Reviews of Brass Armadillo Antique Mall - Phoenix
The Brass Armadillo is a unique shopping experience. This place is sectioned off and each spot is rented out by different vendors. They have new & antique items. There is so much to look at, losing track of time is a given. If finding that treasure in the haystack is your type of shopping this place is for you.The weekends are busy so come during the week to avoid the crowds. The employees are very friendly. Definitely recommend visiting at least once if in the area.
This place is a utopia of treasures people are sleeping on!! I found the coolest stuff for dirt cheap and be ready to get lost. They have signs above the aisles so you won't get confused but some aisles have two names, one begins about halfway down the aisle. It's confusing but thankfully a personal shopper for the store came up to me twice during my visit and hauled my bigger picks behind the front counter and marked them for me. This was a great experience and I've already told everyone I know. It's retro games to handmade lamps, quilts, art for every genre. If you can think of it, this place has got it and I'll definitely be back soon to pick some sweet stuff!!! 🙂
Love this place! Come here for a trip down memory lane and to see and learn about those things that you never even knew existed! This store has it all! I picked up MJ's Thriller LP and also the DVD of Collateral with Tom Cruise and Jamie Fox. Last time I got Disney's Cars die cast mini set with Mack Semi Hauler and a 10" Star Wars BB-8 ceramic bank! You never know what you're going to get!
Beautiful i found the right items for my kids and wife the have a lot of things very good antiques vintages with years good prices if you are a collector this is the right place to come
Very clean , nice worker, doesn't take long to check out. So many thing to buy, looks at just a fun and great places to go.
Cool stuff! You never know what you will find. When people come in from out of town, I always bring them here. It's a cool place to walk around and you can always find a conversation starter. If you want to go through everything I would set aside 3-4 hours. I always have lots of fun here.
10/10 would recommend! This place is great! The staff is friendly and helpful. We had them hold some items up front while we finished up our shopping. When we were done they had inadvertently put them back assuming we had left because we had taken so much time in the store. However, they jumped right to locating them again and brought them all back up front. We also purchased a large four-piece bookshelf that was filled to the gills with tchotchkes that they very quickly unloaded and then brought out to our vehicle. Everyone is so nice and the booths are incredible. Prices are very reasonable and if you do happen to find something that happens to be at market value, it's still very fair given its condition. We were there for about 3 and 1/2 to 4 hours and we still didn't see everything. They have a rewards program called the antique army where you earn points towards store credit that you can use as money in the store. Just from our one purchase, we earned approximately $12. We would highly recommend Brass Armadillo for vintage and antique shopping.
Tons of browsing. In fact, it's a place to take your time and enjoy all the sights of the past. Don't hurry through.
I very much enjoyed shopping at both of the armadillo antique stores. There is always so much to see.
Fantastic store, filled with a wide variety of items and ever expanding their selection. I do wish they still had the cafe inside as sometimes I feel I really work up an appetite from walking around, but you're definitely bound to find a new treasure (or 5) walking around here. I'd suggest going early in the day if they have a sale, since this place can get packed.
Friendly employees, great comfortable atmosphere, definitely something for everyone. We bought a beautiful wood table and it looks great in our retro living room.
The place is packed to the gills, so it's a little hard to take everything in. There were only a few associates in the store, so when you found something within a locked case, it took a long time to get service. I was amazed at how many items, were just handmade junk, given an antique appearance, and price.
One of my favorite antique shops in the valley! They have so much and are very helpful, the employees are great and friendly. I was able to find a whole lot of reqlly great Christmas presents here. They have a great selection of vinyl, books, collector items, military antiques, coins, money, etc.
Quite simply put, this is the coolest store in the state. Both locations. I'm there just about once a month and see a thousand new things every time. Go have some fun, see some history and become an addict yourself. You won't regret it.
Place was HUGE. Employees were helpful, friendly and fast with getting items out of the cases. We really enjoyed our trip here. My only reason for 4 stars was just due to how hot it was in there, I was melting, got to the point I was rushing through everything just to get back to my cars a.c
had a great time here with my kids. now that metro mall is gone this antique shop is a fun place inside to go for kids to check out new/old things. since its now 100 degrees outside.
Huge antique mall with a LOT to choose from. Well laid out. I'd been on a shopping spree day and this was my last stop and my feet were worn out. I think I only made it about half way through and had to throw in the towel. The next time I visit, it will be my first stop!
This place is super cool and definitely unique! They have tons of vintage, antique collectibles on hand. Literally anything you can think of is in this store. Prices are all over the place because the vendors set their own but you can find some great deals if you look for them. The staff was very nice and they held a drawing for a free t-shirt while we were there! How cool is that? Highly recommend!!
Great antique/thrift store with lots of odds and ends from different vendors.
Unique place. Great antique items. Convenient hours. Something for everyone. Big mall type antique consign place. Have been a few times and enjoy going every time. Be prepared to spend a few hours if you wish to see everything.
This place is a hidden gem, they have great quality denim jackets. One of which I have bought and lots of history books on colonels. Records; antique dolls; license plates. Definitely worth a check out real quick through different stalls. Will be back.
Great fun for killing time on a lazy weekend. Always find cool stuff here. Wish I had a way to give it 4.5 stars bc the only thing I find annoying is the sellers that put a $15 price tag on a Walmart brand knife that cost $12 at Walmart. Other than that kind of stuff it's a great place to browse.
I love antique malls. Brass Armadillo Phoenix was great. Plenty of stalls overflowing with odds and ends, treasures and kitsch. With homemade and handmade items, and some more recent finds (snagged some Funko Pop figures for a collector I know), there’s pretty much something for everyone hiding in the stalls and cases if you’ve got the time to browse (or hunt!). This was a fun way to spend a morning, and they’re open all day!
Being go there for years!! Always new product... great service as usually! Maiden and Bucs..make for a Great Visit. There is a ton of rows of great stuff. Lots of sports and pop culture items. Check out, at this one is a little longer then normal. I suggest dropping off your stuff while your shopping. Very well we lit. I would like to see them clean their counters after every customer though. Never, in the decade I have been going there walked out empty handed.
Best thrift/knickknack we have been too, huge selection, good service, left with quite alot! It's all good stuff and almost no junk, I'm very particular about what I'm after, found more than I was expecting!
A couple things were overpriced like precious metals and coins but that's a vendor issue, overall solid 5 stars. They have two locations but we only stopped by one so cant speck on the other.
The Brass Armadillo is always a great time they have a great selection of antiques, collectables and just oddball stuff. If you want to see it all get there early or better yet set aside a couple of days. No matter what your looking for you'll probably find it at the Armadillo as well as a lot of things you didn't know you were looking for. The atmosphere is awesome and the employee's are super friendly and naligable. it's definitely not your run of the mill antique store. everyone should make the time to go check this place out it won't disappoint.
We love coming here and spend hours walking through. There are some good prices, you just have to take your time and fine THAT booth.
I could spend a whole day here and still not see everything. Such a cool place to adventure in even if you leave with nothing (which you won't lol).
I love this place especially waking up early, grabbing some coffe and walking the shops....and if I find someone I like...that's even better.
This place is soo F-ing awesome! I have never been to a place like this! It is 45 thousand sq ft, you have to have a lot of free time if you want to see everything. the prices are worth it. They have anything and everything you can think of!!! you will probably even find that one toy, you used to love as a child. that you have been searching for,for years. Seriously check it out you wont be disappointed!
You need at least 3-5 hours to get through each street depending on how fast you walk. Here are some pictures of what you might find there. I just didn't like the police and Rangers at the entrance like they have nowhere else to be.
The place sense Covid has changed. A lot of the classic deals who quality treasures have moved out. A lot of the booths are overfilled with yard sale or goodwill finds. I gave it a 4 star based on large amount of goods, plenty of customer service and random vendors.
So much to see. Free to get in and very friendly Staff. A nice pleasant walk and lots to Remind you of the old days. I like just walking around And On occasion make a purchase. I would recommend for any age
This place is AMAZING!! It's worth going here just for its museum-like experience!! There is literally something for EVERYONE here!!!
This place is a great treasure hunt! Found this horse I owned as a child. I had the saddle at home but no horse. My daughter spotted this horse without a saddle. I was so excited! My daughter wants to go back already! The workers were all kind and super helpful! Please be aware this will be a few hour adventure!
Awesome shop with lots of interesting articles. However, the area is very close to a homeless area. Worth the adventure... just be aware of your surroundings!
A really fun place to spend an hour or more looking at vintage, hard-to-find, and unique items. This is THE store for white elephant gift exchanges in my book. There’s such a wide variety of items. I always find something strange and incredible here.
This is a cool place to go and shop. It reminds me of the beloved flea markets. If you like old stuff this is best selection at the best price in Arizona.
So it is all too easy to come in and dismiss everything as "old" and whatnot, as I learned when I came in recently with friends. But there are all sorts of interesting items in this place that can be missed if one doesn't look closely. I've since come here for most of my jewelry and accessories and have my eye on some furniture too. Some of it is pricey but with some TLC and detailed placement, you can make it your very own and, in some cases, claim that no one in the world has anything like it.
Great place to visit. This center has really stepped it up over the years. It's clean, safe, great customer service. I remember when I used to go there 12 or so years ago, and it was full of bongs & pipes, sketchy venders and did not feel like an antique store what so ever. Very impressive!
This is one of my all time favorite places in the Phoenix valley. Tons of classic antiques set up in a vending-booth-style that makes it easy to wander through for hours. This is a super cool place to take a date or forget about life for a while.
Wow What a great place to shop for Anything you could think of! So clean & nicely displayed... Everyone is very nice & helpful! My friend & I spent over 3 hours & will go back soon! I can't wait 🤩 …
Unique items you won’t find at most places but they are proud of what they got. Some of the prices are outrageous considering they could be found at garage sales. The glass case items are a pain. You have to find someone to pull out an item that cost $2.00. Then they take it like you are going to walk off with said $2.00 item. Other than that, it is a cool place to find things.
If you love antiques or nick naks, this is the place for you. Tons of stuff to browse around and look at. Prices can sometimes be high, but you can find some deals now and then. Have fun!
Love it here ♡ ; So much items too buy & see from all the product is awesome ! I will buy gifts here if i want too find any .
The Brass Armadillo has a huge selection of vintage, eccentric, weird, and fun items from all types of collections. Browsing the booths is a fun way to spend a morning, and you'll probably find something to take home.
Loved walking through and seeing the thousands of items available. Found some perfect Beer glasses and a gift for a friend!
Perfect place for anyone to get literally almost anything its fantastic and the runners are friendly and quick definitely visiting again and telling more friends
If.yo8nare ever looking for a gift for someone who has everything, try Brass Armadillo! The only thing bad about the place is ALL THE CHOICES!! There are so many isles and THINGS! I LOVE IT!!
Fun place to find the rare thing you've you've looking for. Today was all about kitchen stuff. Who knows what next week will bring?! Great staff. Organized. COVID compliant. Love shopping in places like this!
Julie was awesome and the highlight of our visit. My son was so excited to have someone to talk about Doctor Who with!
I love this place! Shop Booth 72 for some awesome craft supplies, office storage solutions, and beautiful art work!
Thus place has a lot of stuff but make sure you have plenty if time and patience. It can be tough to find things but it's an interesting place to browse.
Really fun place to walk around when your baked. There’s a lot of interesting random stuff. The prices are okay, not too expensive, not super cheap, but If you find something that calls to you, that’s priceless.
It was interestingly huge place. Mostly antique not a thrift shop. Wide range of collectibles. So highly recommend this place.
Alot of great stuff. Spent hours just looking, bought a couple things and met and talked with a couple vendors. Everyone was friendly and answered questions.
This place is off I-17 and Cactus. My wife and I went into this Antique Mall. And we were floored by the amount of stuff they had in the building. We went in early in the morning, and before we knew it it was time for dinner. They're collectibles are out of this world. You need to stop in you will not be sorry!
I live to spend the day searching for hidden gems. This place ha. A Lot of stuff that you might have to look past(as in any thrift store)! but if you are persistent as I am you can find some INCREDIBLE finds here! Not great neighborhood though lock car for sure! But very cool people inside! Fun atmosphere, good peeps, great deals. Fun way to spend an otherwise lazy afternoon!
No joke about the neighborhood though, lock your car LoL then enjoy this hidden pheonix gem!
Make sure you gave plenty of time and are ready to do a lot of walking. Something for everyone and great prices! Bought this cute little snowman as a gift.
I visited this place today and was impressed at the selection and variety of their stock. I've gone to quite a few antique stores in this city but so far, if you are someone who grew up in the '80s or '90s, there are a lot of very specific things you might be looking for if you are trying to recapture your youth by purchasing stuff, and brother, this place has a lot of that stuff. The entire time I was there I wouldn't shut up about how much cool stuff I was able to find. If you enjoy shopping at antique stores and are in the Phoenix area, this is definitely one you need to go visit. Oh yeah, almost forgot to mention the best part. I was repeatedly shocked by how fair the prices were at this place. If you are looking for colorful glass petal style lamps, or the Tiffany style lamps, most antique stores will sell these things for many hundreds of dollars. Almost everyone I was able to find in this place was under a hundred bucks. Time and time again I found stuff that was priced about half what I thought it would be. Absolutely the best antique store I've been to, ever.
I never know what I will find from vintage basketball cards to antique radios furniture, gems, stones, knives. Awsome place!
Always fun to spend a few hours browsing all the stuff, and maybe find a rare treasure or two.
This place is amazing! It's massive with lots of treasures to be found and friendly staff. If you love antiques this is the best place in the valley.
This place is huge and I always find something to buy as do my friends. Clean and well organized.
This place is a super mall of interesting doodads and gadgets/trinkets. Something for everybody and always a fun hour of exploration.
Great place as always has amazing stuff, if your looking for certain items great place.
Very friendly place and LOTS AND LOTS of great antiques and modern things to choose from. Great selection
I found a watch that I have been looking for, for many years here. Low priced and just a beautiful watch. Pics to follow.... This place is awesome. I could spend all day in here.
This place is so fun to shop at. I go with my little nephew and my mother and all of us find stuff there that we could not find anywhere else. It's so much more than an antique mall, all sorts of very fun and memorabilia from all different genres and subjects. They do also have a lot of jewelry, clothing, hard to find toys and items from when you were a kid. The list is so long of fun stuff that you can find there. There must be a few hundred boots and each one of them is a different seller, so it creates a huge variety of stuff to look at and buy.
Awesome place. They are a consignment store for all kinds of collectibles and antiques.
So many things! Very unique! I could spend hours and hours there! The staff was so friendly and hrlpful!!
This is a great place to look for unique antiques and other odds and ends. Plan on spending a couple of hours there in order to see everything. Prices very as each area is individually owned (on consignment). Their stuff is always changing and is great for X-Mass and or unusual gifts as well.
So. Much. Stuff. All good stuff to browse, but definitely requires multiple trips to take it all in.
Something for everyone, from the casual browser to the serious collector. Always a fun trip. You will spend hours here.
Love going here. We spend hours looking around. So much different things to see and always great finds! Staff is always helpful. Even my children leave with something they find! Great prices too
A must visit if you're an antique and collectible aficionado. I make a point to come here every time I'm in they Phoenix area. They also have a rewards program through their website. Worth checking out if you're a local.
Nice place but a lot of current collectibles when I was looking for more antiques.
A fun and interesting place to walk through and view and purchase antique, collectables, art work
Such a fun place! Something new and different every time we visit. We ALWAYS end up buying something here.
I can spend the whole day in this store. Fun grown-up place for sure.
Extremely huge, very unorganized if your looking for one type of item. You can find none or 5+ scattered throughout the store.
Its basically an indoors garage sale
This store and their location in Goodyear are perfect for antique shopping, junkin' or whatever you want to call it! Plan on spending several hours because there is a lot to look at! Practically anyone who enters will experience some kind of nostalgia and it is rare that you would walk away empty handed! Anytime is a great time to visit, good for those rainy day blues too!
Not a bad spot to find old Knick knacks. It well organized and it’s fun to browse. Not a good selection for art or furniture though.
You could spend hours in here ! full of amazing things for everyone to enjoy. You are guaranteed to leave with something.
Awesome place they had everything I could have ever needed.
A good amount of junk, but some valuable gems if you know what to look for
Our favorite antique store. Plan to spend several hours. We always find something unique.
Awesome place! Antiques and lots of neat stuff. Can take up to a whole day to go through the place and see what all is there. Staff is friendly and usually comprised of the vendors themselves
It's fun! Always find something. Love going on the discounted days (i.e. 15% off). One of our many pieces we found there is an old lamp. We had to modify it (electrically) but it's beautiful. We find antiques and put them to good use. :)
Wow! This shop was amazing and HUGE! I had so much fun visiting. I need a month or too to see it all!
Friendly staff. Amazing antique selection. Just a fun place to go.
One of my favorite shopping places when I am looking to replenish my inventory for my vintage store. I usually only go when they are having a store wide sale because the regular prices are a little too much. They need to have. More sales with deeper discounts.
This place is great! There's something for everyone. Antique and new jewelry, antique furniture, antique home goods, collectable toys from then and now. Theres also a gentleman right up front who buys and sells coins and buys native American jewelry. Very patient with questions and knows what he's talking about!
One of the two antique stores/malls I go to! Huge selection of antique items, amazing place for anyone interested in collecting anything! 10/10 recommend!
If you have time to waste. Come here! Take your time walking around and you will find affordable goodies. Affordable! Worth the visit. Worth the stop. Take your time to look around. I found some amazing nostalgic items that I haven't seen in years. Also not everything is antique. This place has jewelry all over the place and amazing clothes. I get all my tie dye shirts here.
Sold some gold coins. Fair price, easy process..
Tons of stuff!! Definitely the place to go when looking for antiques or collectables!
Wow! I could spend hours looking around here. Great place for unique gifts!
Fun place to visit and dig through the antiques. Always find something I want. Big place with moderate prices. You probably wont be able to haggle on prices here, but sometime find a steal. A good way to kill a few hours.
Can easily lose an entire day in this place. It's so heavily layered with fascinating artifacts of all kinds that you can almost do circles
Great place to treasure hunt, it's so big that if I went there everyday I'd see something different. Large variety STAFF is courteous and friendly and helpful. You see something behind the glass case and you'd like to look at it handle it just push on of the isle buttons and an attendant will be there shortly there after to assist you hope this helps I love the brass armadillio.
Love this place!!! Some much to see!
Love this place. I found everything I was looking for. They had great prices too. Two thumbs up. 👍👍 went there again on Friday. Bought a lot of silver from a coin dealer. He had everything I was looking for. I just love this place. They have got alot of great antiques as well. Five star rating …
A great antique mall. Very large and some really neat stuff.
After passing by this spot countless times on my way to work i finally got the chance to stop in here. Lots of old junk and nicknacks all over the place. Cool spot to check out and gaze your peepers on some stuff. Didnt end up buying anything but I liked the spot.
They have all kinds of trinkets , odds and ends. Nothing is ever there on the shelf fortoo long! You never know what treasures you're going to find from day 2 day. The prices are pretty fair n reasonable as well!
This Antique Mall is huge!! You're bound to find what you're looking for, gift ideas or just something unique and interesting. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time, you'll need it if you want to check out the whole mall. Some items you're even able to bargain. Happy Hunting!
This place is great for Pokémon cards. My young son loves running the glass cases to see what new cards he can add to his collection.
Not as good as some of the other locations I've been to. I found this one to Quite small in a comparison. Still regardless to the size.
The energy. The vibe. It's definitely a place you can burn a few hours and learn a few new things.
We absolutely love shopping. Vintage and collectibles being high on our list. This is the place. You could spend days in here. That's how big the place is. Loved it. The staff and vendors are great.
Very cool place even to just walk around in. So much variety of collectable and nostalgic items to see. Before you know it, you're leaving with at least something cool. Love the way it's organized and so fun to just walk around in. But likely you will buy something 😏 …
I've loved this place since I was 5 years old!
Place is a treasure cove with so much to look at you can spend hours here. Word to the wise dont bring small children here as they will want to run around and good luck keeping them contain.
Lots to see. Very neat, clean and organized. Very large place.
They have everything you could ever want and if they don't they might be able to get it for you or one of their vendors might. I was looking for an old good steel straight edge razors for shaving and they didn't disappoint. We visited a couple of booths and I found a nice German steel razor in great shape, just need to stop it for the edge.
We so enjoy going to your antique mall. The staff there is delightful, and gets excited for our good finds right along with us. We get excellent service at showcases with Rose and Patty and enjoy Ross and James at the checkout stand. All of our fragile items are well wrapped by the staff as well. Thank you for a great shopping experience.See you again this weekend!!!
Amazing. Was first time being there... I usually go to the one in Goodyear
Fun place to spend hours at for everything you didn't know you needed!! Seriously, a rare gem for the old odd, and unique. Found this for my oldest daughter...where else could you??
LOVE this place!! I can never get through the entire store in one trip - it's SO huge!! It truly has something for everyone. Even *some* husbands won't complain about coming along! 😆
My 10 year old granddaughter loves it here as well. My daughter brings her often. We both got her some birthday presents here - she's just the right age for tea parties!!
Awesome place to cruise around at antiques and collectable. Friendly staff .
I love this place!!!! Hadn't gone in years and glad my boyfriend suggested we go because I found this awesome gem for only $20 get compliments on it all the time. Can't want to stop back in!
Nice clean cool antique shop. Very organized, tons of stuff to look at. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Kept our items up front while we looked around
So many treasures, so little time...this place can be overwhelming but so worth the stroll thru each aisle...
So neat to see so many random items. Bought things I didn't know I needed.
I love the Brass! I've been coming here for years! I recommend you grab your shopping cart because if you love Antiques, collectibles, books, clothing, and some outrageous, funky stuff, whatever it is you're looking for, I think you will find it here! I recently brought family in from out of town and they loved it! I do recommend you plan on being here for a few hours as there is so much to explore! It truly is a great place and a day of fun! Oh, and if you're really lucky, you may be able to speak to some of the dealers or a celebrity has been known to shop the mall! Just saying! Have fun!!
Okay experience. This one though is really outdated a lot more than the modern one in Goodyear. The staff here are decent but the store itself had a bad vibe inside. There was a lot of variety but nothing really appeared to my interests at the time. I went here during my 2019 vacation to the Phoenix area.
This is a fun and quirky antique mall. There's a little bit of everything here. Weird handmade antiques? Check. Kitschy plastic mugs from a well known oatmeal brand? Check. Vintage bartop sex meter? Absolutely!
A blast from the past. Things you grew up with now antiques wow. A treasure trove of merchandise in a large AC building.
Very unique and fun place to go. The staff is very helpful and very nice!
Omg I can't believe it took me years to come here... I won't ever shop anywhere else for vintage
Interesting place. Many unique items at various prices. Check it out. Friendly workers who are willing to assist with loading large purchases. Be prepared to spend some time there. A lot to see.
Huge place and takes hours!! I will say they have great variety, but the prices were crazy!!!
Brass Armadillo is my favorite store in the world, that's all I have to say about that
Despite bad neighborhood this is a great place. Clean, lots of boots with wide variety of vintage and antique items, great customer service and fair prices. Excellent choice for a date - just bring coffee!
Huge place to explore with all sorts of cool antiques (and a few modern items here and there). Tons of parking and easy to navigate.
This is a class 1 Antique Mall.
Wow! This place is huge! There is more to see than is possible in one visit.
Fun place to walk through and was able to bring my dog there also
A lot of cool stuff to look at.
I was surprised at how large it was and as organized as it could possibly be. Lots of variety and full of pleasant surprises. Worth a stop in. I got through half of the store in 2 hours.
It was my first time visiting at this location with my family and the staff were amazing! They were so patient and friendly with us while picking out the treasures in each case. Lots of gems to look at 10/10
This place is just fun to wonder around. I'm not an antiquer by any means but it is nice to just see what there is to see.
I've been here several times often with a goal in mind that isn't ever satisfied but I find something else to buy; this time a snowman for next Christmas.
If you are set on finding a thing, good luck. If you just want to look at things and maybe find a random item you don't need, this is the spot.
Love our booth 138. And case 83. I 17 and CACTUS Antiques, collectables Pretty rocks and more... take a card if we don't have what you're looking for we will do our best to find it for you. Thank you for your patronage.
Great antique mall in a not so gear area.
Not unsafe feeling to park and go inside but just be aware of your surroundings in this area. Nice place inside, people are friendly and helpful.
They work hard up front to check you out. They care about your experience with them and when it gets busy they are not shy from asking for help from the volunteers. You can see the family within. Its a great place to find a gem and a better place to see a diversity of people come together for the good of your personal experience. AGAIN my book! Just checking out all the cool new treasures that have been saved from our landfill! Quality furniture is still attainable and affordable.
Fun place to shop. Lots to look at
Loved this place. There's so much to see here and there's a lot of variety as well. We found a great antique table and chairs for a good price. Customer service was excellent and they even helped us load items into the truck.
I don't get to go that often because it takes me 2 hours to get there, but when I do get a chance and find some great treasures.
Staggeringly huge. Usually I just go to thrift, vintage or antique shops to browse. You might want to come with a game plan, or come back in stages. This place is very big and there's so much to see. Great quality merchandise.
It was like looking at a room full of your childhood memories. Such a wonderful thrift shop and things for sale that I haven't seen since my Grandma's House in the 1980s-90s.
I highly recommend this place.
Always a fun experience getting to check out antiques
My favorite place. I find all my treasures here.
Everything from old license plates to pokemon cards and vintage furniture. Things are well priced and staff is friendly. Great way to spend an afternoon.
So excited! I used to go to the Brass Armadillo in Iowa and didn’t realize there was one in Phoenix!! Got my husband a matching candy machine. He got the red one from his grandfather. Works great!
Lots of interesting things to look at here. Overall the selection was unique and definitely worth repeat visits. My only gripe was that some of the ladies attending to us seemed to be in a bad mood. It made us feel as if we were interrupting or annoying whenever we asked to look at items within the display cases. Ultimately, we decided against purchasing anything as we didn't want to ring the bells. Perhaps we may come back again, or simply try their other location in Goodyear.
There's a lot of stuff and a lot of things that are by no means antiques, but fun to walk through
Lots of stuff in there / old stuff & collectibles good service !
Very unique, eclectic items. Bring your walking shoes as it is a large store. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Always a fun place to go and find things. It's like a treasure hunt at either location you go to. If you've been to this location and you have time someday, definitely go check out their location in Goodyear. I always leave with something it seems like.
Very fun place good prices if you can't find it there you don't need it
Great atmosphere, lots of antiques and vintage items. Very clean and the customer service is out of this world
Enjoy looking at all of the antiques. Love the fact there's no one hassling you throughout the venue.
This place is absolutely HUGE! You walk in the door and there are always a bunch of people there to help you get things out of cases or find what you're looking for. My 4 star rating is based on variety, ease of navigating around the store, friendliness of staff & cleanliness of store. As for quality of product - it's an antique mall, each individual vendor decides what they put in there. Not really a real "Antique" place - you won't find nice antique furniture or quality brand name products. But you will find a lot of collectibles type stuff.
Way to much stuff, don't think your going to run in and run out their is so many booths with great stuff if you hurry you might miss something so take your time and enjoy.
They keep adding more stuff all the time.
Coolest store you could ever go to. The amount of history in this store is endless. Quite fascinating.
This place is cool, theres so much to see! The place is huge!
Ugh, after three hours here I walked out with a lamp that I love and actually went back the next day to purchase it's mate! This place is huge and I didn't get to see it all. Definitely will be returning here.
Fun place to kill some time! Stop by case #75 & 381 great fun stuff & great deals!
I love how much variety there is and very fair prices
This place is amazing! Give yourself a lot of time to look at everything. I mean you need hours. Even take a lunch break and go back. You won't be disappointed
Huge selection. Endless aisles. Friendly staff.
Awesome place! Will definitely come again!
Lots of unique items, always friendly and helpful staff.
You can find just about anything that you didn't need at the brass armadillo and you can make offers on some stuff on certain days I don't remember the days but it's worth your time to go there and lock walk around and it is like walking through Walmart there's stuff everywhere
This place has everything that will trigger a memory from your past. To be able to see and purchase these items is awesome. Then have them all use 1 roof? Priceless
Fun place to go visit and look around at some really vintage stuff!
Who knows you might find something you haven't seen in years. You might find something that you like. Give the brass armadillo a visit sometime. I believe you will have an interesting time.
Alot of different things to shop for i collect different items so for me great place
Some vendors seem to price way too high making space rent off 1 sale but others price to sale. Can not look at all in a hour or 2 plane on most of day. Do need a snack area like before.
It is an interesting place. Basically it is a large indoor flee market. There are a lot of old stuffs, including jewelry, coins, toys, collectibles, antique porcelain, and etc. Unfortunately I cannot tell whether some of the antique or jewelry are real or faked. You cannot negotiate the price.
Cool place with lots to see!! Bring your$$$$ your gonna find all kinds of things you want and didn't even know you needed!!
Oh yeah bring lots of time too!!! This place is BIG!!
Loved it always great finds
They have a decent selection of pokemon card dealers. My kids and I enjoy coming here to look and find cards we are in to. Lots of things to browse through. Highly recommend!
Variety of antiques and modern items. If you want to feel like you are in a time machine this is the place to go. You will get a blast from your past there.
Cool place to find those things u forgot about will be returning 😊 …
Very large Antique Mall top quality inventory. We go every time were in the Phoenix area. There are two here and one in Des Moines Iowa which we also frequent. Bought six items and feel we got fair pricing for these for the quality we looked at. Spent over two hours didn't look at everything. Fun day loved there music not loud but very comfortable. Phill
I just moved to Phoenix from L.A. a few months ago and I have already been here 4 times and to the Goodyear location as well.
Always a great experience! Huge antique mall with a little bit for everyone and a huge selection for vintage aficionados like myself.
Plus the staff is always friendly, ready with a smile, professional and very helpful
Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Highly recommended‼️‼️
I always enjoy walking around when I get the chance. Always find something interesting in one of the cases.
Rows upon rows of antiques, knickknacks, and assorted goods. The only downside is that each cabinet is a different vendor, so there is little to no organization if you go is looking for a certain kind of thing. Go there with time to browse and you'll find tons of interesting oddities and a surprisingly well-oiled machine to get help/make a purchase.
Friendly helpful staff and I always find something I cant live without! So many things to see. It will take a few hours to see alllll the booths. Wide variety for all different tastes.
Lots of cool stuff to look at and buy
It's an amazing place. Kinda like the indoor swap mart, but without the sellers there. A lot of antiques, but also a lot of new current items as well. Very fun way to spend a few hours.
I enjoy spending. A few hours here. You never know what you may find.
Nice set up with many collectibles to check out. Spend some time large amount of antiques and vintage items.wear your walking shoes! The only thing missing was a little malt shop. will be back! Arizona mike
The staff was amazing, so helpful, and they made checking out very fast
I was fabulous and the store manager Jesse was absolutely fantastic
This is an amazing place to shop and just browse. Taking my grandson this weekend so he can start buying cards to add to his collection. He likes to collect.
Their case section is very organized for the most part and it is very easy to pick out what you want since the employees are very attentive and quick to help unlock things upon request. There are also quite a few vendors with pokemon cards and merchandise. Some even had factory sealed Booster packs for reasonable prices!
Giant store, has an absolutely staggering amount of antiques knickknacks and curios. If you enjoy those kinds of things you will not be disappointed.
Be warned prices on some items are decided pretty much at random.
What a awesome place! Antique items galore and items that will take you down memory lane. Plan on being here awhile. We spent 2 hours and only saw half the place. We are definitely going back !
Great place to get everything you need
I live this place there's new stuff Weber day, I like going at night it's so helpful they're open so late
Great finds if you keep your eyes peeled
Amazing selection of so many different amazing and fascinating things to not only look at but to purchase for cheap too! I couldn't believe how cheap some of the coolest things were, it's great. If you have time to take a look, I definitely recommend it for sure! No disappointments.
This place is awesome. It's like going to a new store each time you go as the inventory changes. It's fun to visit and see all of the collections and trinkets. Great if you need a gift for a hard to shop for person.
I just love this place. Some magical new find every time 😊 if only they would quit eyeballing me like a theif when I'm a frequent paying customer. Other than that, love it …
Great place to shop Christmas in July! Amazing case's and row's of items for everyone, now go shopping you will be amazed!
I love this place. It's such a big store. I was in it for almost 2 hours and still didn't get to see everything they had. I love thrifting so I have no problem spending more than 2 hours here! It is dusty so beware if you have allergies but makes sense when there's things older than 20 years old in there lol
A lot of stuff to see. We were there for 4 hours looking at everything.
Pack a lunch people because your going to want to make a day out of this trip. The Brass Armadillo has anything and everything antiques and collectibles. It's like walking down memory lane for me, seeing all the items my grandparents use to have. The items here are priced very good because the store is broke down into many many sections that are rented out and the renters bring in there items to display and sell on there own little real-estate. Always watch for deals as some people might be running a sale on their section. The people that work here are super duper nice and always willing to help you with whatever it is you may need. I have purchased everything from coin and jewelry to tools and furniture and never once had any negative issues except for spending a little too much money lol. They do post store wide savings events so be sure to check the website and stop in soon and meet the friendly staff at The Brass Armadillo and tell em Mike sent ya.
It's a great place, lotsa fun.
Great place to find new treasures! The parking lot is spacious just like the store; however, the constant people walking around remind you to lock your doors. Friendly and helpful staff
This place is a hidden gem !! Can't believe how many random things I found here. Easily could spend a few hours going thru the whole place. Only downside for me was items being a bit over priced.
This place is great and bigger than expected. You can seriously check this place out for a few hours and still want to keep looking around. Each booth has something different and unique to satisfy really anyone that comes in. From collectibles, clothes and knick knacks to furniture there truly is something for everyone here. Love taking my 2 yr old son there as well to walk around
Love this one lace endless amazing treasures. Some can be overpriced but if you do your research you can figure out the bad ones
Really liked the layout here, had a lot of interesting items and if I wasn't needing to fly home I would have been interested in taking more than a few home. Some rare and valuable items are hidden in there if you know what you're looking for (I'm not gonna say which though- I want to come back and get them myself 😉). I especially like when you get out of the glass case isles and go into the real meat of the store. They keep everything organized by themes like "military surplus" or a booth with rockabilly vibes. The only real detriment is that these sections are a bit harder to maneuver if there are lots of people there, but this is minor and not really their fault. They have so many items in the store I think anyone would have a hard time making it any wider without having to crunch somewhere else. Give them a visit! 4/5
Vintage items throughout a warehouse of inventory that includes collectible items dating back to the 1800s from coins, dolls, comics, military memorabilia, anything your imagination can think of. I would recommend coming early in the morning as you will be there all day since there is so much to explore.
A lot of stuff, but nothing great. And the homeless/drug activity in the area makes it not worth going.
I like checking out antique stores from time to time and Brass Armadillo is one of the biggest and most diverse I've ever been in. Almost every time I visit, I find something neat to take home. I tend to gravitate towards old military artifacts and fossils, while my wife looks for cool tea cups and jewelry, all of which are plentiful here. I feel that this location has better stock than the Goodyear location, but that's just me.
Absolutely love this place. It can be a lot to take in, but that one unique gift you've been searching for, that replacement mixing bowl for your 70's set, or that fancy ashtray you've been wanting? It will be here. It's hard to describe in a brief rating, but definitely worth checking out.
Love this place! It's not just antiques! Lots and lots of stuff! your just gonna have to go see for urself!! I went in at 9am came out at 645pm!!! Yes! I bought alot of stuff!! Cheap!! Go 👀 for your self!! …
Love this place. You can find the most unique stuff, my kids love finding old toys and such
Love this place! Definitely gonna stop by again! It feels like a museum!
This place is HUGE! We spent 4 hours there and could not get through it all. Staff is very nice and helpful. Huge parking lot. They have small carts to shop with. Bathrooms kept clean. Places to sit in front of the store to take a break while you shop. They are open every day 9-9 except for Christmas. Most of the dealers over charge a bit, but still good deals to be had. Nice to find hard to find items.
Always enjoy going there and seeing everything that's on display. And you almost always find something to buy
Very big, very nice place! So much to see! Very friendly staff... and a small waiting area to rest with tables and chairs.. too much to see in 1 visit!
Huge place. Definitely set aside some time. I really liked it, however some of the items were priced high for being used. I don't mind purchasing used items, but not for its original price or close to it. I still enjoyed all the items they had though. Takes you back in time! It was my first visit & I am looking forward to going back.
This was the greatest antique/thrift mall I have ever been at. The staff is so kind, and my partner and I spent THREE HOURS in here looking at all the wares, and we could have spent more time. The music they play is fun and the variety of items is unparalleled! Go here!!! If you are into thrifting while you travel and pass through Phoenix this is the only place you need to stop at!
This place is pretty amazing and huuuuugggee. I think I didn't about 8 hours exploring it with a break for lunch. Things are generally priced at a reasonable retail value, though many dealers offer discounts if you ask at register. Very few items seemed overpriced, but even fewer were priced too low. Don't expect to find things you'll easily sell for a profit, but if you're looking for a new treasure for your collection or a new piece to decorate with, you may just find it somewhere in the miles and miles of stalls at the Brass Armadillo.
I'm not going to even comment on the ridiculously high prices because there's only so much that can be said about that. The sellers have what you want and their inability to be flexible on their prices says a lot about themselves along with the company. The selection is good and that's all that matters!
Cool place with a lot of interesting stuff
If you're looking for a good deal on a present this is the spot. The staff here is very helpful huge parking lot so always ample parking including handicap and dog friendly believe it or not but you got to keep your hands on your dog or
you know going to get away from you it's so easy to get lost in the past when entering the store I relived so many memories just walking down one aisle that I went through a full range of emotion I would think it's probably a pretty good place to take a date too cuz there is a lot to look at I highly recommend you stopping to the brass armadillo and even if it's not something big something small purchase it .
Tons of great shops all in one place. We loved it
Friendly people , clean, great music and such a huge variety of things!
Love to see unique items and warp yourself into the past, this place is amazing for that. You can get lost in this place for hours! It almost a fun date night type of place to visit!!
Easily the best Antique spot in the valley. I always stop when I'm in the north central part of Phoenix....and sometimes even when I'm not in the area....for comic books.
Today's visit was excellent I found some good DVD's no Mel Gibson's apocalypto
The place was pretty busy but the people were friendly and helpful. The prices were good on a lit of the antiques and they had a great deal of variety.
Love browsing thru all their stuff, even though I own alot of antiques you just never know what might catch your eye!
Very kool and unique spot for antiques and one of kind finds. You will need a couple of hours to walk the whole place. Very nice staff
Nice places something for everyone.
Nice place hundreds of dealers, many kinds of antiques.
I absolutely love browsing through the different booths.
Excellent selection, wonderful staff, clean and organized, wonderful security. A guy tried to steal a big piece and the young man jumped right in front of him! Awesome! Reasonable prices, no complaints.
Neat stuff there. I could of stayed hours there looking for treasures. Unfortunately we were short of time since we were driving thru. Found a beautiful ring . Prices were reasonable.Huge place. I lobed it!
Found a few great items here. Loved how unique this place is. It's like a time warp a bit into some of Arizona history. A MUST visit at least once if you live in AZ or are visiting. 👌 …
LOVE this place!
It’s a HUGE antique mall filled with all kinds of fun and eclectic collectibles. They’re sure to have merchandise from whatever you’re into, from Star Wars to Beanie Babies to antique cameras.
The staff is very helpful and friendly.
The facility is clean and spacious.
The selection is always changing and there’s plenty to explore!
I like coming here all the time. 10/10 would recommend checking his place out.
Cool place to shop though it is more of a swapmeet than antique mall. Goodyear location is a bit better/nicer and no tweekers/homeless roaming the parking lot. Go to phx location before dark.
Excellent customer service, and something for everyone.
MASSIVE INVENTORY. Nice people. Very cool place. I was there an hour and saw 60% of it. Bought a cute vintage bracelet for my girlfriend. They have a rewards program, too, which is a cool bonus.
This collection of booths is filled with alot of interesting old and new home accessories. The personnel was helpful contacting booth owners. It was easy to distance from others. Arrows to direct traffic might help. I went on a week day so there were few shoppers.
Lots of eclectic stuff to choose from. Many items brought back younger memories. I like the old piped in music as I'm shopping
I love going back in time, always find things that remind me of my childhood. I appreciate art and collectibles. This place is truly a diamond in the rough. Love it. Every one is always nice.
This place is amazing, organized, and well staffed. The lady that greets you at the front and gives you instructions is just the best
Huge place with tons of things. Like all the things! This place has some thing for everyone. From toys to old license plates. The staff is super friendly. The prices vary, but seem mostly reasonable. Parts of the isles can be cluttered and overwhelming. small pathways can cause congestion, but it's not like a deal breaker. I will definitely be going back!
Right off the freeway. Lots of parking. At the time of this review (June 20), staff are all wearing masks and hand sanitizer on carts for when you want to handle items. I appreciate that care for their clients. Huge facility! Clean and well run. Staff are friendly. Open late which is nice to get put of the house after work. Will take you 4 hours + to get through all the aisles if you are moving quickly.
I don't know why they call this place an "antique" mall, 80% of what's there is this kind of stuff. A few older decent things in the mix, but you'll spend a couple hours weeding through the junk to find them.
Great place! It has something for everyone if you have enough time. It's like a mini Smithsonian! I understand volunteers work there and that is fine. I don't understand why they congregate right inside the door making it a congested area hindering the new people coming in who might need directions or even instructions on how to navigate the aisles to find what you might be looking for.
So many things in this place! Love it!
This place is huge! We didn't make it thru every aisle. They were having a 15% off everything sale.
This is the mecca of thrift, antiques and hard to find items! You could spend hours in here just looking at all the stuff and seriously go broke if you wanted to buy everything that you like! It's well organized and all priced right. What's impressive is the sheer amount of stuff and how it isn't cluttered and easy to shop! Even if you don't want to buy anything, it's great to take the kids or family just to see the history. It is like a museum too!
This place is amazing! Went there to find some old vinyl albums & it didn't disappoint. Wish I had more time to explore this place it's freakin huge!! The one I went to is I-17 & Cactus. Signed up for there rewards program which was easy peasy. The staff there are super friendly & very helpful & the store is very clean. I will definitely be going back. Thx!
It's a fun place to sho around for unique items even deals you weren't expecting
I love this store! It seems to have a better turn over in inventory as compared to the sister store on McDowell. The store does feel more cluttered and a little messy than the store on McDowell. We always find fun things to buy, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We will continue to come back.
This place was just great, oh man did they have alot of great stuff. there was so much stuff I felt like I was getting lost in a good way. They had dollar cheeseburgers today and 50 cent hot dogs. It was a good family feeling place. WARNING: You will need to start browsing early in the morning to make sure you get a good look at everything. Great place very nice people. 5 stars as deserved.
Always find cool unique items I love and enjoy coming and buying items you won't find everywhere
This is our favorite store for treasure hunting. We can usually find something unique and cool. Its a fun day out to explore thier many different dealers.
Love spending hours walking with family and finding awesome and unique vintage items for the whole family
Amazing selection of new and old. Guaranteed to find something that will make you smile.
We found a wonderful China cabinet from the 30's and it was in great condition. When it came time to purchasing and loading up this furniture, the staff was extremely helpful and had it removed from display to the front very quickly.
Will absolutely go back for more nostalgic shopping.
Great place to go shopping if you have a little extra money they have just about everything there.
You really never know what you will find here! We could easily spend hours waking around and checking everything out. Everyone in the family can find something they like here. They sometimes have the radio station in for different events. My son went into their prize wind booth and won 4 tickets to the Wildlife Zoo! We collect different antiques and hardly ever leave without anything in hand. Fun for everyone!
My favorite antiquing spot! I can spend hours here! I feel like I'm in someone's attic enjoying their collections. It's like a museum a sneak peek into past decades, a real treat! I can literally buy some kind of treasure every time I visit! The staff is friendly, and I also like to look for the many armadillos hiding throughout the mall!
If it wasn't so far out of the way it would have gotten 5 stars. Prices are reasonable and the selection is huge. I think it's the biggest antique store I've been in. Also enjoyed the organization. Every aisle is named and every case is numbered and they give you a map
I loved the location in Goodyear but im really impressed with this location. Many vendors gave discounts and some even offered a military discount which i appreciate so much. We left with so many things to add to our collection and both kids found some treasures. This place has something for everyone. All price ranges and collector levels. Believe me they got it. Plan to spend several hours.
Many years ago I stumbled on this place while meeting up with my sister. I lost all track of time wandering through the aisles admiring all the treasures. I regularly go back to look for some interesting gift or something perfect to fit in my home. Fun and eclectic place to visit.
Could spend hours and hours, and lots of $$, always find something. Today's finds.
I love this store. I can go and spend all day at brass armadillo. And I have. They have almost everything you can imagine from antique items to newer items. The customer service is great I haven't had a bad experience with anybody who works at the brass armadillo and had pretty much says it all. Thanks brass armadillo you are one of my favorite stores.
I love the Brass Armadillo. I've been a Brass Armadillo dealer for 4 years and I've been a customer for over 20 years and I like the people, I like the stuff that they have and there are some vendors there that have amazing prices that are below market value on Collectibles and such. Great place altogether. the only thing I would say that they could do different that would be a big draw for me would be to have another cafe or sub shop like they used to have back years ago. It'd be nice to be able to grab a bite to eat and get something to drink because it can take two days to get through the place because it's so big
Love this place, a little something for everyone of all ages. If you know where to look you can find some hidden gems. The workers here are very helpful and kind. Can literally spend hours walking along the aisles and just revisiting like some kind of time capsule.
If you like Black Karate & Burnt Diesel fuel. Well look no further you have found the Dusty Moth Balls.... so go on in and take your hat off glossy an stay awhile. Because it will take about 3 solid days to lurp through all the goodness that is there they offer. So enjoy it really is s cool place to see lots of goodies 😊...... …
I had family in town and they love antique shopping. I found you on Google search and WE were extremely satisfied with our visit. We purchased comic books and a small end table my Mom had been looking for. Our 2hr trip searching for treasures in A.C. was perfect. We are already planning our return trip.
What a fun place. It's not particularly accessible if you're needing a wheelchair though as there is a few places with tight corners.
But it's a real eclectic mix in there. Defintely a fun place.
Some vendors think their stuff is worth much than that it is, but there's plenty of great deals to have.
So much to see, an all day experience! Lots of nice vintage finds at very reasonable prices. Plan on all day long for this super store.
This shop is amazing and jam packed with some really awesome pieces. They have small items like jewelry and collectable items to large items like furniture. It is quite a large store. If you plan to visit, and want to make sure you see everything, plan to be there for at least an hour and a half. All the employees are awesome, super helpful and conversational.
Often on the expensive side...but great quality finds.
This place is so rad. It's like a time machine for me.
Always great stuff around to look at and to buy. The staff are nice and there are sales that happen fairly frequently too such as 20 or 25% off everything or everything in the cases. Definitely leave yourself a lot of time to look around because there is so much to see. The only thing I don't like about it here is it's always warm. The air doesn't work well or they don't turn it up very much even in the summer. Overall thought this place is great and I will definitely be back many times.
You'll need a good day to go through the whole store/warehouse the place is amazing, I recomend taking note of where you find something to like(each section has a number) go through the whole store and then go back and see if you still like it, that's what I do and saves me a lot of time
I get to shop here often, but every time I do I usually walk out with something. The building is clean, well-organized, and staffed by friendly and knowledgeable people. You can easily spend a whole afternoon here and still not see everything. If you like antiques or collectibles, the Brass Armadillo should be at the top of your list of places to check out.
Love the wide asiles for easy wheelchair access. The treasures are best found with a slow methodical trip up and down the roads. The only sad thing is most of the display shelves are NOT FOR SALE.
It's great. So many things to look at. Service is great.
Go often you never know what you can find
Lots of items in an air conditioned store.
You definitely need several hours for each visit and several visits to get the entire unique experience!
Staff and dealers there are very helpful and quite knowledgeable. Be sure to pick up that floor plan and pencil when you walk in the door, to write down all the things you want to go back and see, and to have available for comparison as you browse.
~ and many dealers will negotiate if you want to make a different reasonable offer.
Typical place. Went looking for a deep fryer, no luck. Still place was clean and not too busy.
Five stars seems reasonable to me because I simply don't know of anything else like it. I am not an antique collector, but I have been to antique centered malls and neighborhoods and many shops over the years.
This place is exceptionally large with a huge variety of collectible stuff, and very practical and inexpensive goodies that you might have been looking for at Goodwill and missed. For example your old CorningWare casserole lids. There are a number of vendors in this place that have them.
Wall art like the Coke brand steel signs, and replica posters, as well as war memorabilia abound.
The prices are generally reasonable sounding, along with the expected mix of "Are you kiddin' me?" rarities, and super bargains, all under one massive roof.
It's worth a trip across the valley to see what is waiting there for you. 😃
Welcoming environment, friendly staff, and even while running into a few of the vendors they were extremely nice. Obviously a little pricey, but the quality is excellent. I was happy to find great taxidermy work, most places sell broken or low quality pieces. Can't wait to go back next week!
Be prepared to window shop for several hours; a little bit of everything is available. Make sure to wear comfy shoes and have a stern talk with yourself about your budget, as you will be tempted!
Took me and my lady an hour to about a quarter of what they have to offer. Picked up a couple things at outrageously low prices!
I love this place!!! What a fantastic way to spend an afternoon by browsing through rows and rows of antiques! They are super organized and offer so much variety. There's something for everyone!
You can find some beautiful items there. It's so full of treasures you'd have to spend two or three days looking through everything. I found exactly what I was looking for almost as soon as I stepped in the door. And the price was absolutely the best I've seen around.
Brass armadillo, you guys are incredible! Went for the first time of my life last month and it was such a great experience! I will definitely be going back. Gorgeous antiques!
I was pleasantly surprised with how organized this place is- I thought it would just be piles of antiques. Each row has a street name and a good portion of little items are on display in glass cases (which was a Godsend cuz I had two kids with me and I was certain they would touch/break something.) Staff was helpful and super nice and they had a pretty good selection of antiques and collectibles. I wish there was a system to search for things but you really just need to set aside time to peruse.
Brass Armadillo has a wide collection of antiques and specialty items. The staff was extremely helpful and the went out of their way to explain the layout of the store. I found some high quality Cosplay swords and keyblades at resonable prices. They also had some beautiful Asian decor which I added to my collection. I will definitely be visiting again.
A lot of items. Will take a couple of hours
Such an amazing place.. we love the atmosphere here.
I love this place, you never know what you'll find. Things from the past to present day. A great place to find a unique gift for a friend or family member. I go to find older collectibles like toys and comics, also jewelry. I would recommend this place to anybody to just go and check it out if you were looking for something to do.
Great place for collectables and unique gifts. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to look. Easy to spend half a day there! It's clean. Love going there!
They have a lot of stuff here. My only complaint is that the place is too small for the amount of things they have. It's one thing to display your things in a booth. That way you can dig through and really see what's there, but it's another to have your stuff in a display case that is crammed full of stuff. Because that's how several cases are set up. Items upon items, you can't see the price on a lot of things. Now if you plan on spending all day here, and that's what it would come down to. There are some good deals here, but there are quite a few things I personally feel are overpriced. Only my opinion, but I do recommend making a stop here.
This is a great larger antique shop. I could easily spend an entire day looking around this store. This store has many different booths of antiques and trinkets that change fairly frequently. I would recommend this store if you enjoy looking at interesting things in a large variety.
Absolutely love this place!! Time warp!! "CAUTION ENTER ONLY IF YOU HAVE HOURS TO SPEND" no seriously this place is amazing for all generations. I am in my mid 30's and I love the collectable and antique items they sell here. Pristine and immaculate condition for most items. Also take your gold and silver to this place if your selling. The moment you walk in there is a man with a booth that buys that and also old currency at a higher value than the we buy gold places and pawn shops. Trust me its worth the visit. This place is easily a 10 stars for me and i wish i was there now enjoying the environment. Great place for all ages. Enjoy
Cool Antique Shop takes to back in time at every corner
It is a wonderful shop full of treasures for everyone. Huge variety of items for sale and the prices are reasonable. The staff goes out of their way to assist you
Lots of fun stuff and great things to buy!! Always leave with something
Alot of neat things for sale..
Fun place to just go window shop, but its hard not to leave with something amazing and unique.
Every time I go there it is like a trip down memory lane. The inventory is always changing so there is always new old stuff to look at. The prices aren't bad. Every vendor sets their own prices so be sure to look around because the same item might be in different spots for different prices. During the cooler weather they have outdoor parking lot sales too.
One of my all time favorite places to spend a few hours walking around. They have hundreds of glass enclosed and open cases to view and buy from. They also have a huge amount of space for large, walk-in booths where private vendors sell their items. Have found a lot of unique items here!
A great selection of antiques and collectibles! Clean, and unlike other stores, carpeted and well lit!
One of our favorites!
Such a Beautiful and Unique Antique Mall. If you want to Wonder through Time,,, this is the Place to Visit. Lots of Antiques. My Car is Packed Now!!!
This is one of our favorite places to kill an afternoon. Tons of cool stuff from a wide variety of vendors and not silly prices. Extremely highly recommend!!
Decided to spend my afternoon hunting for some vintage goodies and this was just the place to get lost in. Like a walk leap into a time machine, Brass took me to a different time for sure. Insider tip, call ahead (or join their emailer) to know when store wide sales are.
Want to beat the crouds? They are open till 9 during the week too so it's a great time to get in, miss all the other hunters, and possibly find a gem.
This is place is amazing. I have been going here for years! I always find awesome and unique things for great prices. Its a rather large place so to be able to see everything you need about three hours...worth it!
Easy to maneuver around, we'll organized. I enjoy shopping at both locations but lately, this one has been my favorite. If possible, go on a weekday, less crowded of course and there seems to be more available help when needed.
Holy cow great place to shop. Found tons of hidden treasures.
I have spent hours in this store perusing the aisles, finding unique pieces that dictate a different long ago era. You won't be disappointed with the extensive collections.
What great eye candy. We walked a full hour and didn't see all. Good prices so many memories. Best bring good walking shoes sooo worth the trip.
Never know what you may come across...employees are always so welcoming...great walk about to take your parents!🤗 …
Never been there before. But the place is huge. U would have to spend ALL day fo see every thing.
Filled with so many great treasures. It's a flash back to my youth! Fun to reminisce and I found a few things to take home!
Make sure you have plenty of time to look around...so much to see. Be sure and get a map when you first come in so you can mark where things are so you can come back and pick them up when you're ready to check out. Much easier that way.
Love this place. Used to come here all the time before the pandemic. Will be coming again, frequently. Bought a couple of little treasures today. I never go away empty handed.
What a fantastic place! We had so much fun digging into the antiques searching for hidden treasures. And we came out with great deals on some kitchen ware! We will definitely be frequenting this place more often.
Love this place always spend at least 2-3 hours there so much to look at employees are very friendly
Very large space with several unique boutiques. New and used items. One of a kind finds. Fun to shop around. So much to choose from.
Freaking love this place!! I can spend all day here and still not have seen everything!!! Careful your items add up everything's so amazing!!
A lot of cool stuff in here
Large place, some funky stuff in there. Found what I was looking for and the place was pretty busy. Inflation is an antique store's best friend.
This place is awesome, it's like a museum that you can purchase from! I love it here.
They have public restrooms that are well maintained and if you feel like grabbing some snacks while you wander around they also have candy and trail mix dispensers all over the store.
It’s huge. Everything but the kitchen sink. There is a husband seating area 😉😉 and bathrooms.
The location is very sketchy so don’t stay till dark if you do – park next to the entrance and ask for assistance to your vehicle. …
It's a antique mall.... About as big as a supermarket. Can not go wrong.
Wow! Super friendly and well organized. So easy to lose yourself in rows upon rows of treasures. And, their door greeter was absolutely warm and welcoming and gave me a great little run down of the place.
Great place to spend a few hours. Friendly and helpful staff. Could spend a lot more time there, no problem.
WE Love this place! You can find anything you need, and many things you didn't know you needed. It takes me back into time, history in every isle and memories flaring up of old times as a kid, displayed in hundreds of displays and open booths. If you are looking for that perfect gift, a keep sake, a memory maker, you owe it to yourself and those you love to take this experience, perhaps of a lifetime, and plan on spending hours of reminiscing and shopping. I promise you will enjoy this adventure as much as a kid at Disney. Plus there is no pressure sales personnel, but personal professionals that can assist you in the knowledge and purchase of those unique treasures only found in a antique depository such as the Brass Armadillo. Take the wife, the kids, and grandparents and enjoy your new experience as we did. We have found that there are Brass Armadillos in other states as well, and they have a web site that is a valuable assets to searches for those hard to find items. God Bless!
We like going here it's a fun place but the dust in that building is hard to take could only stay a short time because the dust in there was burning my eyes and. throat.cool stuff though.
As an Antique mall it's fantastic. The antiques being sold though tend to be the knick knacks that didn't sell at grandma's estate sale. That's not a reflection on the store but the vendors. There are few antiques left to buy.
Wow. Overwhelming to say the least. You could get lost in this store for days, and still not see everything. Booths upon booths of collections, antiques, clothes, and so much more. A person of any taste could stay entertained at every turn. A large warehouse space, packed full with any sort of hobby, special interest, memorabilia, photos, etc... All the way from your coin collections to vinyls and vintage war uniforms. You will love your visit, and want to come back again just to see what's new, or all you might have missed. Luckily, all the aisles are named, so if you see something you fancy, you always know where to find. That is, unless, another keen eye gets it first. I would highly recommend you visit this place when you're in the area.
The shop is great. There is a lot to see. It has multiple sellers, and each sets their own prices. There are a lot that are overpriced, though, like they are just showing off their private collection but will part with their beloved items if they can get an amazing price.
Great stuff but hot inside. I wish they would add air conditioning.
This is our favorite Brass Armadillo by far! James, the assistant manager is always very helpful and knows his stuff! The staff is always attentive and helpful! Always a great selection for all types!
A really great antique store they have everything is so awesome I spent the whole tire day there I was just blown out of my mind how much things that they had but you should go check it out for yourself you be amazed
This place was amazing. They have so much to look at. We were in there for 2 hours and still didn't see everything. Great place to go.
AWESOME PLACE!!! WORTH SEEING
I enjoyed the shoppe chiqe of the place. I found many interesting things that I definitely enjoyed to view. I would recommend others to go, although the A.C wast so good in many of the shops, it wasnt terrible. The people working where very nice and understanding. They also helped out with questions and where just good. I enjoyed how the fact that the area was very calming and how all of the shops where connected. It was very fun and interesting sparking conversation with family and just adding to all our own knowledge and relating. There are many food places near by making the place even more convenient.
Cool place for antiques and collectors items. Some sellers are fair priced and some sellers have high prices for yard sale junk. If you have the time to check every booth and walk every isle you may find some goodies. Shop wise my friend.
Really enjoyed walking around in there and seeing so many different things. Not a lot of actual antique stuff though. It's more like a huge garage sale mall. Some booths are stuffed to the point that you can't really shop them, but it's part of the experience I suppose.
Huge variety of antiques and collectibles. Huge range in prices depending on each booth/section, but you can find affordable items always here. I love finding unique gifts for friends and family here. Per my 3-yr-old niece's Christmas request, we found her a camel (like a large standing figurine) at Brass Armadillo. Can't imagine where else we could have found that.
This store is quite the experience! We've been antiquing in various places along the east coast, however this was our first antique visit in Arizona. The setup is interesting, with many items out in the open and other in locked cases managed by individuals who can rent out space in the store.
One can easily spend about 2 hours here if you're walking through every aisle and setup.
We walked out with a few, small unique finds (damn luggage weight limit!). Definitely will be back again when visiting family in the area. Makes for a fun/interesting outing.
Lots of unique items and collectables if you have a good eye. But very cluttered and you can tell some vendors use same items. Prices can be some what high for some items, even though it may be in poor condition. Don't shop during a sale ironically they can't handle large influx of customers at once here.
I have been going to Brass Armadillo for over 20 years. Strolling through and looking at all the treasures is one of my favorite things to do.
I absolutely love this place, if you ever have a few hours come here. Every time you walk sornwhere else there is something to always catch your eye also much is very cheep and well.
They'll get you caught up. There's so much to choose from you really need to spend time in the store. Be careful not to get lost in the space time continuum... there's a lot of "Stufff" in the store.
I come here all the time to find personalized gifts because theres so much you're bound to find the perfect gift for someone. I even shop here for my own jewelry and clothes, its all very unique and youll find the cutest things, the staff are always friendly and courteous and they try to help you find the right item as much as they can. The "streets" are always fun to walk through and you get to see all the amazing themes people have/had collecting. Im definitely going to keep coming here, its a cool place to find what you didnt even know you were looking for!
Lots of stuff take the time to lookat everything
Always friendly people and always a good time. Huge building with thousands of vintage and antique items by multiple vendors. Plan to spend a couple of liesurely hours taking it all in. Pro tip: most vendors will give at least a 10% discount if you just ask at the front counter. Still not enough? Staff will sometimes call the vendor directly and see if they will accept your offer. Give it a try!
It was a lot of fun seeing what the vendors had to offer. Most vendors had reasonable/good prices.
I seriously could have wandered through there for hours and not seen everything.
What a great way to kill 3 hours easy and get to take a look back through the years in a nicely air conditioned facility. Rows and rows of stuff, from confederate dollars to Star Wars collectables, jewelry, old army surplus and even magic the gathering, Pokemon and baseball trading cards. Lots of old vintage furniture too. It's like a swap meet any day of the week! Very, very nice staff too.
Wonderful antique store with valuables and collectables from the 1800s all the way to modern day! Wanna see a coin from 1853? They've got it! Wanna see an action figure? They've got it! Been going here since I was 4 or 5. Best antique store in AZ by FAR.
This place used to be Angels hardware store in high school I used to work there I graduated high school 1983 so that building's been there quite a while also as I ride by it it has a lot of memories. Press armadillo has kept it in pretty good shape we're being in such a s***** neighborhood
I love this place! Most of the time I just come here to walk down memory lane. They have lots of antiques, old toys, knick knacks. The place is huge! You can spend at least and hour or two walking around.
There is so much for sale here. Even if you don't find something to buy, just window shopping is worth your time. I like to go several times a year just to walk around looking at all the collectibles. Because what's for sale does change often, it is important to stop by from time to time. Every once in a while I will find something I must have. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly.
This mall is amazing to have a huge variety of items for personal and household needs.
I love this place! It is so cool because you can literally find anything. A few hours of fun looking around and great prices for unique gift shopping.
You could spend days or weeks looking at everything
Everyone one there was friendly and knowledgeable
Loved it !
Lots of stuff... Most of it is not antiques, so beware. But it's fun to walk and look at stuff. Prices are high, do if you consider buying something, go to the front and negotiate. They either have authority to reduce, or can contact the owner of the booth.
Huge collection of kitschy items. I found the desk lamp I've been searching for for 3 years! It should take over an hour to peruse the many aisles. It's handy that they all get named. Lots of collectibles.
Lots of great collectables and antiques. There is a lot to see. Staff is really nice and helpful.
They have a little bit of everything for sale some things are a little outlandish but if you have the money and you like it buy it
Awesome place to go to get out of the heat from sun. And very nice people there.
Its awesome! A blast from the past!!
Really a great little place to stop off and browse antiques. They have a HUGE selection (imo) of a variety of antiques and pretty much everything was in an organized manner with prices easy to find. I used to antique shop with my grandparents in Indiana & this was very reminiscent of that. I would highly recommend this place to family, friends, or anyone you know looking to go antiquing!
Very Kool place. Different people have different sections of the isles displaying their collectables for sale. Each section has a number and letter above it so they know who the seller is. It's like you have your own small section of the store to sell your collectables to all that enter the store. Or all who walk down that isle and see what your selling. So much too look at you'll need to stay quite a while. Lots of great antiques & collectables. Check it out you'll love it.
Definitely plan on staying here for more than two hours! Went to phoenix for the weekend and decided to go the antique mall little did I know that I was going to spend an entire day here. They have so many items and the stuff is not overpriced. Got the chance to find a rare Mexican Peso for my dad at a great price. So much history. Definitely going back soon!!
A little bit of everything vintage. If your looking for yesterday's items or yesteryear, this shop is Great! I found a 1970's swimaster dive knife we had when I was a kid. Good find that brought back memories. Well arranged and well lit, you won't be disappointed.
My wife Is never disappointed here. With so many vendors we are bound to come across a treasure or two. Great history and fun to experience. Sometimes they even do parking lot sales for some great mark down priced items.
Lot of treasures and reasonable price in booth
and cases. Items you will never find on eBay, Amazon
Or any Online or other Antique or Vintage stores.
Local made Craft, repurposed and more.
I have been going there for years, never disappointed, it is a great antique mall, great stuff for everyone.
I LOVE this store ~ it is HUGE! Think Costco in terms of the amount of floor space. On top of the sheer size of the space, the amount and variety of items for sale is insanely endless.
It's not possible to see everything in a single visit. I recommend making several visits if you want to see all they have to offer. Also, not only do they have numerous sections throughout the store have items for sale by different individuals (think something like a consignment store, but clearly marked sections for each seller's goods), but they even have a Store within a Store!
Just inside the entrance, is Store/booth, called "World of Coins". As the name suggests, they sell rare & precious metal coins & currency. I bought from the seller/owner on a few occasions myself! (I left, a very happy individual) Btw, the coin/currency seller ONLY TAKES CASH! He told me the reason had something to do with his small markup & the extra costs/fees associated with credit transactions... One further note fyi, for all of his currency sales, there happens to be NO SALES TAX!
So...enjoy that little side benefit...
Always love walking around this place on a hot day.
Always an adventure in shopping! You never know what you'll find or for whom. A giant garage sale/antique barn Rolex into a mall! Great prices and event nicer staff made up of the actual product sellers!
I would Highly Recommend Brass Armadillo to anyone seeking nostalgia and a trip down memory lane. Beautiful and Unique and even some Rare items From Antique and Vintage to Modern.
Something for Everyone :) Staff are mostly Fun, Friendly and Helpful.
I Love this place Very Much.
This is another one of my favorite places to shop. Typically has gorgeous jewelry and tons of comics and figures. Everytime I go, I can always find something Im interested in, and the people are always helpful too.
It was our first time going and there was a TON of stuff but honestly mostly small knick knack things and non-antique collectors items. Definitely hardly any large pieces. If you're looking for rustic/french country furniature and decor you may wanna try elsewhere. Staff was all friendly though.
