The store is very inviting and laid put well. The sales people are very helpful. But it's alittle pricey. It's a good place to try things on or see something you like. But I would check first online for a cheaper price. I found same sneakers for 20 dollars less on Amazon.

Love this location. I needed a Mickey mouse shirt for a themed birthday party. Looked online and Khols had them. Tons of shirts! They had a lot of sales going on. The only complaint I have is that there bathroom needs some upgrading. The sinks and, soap dispenser and towels are not automatic. My hands became contaminated after I washed thrm due to having to push the lever for paper towels.

Not a fan of their selection of style (or lack there of) in the women's/ juniors section but they do have a great selection of everything else including household items and kids toys/books. Plan on the lines taking forever because they only ever have 2 registers running at a time and it never seems uncomplicated.

It was pretty good this time. Store was clean, merchandise well-stocked and shelves were neat. Had a long wait to check out because there was only one cashier. It's a shame that Kohl's is being sold. I hope they won't close this store. It's the only one within a reasonable distance from me.

Excellent customer service, clean, the organization is no that good, they do separate home, men, woman etc... but an example if you go to kids area, size are all mixed and the way they have everything is weird and rare.

I was here like a week ago. I love that they have the Amazon returns center in the store. Its a super easy process and the gentleman that was working the Amazon counter was super nice and fast too. Regarding the store, I came during an end of the season clearance, so the clearance racks were kind of a mess. I did find some good deals but alot of the items were in the wrong section. I was also disappointed to see that some of the clothing that was on clearance was almost regular priced. The layout is kind of weird too, i don't remember seeing a shoe section and i made several loops around the store. The cashier that rang me up was very nice and followed the safety protocols of the store. This store is technically in Philadelphia but its like the wayyyyy outskirts of Philly and there's no easy way to get here. Its all city and no highway which can be pretty time consuming. I feel like a better location would have been on the BLVD or something actually in Philly.

The thing i like most about this store is their clearance sales. I could spend hours rummaging through all of their clearance racks full of clothes in every depth. Womens, Mens, Girls & Boys. Most of the clothes at Kohls are not really my style but if I have enough time on my hands to look through everything I will usually find something that catches my eye & is cheap enough that I will buy it. Clothes are not the only clearance items I enjoy looking at though, they also have terrific clearance sales in their shoe depth on sneakers, shoes & boots which are my favorite. I can usually find a very stylish pair of boots on clearance for $15.00 or less. I have walked out of there with 3 pair of boots & had only spent $22.00. Today I bought 2 pair & only spent $21.00. U can't beat those prices! As long as they have clearance sales I will continue to shop there. ...an update to this review....I stand by my previous review but I would like to make an additional recommendation, check out the jewelry counter - if u look carefully u can get find some really good deals on things even if u dnt wear jewelry urself it makes for a very nice gift.

Its ok for returning amazon packages. everything else is... who buys regular stuff marked up 300%? They have all these sales and coupons to make it seem like you are getting a deal by paying 150% price if you use the coupons.

There are alot less Clearance racks there than in the past. Right now, Kohl's is not quite the bargain oasis that it once was only a couple of months ago. But, on the flip side, the store looks less cluttered because there are not as many Clearance racks. There also seems to be less stock, in general, in the Men's department. For example, I found it difficult to find a size 10 and a half in a couple sneaker and shoe brands there.

The sales didn't seem like sales still priced to high for gifts. But if you take time and look long enough there are some nice finds. Plus their was a lady who stole the handicap parking space even though I had signal on. So be aware of some rude drivers.

No great customer service on floor had to hunt salesperson. Good experience with the Amazon return girl. The bad: They did not have a lot of sizes med and large in women’s. The ugly:Things were in disarray on selves and on hangers.

I've shopped here many times before and have never had any issues. Overall it was a pleasant experience. However, when I went there this past weekend, I was looking at a blouse on a rack. It was a blouse I was interested in purchasing. When I picked it up, I was told by staff that that was a rack they were working on and basically to put it back. I've never had that type of experience before. I put the blouse back, everything in my cart back and left. It will be a while before I return to that store.

It's a great shopping place because it carries many items i love and use most of the time! It takes a bit of time waiting on the bus but it's well worth the travel..the deals during friends and family to the 20% off, also for every $50 spent you get the $10 kohl's cash for another day! Kohl's is exactly what you expect it to be. Pleasant offerings at pleasing prices. Their back section always has a good variety of small houseware items, and their stock is usually solid. Their shoe selection is wide and priced well.

Fine Jewelry associate was rude. Took every customer that walked up after me and did not acknowledge me. A manager or senior associate named Tom stepped in, acknowledged me was very kind and helpful. I purchased a watch for my husband. I will continue to shop this location but will not purchase jewelry again.

Sales on things I like, and if there aren't as many sales, there are always good things on clearance. My best friend Amy is a star employee and she is very helpful and knowledgeable about everything in stock in the store. I found a really soft collared shirt for gigs I am playing, and I'm confident I'll look good and be very comfortable and got it for like $12.

I like this Kohls. I've never been to any other one to compare it to. It's kinda cluttered but not messy. The interaction with the employees is about a 3 . They are helpful but robotish. But. Has everything a Kohl's normally has. Very well kept but unfortunately, like so many places in Philly, the staff is seriously ignorant of common standards of politeness and hospitality. Normally, in a large department store, you should walk people to an area as opposed to giving a vague gesture. Also, if a customer misses something obvious, the appropriate thing to do is to be polite, not treat them like they're a moron for assuming an area with no lights on is not to be used.

Nice store in a good center, good parking. 3 stars because their prices aren't very good unless you hit a sale with coupons. Worst part is you can get high end clothing, similar to Target. Their dress shirts are overpriced for the quality, and you are way better off spending the $59 on an LLBean dress shirt or Lands End.

Went for specific items which were on sale...they were a bargain. After browsing around I was disappointed to see many "Buy One, Get 2nd 1/2 Price" signs. CVS does this all the time. Just give us a good price on ONE! If we NEED a second one we'll buy it.

I really like the selection of bed and bath items. During a great sale, you can save 60-80 on essentials like towels and pillows. There’s a toy section in the northeast corridor of the store. You can find kid favorites like Star Wars, Barbie and Shopkins. If you’re in search of ladies activewear, this is a great place to find athletic leggings and tops.

They let you keep the hangers, they give u Kohls cash all the time, sometimes at the register on your previous purchase. Their dressing rooms is spacious and clean. Let's be honest, it's Kohls. They jack up their prices so you "save" a bunch of money when you go in for a sale or if you have some Kohls cash you can make out alright. Plus, I get most of my work cloths come from their clearance racks and I save a bundle!!

Kohls had changed its men's cargo pants from long to short pants. It's April. The weather here is still questionable. I needed long pants for work. I was able to order them online using a Kiosk that seemed large and difficult. That said, using it was a positive experience and left me with an okay feeling about the Kohls.
