Wow what a way to spend a day!! 😀 So many different items to view from so many differant places around the world! We go as a family and usually spend 3 hours here easy. In fact we have family visiting from out of state in two weeks and we already have a plan to take them here!! You have to go slow because in some rental spots, every inch of available space is packed with items. Once your finished walking the main floor head up the the second floor for refreshments and more shopping!! Their is a neat little are set up near the restrooms with tables and a couple vending machines. Be cautious as some sellers believe their items are truly special and will charge for it, just be sure to do your homework.

I love shopping here. It's bright, open space and has a variety of items to look at and buy for a reasonable prices. Most of the pictures I took when I was last there are found on the upper floor.

Finally went to the Goodyear location. I usually go to the central Phoenix location. I will say this location is bigger, cooler, and had a bigger selection. If your looking for artwork framed or otherwise there's quite a selection upstairs. Unfortunately I didn't find anything and I personally think for my wants Phoenix location has more of what I like but it's all a matter of taste. I think both locations have allot to offer! Would come again. The only reason 4 stars was the half hour drive and found nothing this time. Look for the old police car outside and your there! Great parking

I have been to all of the Brass Armadillos, and this one is a bit different. It has two floors and the streets are not straight. It was actually fun looking in the cubby holes and going through doors wondering what was on the other side. A myriad of small treasures, knick-knacks, and curios, something for everyone. Had a great time and will go back the next time I am in Phoenix.

This is a new Brass Armadillo and yet it did not disappoint. The place is huge with thousand of items display from antique toys, cards, tools anything you can imagine it will be there. The staffs are nice and friendly a great place to take family in the weekend for a little Americana history lesson.

This place is magic, I get lost here for hours every single time I go and I mean that in a good way. The vendors have such a wide variety for sale and the prices always seem reasonable. I was on the hunt for a few specific items and found them here. I love going and can't wait until my next visit!

Seems to be a bit better selection than Phoenix location AND don't have to worry about the sketchy crowd constantly walking the parking lot. Easily can spend hours here finding great items! Bought functional and very beautiful wine rack, but easily could have bought so much more. Need to go see!!

Make sure you have time if you are looking for something specific. Only gave it a try do to waiting for my car at discount tire. I always said I would never go to a place like this due to my mom dragging me through similar places as a kid. After the initial shock I was a cool place that reminded me of time with my mom. This Brass Armadillo is way different than the long time Phoenix location off of I17 and Cactus. Both are great. Both offer unique shopping experiences. However, this Goodyear location has an upper level. The upper level can be accessed by stairs in multiple locations around the store. There is an elevator for those who cannot use stairs. This place is huge! There is so much to see and of course you can spend all day here!. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a must see antique mall.

This place is huge. You are greeted the first thing you enter and there is staff throughout to answer questions, help lift items, and contact the seller regarding price negotiation. I spent almost 3 hours there and feel I only skimmed the surface. Definitely headed back next weekend!

This is a very large two story antique mall. Plan on spending some time in here. Lots of quality antiques and vintage items to be had here. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They have an elevator and bathrooms. Have fun and let the treasure hunting begin.

I love the store it’s a fun place to visit but being followed by employees whenever I’m with friends really sucks. We’ve never given this store any problems but we get followed 9/10 times when we visit. 1 employee that always makes sure to follow us is this really tall old guy who always wears suspenders, it’s really uncomfortable and honestly irritating because We’ve never given this store a reason to do this to us.

Visited the Brass Armadillo while visiting Goodyear Arizona. Great collection of vintage furniture, decor and memorabilia. Large facility with a little bit of everything. Different private vendors have displays set up to sell items. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for that vintage or unique item.

There was such a wide range of antiques!! I saw many things from my childhood, that I would've loved to have bought! But, we flew into PHX, not enough room in our luggage! The staff throughout the store were knowledgeable and friendly!!! At check out, fantastic employees there also!!!! I didn't realize that you have a store in Des Moines, that is only 3 hours away from us!!

Brass Armadillo is such an amazing place especially for photography, getting lost in time is ecstasy unexplained. Much more than Antique shops but more museums with purchasable artifacts. I love coming here and just browsing and definitely recommend letting your nostalgia take lead here and just enjoy a time that once was.

If you're into browsing, this is the place for you. Prices vary greatly, but you can find some good items at reasonable prices. Service on the floor is limited, but it's a big place and everyone is busy. UT all the staff is friendly.

It was pouring rain so my friend and I needed a place to escape. This is probably the best antique store in Arizona. And one, if not, the largest! We spent nearly 2 hours wandering around and feel like we still didn't see everything this place has to offer! They have an upstairs called the loft that has a lot of cool and unique items, plus it helps you get your bearings of the store. It was cute hot each aisle is named after the states. Though I do not think any of the items down those aisles came from those particular states. I cannot wait to come back here after payday!

This place is a hidden gem. It's like walking into Dr. Who's TARDIS. You think you're walking into some little store then BAM is giant inside. It took my husband and I two days to go through this place (3 hours one day, 1-1/2 the next). There is every kind of thing you can imagine. Antiques, vintage, local crafts, trading cards, collectible toys, furniture (vintage), estate jewelry,... I could go on but you need to just go see for yourself.

I have always loved this antique mall. I have yet to go to any other locations so I have nothing to compare to. But this place is very large with lots of neat treasures to look at old and new. It is definitely visual stimulation overload so give yourself plenty of time or maybe make it a multiple trip thing. They try to make it a little easier to navigate by naming each isle a different state, and don't forget to go upstairs. And probably wouldn't recommend small children that are not secure he whole time. Prices vary in range because of consignment and variety of different products. So go and check it out and enjoy. This store and their location in Phoenix are perfect for antique shopping, junkin' or whatever you want to call it! Plan on spending several hours because there is a lot to look at! Practically anyone who enters will experience some kind of nostalgia and it is rare that you would walk away empty handed! Anytime is a great time to visit, good for those rainy day blues too!

The brass armadillo is like swap meet, meets community garage sale, meets antique store, meets comic book store. It’s got everything for the collector regardless of what area you’re into. Star Wars? Got it. Antique cameras? Check. Vintage stamps? Sure why not! You name it, you’ll be able to find what you’re looking for with the vast selection found at this antique mall. If you wanted to look at every single booth in the facility, you’d be there for days.

Visiting from outside it is amazing! If you are a fan of any type of collectibles, you will want to visit this place. as you walk through you will want to make sure you have your mask, though I did see some people who didn't have it on. Employees have their masks. When you find something you want, you would select the button to call somebody and point out what you need. There is a plethora of items that you can select from. Personally I found video games items as well as beer taps and jewelry..Even if not a collectible person, and looking for just something to do, this is a great outing and worth your visit as a local or out-of-towner

Great ideas all over the store. There's an upstairs section to the building accessible by elevator and walkway. I highly recommend checking out some of the hidden secrets in the back of the store. Not many people go there or know about it.

I always find treasures at any of the Armadillos locations! A lot of items are overpriced but, if you’re willing to spend the time and look, you can find some great vintage bargains. Highly recommended for anyone interested in historical tidbits, collectors of pieces of the past, or people who just want to see some cool old things. The staff has been amazing every time I’ve gone, and occasionally you’ll find a seller present who tends to be quite agreeable and very knowledgeable; usually more than happy to answer questions about their wares. 10/10 recommend!

There is no place like the brass armadillo. Walk in and start your childhood memories of being at nanas house smelling the tamales and menudo during the holidays and knowing exactly where all your toys are... I can't belive I found this truck. This truck and a red jeep was always in the closet for aslong as I can remember..saw it at the brass and had to get it. Happy as a little kid walking through the store holding this truck with such a happy face. But also shedding a tear on how I miss my grandparents....

They should change the name to "Brass Armadillo Antique and Collectables Mall". I lot of the merchandise that some of these dealers are selling are definitely not antiques. Just because someone uses a wire brush to distress a dresser doesn't make it an antique. The layout is very confusing but the selection is great! It has one too many of those rock and crystal booths though.

I love both Brass Armadillos! I live in Prescott and whenever I get the opportunity to go to Phoenix I always make time to go to both of the locations! Friendly staff, HUGE buildings and selection of tons of different things! I highly recommend you check them out. Give yourself an hour or two though, you'll need it!

Always see something unique each time we come here. Aisles are set up for local streets and each row has a state name which is fun (all Brass Armadillo locations are like this). Kind and helpful staff. Elevators for second outer upper floor (we have a stroller) is convenient. Clean bathrooms. Plan a minimum of an hour here but really 2 hours is more ideal if it's your first time. Make sure to sign up for rewards program if you'll be returning (they send out texts for sales) and you can always follow them on Instagram.

Wow! What a lot of stuff to look at in one building... if you love antiques like I do, then you'll love this place! It's a store full of a bunch of people's collections with everything for sale. I brought My Aunt and My Grandma for her 86th birthday, who were here from our if state! We really enjoyed ourselves! I enjoyed hearing my Grandma talk about how she had this or that in her lifetime! Made for an interesting bonding experience!

Today (Dec 5th, 2021) my wife and her friend visited (we've been here before) and when they went to check out, it took LOGAN 30 minutes to ring them up for 18 small items. My wife explained that she didn't want to be rude and ask him to speed up the process but 30 minutes to ring up 18 items (that required no extra attention) is unreasonable. This is a fantastic place but if checking out takes 30 minutes once you actually get to the register, that's a bit excessive. This isn't a complaint, this is feedback for the management team and for Logan.

Spent 3 hours looking around the store. We would have taken more time but we had someplace to be. There are a lot of, and I mean a lot of booths. The best part is, you can look at as much as you want for as long as you want without the owner watching/talking to you. We love the set-up and system. Employees respond quickly when they are called to a locked case. Less than a 3rd of the booths are behind locked glass.

Well planned out mall. Plenty of room to walk around other respectful shoppers. Some vendor displays had so much merchandise crammed in their little store area. It was entertaining to go through the treasures. I got carried away in some of the spots. My boyfriend was very patient with me even though he was the one who turned me on to this wonderful mall. Great finds every single visit! We were iffy on some things but with their occasional sale promos, we were back again to bring them home. Also note that all sales are final.

I really liked it! It was clean, bright, cheerful. The isles were wide making social distancing easy. It was huge. Couldn't cover the entire place in one day. Looking forward to going back.

I like checking out antique stores from time to time and Brass Armadillo is one of the biggest and most diverse I've ever been in. Almost every time I visit, I find something neat to take home. I tend to gravitate towards old military artifacts and fossils, while my wife looks for cool tea cups and jewelry, all of which are plentiful here. I feel like the Phoenix location usually has more finds than this location, but that's just my personal opinion.

I love it here! Always find great gems throughout the store. I prefer to go in the afternoon to bypass the morning rush which allows me to comfortably glance through the aisles with no rush. There is a cafe area to lounge around in & the restrooms are always very clean. Definitely plan to spend a couple of hours here. Also dont forget about upper level!!

What a wonderful antique store. All the vendors have all of their goods for sale displayed beautifully. I found myself a bottle of evening in Paris perfume made in New York City. They no longer make the original so this was a great purchase, pretty blue bottle with most of the perfume still in the bottle. Go visit, you have nothing to lose, if you don't buy anything you've killed a few hours in a air- conditioned building looking at wonderful memorabilia.

It's not only a great store but a great time. One of the largest antique malls I've ever been too. A great mix of vendors from all over make up this wonderful store. So glad it was open during this Co -19 crisis. Bought a couple of items. Like to feel that some booth renter would be happy ro of sold something after the place had been closed for some time. Who knows, maybe that booth renter can buy some needed item or pay a bill. The place is always clean. Most of the people running the place are nice and helpful. If you haven't been, you should go for a visit. If its been a while, you are over do for another visit.

What a great place to get lost in for a few hours. It feels like 1/3 antique store 1/3 thrift shop and 1/3 museum. Great store with wide variety of individual seller booths. It's a great alternative to a street fair. They are supposed to be antique and vintage only but I saw 25% or more being new products. Especially Christmas items. Some of the items come directly from another store and plopped on the shelf with a 50% markup. Not an altered product, just straight from michaels or hobby lobby. That was disappointing. Otherwise it's a great store with big aisles and a ton of different vendors. Now if they would allow current artworks I would definitely be interested in being a vendor. But always a great store to spend a Sunday in. You could easily spend several hours here and still not see everything.

Nice that they are open 7 days a week too with later hours so people can go after work and not feel rushed. There is such a big selection, it's hard to leave without finding something! They also have great music and it's good exercise to walk around and look at all the neat stuff. If you're into old warehouse/closed store antique malls, this is for you. It has the same stuff as anywhere else like it...or comparable for the region. It's very neatly organized though. They have a pretty random assortment of stuff. Some things are old some are pretty new and more of just a "collection of items" rather than antiques. There prices range from reasonable to outrageous but keep in mind some items are consignment sales so it's not the staff setting the prices. There are a lot of items that the staff will let you haggle with them on the price and they seem to like to bundle sale so if you like something give it a shot and they will work with you.

This place is HUGE! Wear comfortable shoes, be well rested. The store was very clean and housed so many treasures to look at. My daughter and I spent a couple hours and didnt finish the whole store. My wife's favorite stop in Goodyear. She always says you have to wind through every aisle. This last occasion she tracked down several 50s wall ornaments and a vintage plant stand. Expect to spend at least a couple hours to fully immerse yourself in the store. Staff is helpful and cares about your purchases getting home safe. We bought a large vanity here once and two of the workers helped get it loaded in safely.

Because there are hundreds of individual vendor booths located within this facility, you'll never know what you'll find and the prices range from incredibly low to very high. They have 2 locations in the valley which is not only convenient, it also adds to the variety of vendors and therefore items available. My husband is an avid pocket watch enthusiasts and I am always on the look out for additional pieces to add to my vintage California ware. This is not just and indoor flea market, is well thought out and the staff is always friendly and willing to help.

The only recommendation I have is that they add a restaurant, I could shop all day, if I didn't start to get hungry after a few hours.....

This is literally the coolest place to visit! I am always looking for David Bowie merchandise and I found the most perfect Ziggy Stardust poster in almost pristine condition, for only $15! It was incredible! I haven't been able to even find knock off stuff at Target or Walmart or whatever, and I walk in here and it was among the first items I saw. If you havent visited, you're missing out. There's something there for everybody, and sometimes those things tickle the fancy of multiple people, so I'd suggest going and getting your dream collectables and furniture and things you enjoy having at the Brass Armadillo.

An amazing wonderland full of more trinkets, odds, ends, and everything in between than you could imagine. Everything from antique furniture and jewelry to stones, gems and full on swords and armor. Its advertised as an antique store but not a single person can walk inside its doors and not find something they like. And if they can't, they didn't look hard enough!! It's a trade center-esque store full of independently owned "booths" and shelves of everything you could ever imagine. Like legos? They have those. Like antique locks? Theres plenty there. Have a fancy for sharp things? They have everything from switchblades, butterfly knives and other short blades to full on swords, dual axes and metal armor. Like dolls? They have plenty, from old to new. Furnishings, light fixtures, gemstones, paint supplies, old signs from stores no longer in existence. You could spend a whole day in here and still miss hundreds upon hundreds of things. Its 2 full floors of any type of shoppers paradise. Definitely worth a visit.

With dozens of glass display cases and cubicles for larger antiques and collectibles, you are likely to find a treasure to take home. While there is no restaurant here, upstairs there are a couple of vending machines and a coffee maker for a break in your shopping trip.

Brass Armadillo is such a fun store to go to. You dont know what you're going to find when you go but theres always a treasure here. I find the best booth you can get the best prices at is the gemstone booth. You can get a chunk of amethyst for 5-10 bucks when black market minerals in the mall will charge 50 for the same rock! Crazy good deal.

This is a large warehouse of individual venders who sell just about any vintage, collectable, or antique thing you could want. Take a while to go through, but if you are looking for that "special" item, most of the time one of the people in the front greeter's area, can tell you where it is. Fun to just go through.
