store is slightly cleaner and better lit than the average Wal-Mart.

This walmart is where i’ve gone my whole life, they have a lot, but not nearly as much as the walmart superstore. Specific items tend to be out of stock but over all they try to keep it clean and well stocked. The employees are very helpful and usually friendly

Staff was helpful. We usually go to Auburn or Topsham and know where things are. This Walmart was totally different and had a time trying to locate things. Very clean.

The oranges are in New England are not as juicy and more watery. The watermelon’s in the north are not as good either. Although, New England is very nice even the Walmart.

The customer service associates morale Has significantly shifted sine pre-pandemic days...good help will always be difficult to find,& keep in all industries ,and establishments the United States - wide ; where it is of particular relevance in my life and yours too. I hrlesitate to venture that statementp placing it outside of our borders ,or placing it on 3rd world countries. My u latest visit ; 04/16/2022 Service desk ( 1st register /) The older gent had no clue what he was doing ..despite his games ...He miscounted my Cash - and instead of double checking it as I insisted he did... I have $50. Gone for his lack of effort afforded to follow up ; not to mention ,his inability to see past his opinion , seeing me: " the customer" asking of him to try to exude a unbiased attitude,open to all possibilities regardless where or which p was alternately right ,/ or wrong .t The other 2 c.s.a 's : one who was apparently heading- up the front -was off to the side and continued texting ,undisturbed by the tone of my tone changing drastically enough the other patrons immediately got this memo ; Fully .upset I plan on calling again ..I've tryed since 8 am ,( *they're open today, Easter 2022 ).. They don't like the phone ..while there it rang continuosly ,while no one mo VC Ed to acknowledge this by simply ...answering it ...??? Had to go to Falmouth to pick up curbside delivery,waited a half hour,decided to go in and unfortunately line to service desk was very long only one person working there. The girl who had my order found me in line and I left. As I was walking out spotted some nice flower buckets for $24.97 so I bought 6 of those and 2 $9.98 million bells buckets. Worth my trip to go to Falmouth today. Just need to have patience going out to stores these days, people don't want to work 🙄

Cute Walmart, it has mostly everything that you need but not being a super center it is limited. Walking around this location is alittle crazy too there's like pool toys on the left then pasta to your right and in front is baby clothes lol its alittle confusing. But other than that the employees were very professional & kind, clean store, not too crowded.

Shelves are a little misleading. Baked goods next to clothes and seasonal, groceries next to party supplies and home and garden... it is an odd layout, but this location is not usually very busy. They don't always have what you're looking for, but if you utilize their website you can get a good idea of what's on stock first.

Purchase a product online which wasn't available in another Walmart. Purchase Qunol sleep aid. Unfortunately employees taped over the instructions on the box, which when removed destroyed the necessary drug and dosing information. We had go back to the internet to find how much to take and medical interactions. I gave 4 stars for those two reasons. I'm disappointed by the actions of the Walmart employees.

Falmouth store isn't a supercenter, but it's still good. What's even better is that the Metro bus #7 drops you off at around 45 after the hour and picks back up at @10 past the hour. Easy in and out. Only reason why it's gets 4 stars is because there was only one cashier and everything else was self checkout!!!! It's even worse at the Supercenter in Scarborough!!!

This Walmart is in Falmouth, Me. While the people that work there are great, there curbside pickup is kinda slow. If you use this option, make sure you're not in a rush to get someplace. It could use a little work.

This is the best Walmart. The staff is always cheerful and helpful, and I love the greeters. It's not too big so you don't get lost, but they seem to have everything. The new layout is user friendly, and I love that you have expanded the grocery section. One stop shopping is handy. Thank you!

This Walmart is a little bit smaller than some of the other ones I’ve been to, but it has everything you love about this store. One of the cashiers was really friendly to me, and I appreciate that. I was able to overnight camp two days here so this beats the other location near the main mall if you need a rest up along I 95

This Walmart doesn't even feel like a Walmart, it's so awesome. The store isn't that big, so the selection isn't always fabulous - some products I can get in Scarborough I can't get here. BUT the people are wonderful and the environment is much nicer than most Walmarts - not the warehouse feeling that you usually get. From the way that the employees behave, they seem happy in their jobs and working well as a team, and as individuals they are always eager to help - I even saw one of them apparently clocking back in because a customer needed help in his department just as he was leaving. Just a really nice place.

I was going over to windham to grab groceries for my grandmother and do birthday shopping for my son I was looking for a product first gentlemen was able to help me with what I was looking for but on the other side I was trying to find a scooter for my son talk to the employee and he clearly didn't have the time was very rude about it other then that my shopping experience was great..

Being from California, I expect Wal-Mart stores to be dirty and filled with Ne'er-do-wells. I am always pleasantly surprised when I visit Wal-Mart stores just about anywhere else and find that they are clean and staffed by competent employees. This store is no exception. The people we encountered (employees and shoppers alike) were pleasant good-natured folk. I would happily shop here again.

I came in with my min pin who had been in constant grand mal cluster seizures for more than an hour. I was met at the door and Poppy was whisked away. Maybe 20 minutes later the Vet came out and said they had been giving her IV medication and fluids but it wasn't stopping her seizing. He took a history as best I could do it (I was a wreck) and discussed options. In the end I decided to end her suffering. The doctor had to heavily sedate her to get a few minutes of no seizing and brought her in on a nice blanket and gave me some time and came in and said the sedative would probably not hold much longer. He very professionally and respectfully administered the medication while I talked to her and stroked her. He carefully checked her heart and then gave me a few minutes to say goodbye. I could tell he was saddened as well. It wasn't a happy ending but I have nothing but praise for them. I will try to find the doctor's card and add it to my review.

Because of the back-to-back snowstorms a few weeks ago, the couch I ordered online was held up a bit - but Annette from Walmart worked with me over several phone calls and follow ups to track it down, and get it to the store as soon as possible. Once there, she gathered associates with alacrity to help hoist this large shipment into a waiting car, and sent me off with a wave. Huge thanks to her, Tim, and the rest of the team for making that the easiest transfer of furniture in recent memory!

It's smaller than every other Walmart I've been to. They don't have many of the things I normally find in the produce center. That notwithstanding, it has a variety of departments like most other Walmarts.

Too be honest they have the worst Customer Service. You try and call the store and you can't even reach anyone half the time and even then someone answer and hangs up on you right away.. I mean WTF... . Also most of the people on the front end just looks like they hate their life and hate their job. Some work and great at their job but most of them let the store down. It lacks drive to get jobs done and have customer service at good standard.... Needs better leadership over all to be honest.

They're trying to stick too much variety into a small location. They really shouldn't even have a grocery section, it takes away from the store as a whole. Really strange layout compared to others in the area. Would be worth 4 stars if they just accepted that it's small and took out grocery.

I live in Portland, and I usually go to the Scarborough store for groceries. But if I'm looking for clothes or pajamas (don't judge me, they've upped their game) you absolutely can't beat Falmouth. Not only do they have a larger selection, but it's always kept pristine. You can actually SEE what items they have, and my size is always in stock. Scarborough and Biddeford clothing section looks post apocalyptic in comparison. I'm not sure, but I really think they actually have more clothing items than other Walmarts.

Smaller Walmart, they have groceries but not produce. Movie theater next door, sometimes you can faintly hear the movies through the wall when you're standing next to it.
